Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sinergi antara Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) dan Budaya Kerja Islami dalam meningkatkan loyalitas tenaga pendidik di SMP Negeri 2 Marga Sekampung. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada pentingnya integrasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam praktik manajemen pendidikan untuk membentuk tenaga pendidik yang tidak hanya kompeten secara profesional, tetapi juga memiliki loyalitas dan komitmen yang tinggi terhadap lembaga. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi manajemen SDM seperti rekrutmen yang selektif, pengembangan kompetensi berkelanjutan, dan sistem evaluasi kinerja yang objektif, ketika diintegrasikan dengan budaya kerja Islami yang mencakup nilai-nilai seperti amanah, keikhlasan, ukhuwah, dan tanggung jawab mampu menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang harmonis, produktif, dan spiritual. Sinergi ini secara langsung berdampak pada meningkatnya loyalitas guru terhadap sekolah. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dalam pengembangan konsep Manajemen Pendidikan Islam berbasis nilai, serta implikasi praktis dalam pengelolaan SDM di sekolah.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas perjalanan panjang peradaban Islam yang telah memberikan kontribusi besar dalam bidang ilmu pengetahuan, budaya, dan tata sosial. Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, umat Islam dihadapkan pada tantangan modernitas yang membawa perubahan sosial, politik, dan teknologi yang cepat. Artikel ini menganalisis bagaimana umat Islam merespons tantangan tersebut melalui pembaharuan pemikiran (ijtihad) dan adaptasi nilai-nilai agama dengan konteks modern. Pendekatan pendidikan progresif, dialog antarbudaya, serta reformasi sosial-politik menjadi solusi penting dalam menjaga keberlanjutan peradaban Islam di era globalisasi. Dengan strategi yang inklusif dan adaptif, peradaban Islam diharapkan dapat terus berkembang tanpa kehilangan identitasnya.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas proses sintesis antara nilai-nilai tradisional Islam dan tantangan modernitas yang dihadapi oleh peradaban Islam saat ini. Modernisasi membawa perubahan sosial, budaya, dan teknologi yang cepat, sehingga menuntut umat Islam untuk menyesuaikan diri tanpa menghilangkan identitas keagamaan. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis literatur terkini untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana nilai-nilai tradisional dapat disintesiskan dengan prinsip-prinsip modernitas melalui reformasi pendidikan, pemikiran, dan sosial. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa upaya sintesis ini penting untuk menjaga keberlanjutan peradaban Islam sekaligus menghadapi dinamika kontemporer secara konstruktif.

Abstract

Pendidikan Islam memegang peran krusial dalam membentuk karakter, nilai, dan arah perkembangan umat Islam di tengah dinamika global yang terus berubah. Reformasi pendidikan Islam menjadi suatu keniscayaan di era modern, di mana nilai-nilai tradisional perlu disinergikan dengan tuntutan zaman seperti literasi digital, pemikiran kritis, dan kompetensi abad ke-21. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis urgensi, pendekatan, dan tantangan reformasi pendidikan Islam sebagai fondasi bagi pembangunan peradaban modern yang berlandaskan nilai-nilai spiritual, moral, dan intelektual. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi literatur terhadap karya-karya kontemporer dan dokumen kebijakan pendidikan Islam dalam lima tahun terakhir. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa reformasi yang efektif mencakup rekonstruksi kurikulum integratif, penguatan kapasitas guru, penerapan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran, serta pengembangan kelembagaan yang adaptif dan visioner. Reformasi pendidikan Islam tidak hanya menjadi kebutuhan internal umat, tetapi juga kontribusi strategis terhadap pembangunan peradaban global yang lebih berkeadaban, adil, dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) knowledge of food additives in students (2) selection of student snacks and (3) the effect of knowledge of food additives on student selection of snack foods. This research includes the type of ex-post facto research. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques using statistical and correlational tests using normality and linearity tests. The results showed that (1) the students' knowledge of food additives was mostly in the high criteria with a relative frequency of 70.91%. (2) The selection of student snacks is mostly in the high criteria with a relative frequency of 67.27%. (3) Knowledge of food additives affects the selection of student snacks, with an r count of 0.653 > 0.266. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.426, meaning that the contribution made by variable X to variable Y is 42.6%, while the remaining 57.4% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study. Abstract

The purpose of this study is descriptively to find out: 1) The contribution of teaching factory learning outcome to the work culture of class XI students in the field of culinary expertise in the Academic Year of 2022/2023, 2) The results of teaching factory learning in class XI students in the field of culinary expertise at Yogyakarta 6th State Vocational High School Academic Year of 2022/2023, and 3) Work culture of class XI students in the field of culinary expertise at State Vocational High School 6 Yogyakarta Academic Year of 2022/2023. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study is 142 students of class XI in the field of culinary expertise. The research sample consists of 58 students using a proportional random sampling technique with the slovin formula. Data collection uses questionnaires and documentation. Testing the validity of the instrument using the product moment correlation with n = 30 of 20 statement items and obtained 17 valid items and 3 failed items (No. 3, 4, and 8), the reliability test used Cronbach's Alpha on the student work culture variable (Y) with a value coefficient 0.824. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis techniques and product moment correlation which is preceded by a prerequisite test, namely the normality test and linearity test. The results of the study show that (1) there is a contribution between teaching factory learning outcomes on the work culture of class XI students in the field of culinary expertise at SMK Negeri 6 Yogyakarta for the Academic Year of 2022/2023 with a determinant coefficient calculation of 0.117. This is indicated by the results of the value of r count = 0.342 > r table = 0.254, (2) The results of teaching factory learning in class XI in culinary expertise at SMK Negeri 6 Yogyakarta for the 2022/2023 academic year are included in the good category with a relative frequency of 98.3%, (3) The work culture of class XI students in the field of culinary expertise at SMK Negeri 6 Yogyakarta for the Academic Year of 2022/2023 is included in the high category with a relative frequency of 48%.

Abstract

This research and development aims to determine: 1) the development of media for making ribbon embroidery using video, 2) the feasibility of media for making ribbon embroidery using video, and 3) students' responses to the media for making ribbon embroidery using video. The development model used in this research uses the Four-D model which consists of 5 stages, namely define, design, development and disseminate. The results of this research and development show that the feasibility level of media experts is 97.29% (very feasible) and material experts are 98.90% (very feasible). The small scale trial got a result of 91.66% (strongly agree) and the limited scale trial got a percentage of 85.17% (strongly agree).

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze learning strategies in the subjects of creative products and entrepreneurship in the fashion sector which include: 1) Learning planning, 2) Learning implementation and 3) Evaluation of learning outcomes. This study used the qualitative method with the research subjects of the head of the department, supervisory teachers and class XII fashion design students at SMK Negeri 4 Yogyakarta. Data collection methods include: interviews, observation, and documentation. The validity of the data is done by triangulation techniques, triangulation of sources and time. Data analysis techniques include: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing and verification. The results showed that: 1) Planning for learning creative and entrepreneurial products available in the form of lesson plans, syllabi, learning media and teaching materials. 2) The implementation of creative and entrepreneurial product learning includes several things, namely: at the beginning of learning the teacher gives lighter questions; The learning model used is project-based learning with a cooperative learning strategy; the learning method is to explain the material with lecture methods, groups and peer tutors; learning media using PowerPoint and handouts; In the closing activity, the teacher conveyed conclusions related to the material that had been explained. 3) Evaluation of creative and entrepreneurial product learning outcomes is carried out throughout learning at each stage of the product manufacturing process and the form of evaluation assessment includes cognitive, affective and psychomotor assessment

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of learning difficulties of class X students at SMK Negeri 2 Godean Sleman Yogyakarta in the 2024/2025 Academic Year in making clothing patterns. The population of this study was 102 class X fashion design students. The research sample was 50 students using the Slovin formula. Data collection used a questionnaire via Google Form and documentation. The instrument was tested for validity (product moment) and reliability (Cronbach's alpha). Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results of the study showed that the difficulty of learning to make clothing patterns in the difficult category with a relative frequency of 60.00%, namely: 1) in taking the size of the skirt construction technique is difficult category with a frequency of 42.00%, 2) in making basic skirt patterns using the construction technique is difficult category with a frequency of 58.00%, and 3) in making broken skirt patterns construction technique is very difficult category with a frequency of 78.00%. The conclusion is that the level of learning difficulties of class X students in making clothing patterns using the construction technique is difficult category.

Abstract

This research aims to explore and analyze the recruitment management of new student admissions at Walisongo Sragen High School as an effort to improve the quality of graduates. Secondary education has a crucial role in shaping the character and skills of students, and an effective recruitment process can be the key to success in achieving this goal. The research results show that a well-planned recruitment strategy can improve the quality of incoming new students, as well as influence the quality of graduates. The use of information technology and social media is also an important factor in achieving efficiency and effectiveness in the recruitment process. Apart from that, parental involvement in the recruitment process can have a positive impact on students' academic and non-academic development during their study period at Walisongo High School, Sragen. This research contributes to schools improving recruitment management strategies, including the use of technology and parental involvement as an integral part of the process. In this way, it is hoped that Walisongo Sragen High School can produce quality graduates, ready to face global challenges, and make a positive contribution to society.
