<![CDATA[Patient satisfaction is used to evaluate in the Hospital especially as a treatment process. The lack of target patientsatisfaction scores is due to several things, such as treatment room infrastructure. This research is an analyticstudy with cross-sectional design. The sample in this study numbered 134 respondents that used a purposivesampling technique. It used a questionnaire. Analysis test used the Spearman correlation test. The result of thisresearch got an average of a ward facility of 69,87 and an average result of the level patient’s satisfaction of70,97. The result showed that there was a relationship between ward facility with the patient’s satisfaction in theinpatient Idaman Banjabaru Hospital. Ward facility could affect the level of patient’s satisfaction. The result ofthe ward facility shows that it was good while the patient’s satisfaction value was still not reaching the minimumstandard value. There was a relationship ward facility with the patient’s satisfaction in Idaman BanjarbaruHospital.]]>

<![CDATA[Most adolescent have problems in the quality of sleep caused by fatigue as a result of irregular physicalactivity. This research to determine the relationship between physical activity with sleep quality for femalestudents at “Darul Hijrah Puteri” Islamic Boarding School. The design of this study was analytic surveywith cross sectional approach design. The study population was 484 female students. Cluster randomsampling is a technique used in sampling so that 243 respondents were obtained. Data were analyzed usingChi-Square test. The instrumentxof thisxstudy usedxaxquestionnaire. The results showed (p-value = 0. 384>0.05) that there was no relationship between physical activity and sleep quality in female students of theDarul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School in Martapura. There are several factors affect sleep quality, so thephysical activity cannot be the only factor for causing sleep quality problems.]]>

<![CDATA[SBAR is a technique of communication among the medical team about the condition of patient,especially critical condition which needed a direct an action. Meanwhile Tulbakon is averification process on the accuracy of oral communication quickly. The good implementation ofSBAR and Tulbakon in interdisciplinary communication are able to increase the salvation ofpatient. To know the description of the application of SBAR and Tulbakon on the interdisciplinarycommunication at RSUD Ratu Zalecha Martapura. Description research of 43 respondents atVIP Intan ward and Assami wardat RSUD Ratu Zalecha Martapura. Based on the result of theresearch found the whole description of the application of SBAR shows that 76,7% respondentsincluded in very good category, 21,0% respondents included in good category , and 2,3%respondents included in adequate category. The description of the whole application ofTulbakonshows that 46,5% respondents included in very good category, 41,9% respondents included ingood category, and 11,6% respondents included in adequate category. The description of theapplication of SBAR and Tulbakon are believed both SBAR and Tulbakon can increase thesalvation of patient. The loyalty on the SOP has been already used well, yet it would be better ifall of the nurses apply its based on the SOP hospital.]]>

<![CDATA[High phlebitis events reflected low quality of nursing care in terms of infection prevention and control.High phlebitis caused by a biological factor of treatment during an intravenous procedure. Thequality of care during intravenous procedures has influenced by the ability of the supervisor toperform clinical supervision. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of clinicalsupervision Proctor model on the quality of treatment during intravenous procedure at GeneralHospital Banjarmasin. The research method used quasy experimental with pre-post research designwith control group with total sample 68 responden taken with sample technique non probabilitysampling with the inclusion criteria of nurses who work as asociate nurses divided into group ofintervention and control. The results obtained in this study were the influence of clinical supervision ofProctor Model on the quality of care during intravenous procedure with p = <0.0001 with α = 0,05.There is an influence of the Proctor Model's clinical supervision on the quality of care during theintravenous procedure at General Hospital Banjarmasin.]]>

<![CDATA[Mortality and morbidity were caused by stroke. In ASEAN, stroke is the fourth leading andIndonesia is number one. South Kalimantan is the top four for high prevalence in Indonesia. Strokepatients require long-term care at their home and their quality of life will be good if they get theappropriate long-term care and support from caregivers. Quality of life of caregivers also need tobe considered. The purpose of study was to determine the supportive care needs of strokecaregivers when take care at home. A descriptive study used at neurological clinic, with 112caregivers, and using questionnaire. Data analysis used frequency distribution. The results showedthat the supportive care needs among stroke caregivers in the community is at a moderate level(100%, n = 112); with emotional domain (27.11 ± 8.47), psychosocial domain (26.84 ± 6.36),informational domain (23.74 ± 4.20), practice domain (16.3 ± 4.24), spiritual domain (6.43 ±1.30), and physical domain (3.06 ± 1.17). Nurses in the community need to improve the quality andthe health care system to help stroke caregivers in taking care for long term.]]>

<![CDATA[Dealing with various demands in learning process makes students fear of the decline in theirlearning achievement, so as the students perform an action to cope with it, which is called coping.The purpose of this study was to find out the relationship between coping mechanism and learningachievement of students with block learning system batch 2013 of nursing program, faculty ofmedicine Lambung mangkurat University Banjarbaru. This study was used analytic descriptive withcross sectional design. The data were collected by means of a questionnaire. The number ofrespondents was 57 persons selected by a total sampling technique. The results of the statisticalanalysis using the Pearson correlation test indicated that there was a significantly positiverelationship between the coping mechanism and the learning achievement of students with blocklearning system batch 2013 of Nursing Program, Faculty of Medicine Lambung MangkuratUniversity Banjarbaru.]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRACT The low quality of service so that the level of patient satisfaction has not met the minimum service criteria, namely 95% which is influenced by several factors so that the degree of satisfaction is still low.Objective: to find out the factors that influence the satisfaction level of swamp patients in hospitalMethods: This study uses a literature review, from two electronic databases; Google Scholar and Garuda in the period 2010-2020 found ten literatures that match keywords.Results: The results of data synthesis in 10 journal articles 5 journal articles stated that the level of patient satisfaction was low due to ineffective communication, 4 journal articles stated that the level of satisfaction was low because of the quality of service, and 1 journal article stated that the level of patient satisfaction was low due to official scheduling.Discussion: Patient satisfaction with the quality of service provided by nursing personnel to clients while receiving hospital care, services, and nursing care received by patients is a form of professional service that can increase inpatient satisfaction and improve the quality of health services. <![CDATA[Pendahuluan: Kepuasan kerja menjadi peran penting untuk mencegah kejenuhan dan mengurangi tekanan dalam bekerja. beban kerja perawat terjadi peningkatan dengan jumlah pasien yang kompleks dan banyak selama masa COVID-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan beban kerja dan kepuasan perawat selama masa pandemic COVID-19 di RSD Idaman Kota Banjarbaru. Metode: Desain penelitian menggunakan cross sectional sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu perawat pelakasana di ruang rawat inap RSUD Idaman sebanya 112 orang melalui teknik sampling stratified random sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan November tahun 2021 di ruang rawat inap RSD Idaman Kota Banjarbaru. instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner beban kerja dan kepuasan perawat dengan menggunakan instrument Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ) Instrumen ini memiliki nilai validitas 0,56-0,83 dan reliabilitas sebesar 0,91, untuk kuesioner beban kerja memiliki nilai validitas 0,40-0,83 dan reliabilitas sebesar 0,95. Hasil: Berdasarkan analisis data didapatkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara beban kerja dan kepuasan perawat dengan nilai p = 0,659 (p>0,05). Kesimpulan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan antara beban kerja dan kepuasan kerja. Hal ini disebabkan karena banyak faktor yang memengaruhi kepuasan kerja perawat diantaranya yaitu penjadwalan dinas, motivasi kerja, dan dukungan sosial. Penelitian ini dapat dilakukan serupa untuk membuktikan bahwa tidak ada atau ada hubungan beban kerja dengan kepuasan perawat pada masa pandemi COVID-19 di berbagai tipe rumah sakit dan dengan sampel perawat serta metode yang berbeda.]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRACT Background: The anxiety experienced by the family limited their involvement during the patient's care. The family's inability to be with the patient in the ICU made it difficult for them to provide support and fulfill their responsibilities. A combination of nature relaxation sounds and deep breathing relaxation is one of the non-pharmacological therapies that could help reduce anxiety. Purpose: Understanding the effect of the combination of natural relaxation sounds and deep breathing relaxation on the level of anxiety among families of patients in the waiting room at RSUD'S ICU of Ulin Banjarmasin Methods: With a quasi-experimental pre and post-test design using consecutive sampling technique involving 29 respondent families of patients in the ICU waiting room, the questionnaire utilized the HARS (Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale). Bivariate analysis employed the Wilcoxon Test to analyze the impact before and after the intervention was administered. Result: In the data analysis, a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05) was obtained, with Ha accepted, indicating an influence of the combination of nature relaxation sounds and deep breathing relaxation on the anxiety levels among families of patients in the waiting room at RSUD'S ICU of Ulin Banjarmasin. Conclusion: The decrease in the anxiety levels among families of patients before and after the intervention with nature relaxation sounds and deep breathing went from severe anxiety (63.3%) to mild anxiety (53.3%). The research results indicated that 10 respondents experienced a decrease in scores of more than 10 points. Therefore, this intervention can be utilized. <![CDATA[Hipertensi merupakan salah satu penyakit yang sering terjadi pada lansia. Penyakit ini sering terjadi karena pola hidup yang tidak sehat dan kebiasaan mengkonsumsi makanan tinggi natrium. Upaya penatalaksanaan terhadap penyakit hipertensi ini dapat berupa pemberian terapi non farmakologis seperti terapi swedish massage yang mudah dan dapat dilakukan secara mandiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh pemberian terapi swedish massage dengan penurunan tekanan darah lansia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus pada Ny. J yang menderita hipertensi tahap 3 di Desa Sungai Kitano. Ny. J diberikan intervensi swedish massage selama 16 menit sebanyak 1x sehari selama 12 hari, dan dilakukan pengukuran tekanan darah setiap sebelum dan setelah diberikan intervensi swedish massage. Terdapat perubahan tekanan darah setiap harinya, berkurang dari 199/106 mmHg pada intervensi hari pertama dan menjadi 132/88 mmHg pada intervensi hari ke 12. Terdapat pengaruh signifikan terhadap terapi swedish massage dengan penurunan tekanan darah Ny. J dari hipertensi tipe 3 menjadi hipertensi hipe 1 setelah dilakukan intervensi terapi swedish massage selama 12 hari. Swedish Massage Therapy mampu memperlancar peredaran darah dan memberikan efek relaksasi pada penggunanya.]]>
