Abstract

Kemiskinan merupakan sebuah permasalahan sosial yang sangat kompleks dan harus segera mendapat penanganan yang tepat agar dapat segera teratasi. Indonesia sebagai negara berkembang dan memiliki jumlah penduduk yang besar tentu tidak dapat terhindar dari masalah tersebut. Ini dibuktikan dengan jumlah penduduk miskin yang besar, mayoritas tinggal di daerah pedesaan yang sulit untuk diakses bahkan di kota besar seperti Jakarta pun juga sangat banyak ditemukan masyarakat miskin. Kemiskinan dapat diartikan dimana seseorang sangat sulit untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya sehari-hari dikarenakan berbagai penyebab salah satunya adalah rendahnya tingkat pendapatan yang diperoleh.Kemiskinan sebagai permasalahan sosial tidak akan pernah luput dari perhatian dan pembahasan ajaran Islam. Agama Islam mengupas beberapa tema utama yang sangat urgen mengenai upaya pemberdayaan dan pelibatan masyarakat dalam mengentaskan kemiskinan mereka. Alquran sebagai sumber utama ajaran agama Islam mengumandangkan seruan moral agar keadilan sosial dalam ekonomi ditegakkan terhadap masyarakat yang berada dibawah garis kemiskinan.Upaya pengentasan kemiskinan, salah satu yang menjadi fokus utama dalam Islam adalah adanya ajaran tentang pemberdayaan ekonomi umat yang lemah. Islam memandang sumber daya manusia secara personal menjadi agen utama dalam memberdayakan ekonomi umat. Selanjutnya Islam juga melihat bahwa pengentasan kemiskinan merupakan tanggung jawab kolektif masyarakat, sehingga upaya pemberdayaan ekonomi kaum miskin menjadi kewajiban kolektif seluruh elemen masyarakat, khususnya kemiskinan yang disebabkan oleh struktur sosial.diperlukan sinergitas antar elemen masyarakat baik pemerintah, ulama dan masyarakat sendiri sebagai subjek dan objek perubahan.Beberapa model pemberdayaan di atas dapat dibagi menjadi dua kelompok; langkah-langkah yang bersifat struktural dan yang bersifat kultural. Langkah struktural lebih ditekankan kepada lembaga khusus yang menanganinya agar berjalan dengan baik, sedangkan langkah kultural lebih ditekankan pada individu, baik individu yang diharapkan menjadi salah satu subjek pengentasan kemiskinan dan pemberdayaan kaum fakir dan miskin maupun yang menjadi objeknya

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the implementation of an Islamic Education learning approach with religious moderation insights at State Senior High School 1 Rejang Lebong, focusing on three aspects: the implementation process, students' attitudes of tolerance, and their responses to the learning approach. The research employed a qualitative case study design involving three Islamic Education teachers and 21 purposively selected students. Data were collected through interviews and observations and then analyzed using an interactive method encompassing data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Triangulation ensured data validity through cross-verification between sources and methods. The learning approach integrated values of moderation (tawasuth), tolerance (tasamuh), balance (tawazun), and fairness (ta’adl) into teaching. Group discussions on religious diversity, collaborative projects addressing social issues, and constructivist methods enhanced critical thinking. Teachers facilitated discussions, guided projects, and employed contextual, inclusive materials. Extracurricular activities like interfaith dialogues and community service reinforced classroom lessons. Students displayed tolerance through respectful interactions, diversity acceptance, and fairness in school activities, supported by personal experiences and a harmonious environment. They responded positively, showing enthusiasm, active participation, and a deeper understanding of tolerance and social harmony. This study highlights the importance of integrating religious moderation insights into Islamic Education through inclusive policies, structured activities, and interactive methods to foster tolerance, inclusivity, and social harmony. The research's novelty lies in its comprehensive exploration of the implementation process, students' attitudes, and responses. It offers practical insights into embedding ethical and moderation values in Islamic Education to promote harmony and prevent radicalism.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh manajemen konflik antara guru BK dan wali kelas dalam membentuk karakter religius siswa di SMKN 4 Kepahiang. Memakai pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah populasi seluruh siswa kelas X, XI, dan XII. Sampel pada penelitian ini didapatkan dengan menerapkan teknik Simple Random Sampling dengan jumlah 86. Analisis data dikerjakan memanfaatkan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwasannya 1)implementasi manajemen konflik antara wali kelas dan guru BK tergolong cukup,2) Karakter religius siwa di SMKN 4 Kepahiang tergolong cukup, 3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan penerapan manajemen konflik antara wali kels dan guru BK dalam membentuk karakter religius siswa di SMKN 4 Kepahiang . Berdasarkan perhitungan menggunakan SPSS versi 25 dengan rumus product moment sebesar 0,301 dan dilihat dari rxy yang di peroleh 0,301 > 0,212 terletak diantara 0,20 - 0,399, dapat dinyatakan korelasi antara variabel X dan Y adalah tergolong rendah. Dari perhitungan determinasi diperoleh angka sebesar 0,091 (9%) Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen konflik antara wali kelas dan guru BK memberikan sumbangan 9% terhadap pembentukan karakter religius siswa di SMKN 4 Kepahiang.

Abstract

Reports and transparency need to be done by all leaders, so that everyone can know and be part of the supervision in the use of BOS funds. Not only is transparency done by developed regions, but transparency also needs to be done in remote areas. This study aims to examine the level of transparency and accountability in the management of School Operational Assistance funds in remote schools in the Bermani Ilir and Muara Kemumu Districts, Kepahiang Regency. Using a qualitative approach and a case study method, this research collected data through in-depth interviews, observations, and document studies. The research findings indicate that the transparency of BOS fund management in these two districts is still low, as evidenced by the limited public access to financial reports and the low participation of school committees. On the other hand, the accountability of school managers is quite good, but they face constraints in timely reporting and limited human resources. Furthermore, constraints in the use of technology also hinder the effectiveness of financial reporting. To improve transparency and accountability, this study recommends increasing training for school managers and implementing information technology. The results of this study can serve as a basis for developing better BOS fund management policies in remote areas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji urgensi penatausahaan anggaran pendidikan sebagai elemen penting dalam mendukung tercapainya pemerataan akses pendidikan, peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran, dan pengelolaan keuangan yang transparan serta akuntabel. Dengan fokus pada konteks Indonesia, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi tantangan serta peluang dalam pelaksanaan penatausahaan anggaran pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif dengan mengkaji dokumen kebijakan, peraturan perundang-undangan, serta literatur terkait pengelolaan anggaran pendidikan. Data sekunder yang dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis isi untuk menggambarkan urgensi dan memberikan rekomendasi strategis terkait penatausahaan anggaran pendidikan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penatausahaan anggaran pendidikan yang efektif dan efisien memerlukan integrasi antara perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan anggaran. Tantangan utama meliputi rendahnya kapasitas sumber daya manusia, kurang optimalnya pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, serta lemahnya pengawasan terhadap penggunaan anggaran. Namun, peluang seperti penguatan regulasi, implementasi sistem digital, dan pelibatan berbagai pemangku kepentingan menjadi solusi strategis untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Rekomendasi utama mencakup reformasi sistem pengawasan, peningkatan kapasitas manajerial, serta pengembangan sistem informasi keuangan berbasis teknologi

Abstract

This study aims to identify the types and sources of educational financing in State Senior High Schools (SMAN) in Rejang Lebong Regency. A descriptive qualitative approach was used, involving in-depth interviews, observations, and document studies at purposively selected SMANs. The findings indicate that the educational financing in SMAN 10 Rejang Lebong Regency comes from three main sources: the government through the School Operational Assistance (BOS) program and the Special Allocation Fund (DAK), the community through contributions from school committees, and third parties through partnerships with private institutions or alumni. Financing is divided into two main categories: operational and development. Operational financing includes daily school needs such as teacher salaries and utility costs, while development financing is used for long-term projects like infrastructure development and teacher training. However, the main challenges in fund management include delays in BOS fund disbursement and lack of transparency in managing community donations. This study recommends improving transparency and fostering better collaboration between the government, community, and private sector to create a more sustainable and effective financing model.

Abstract

The Islamic education system plays a strategic role in shaping a generation that is not only intellectually competent but also spiritually and morally grounded. This article examines the implementation of Islamic education by focusing on three key aspects: strategic planning, resource management, and quality assurance. The study is motivated by the urgent need for Islamic education to respond to contemporary challenges, particularly in an era marked by globalization and digital transformation, which demand an education system that is both relevant and competitive. This research employs a qualitative approach through a comprehensive literature review of policy documents, scholarly sources, and field practices observed in various Islamic educational institutions. The findings reveal that effective implementation strategies must be grounded in a clear vision and mission, well-developed strategic planning, and strong, visionary leadership. Efficient management of resources—particularly qualified educators, infrastructure, and funding—significantly contributes to the success of the learning process. Moreover, an integrated and continuous quality assurance system is crucial for maintaining educational standards and ensuring institutional accountability. In today’s context, the integration of Islamic values with modern management practices, adopting information technology, is vital in advancing a high-quality, adaptive, and globally competitive Islamic education system. This study recommends fostering stronger collaboration among the government, educational institutions, and society to establish a holistic and sustainable framework for Islamic education.   Keywords: Islamic education, implementation strategy, educational resources, education quality, Islamic education management

Abstract

Financial inclusion is a condition of products or services from formal financial institutions that can be accessed and relished by various groups of society. Inclusive financial conditions can propel economic growths of the poor through formal financial institutions by forming business groups in each village. This article aims to address how the implementation of financial inclusion programs as a form of concrete efforts in the context of alleviating poverty in Rejang Lebong Regency. Moreover, this study uses a qualitative analysis method with a non-parametric qualitative approach. It shows that the presence of a financial inclusion programs in Rejang Lebong Regency can reduce the poverty level. This poverty alleviation effort is carried out through the pattern of providing venture capital to each Joint Business Group (KUBE) by raising regional superior products as its business, so as it can improve the economy of the local community. The distribution of venture capital assistance is also provided to Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (UMKM) and religious organizations by maximizing the role and function of the Zakat Collecting Unit (UPZ) in each mosque for productive activities. Therefore, it is necessary to facilitate the granting of permits for the establishment of microfinance institutions such as Islamic cooperatives and savings and loan cooperatives as well as the synergy between the government, Islamic scholars, and the community in order to alleviate poverty through financial inclusion programs. Inklusi keuangan merupakan suatu kondisi produk atau jasa dari lembaga keuangan formal yang dapat diakses dan dinikmati oleh berbagai kalangan masyarakat. Kondisi keuangan yang inklusif dapat mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat miskin melalui lembaga keuangan formal dengan membentuk kelompok usaha disetiap desa. Tulisan ini ingin menjawab bagaimana implementasi program inklusi keuangan sebagai bentuk upaya konkrit dalam rangka mengentaskan kemiskinan di kabupaten Rejang Lebong. Menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif non parametric, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kehadiran program inklusi keuangan di kabupaten Rejang Lebong dapat menurunkan tingkat kemiskinan. Upaya pengentasan kemiskinan ini dilakukan melalui pola pemberian modal usaha kepada setiap Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE) dengan mengangkat produk unggulan daerah sebagai usahanya, sehingga bisa meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat setempat. Penyaluran bantuan modal usaha ini juga diberikan kepada Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) dan organisasi keagamaan dengan memaksimalkan peran dan fungsi Unit Pengumpul Zakat (UPZ) disetiap masjid untuk kegiatan-kegiatan produktif. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan kemudahan dalam pemberian izin pendirian lembaga keuangan mikro seperti koperasi syariah dan koperasi simpan pinjam serta  sinergitas antara pemerintah, ulama, dan masyarakat dalam rangka mengentaskan  kemiskinan melalui program inklusi keuangan.

Abstract

Examining the issues, developments, and adjustments that the Islamic educational system has made in response to shifting times, global dynamics, and technological breakthroughs is the aim of this research.  Data was gathered using a qualitative approach using the library research method, including literature, policy papers, and prior study findings.  The results of the theme analysis demonstrate that the Islamic education system faces a variety of issues, both global and national.  These problems include the industrial revolution, government regulations, disjointed learning methodologies, and the expectations of 21st-century competence performance. At the national level, the low accreditation and recognition of religious educational institutions is also major obstacle. As a result, several innovations have been developed, including interactive teaching techniques, the adaptable curriculum that combines contemporary science with Islamic ideals, and the use of digital technology in the classroom. In addition, the Islamic education system also shows efforts to adapt to the times through the transformation of educational orientation, the adoption of 21st-century methods, and the integration of intra-, co-, and extra-curricular learning. These findings show that despite facing complex challenges, the Islamic education system in Indonesia has great potential to develop adaptively, innovatively, and relevantly in responding to current and future educational needs.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of project-based learning innovations on improving the quality of learning among students at SMPIT Rabbi Radhiyya Curup. The study employs a descriptive qualitative research design. This design was chosen because the research objective is to gain a deep understanding of the impact of project-based learning innovation on student quality, as well as how this innovation's implementation is perceived and interpreted by students, teachers, and other relevant parties. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of project-based learning at SMPIT Rabbi Radhiyya Curup has proven to have significant goals and benefits in supporting the designated education program. Through this method, participants can develop a better understanding, critical skills, teamwork, and relevance to the real world.
