Abstract

The online shopping trend on Shopee and other e-commerce platforms continues to develop and has controversy and occurs from time to time. Some sellers on Shopee have been involved in fraud, such as sending fake products or not sending products at all. This can harm buyers and damage Shopee's reputation. This research aims to analyze the influence of trends in the use of e-commerce (Shopee) on the purchasing decisions of culinary students at Unimed. This research uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was 93 culinary students from the class of 2023. The data analysis techniques used are the t test, f test and coefficient of determination. The results of the test analysis show a sig value of 0.000, which means that there is an influence from the e-commerce usage variable (X) on the purchasing decision variable (Y). The strength of influence of the e-commerce usage variable influences the purchasing decision variable by 46%. Meanwhile, the remaining 0.540 or 54% is influenced by other variables studied.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan sistem informasi manajemen Keuangan Daerah (SIMDA) terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan pada Pemerintah Daerah Kota Pariaman. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengambil objek pada Pejabat dan staff Pengelola Keuangan di SKPD Kota Pariaman. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian untuk mengetahui antar variabel adalah analisis regresi sederhana dan pengujian hipotesis dengan bantuan software SPSS for windows untuk mengolah data. Pengaruh penggunaan penggunaan sistem informasi daerah telah dibuktikan pada hasil analisis uji t diperoleh nilai dari t hitung sebesar 7,044 atau lebih besar dari t tabel yaitu sebesar 1.69389. Nilai signifikansi diperoleh sebesar 0,000 atau koefisien lebih kecil dengan nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,05 sehingga pengaruh dari variabel penggunaan sistem informasi daerah (X) terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan (Y). Analisis koefisien determinasi berdasarkan nilai R Square dalam penelitian ini adalah sebesar 0,590 yang berarti variabel penggunaan sistem informasi daerah mempengaruhi variabel keputusan pembelian sebesar 59%. Sedangkan sisanya 41% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang diteliti.

Abstract

This study originated from the lack of enthusiasm of students following the learning of milling machining in the classroom, because of the many distractions that make it difficult for students to concentrate. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a difference in students' learning concentration in the subject of milling machining techniques of vocational high school students when they are taught with whiteboard animation media and textbooks. This research design is a quasi-experiment with post-test only. Based on the researcher's consideration and initial interviews, the subjects of this study were formulated as two classes. The number of students for the experimental class XI TPM 1 (15 people) and the conventional class XI TPM 2 (15 people). The experimental class XI TPM 1 was given whiteboard animation learning media, while the conventional class XI TPM 2 was given conventional learning. To analyze the research data, t-test technique was used. The results of the t-test analysis showed that, compared to the conventional learning method, students learned milling machining techniques with higher concentration.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of learning outcomes using a tutorial-based learning model in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) subjects at Junior High School 02 Painan. This study uses a quasi-experimental research method. The population in this study were students of class VIII Junior High School 02 Painan. The sample in this study used a random sampling technique with students in class VIII A as the experimental class and VIII B as the control class with 30 students in class A and 25 students in class B. The research instrument used was objective questions which were tested for validity, reliability, discriminatory power, and level of difficulty. Data were analyzed with parametric statistics including normality test, homogeneity test and hypothesis testing. As well as to test the activity and response of the research instrument used was a questionnaire which was validated by three lecturers who are experts in learning evaluation and the results of effectiveness were analyzed based on classical completeness and based on the Gain Score. The results of this study revealed that student learning outcomes using the tutorial-based learning model with an average score of the experimental class was 78.933 better than ordinary learning with an average score of the control class was 69.76 in the final test analysis where the tcount was 9.484 and ttable is 1.68 with a significance level of 95% so that tcount > ttable and the research hypothesis is accepted. As well as seen from the activeness and response of students, the average result of activity is 80.9% with a very good classification and for the average student response result is 87.4% with a very good classification result. The effectiveness of learning using a tutorial-based learning model in the effectiveness trial, obtained 87% of students scored ≥ 70 which stated classically effectiveness and for the control class obtained 43.33% of students scored < 70 which stated that it was not classically effective. And in terms of Gain Score gets a value of 37.31% (medium). Thus it can be concluded that there is an influence of the tutorial-based learning model on Information and Communication Technology (ICT) learning on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Blended learning is very important today, and various platforms are used to achieve reasonable learning goals in education, ranging from low to high levels. Different learning platforms are implemented in e-learning systems, mobile applications, and other interactive media. The venue is only sometimes able to help students in learning thoroughly. So that there is a need for learning style adjustments to the learning process. This study uses an Android-based entrepreneurship learning media application to determine the results of entrepreneurial education and students' entrepreneurial interests. The type of research used was a quasi-experiment with a population of 406 students. Samples were taken using purposive sampling techniques. The instruments used in this study are objective tests and questionnaires of entrepreneurial interest. The analysis technique used was Anova with test F. The results revealed a positive influence between implementing entrepreneurial mobile media on increasing entrepreneurial interest and student learning outcomes

Abstract

Keberadaan modul pembelajaran interaktif berbasis android mampu memberikan dampak yang positif bagi siswa dalam pembelajaran Produk Kreatif da Kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk modul interaktif untuk siswa sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK). Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah 4D yaitu, Define, design, develop dan disseminate. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 8 di kota Padang. Instrumen untuk uji efektivitas adalah dalam bentuk soal tes. Analsis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan program excel. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai efektivitas siswa setelah menggunakan modul interaktif in adalah sebesar 87.75 %. Dengan demikian dapat ditafsirkan bahwa produk ini sangat efektif digunakan dalam pemeblajaran Produk Kreatif dan Kewirausahaan.

Abstract

The research background is the rapid development of makeup and beauty industry in the social media era that is highly competitive. The study aims to explore the industry's development and its characters, the specialized entrepreneurial strategies, and the influence of social media on this industry. The methodology employed in this research is a semi-systematic literature review. The analytical approach utilized incorporates a meta-narrative framework, encompassing stages such as identifying, analyzing, and identifying patterns and themes related to the topic. The results describe that the characters of makeup and beauty industry includes highly competitive, ever-changing trends, consumer-centric, seasonal and limited-edition products, diverse product range. Furthermore, the role of social media and specialized entrepreneurial strategies related to the influencer collaborations, community building, personalized beauty, virtual beauty consultations, user-generated content, social commerce, online beauty classes, virtual events and live streams. Finally, the challenges of social media on entrepreneurial strategies associated with the policy and algorithm changes, negative feedback and criticism, data privacy and security.

Abstract

The presence of digital technology has fundamentally changed the business landscape, and one of the most striking transformations is the birth of e-commerce. Online business has become a global phenomenon that is spurring economic growth, increasing the accessibility of products and services, and changing the way companies interact with customers. In this context, three main factors emerge as key elements influencing the success of an e-commerce business: superior user experience, wise pricing strategy, and a sophisticated e-commerce platform. This research aims to find out how demographics, user experience and platforms influence the digital business world. The research method used in this research is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with a qualitative approach in a systematic review which is used to summarize research results that are descriptive qualitative in nature. The results of this research are that there is a significant influence between demographics and user experience because these three variables greatly influence customer purchases because they can be a comparison of various aspects of purchasing through platforms in the digital business world.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui dan menganalisis strategi pemasaran online, meliputi produk, harga, pelayanan konsumen dan keamanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menyebarkan kuesioner dan wawancara terhadap konsumen yang membeli produk secara online sebagai sampel penelitian. Pengambilan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling yang telah membeli minuman secara online minimal 3 kali yaitu 20 orang pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepuasan konsumen ditentukan dari strategi pemasaran online. Kesesuaian produk terkait dengan 95% kepuasan konsumen menyatakan sangat setuju dari produk yang sesuai dengan gambar, informasi produk, dan desain kemasan produk yang menarik serta unik. Respon harga mendapatkan tanggapan 90%, bahwa harga produk yang dijual sesuai dengan kualitasnya. Pelayanan konsumen hampir 95% responden menyatakan pelaku usaha cepat merespon chat dalam bertransaksi, keamanan terjaminnya produk yang diterima sesuai dengan desain dan kemasan yang masih bagus mendapatkan tanggapan sekitar 95%. Inilah yang menjadi motivasi pelaku usaha dalam memasarkan produknya secara online untuk mendapatkan kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

Strategies used by startups to support young people in the business world, in the digital era and the ever-evolving global economy, business ethics have become more important than ever before. The high unemployment rate and the difficulty of finding a job are expected to be resolved by utilizing startup technology. Startups are the right place for the younger generation to develop and utilize the entrepreneurial spirit, with innovative, risky, and fast-moving characteristics. Various strategies can be used by startups to inspire and encourage young people to take calculated risks, be innovative and create their own business opportunities. Some successful startups that have inspired and prepared young people to become business owners. Through this analysis, the purpose of this article is to show how the younger generation can utilize the opportunities presented by startups to develop their own businesses, using qualitative descriptive methods creating a positive economic impact and bringing steady long-term change in the business world
