Abstract

There is an intriguing link between product quality and pricing to investigate because of the reciprocal effect they have on consumer satisfaction. This study's overarching goal is to dissect Jago Coffee in North Jakarta to determine how pricing and product quality interact to maximize consumer happiness. Clients of Jago Coffee in North Jakarta provided the main data. Using questionnaires as a data collecting tool, the researcher picked a sample size of 100 people to interview. The analytical techniques used included tests for reliability and validity as well as tests for multiple linear regression and coefficient of determination. For the purpose of evaluating hypotheses, the t-test and the f-test were used. Collaboratively, the study's independent variables—product quality (9.712>1.660) and price (2.020>1, 660)—had t-values that were higher than the t-table value. Ultimately, consumer satisfaction is a dependent variable, and product quality and price are two independent factors that partly affect it.

Abstract

Sinar Mas Stationery ATK Bekasi is an MSME and a trading company (PD) engaged in the sale office stationery supplies, utilizing two sales channels, offline and online sales. Differences in cost structures and sales volumes across these channels result in varying risk and profit achievement, thus necessitating analysis as a basis for determining an appropriate profitability strategy. This study aims to analyze and compare the Break-Even point (BEP) between offline and online sales as a foundation for determining profitability strategies. The data collection methods used for this final project include documentation, interviews, and literature review, employing a quantitative non-statistical analytical approach. The data analysis at PD. Sinar Mas Stationery ATK Bekasi was conducted by classifying costs into fixed costs and variable costs for each sales channel. The next stage involved comparing the BEP values of offline and online sales to identify which channel provides a more optimal contribution to profit. By performing this comparative analysis, the store owner is expected to gain a solid basis for determining profitability strategies, enabling the optimization of profit margins and the minimization of operational risks.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di MTsN 31 Jakarta, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain statistik. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 70 pegawai yang terdiri atas tenaga pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, dengan sampel 58 responden yang ditentukan melalui teknik sampling probabilitas jenis acak sederhana. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Instrumen penelitian telah memenuhi syarat validitas dan reliabilitas, dengan nilai Cronbach’s Alpha masing masing 0,901 untuk motivasi kerja, 0,882 untuk lingkungan kerja, dan 0,911 untuk kinerja pegawai. Analisis data dilakukan melalui uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai t hitung 4,735 dan signifikansi 0,000, sedangkan lingkungan kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan nilai t hitung 2,061 dan signifikansi 0,044. Secara simultan, kedua variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai F hitung 65,334 dan signifikansi 0,000. Nilai R Square sebesar 0,704 menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja mampu menjelaskan 70,4 persen variasi kinerja pegawai. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan kinerja pegawai di madrasah memerlukan penguatan motivasi kerja sekaligus penciptaan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif.

Abstract

Fotile Electrical Appliance Indonesia Jakarta Region considers employee performance as an important factor in supporting the achievement of company objectives. Therefore, optimal human resource management is required through the provision of fair incentives and the enhancement of work motivation. This study employs a quantitative research method with a survey approach. The population of this study consists of all employees of PT. Fotile Electrical Appliance Indonesia, with a total of 51 respondents selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination with the assistance of SPSS Statistics 25 software. The results of the study indicate that incentives partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, incentives and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Fotile Electrical Appliance Indonesia Jakarta Region. These findings indicate that appropriate incentive provision and increased work motivation can optimally improve employee performance.
