Abstract

Tujuan dari penulisan hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini untuk mendeskripsikan proses dan hasil selama melaksanakan kegiatan pelatihan dan pembinaan tari, di Desa Wisata Buwun Sejati, Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Desa Buwun Sejati merupakan salah satu desa wisata yang terletak di Kecamatan Narmada, dengan segala daya tariknya. Sebagai desa wisata, maka keindahan alam dan seni yang berasal dari tradisi dan budaya menjadi salah satu daya tarik untuk menarik minat para wisatawan. Oleh karenanya, pelatihan seni tari menjadi bagian penting dalam menguatkan kemampuan para generasi muda desa Buwun untuk mengembangkan kesenian yang dimiliki. Pengabdian dilakukan dengan pendekatan pembelajaran langsung, tim bertugas sebagai pelatih dan pembina, yang langsung memberikan materi dan pelatihan keterampilan seni tari pada setiap peserta pengabdian. Kegiatan yang dilakukan selama lima hari menunjukkan bahwa seluruh peserta memiliki kemampuan tari yang baik, dengan pelatihan yang diberikan maka kemampuan tari tersebut diharapkan akan terus berkembang. Pelatihan tari ini diharapkan dapat menjadi penguatan bagi desa wisata Buwun Sejati, sehingga dapat dikembangkan menjadi atraksi wisata yang dapat menjadi daya tarik dalam menarik minat wisatawan untuk berkunjung ke desa Buwun Sejati. Selain itu, pelatihan seni tari bukan hanya sebatas pengembangan atraksi wisata, namun penguatan kesadaran untuk selalu melestarikan nilai dan warisan budaya, agar tetap lestari dan tetap eksis keberadaannya. Hasil pengabdian diharapkan dapat menjadi sebuah landasan kebijakan untuk mendorong semua pihak mendukung keberadaan desa wisata di Pulau Lombok.

Abstract

This community service program aimed to enhance financial literacy among early childhood children in Dusun Pemangkalan, Batu Mekar Village, through the creation of creative savings from used bottles integrated with Hindu economic values. The methodological approach included community education, participatory training, and demonstration sessions. Activities were conducted through multiple phases: initial socialization about financial literacy importance, creative workshops on transforming waste bottles into functional piggy banks, and the introduction of basic Hindu economic principles such as Tri Hita Karana and the concept of Artha. The results indicated a modest improvement in children's understanding of saving concepts and money values, with pre-intervention assessment showing 35% understanding and post-intervention reaching 55%. Parental involvement was observed to be crucial, though participation levels varied. Environmental awareness also showed slight improvement. The study concludes that while culturally contextual and creative approaches show potential, sustained efforts and longer intervention periods are needed for significant impact. The integration of local values proved meaningful in connecting abstract financial concepts to children's daily experiences.

Abstract

The writing of the results of this study strengthens the understanding of the importance of Hindu character education and entrepreneurship for Hindu Religious Arts and Culture Education Study Program students. Art education students are formed into prospective educators, but more opportunities are needed for graduates to become educators. The lack of options, because the formation provided is sometimes lacking, so students must be able to read opportunities. Reading opportunities are part of financial literacy, so entrepreneurship needs to be integrated into lectures. Either through curriculum adaptation or entrepreneurial programs by universities. The assessment uses qualitative research, a type of literature study. Based on data analysis, Hindu character education is for students to develop prospective art educators who have attitudes and behaviours toward the teachings of Hinduism. The ability to be entrepreneurial, providing capital for art education students, to create the desire for entrepreneurship, as preparation for the future. This study aims to provide insightful reinforcement and benefits for art education students and can be a reference for relevant studies by academics and researchers.
