Abstract

Salah satu karya sastra yang masih hidup sebagai bentuk tradisi tulis dalam struktur kebahasaan Bahasa Bali adalah geguritan. Geguritan adalah karya sastra yang dibentuk berdasarkan pupuh dan di lagukan oleh dua orang dimana satu orang yang melagukan dan satu orang yang mengartikan atau memaknai masing-masing pupuh. Geguritan candrabherawa merupakan geguritan yang dikawi oleh I Ketut Ruma mengacu kepada lontar Purwwagama Sasana. Kajian geguritan Candrabherawa ini berpusat kepada analisis struktur teksnya yang dianggap unik dan memiliki ciri tersendiri terkait rasa estetika dan kemampuan pengarangnya, hasil analisa disimpulkan terdapat komponen yang membentuk struktur teks geguritan ini dan yang menonjol adanya perbedaan padalingsa pupuh pembentuk geguritan Candrabherawa yang terkesan keluar dari pakem yang ada namun perbedaan ini umumnya terjadi karena pengarang ingin mempertahankan alur cerita sehingga pemilihan kata dalam jumlah pada sedikit berbeda dengan struktur pada selanjutnya dalam pupuh-pupuh pembentuk teks geguritan Candrabherawa namun perbedaan tersebut tidak mengubah kesan estetika dari geguritan tersebut. Kata Kunci : sastra, struktur, geguritan, candrabherawa

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji keberadaan kajang sebagai bagian dari upakara pada prosesi ngaben di Bali. Kajang merupakan suatu kain yang berisikan aksara-aksara suci dan simbol-simbol yang memiliki makna filosofis keagamaan menurut Hindu. Kajang Tutuan merupakan suatu bentuk kajang yang digunakan dalam prosesi ngaben warga Tutuan. Bukan hanya sekedar sarana pelengkap upacara, namun terkandung simbol dan fungsi yang cukup penting yaitu identitas Tutuan sebagai bagian dari warga di Bali. Keberadaan kajang Tutuan tidak hanya sebagai bagian dari sarana keagamaan dalam upacara ngaben namun terkandung konsepsi-konsepsi seni rupa dan agama Hindu yang saling berhubungan didalamnya. Penelitian kualitatif dengan studi pendekatan fenomenologis ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa pengamatan, wawancara serta kajian pustaka yang relevan dengan fokus penelitian. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa konsepsi agama dan seni dalam kajang Tutuan terbagi dalam tiga hal yaitu satyam, siwam dan sundaram. Satyam yaitu terdapat makna-makna filosofis dalam kajang Tutuan. Siwam bahwa dalam proses pembuatan dan penggunaan kajang terdapat ritual-ritual suci. Sundaram bahwa terdapat nilai-nilai keindahan dalam kajang Tutuan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut, diharapkan penelitian ini dapat berkontribusi, dan berdampak dalam memberikan sumbangsih pengetahuan. Penelitian ini juga dapat menjadi suatu pustaka dalam kajian terhadap sarana upacara agama Hindu.

Abstract

Literary works are not merely a bouquet made in a short period of time, but are made with the various components and elements that make a literary work so much appreciated. Bali also in its development also has so many heritages of traditional and modern literary works but which generally become a historical heritage containing so many sacred Hindu religious teachings and still so highly developed in Bali is a rash. The Geguritan as mentioned by experts is a traditional literary heritage in which there are elements of Hindu religion that becomes one of the media in conveying Hindu teachings. One of the most well-known rash is Candrabherawa, composed and composed by I Ketut Ruma which tells the story of the War of Hastinapura with Dewantara due to differences in the implementation of religious teachings. So, of course, there are profound philosophical teachings. The study of the rash of Candrabherawa texts emphasizes the study of the value of Hindu teachings contained in the rash text. From the results of the study, that the text of Candrabherawa is the teaching of Tri Hita Karana, Tri Kaya Parisudha, Catur Marga, and chess clan that can be a reference and guidance in implementing the internalization of Susila value on the strengthening of character education for students by education actors in education institutions.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the process of introducing Balinese script to early childhood at PAUD Mutiara Rinjani in Selelos Village. Balinese script is part of Balinese culture and an essential part of Hindu religious rituals. Still, in reality, not all children can get to know and learn Balinese script, especially Balinese children outside the island of Bali. This makes it essential to introduce the Balinese script early so that community service activities become a necessary learning process. This community service activity is carried out with a community-based approach which is carried out with the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. Based on the results of data during the activity, it can be concluded that quite essential things are the introduction of Balinese script activities carried out through the media of coloring books compiled by the activity coach, the emphasis of learning is only on the realm of knowing, the training runs smoothly. The children are enthusiastic about the introduction process, which is carried out pleasantly through the media of images. It is hoped that similar activities can be carried out again so that the training context is sustainable. It is expected that the description of this activity can be important information and a reference in planning a service program related to the introduction and learning of Balinese script for early childhood.

Abstract

The writing of this article aims to describe the results of yoga training activities in sisya pasraman and practice skills to strengthen the understanding of the essence of Hindu educational values. This study is qualitative with a case study approach on yoga training activities. Data collection techniques use participant observation models, interviews and document studies, which are analyzed using data triangulation techniques. Based on the results of the data analysis, sisya is very enthusiastic about learning the yoga movements given by the coaches. In addition to the process and concept of yoga, teachings contain character values, one of which is religious character and discipline, reflected in the teachings of morals, namely tri kaya parisudha, the concept of parhyangan, the teachings of panca Yama brata and panca nyama brata. Yoga training and writing activities of this article are expected to provide benefits in the form of resource development of Hindus of character and can become a reference library for relevant activities in the future.  Keywords: Hinduism, Character, Pasraman, Yoga.   Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan hasil kegiatan pelatihan yoga pada sisya pasraman selain melatih keterampilan juga untuk menguatkan pemahaman akan esensi nilai-nilai pendidikan Hindu. Kajian ini berjenis kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus pada kegiatan pelatihan yoga. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan model observasi partisipan, wawancara dan studi dokumen­tasi, yang dianalisis menggunakan teknik trianggulasi data. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data didapatkan bahwa sisya sangat antusias dalam mem­pelajari gerakan-gerakan yoga yang diberikan oleh para pelatih, di samping itu dalam proses dan konsepnya ajaran yoga mengandung nilai-nilai karakter salah satunya adalah karakter religius dan disiplin yang tercermin dalam ajaran susila yaitu tri kaya parisudha, konsep parhyangan dan ajaran panca yama brata dan panca nyama brata. Kegiatan pelatihan yoga dan penulisan artikel ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat berupa pembangunan sumber daya umat Hindu yang berkarakter dan dapat menjadi pustaka rujukan bagi kegiatan yang relevan di masa depan. Kata kunci: Hindu, Karakter, Pasraman, Yoga.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and examine the obstacles and obstacles to the life process of religious moderation in Hindu learning in high school education in Mataram City. The city of Mataram consists of a reasonably plural community life, including the lives of people who adhere to diverse religions, with most Muslims. Tolerance among religious believers is capital in building hope for the development of a harmonious life in the community. Hindu learning in high schools becomes a habituation in building the foundation of moderate religious life. However, its integration in learning has obstacles that will undoubtedly hinder the acceleration of the development of religious moderation among students as a national resource. This study uses qualitative research with a case study approach with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and document studies. Based on the results of the study and analysis of the data, there are obstacles and obstacles in the form of not optimal learning in the learning process of religious moderation in Hindu religious education. This is because the material on religious moderation has not been directly written. However, in essence, it is contained in materials such as yajna values, catur asrama, upaveda, catur Warna, Vedic as a source of Hindu law and dasa Yama and nyama brata as a teaching of self-control in Hinduism. It is hoped that through this study, Hindu students at the high school level can understand and implement religious moderation learning in building a harmonious and tolerant life when entering society. This study can also be a reference library for relevant research in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and explain the importance of increasing understanding of the competencies that a prospective educator must possess. Today educators have a fairly central role in teaching and educating to transform theory into practical skills for students. The role of the educator, who should be an example for students, in some cases, becomes a criminal, one of which is a case of harassment of students. So building character is not only an obligation of a student but also for a student's perspective educator himself, let alone a prospective religious educator. This research is centred on a literature review with an analysis of relevant libraries. Based on the analysis of the relevant libraries, the results are obtained, namely based on existing regulations. To become an educator, you must have qualifications, competencies and certifications. The competencies that must be possessed are professional, pedagogic, social and personal competencies. Besides, prospective educators must have an understanding of the importance of literacy. Character is also an integral part of forming prospective religious educators to become educators who can be an example for their students. The results of this study can strengthen insights and information for prospective educators and become a literature review for relevant research in the future.

Abstract

The purpose of writing the results of this study is to explain the importance of religious and socio-cultural factors in the development of the Hindu religious art and culture education curriculum. Learning art and culture, especially in the Hindu education curriculum, is not only to teach aspects of art but, most importantly, to internalize Hindu values in Hindu art. Thus, religious adaptation strengthens the value of spirituality, and socio-cultural aspects are for material improvement in strengthening art and culture with local wisdom. This study uses a qualitative approach of the type of literature study, with a data collection method, namely literature analysis, that is relevant to the focus of the study. Analysis techniques use continuous models, namely reduction, presentation and verification of data. Based on the results of data analysis, religious factors are essential in providing reinforcements of Hindu values, especially the concept of art in Hinduism, so that art material is related to the ability to be creative and aspects of spirituality. Social and cultural aspects reinforce the development of the art education curriculum, so the existing art aspects focus more on regional art and culture development. Thus, this study can explain the importance of religious, social and cultural aspects adopted in developing the Hindu religious art and culture education curriculum. Moreover, it can use as a reference in relevant studies in the future.

Abstract

The writing of this study is to explain education and character education from the point of view of critical educational philosophy. Education is a process to achieve competence and self-maturation, and character education is currently essential in overcoming moral degradation. However, its implementation still needs to be strengthened, considering that there are still many phenomena of juvenile delinquency in school-age children. So that studies in the critical paradigm are essential to be carried out to put back the position of education and the implementation of character education in the learning process in educational institutions. This study uses qualitative research with a literature study approach; analysis uses a reduction analysis model, data presentation, and verification. The results of the interpretation can be explained that the study of critical philosophy in education seeks to criticize the essence of education and character education that is understood today. Proper education is not only the process that runs in schools, but education runs within the family, school, and community. Character education is a process of internalization, and integration of values, in order to realize students with character and become a guideline for attitudes and behavior, as well as moral awareness to mitigate moral degradation by students, so it must be strengthened not only in the policy context but must be strengthened in its implementation. This study can increase knowledge about the philosophy of critical education and is helpful to be a reference library for relevant studies.

Abstract

Tujuan penulisan ini untuk menggambarkan proses pembentukan lingkungan dan kondisi belajar yang ideal untuk membangun motivasi belajar bagi peserta didik dalam mempelajari pendidikan agama Hindu melalui pengkajian rancangan dan desain pembelajaran. Adapun pendekatan penelitian dilakukan melalui riset kepustakaan dengan mengkaji pustaka terdahulu yang relevan dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa studi pustaka dan studi dokumen. Berdasarkan hasil kajian ditemukan bahwa dalam membangun suatu kondisi dan lingkungan belajar yang ideal bagi peserta didik dalam belajar pendidikan agama Hindu terdapat model-model desain pembelajaran yang dijadikan sebagai landasan dalam mendesain proses belajar mengajar dan terdapat lima tahapan umum dalam mendesain pembelajaran. Melalui pengkajian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi tinjauan pustaka bagi pendidik dalam menyusun dan merancang proses belajar mengajar sehingga mampu membangun lingkungan dan kondisi belajar yang ideal dalam memotivasi peserta didik.
