Abstract

This study aims to comprehensively explore how mosques have fulfilled and can further develop their function as educational institutions in Islamic education. Using a qualitative approach and literature review method, this research examines various relevant academic references from journals, books, and other scholarly publications over the past ten years. The findings indicate that since the time of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), the mosque has served as a center for education and community empowerment, encompassing spiritual, social, and intellectual dimensions. In the contemporary context, mosques carry out educational functions through programs such as Qur’anic learning centers (TPA), madrasah diniyah, Islamic study groups (majelis taklim), thematic lectures, Islamic skills training, and the integration of digital technology in learning. Mosques also serve as hubs for youth development and community building, fostering character formation and strengthening Islamic brotherhood. The success of mosque-based education largely depends on management quality, community participation, and innovation in both learning methods and media. This study concludes that mosques have great potential to serve as contextual, inclusive, and sustainable Islamic educational institutions. Therefore, revitalizing the mosque's role as a learning and community development center is essential to meet the needs of the modern era.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of social media and user-generated content (UGC) in influencing traveler decision-making processes in the digital era. Using a qualitative approach through a literature review method, this research systematically analyzes studies published in the last ten years sourced from Scopus and Google Scholar databases. Specific keywords such as “social media and tourist decision-making,” “user-generated content and travel behavior,” and “digital word of mouth and tourism” were used to collect relevant literature. The findings reveal that social media and UGC play a significant role across three stages of the travel process: pre-trip, during the trip, and post-trip. In the pre-trip stage, UGC serves as a primary source of inspiration and information, forming travelers’ initial perceptions of destinations. During the trip, travelers rely on real-time content to make decisions, while post-trip experiences shared online influence the future choices of other travelers. Factors such as perceived risk, content credibility, self-actualization, and social validation further strengthen UGC’s impact. Overall, the study concludes that UGC and social media are not just supplementary sources but central elements in modern travel decision-making. Understanding their role is crucial for stakeholders to develop effective and sustainable digital tourism strategies

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk memahami proses digitalisasi yang mempengaruhi nilai-nilai keagamaan serta bagaimana prinsip Hifz al-'Aql dapat digunakan untuk menjaga akal dari pengaruh negatif digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan kajian literatur. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penelusuran sistematis terhadap jurnal, artikel akademik, dan sumber literatur lainnya yang relevan. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis secara tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola, tren, dan kekeliruan dalam literatur terkait digitalisasi nilai-nilai keagamaan. Tahapan penelitian meliputi seleksi literatur berdasarkan relevansi, reduksi data untuk mengetahui informasi, dan penyajian data dalam tema-tema utama. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa era digital memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap transformasi nilai keagamaan, yang diterapkan melalui prinsip Hifz al-'Aql dari Maqasid Syariah . Teknologi digital mempermudah akses informasi keagamaan yang lebih luas dan membuka peluang untuk belajar serta beribadah tanpa batas geografis. Namun, digitalisasi juga menimbulkan tantangan berupa distorsi ajaran, penyebaran informasi yang tidak valid, dan kecenderungan penafsiran agama yang lebih individualistik. Prinsip Hifz al-'Aql berperan penting dalam melindungi akal dari informasi manipulatif yang dapat merusak nilai etis dan keagamaan, sekaligus menjadi landasan pengembangan literasi digital berbasis nilai keagamaan. Literasi ini membantu individu memverifikasi informasi, membedakan ajaran yang sahih, dan memanfaatkan teknologi secara etis untuk mendukung aktivitas keagamaan. Penelitian ini mencatat keterbatasan pada pendekatan literatur tanpa data lapangan yang mendalam, sehingga direkomendasikan penelitian empiris dan lintas agama untuk memahami dampak digitalisasi terhadap nilai-nilai keagamaan dalam berbagai tradisi budaya dan spiritual. Prinsip integrasi Hifz al-'Aql menawarkan panduan bijaksana bagi individu dan komunitas keagamaan dalam menghadapi era digital, menjaga integritas nilai-nilai keagamaan, dan memanfaatkan teknologi untuk memperkuat kehidupan beragama.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat Islam dalam era globalisasi. Dengan fokus pada aspek ekonomi, budaya, media sosial, dan urbanisasi, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan tinjauan literatur berdasarkan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Analisis menyimpulkan bahwa ketidaksetaraan ekonomi, konflik identitas budaya dan agama, dampak teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, serta urbanisasi dan migrasi adalah beberapa tantangan utama yang dihadapi masyarakat Islam. Namun, terdapat juga peluang bagi pengembangan masyarakat Islam, seperti pertumbuhan ekonomi dan akses terhadap pasar global. Implikasi penelitian ini mencakup perlunya kebijakan dan program yang berfokus pada pendidikan, pembangunan ekonomi, dan pengelolaan media sosial. Arah penelitian masa depan termasuk studi tentang ketidaksetaraan ekonomi, pengaruh globalisasi terhadap identitas budaya dan agama, dampak teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, urbanisasi dan migrasi, peluang dalam era globalisasi, pengembangan strategi kolaboratif, dan manajemen tantangan. Diharapkan penelitian ini akan memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang dinamika masyarakat Islam dalam era globalisasi dan menghasilkan strategi yang lebih efektif untuk mempromosikan kesejahteraan umat Islam secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Regarding the alleged ban on wearing the hijab for female “Pasukan Pengibar Bendera Pusaka” (Paskibraka) members in 2024, political and religious relations are very important. Public policies relating to religious expression must consider human rights, including freedom of religion, recognized and protected by the Indonesian constitution. This article aims to (1) identify the government's and religious groups’ responses to these policies, (2) analyze Islamic religious law, and (3) describe the solution to the polemic in the context of Indonesian democracy. This research is library research with a qualitative approach. The discussion in this research, namely: First, this prohibition is considered to cause controversy because it is deemed to violate religious freedom and the rights of Muslim women, which causes discriminatory, contradictory attitudes and policies that are not by Pancasila. Second, the obligation to wear the hijab as written in QS. Al-Ahzab: 59, and HR. Abu Dawud., Muslim women must wear the hijab when leaving the house. This is done to cover the private parts and can help in religious observance, religious identity, and self-protection from others. Third, Some solutions to this problem are providing freedom to adhere to religion, providing a space for inclusive dialogue, providing enforcement of the principle of non-discrimination, and creating principles based on Pancasila values. So, the policies established maintain harmony, justice, and unity in the diversity of society.

Abstract

Al-Qur'an sebagai wahyu Allah yang ditulis dalam bahasa Arab, menciptakan komposisi yang istimewa, tidak hanya dari segi keunikan bahasanya, namun juga dari segi kedalaman maknanya. Sebagai kitab terakhir yang menyempurnakan wahyu-wahyu sebelumnya, Al Qur'an menjadi kewajiban bagi setiap Muslim untuk mempelajarinya. Dalam konteks ini, peran ustadz sangat penting dalam menggugah minat belajar membaca Al Qur'an. Mereka mengajak anak-anak ke madrasah diniyah untuk belajar Al-Qur'an, memberikan motivasi, dan mengingatkan pentingnya kemampuan membaca Al-Qur'an sebagai bekal di masa depan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan, mengembangkan, dan membuktikan data baru yang dapat digunakan untuk memahami, memecahkan, dan mengantisipasi masalah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, yaitu suatu metode penelitian ilmiah yang melibatkan tahapan-tahapan seperti pemilihan topik, pengumpulan data, dan analisis data untuk memperoleh pemahaman mengenai suatu topik, fenomena, atau masalah tertentu. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan antara lain wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya ustadz dalam meningkatkan minat belajar santri adalah dengan melalui pemberian motivasi belajar bagi santri, dengan motivasi yang tinggi akan memberikan semangat atau power tersendiri bagi santri selain itu dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar santri diwajibkan untuk membawa buku prestasi harian dan hafalan sebagai catatan bacaan Al-Qur’an santri dan dari hal ini ustadz mempunyai catatan kecil sebagai kontrol terhadap kemajuan santri.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role and strategy of MSMEs in reducing poverty rates in Indonesia. This research approach collects data through literature studies, which involve reading literature from various sources including books, journals and reports using qualitative and deductive approaches. The findings in this study are that MSMEs play an important role in reducing poverty rates in Indonesia. There are several roles of MSMEs in reducing poverty rates, namely poverty reduction and poverty, economic empowerment, local economic growth, increasing income and consumption. In addition, there are several strategies in reducing poverty rates, namely building coworking spaces, collaborating with the Job Training Center (BLK) to provide free job training, providing job vacancy information through social media or job vacancy applications, conducting synergy collaborations with companies, and encouraging productive age people to enter the creative economy world such as social media.

Abstract

This research explores the potential for developing coffee agro-tourism in West Lampung as a strategy to enhance the local economy while supporting sustainability. Although West Lampung is known as one of the top coffee producers in Indonesia, the development of agro-tourism in this region still faces various challenges, such as limited infrastructure, lack of promotion, and minimal community participation. By using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, this study aims to identify key factors influencing the success of coffee agro-tourism and provide recommendations to address these challenges. The study indicates that the development of coffee agro-tourism has the potential to improve the economic well-being of the community by increasing income, creating jobs, and preserving culture and the environment. Therefore, policies that support the strengthening of human resources, infrastructure development, effective promotion, and community involvement in the development of agro-tourism in West Lampung are needed. The results of this research are expected to serve as a reference for the government, local communities, and investors in designing more effective policies and programs for sustainable coffee agro-tourism development in this region.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the development of Arabic and English language culture in modern Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) through a qualitative approach using a literature review method. The research focuses on linguistic dynamics as a form of the pesantren's adaptation to the challenges of educational globalization. Data were collected from credible written sources such as journal articles, academic books, conference proceedings, and research reports published between 2015 and 2025. The analysis process was carried out in three main stages: data reduction, thematic classification, and interpretative conclusion drawing. The findings show that the language culture of Arabic and English in modern pesantren has undergone a transformation through three phases: traditional, transitional, and modernization. Arabic, which was originally textual in nature, has expanded to become communicative, while English has been integrated as a tool for global communication. This transformation is supported by institutional strategies such as the creation of a language environment, the implementation of bilingual policies, and visionary leadership. This study makes a significant contribution to understanding the adaptive strategies of pesantren in shaping a contextual and future-oriented language culture.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi efektif dalam pencegahan kekerasan online pada anak usia dini melalui sinergi peran orang tua dan guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan kajian literatur untuk mengeksplorasi strategi pencegahan kekerasan online pada anak usia dini, berfokus pada peran orang tua dan guru. Literatur diperoleh dari database akademik seperti Scopus dan Google Scholar menggunakan kata kunci terkait. Proses analisis mengacu pada teori Miles dan Huberman yang melibatkan reduksi data, penyajian data dalam matriks tematik, dan penarikan kesimpulan berdasarkan pola yang relevan. Validitas dijaga dengan memilih sumber terpercaya yang telah melalui proses peer-review. Kajian literatur ini mempermudah identifikasi pola, kesenjangan, dan peluang terkait pencegahan kekerasan online. Pendekatan ini bertujuan memberikan wawasan praktis untuk meningkatkan kolaborasi keluarga dan sekolah dalam melindungi anak usia dini dari ancaman dunia maya. Hasil penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya sinergi antara orang tua dan guru dalam mencegah kekerasan online pada anak usia dini. Orang tua memiliki peran dalam pengawasan dan literasi digital, sementara guru bertanggung jawab memberikan pendidikan tentang keamanan daring. Kolaborasi ini dapat didukung dengan adanya pelatihan bersama dan kebijakan sekolah, meskipun terkendala waktu dan sumber daya. Strategi ini efektif mengurangi risiko kekerasan online.
