Abstract

Tegalsari Village is located in Ambulu District, Jember Regency. The people's livelihood is generally in agriculture, either as farmers, farm laborers, as well as casual daily laborers and animal husbandry. In September 2021 a new young entrepreneur was formed, named Chips "ENSI". These chips are marketed directly to end users, through the Pre-Order mechanism or based on orders, but the number of sales has not been in accordance with the target, even though it has been able to cover the initial capital issued. In addition, there are problems in obtaining good quality cassava which results in a decrease in the quality and quantity of production and product packaging design. Based on this situation analysis, the main problem in the target community is the need for assistance to new young entrepreneurs of cassava chips, which is carried out through the selection of product raw materials, product processing, product innovation, packaging design and marketing (marketing strategy). The implementation of Community Service activities in the form of product raw material selection, product processing, Product Innovation, packaging design and marketing (marketing strategy) in Tegalsari Village, Ambulu District, Jember Regency went well and smoothly, and received full support from the surrounding environment. Finally, "ENSI" cassava chips have become a quality product and are very worthy of being marketed, because they taste good, have attractive packaging, and are affordable. New marketing strategies need to be implemented to face increasingly fierce competition.

Abstract

Dana Desa merupakan salah satu program kebijakan pemerintah yang bertujuan untuk mewujudkan pemerataan pembangunan di Indonesia. Sejak tahun 2015 penggunaan Dana Desa terus meningkat mulai dari 20,76 triliun pada tahun 2015 hingga 46,98 trilliun pada tahun 2016. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penyaluran dan penggunaan Dana Desa serta dampaknya terhadap peningkatan akumulasi kapital di Kabupaten Bondowoso. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan konfirmatori karena peneliti mengkonfirmasi hubungan antara variabel-variabel penelitian dan menguji hipotesis yang dirumuskan sebelumnya. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equetion Modeling dengan bantuan software Lisrel 8.8. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 60 Desa di Kabupaten Bondowoso yang dipilih berdasarkan Purposive sampling (untuk memilih Kecamatan) dan simple random sampling (untuk memilih Desa/Responden). Hasil Penelitian menyatakan bahwa efektifitas penggunaan dana desa berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan akumulasi kapital bagi masyarakat desa di Kabupaten Bondowoso.Tingkat penggunaan dana desa yang dikelola secara tranparan, akuntabel, partisipatif dan bertanggung jawab dapat meningkatkan akumlasi capital yang meliputi investasi, produksi, pendapatan dan tabungan bagi masyarakat desa di Kabupaten Bondowoso

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, service quality, and social media on purchasing decisions for macaroni bantet Banyuwangi. This study is based on quantitative methods, the data used in this study are primary data obtained from respondents' responses to questionnaires. Samples were taken as many as 100 respondents with a sampling technique using a simple random sample. The data obtained is then processed using SPSS analysis tools, analysis method using multiple linier regression analysis. The results showed that the variables of product quality, service quality, and social media had a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, product quality, product innovation and lifestyle on purchasing decisions and their effect on brand image as an intervening variable at Rumah Batik Rolla Jember. The population in this study are consumers from Rumah Batik Rolla Jember. The sample used as many as 60 respondents who are consumers of the House of Batik Rolla Jember. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The data analysis method used is path analysis with the help of SPSS 23. The results show that price and product innovation have no direct effect on brand image, while product quality and lifestyle have a direct effect on brand image. In addition, price, product quality, product innovation, lifestyle and brand image have a direct influence on purchasing decisions. Price and product innovation have no indirect effect on purchasing decisions through brand image, while product quality and lifestyle have an indirect effect on purchasing decisions through brand image.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation, work environment onemployee performance at MDR Convection in Banyuwangi. This study uses a type ofquantitative research.The independent variable is Work Motivation (X1), Work Environment(X2), and the dependent variable is Performance (Y2). Data analysis used is validity andreliability test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, classical assumptiontest, , Multiple Linear analysis, t test and f test. The results of the t-test or partial test on multipleregression on the effect of work motivation on employee performance showed that there was nosignificant effect. This proves that the effect of low work motivation will not increase employeeperformance at the Banyuwangi Convection MDR. The results of the T-test or multipleregression partial test on the influence of the work environment on employee performance showthat there is no significant effect. This proves that the unfavorable work environment will notimprove employee performance at MDR Convection Banyuwangi. The results of the F test ormultiple regression simultaneous test on the effect of work motivation and work environment onemployee performance show results that have a significant effect. This proves that workmotivation and work environment improve employee performance at MDR ConvectionBanyuwangi.

Abstract

Business engaged in the banking industry, need to pay attention to aspects of corporate image and user image. These two aspects, has always been a discussion that is very important in developing the banking business, because of the growth in this business depends on customer confidence in the company that can be created through the corporate image and user image. This study aimed to test the effect of the corporate image and user image on purchasing decisions Islamic banking services in Jember. The population in this study is that people who use services Islamic banking in Jember. Given the large number of population in this study, the sample used was simple random sampling which is used to specify the bank to be sampled and purposive sampling was used to determine the respondent from bank customers was selected. Based on these two methods, the obtained sample of 140 respondents. Methods of data analysis using multiple regression analysis with latent variables with the help of software lisrel 8.72. Based on the results of data analysis showed that the corporate image and user image has significant effect to the purchasing decisions of Islamic banking services in Jember. This result also reveals that the corporate image most dominant influence on purchasing decisions Islamic banking services in Jember.

Abstract

This study aims at determining the effectiveness of the distribution and use of the Village Funds and their impacts on the increase in capital accumulation in Bondowoso Regency. This research is a quantitative research with a confirmatory approach because the researchers confirm the relationship between the research variables and test the hypotheses previously formulated. The analytical tool used is Structural Equity Modeling with the help of Lisrel 8.8 software. Respondents in this research amount to 75 villages in Bondowoso Regency that are selected based on purposive sampling (to select the subdistricts) and simple random sampling (to select villages/respondents). The results of research state that the effectiveness of the use of village funds has a significant influence on capital accumulation and empowerment of rural communities in Bondowoso Regency. Whereas capital accumulation has no significant influence on the empowerment of rural communities in Bondowoso Regency.

Abstract

Blood services at UTD PMI Bondowoso Regency have problems due to the decreasing growth in donors. Donations also decrease every year. From the researchers' analysis, a marketing strategy for donors is needed so that donors are more active in donating. The most appropriate service strategy in the current era is a digital marketing strategy so that people better understand the importance of blood donation. Steps to resolve partner priority problems that can be carried out through the Community Partnership Program include: Expanding marketing access by carrying out integrated sales promotions through market places and digital marketing applications, socializing customer value and digital marketing, and creating a more comprehensive marketing strategy via Instagram. interesting. The implementation of community partnership program activities is to provide socialization and assistance to digital marketing management in collaboration with the Public Relations team of the Mandala Institute of Technology and Science. The output produced is UTD PMI Bondowoso Regency social media as well as scientific articles about digital marketing for UTD PMI Bondowoso Regency.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, harga, promosi dan persepsi konsumen terhadap keputusan konsumen pada Dapuram Banyuwangi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen Dapuram dengan jumlah yang tidak diketahui. Teknik sampling menggunakan accidental sampling dengan total sampel 50. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh antara variabel harga dan promosi terhadap keputusan konsumen di Dapuram Banyuwangi. Variabel promosi merupakan variabel yang memiliki koefisien beta yang besar. Artinya keputusan konsumen lebih banyak dipengaruhi oleh variabel promosi dibandingkan variabel lainnya. Harga dan Promosi menjadi hal penting untuk dapat mempengaruhi suatu keputusan konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian sehingga dapat dijadikan salah satu strategi untuk meningkatkan penjualan dan kunjungan. Sedangkan variabel kualitas pelayanan dan persepsi konsumen tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan konsumen di Dapuram Banyuwangi.

Abstract

This time the Community Partnership Program (PKM) partners are Home Industries (IRT), namely Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) Entrepreneurs. VCO is oil produced from pure coconut through a fermentation process, without using preservatives. The benefits of this oil in addition to maintaining health and stamina, can also cure all kinds of diseases. Besides being drinkable, this VCO can be used as an external medicine, namely as a topical medicine for wounds on the body. The problems faced by PKM partners this time are as follows: 1) The equipment for the VCO production process is still limited. The grated coconut used to grate coconut meat is still traditional, namely manual coconut grater. 2) There is no proper recording of financial statements in order to know the profit/loss of VCO oil production business. Thus, Mr. Agung's VCO oil production business requires: 1) Procurement of an electric coconut grater 2) Mentoring for the preparation of financial reports.
