Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine employee performance in Child-Friendly Integrated Public Spaces, Kebon Jeruk District, West Jakarta, residents' satisfaction in Child-Friendly Integrated Public Spaces, Kebon Jeruk District, West Jakarta. and the role of Employee Performance on Citizen Satisfaction in Child- Friendly Integrated Public Spaces, Kebon Jeruk District, West Jakarta.This research method is a qualitative description through interviews with informants as key informants who explain or describe the effect of employee performance on citizen satisfaction in Child-Friendly Integrated Public Spaces, Kebon Jeruk District, West Jakarta. And through Focus Group Discussion (FGD) which is a group interview that emphasizes interaction on the topics discussed. This study also describes testing the validity of the data, the validity of the data or the credibility of the data, namely in observation, perseverance, discussion and study as well as analysis of the satisfaction of these residents.The results of the study showed that there was a value gap in the views of officials who were interviewed and discussed with community groups who were also interviewed by researchers. So the need for a researcher's perspective and confirms that performance is a substantial factor in creating maximum work. Thus the role of performance on citizen satisfaction in the Child-Friendly Integrated Public Space, Kebon Jeruk District, West Jakarta, is very important. Not only encouraging the creation of new values in understanding citizen satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of Google Scholar, SINTA, and BIMA platforms in improving the quality and quantity of academic publications as indicators of lecturer performance evaluation at the Ganesha College of Economics (STIE). The research was conducted for three months from February to April 2023. The method used a qualitative approach with a case study involving 67 lecturers of S1 Management, S1 Accounting and S2 Management of STIE Ganesha. Data collection techniques through literature studies, interviews, and observations. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive and comparative analysis techniques. The results showed that 45 permanent lecturers of STIE Ganesha had used the academic platform, namely Google Scholar and SINTA. And 67 other people already have a BIMA account. The obstacles of lecturers include a) Lack of awareness of lecturers in research, b) Research intention and interest are still weak, c) Do not understand how to use academic platforms, d) Technical ability to make research articles is not the same. The solution to anticipate it by: a) Providing training, socialization or technical support for lecturers in the use of academic platforms, b) Providing intensive assistance to lecturers every time in Writing Academic Skills. The role of the STIE Ganesha Research and Community Service Institute (LPPM) as an institution that handles lecturer research is very important in encouraging an increase in the publication of scientific papers by lecturers. The research limits the scope of the use of academic platforms for STIE Ganesha lecturers, it is hoped that wider research development can be carried out related to the publication of scientific papers by lecturers. This research contributes to knowledge insights for the general public in the use of academic platform tools. The research results are expected to provide input for educational institutions to improve the lecturer performance evaluation system and provide better support for improving the quality and quantity of lecturers' academic publications.

Abstract

This type of research that uses a qualitative descriptive methodology aims to find out how companies calculate the cost of production using a complete cost calculation approach and how Cirebon Regency, one of the D'Petiz Wins companies, determines thele selling prices. This sample was obtained directly from the D'Petiz Wins office. Cirebon Regency. Data in the form of production coat reports for March and July 2023 are the type of sample used in this study, Literature and documentation reviews were used to obtain data, Culculations with the full costing approuch and the company method are used in technical analysis. The findings of this research indicate that there are differences between the complete costing approach and the company's method of calculating production costs. The selling price generated by the full casting technique will he greater than the selling price generated by the company method because the full costing method uses a higher cost of production calculation than the company method This is thie to variations in the way Industry overhead is hundled. Although a company only accounts for variable costs as production costs, a complete casting technique takes into account all production coats, including fixed and variable costs. Therefore, businesses need to calculate all production costs using a full costing approach to culculate them.

Abstract

The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, many Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises closed, one of the reasons is the inability to manage cash flow properly. The company's cash flow plays a role in controlling financial conditions on a regular basis, and knowing for sure the source of the company's income and expenses. When cash flow is managed properly, business activities will run smoothly. This study aims to determine whether the cash flow report has an effect on business continuity, and how much effectiveness the cash flow of the Sumedang RWJ Depot Tahu business is. This qualitative research, based on natural conditions, starts from data, clarified with relevant theories. Collecting data by triangulation, observation, interviews, literature studies and documentaries. Analysis of data reduction techniques, draw conclusions and present the results. The results of the study, cash flow management has an effect on business continuity, even though the recording is not in accordance with the usual accounting procedures, Simple cash management is applied with the principle that cash outflows should not exceed cash inflows. Abstract

Study This aim For analyze appropriateness transformation at STIE Ganesha to Graha University Ganesha in frame increase quality education and services education tall to public . Study done for 1 year from January until December 2023 to 25 people consisting of from BPH YPGG, leaders , lecturers , employees and students of STIE Ganesa. The research was conducted using qualitative research methods with a single case study approach. Data was collected through interviews, literature studies and field observations. The research results show that consultation and assistance by the transformation team was very effective in strengthening the process of preparing the strategic plan for the transformation of Graha Ganesha University. The research results show that basic change form become University Graha Ganesha including a) saturation of study programs b) needs World Business And Industry (DUDI) in region South Tangerang city, c) Shape long PTS No or not enough responsive to need public. There are 5 foundations for the transformation of Graha Ganesha University, namely philosophical, sociological, psychological, historical and juridical foundations. The implementation of the education system adapts need provision means And infrastructure physique adequate is need Which very vital And main. Academic, administrative, financial and social aspects of community interest and development is an assessment of the feasibility of STIE Ganesha towards the transformation of Graha Ganesha University. This research makes a significant contribution to the development of higher education in Indonesia and is useful for stakeholders in formulating appropriate policies and strategies to improve the quality of higher education in Indonesia. The research has implications for formulating appropriate and contextual higher education transformation policies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of collaborative learning in enhancing business communication skills among management students. The research involved 60 undergraduate management students at STIE Ganesha, enrolled in Business Introduction and Business English courses. Conducted over four months (February–May 2025), the study employed a mixed-method approach, including quantitative and qualitative data collection. Data were gathered through questionnaires, interviews, and classroom observations. Descriptive statistics, regression analysis, and thematic coding were used to analyze the data. The results show that 78% of students gained greater confidence in presenting ideas, 65% improved their use of business terminology, and 70% became more active listeners. Regression analysis confirmed a significant influence of collaborative learning on communication skills (p < 0.05). Qualitative findings emphasized the importance of lecturers’ facilitation in managing group dynamics and addressing dominance issues among students. The study suggests that the integration of collaborative learning methods into the management curriculum is crucial for enhancing students' soft skills, preparing them for future professional challenges. Additionally, it advocates for the development of structured collaborative activities to promote effective teamwork, active engagement, and better communication outcomes in academic settings, ultimately contributing to students' overall personal and professional growth.

Abstract

Industri ekonomi kreatif merupakan salah satu potensi terbesar bagi Indonesia. Faktor sumber daya alam yang berlimpah dan jumlah penduduk terbesar keempat di dunia (3,43% dari total penduduk dunia) turut menambah daya tawar Indonesia selaku negara yang memiliki peluang pasar ekonomi kreatif. Melihat peluang pasar yang besar dan terus tumbuh serta potensi yang tidak hanya datang dari masyarakat Indonesia. Sektor ekonomi kreatif Indonesia semakin menjanjikan dan memungkinkan para pelaku industri kecil atau UMKM dapat berkembang menjadi industri multinasional yang dapat menjalankan kegiatan usahanya di berbagai negara. Paper ini adalah kualitatif analisis, dengan judul “Analisis Strategi Bisnis Untuk Meningkatkan Penjualan pada UMKM Kreatif Situ Lengkong Panjalu Kabupaten Ciamis di Masa Endemik” dengan unit analisis adalah pedagang atau UMKM kreatif di Kawasan Wisata Situ Lengkong Panjalu. Abstract

Partisipasi aktif di kelas dapat meningkatkan pemahaman materi sehingga menjadi syarat dalam berkarya pada tenaga dan sumber daya manusia yang terampil dan profesional yang ahli di bidangnya dan menjadi suatu mutu proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh (1) pengaruh gaya mengajar dosen terhadap kepuasan belajar mahasiswa (2) pengaruh gaya mengajar dosen terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa (3) pengaruh motivasi belajar mahasiswa terhadap kepuasan belajar (4) pengaruh gaya mengajar berpengaruh langsung terhadap motivasi belajar melalui kepuasan belajar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa di Tangerang Selatan. Sampel penelitian dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling sebanyak 120. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi mediasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan (1) gaya mengajar dosen berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan belajar mahasiswa (2) pengaruh gaya mengajar dosen berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa (3) pengaruh motivasi belajar mahasiswa berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan belajar (4) pengaruh gaya mengajar berpengaruh langsung terhadap motivasi belajar melalui kepuasan belajar.

Abstract

Environmental accounting is increasingly recognized as an important strategic instrument for organizations faced with sustainability challenges. This article investigates the utilization of environmental accounting in Indonesian companies, with a particular emphasis on how this practice can improve transparency, operational efficiency, and corporate reputation. Using document analysis methodology, the research examined related reports on sustainability, environmental policies, and government regulations. The results showed that companies implementing environmental accounting successfully achieved reductions in carbon emissions and waste, in addition to improving energy efficiency. In addition, the adoption of environmental accounting resulted in substantial financial benefits, including reduced operating expenditures. Nonetheless, barriers such as initial investment requirements and regulatory intricacies continue to pose challenges for many companies. Consequently, collaboration between government entities, private companies, and non-governmental organizations is essential to promote wider adoption of environmental accounting practices. This study sheds light on the importance of environmental accounting in fostering a more sustainable future for Indonesia.
