Abstract

  Manajer pelayanan pasien berperan  dalam mengoptimalkan terlaksananya pelayanan yang berfokus pada pasien, asuhan pasien yang terintegrasi dalam mengoptimalkan proses reimbursement. Memfasilitasi pemenuhan kebutuhan asuhan pasien, termasuk keluarga dan pemberi asuhannya. Tujuan mengetahui peran manajer pelayanan pasien di rawat inap. Metode Studi ini dilakukan dengan literature review. 10 literatur diidentifikasi dari empat data base yaitu: Google Scholar, PubMed, Science Direct, dan portal Garuda dalam rentang tahun 2010-2020. Desain penelitian artikel yang ditelaah adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode cross sectional dan kualitatif.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kolaborasi merupakan salah satu peran perawat sebagai PPA yang dituntut dapat bekerjasama dengan profesi kesehatan lain termasuk dengan dokter di Rumah Sakit. Namun, peran perawat sebagai kolaborasi masih ada yang belum optimal. Tujuan dilakukan kajian literatur ini yaitu untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi peran kolaborasi perawat dengan dokter di Rumah Sakit. Studi dilakukan secara literature review, melalui database; Google Scholar, Portal Garuda, dan PubMed dalam rentang 2010-2020. Hasil akhir dari kajian literatur didapatkan sebanyak 16 artikel yang sesuai kriteria inklusi dan masuk sintesis naratif. Berdasarkan 16 artikel tersebut, didapatkan bahwa faktor yang dapat berpengaruh terhadap peran kolaborasi perawat dengan dokter di Rumah Sakit, yaitu; Komunikasi, Sikap Perilaku, Pendidikan Bersama dan Kerja Tim, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Sosial interpersonal, Otonomi Perawat, Kesopanan Kerja, Persepsi Perawat, Komitmen, Lingkungan Kerja, Harga Diri, Peduli Penyembuhan, Dominasi Dokter, Jabatan Fungsional, Dukungan Organisasi, Negosiasi, Pengetahuan/Intelektual, Tekanan Moral, Usia, Jens Kelamin, Masa Kerja, Tingkat Pendidikan. ABSTRACT Collaboration is one of the roles of nurses as PPA who are required to cooperate with other health professions, including doctors in hospitals. However, the role of nurses as collaboration is still not optimal. The purpose of this literature review to determine the factors that influence the role of nurse-doctor collaboration in hospitals. The study was conducted by means of a literature review, through a database; Google Scholar, Garuda Portal, PubMed in the 2010-2020 range. The result of the literature review was obtained as 16 articles that matched the inclusion criteria/entered the narrative synthesis. Based on 16 articles, it was found that the factors could affect the role of nurse-doctor collaboration in hospitals, namely; Communication, Attitude Behavior, Co-education Teamwork, Leadership Style, Social Interpersonal, Nurse Autonomy, Work Politeness, Nurse Perception, Commitment, Environment, Self-Esteem, Healing Care, Doctor Domination, Functional Position, Organizational Support, Negotiation, Knowledge/Intellectual, Moral Pressure, Age, Gender, Work Period, Education Level.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Perawat salah satu komponen penting mempunyai tuntutan pekerjaan yang tinggi dan jumlah perawat yang terbatas tidak sebanding dengan jumlah pasien sehingga dapat menyebabkan munculnya stres kerja pada perawat. Tujuan kajian literatur ini untuk menguraikan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi stres kerja perawat di rumah sakit. Studi ini menggunakan literature review, dengan database, dari: Google Scholar, portal Garuda, dan PubMed dalam rentang tahun 2010-2020. Didapatkan bahwa faktor yang dapat menyebabkan stres kerja yaitu; beban kerja, motivasi, dukungan sosial, lingkungan, shift, mekanisme koping, konflik peran ganda, kecerdasan interpersonal, komunikasi, kelelahan, emosional, spiritual, agresif pasien, forgiveness, LOC, resilience of efficacy, self efficacy, kepribadian, peran individu, pelatihan, mentoring, gaya kepemimpinan, harga diri, sense of humor, hardiness, budaya kerja, sarana/prasarana, pengembangan karir, masalah perawatan pasien, kepuasan, K3, job insecurity, penghargaan, kekerasan, sosiodemografi (jenis kelamin, masa kerja, status pernikahan). Dari 33 faktor yang diketahui menyebabkan stres kerja pada perawat didapatkan faktor yang paling banyak muncul dan berpengaruh yaitu faktor organisasi (beban kerja).ABSTRACT Nurses, one of the important components, have high job demands and the limited number of nurses is not proportional to the number of patients so that it can cause work stress for nurses. The purpose of this literature review is to describe the factors that influence the work stress of nurses in hospitals. This study uses a literature review, with databases, from: Google Scholar, Garuda portal, and PubMed in the 2010-2020 period. It was found that the factors that can cause work stress are; workload, motivation, social support, environment, shift, coping mechanisms, multiple role conflict, interpersonal intelligence, communication, fatigue, emotional, spiritual, patient aggressive, forgiveness, LOC, resilience of efficacy, self efficacy, personality, individual roles, training, mentoring, leadership style, self-esteem, sense of humor, hardiness, work culture, facilities/infrastructure, career development, patient care issues, satisfaction, OSH, job insecurity, rewards, violence, sociodemography (gender, years of service, marital status). Of the 33 factors that are known to cause work stress on nurses, the most emerging and influential factors are organizational factors (workload).

Abstract

Patient satisfaction is influenced by how patients perceive the services they receive during the treatment period. Discharge planning is carried out during the patient's treatment period. Failure to provide discharge planning will put the patient at risk of serious illness, life threatening and physical dysfunction.The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between the implementation of discharge planning and the satisfaction of hypertensive patients at a hospital on the outskirts of the Barito River. This quantitative study used a correlational design with a cross sectional approach with purposive sampling, involving 71 respondents in RSUDUlin Banjarmasin, RSUD dr. Moch Ansari Saleh Banjarmasin, and RSUD Sultan Suriansyah Banjarmasin from July to November 2020. The results showed that patients who were hospitalized in hospitals who received good discharge planning were mostly in the satisfied category, 28 respondents (39.44%), Getting good discharge planning is mostly in the dissatisfied category, 18 respondents (25.35%), less getting good discharge planning is in the dissatisfied category, 17 respondents (23.94%), and less getting discharge planning which were both included in the satisfied category, a number of 8 respondents (11.27%). There is a significant relationship between the implementation of discarge planning and patient satisfaction (p = 0.020).

Abstract

Health problems resulting from flooding have a very significant role in the sustainability of people's lives. Major floods hit South Kalimantan, Indonesia in 2021. The impact of the flooding will cause nursing problems in the community. There has been no research on nursing outcomes for communities affected by floods, although research has been conducted on identifying nursing diagnoses for post-flood communities. The aim of the research is to develop nursing outcomes for nursing diagnosis in post-flood communities in Indonesia. Descriptive analytics with a cross-sectional approach. The research sample was 140 people with a consecutive sampling technique using a questionnaire with 207 assessment items on nursing outcomes for nursing diagnoses that emerged in post-flood communities. Univariate analysis was used. The 14 nursing diagnoses that emerged in flood-affected communities, there are 33 nursing outcomes labels with 91 outcome indicators. Nursing diagnoses and nursing outcomes that have been obtained can be made into a guidebook for nursing care in post-flood communities. The quality of nursing services can be improved when a disaster occurs to reduce disability, complications and even death during and after a flood disaster.

Abstract

Reported patient safety incidents are useful for identifying risks that cause harm and taking solutions to prevent the same mistakes from happening again.This study aims to find out what factors are related to reporting patient safety incidents in the inpatient room of Idaman Hospital, Banjarbaru City. This research is quantitative research with a descriptive correlation design and cross-sectional approach. 128 nurses in the inpatient room of Banjarbaru City Ideal Hospital used the questionnaire.The results of the study showed that there was no relationship between gender (p-value=0.146), education (p-value=0.839), length of work (p-value=0.671), and leadership (p-value=0.680) with incident reported that patient safety at Idaman Hospital in Banjarbaru City. There is a relationship between perception and motivation with the reported of patient safety incidents in the inpatient room of RSD Idaman Banjarbaru City with a p-value of 0.002.Perception and motivation can be increased by having co-workers support in reported about patient safety incidents by not given punishment to nurses and not carried out a culture of blaming each other. The unrelated factors of gender, education, length of service, and leadership to reported could occur due to other factors such as lack of knowledge, training, and rewards. The advice in this study The Patient Safety Team at the Hospital and management at the hospital can socialize the flow of reporting patient safety incidents and make posters for health workers, especially nurses.

Abstract

Menurut data kesehatan terjadi penurunan pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan oleh penderita diabetes melitus pada tahun 2023 yaitu hanya 45,07%. Kejadian diabetes melitus menempati urutan ketiga. Adanya 31 posyandu yang tersebar di 4 kelurahan mempunyai peluang untuk dikembangkan suatu program yang dapat dimanfaatkan kader kesehatan guna mendukung upaya penurunan kejadian diabetes melitus. Berdasarkan analisis situasi maka solusi yang dilaksanakan guna menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi yaitu mengaktifkan peran kader kesehatan dengan utilisasi mapping diabetes melitus sebagai Penyakit Tidak Menular (PTM). Pelaksanaan program dilakukan dengan menambahkan kegiatan berupa aksi “Pendekar Cempaka” yaitu Pendidikan Kesehatan oleh Kader Kecamatan Cempaka. Hasil evaluasi terhadap pelatihan Pendekar Cempaka didapatkan data pengetahuan kader    meningkat setelah dilakukan intervensi dengan p-value 0,001. Hasil evaluasi terhadap Pendekar Cempaka oleh responden masyarakat terkait program “Pendekar Cempaka” didapatkan data kinerja kader kategori baik sebesar 88,89% responden dan kurang baik sebesar 11,11% responden. Kepuasan masyarakat kategori puas sebesar 91,67% responden dan kurang puas sebesar 8,33% responden.

Abstract

Documentation as collateral proof of the quality of nursing care provided. Objective to know the role ofsupervisors with the quality of documentation of nursing care according to SNARS at RSD. Design of CROSSSSectional research, 11 team chairmen and 82 implementing nurses with purposive sampling techniques.Research instruments using observation sheets and questionnaires. Data was analyzed using the Fisher Excattest for the team leader and Chi Square test for executive nurses. The results of the team leader's perception ofthe supervisor's role was 54.5%, and the implementing nurse was either 58.5%, the quality of the team's chiefdocumentation was not good 72.7%, and the implementing nurse was 81.7%. The result is no relationship rolesupervisor with the quality of the documentation of nursing care team Chair as per SNARS (p value = 0,182 >0.05), there is no relationship of supervisor role with the quality of the documentation of nursing care nursesaccording to SNARS (p value = 0,458 > 0.05). Not related to the role of supervisors with the quality of thetreatment of nursing care can occur because it is influenced by motivation, knowledge, workload, attitude, time,and intensively.

Abstract

Patient safety incidents are still an unresolved problem in the hospital. Many factors that are cause this problemone of them is nurse competence. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between nurse competence andpatient safety in several hospitals on the Barito River banks. The research design used a cross-sectional design.The study was conducted on nurses in three hospitals (n = 155 people) with the inclusion criteria as an executivenurse, at least one year of work, and not leaving. Data were analyzed using the test Correlation Spearman. Theresults showed that the average nurse competence was 88.09, while the average patient safety was 54.21. Therewas a significant relationship between nurses' competence and the safety of hypertensive patients (p = 0.006; r =0.219). Nurses' right competence will provide services that are more effective, efficient, and safe for patients. Thisstudy concludes that there is a relationship between nurse competence and patient safety. The higher the nursecompetence, the higher the level of patient safety. Hospital managers are expected to place nurses according totheir competence, so that patient safety is guaranteed in the hospital.

Abstract

The lack of interest of nurses to used screening instruments for dysphagia at stroke centers and nerve spaces wasa strong reason for the development of the dysphagia screening website. This was to facilitate nurses in screeningpatients with dysphagia quickly. This study aimd to see the level of nurse satisfaction on the performance ofdysphagia screening websites. Quantitative research was used with total sampling techniques to 25 nurses. Itwas conducted on July to August 2019. Data collection used a nurse satisfaction level questionnaire after usingthe dysphagia screening website with results 8.0% were quite satisfied, 68.0% were satisfied and 24.0% werevery satisfied for the dysphagia screening website. As many as 88.0% chose dysphagia screening websites toscreen for stroke patients, 8.0% chose others that wanted this website to be developed into an offline applicationso that it could be used at any time and 4.0% chose to continue to screen for dysphagia by manual or check liston paper. Most respondent expressed the satisfaction in using dysphagia screening websites as seen from thelevel of satisfaction obtained.
