Abstract

PT. Karoseri XX is a major company specializing in bus body manufacturing. To maintain its existence amid increasing operational pressures, effective and immediately applicable strategies are required. This study aims to analyze the company’s internal and external conditions using a SWOT approach to identify key factors affecting business performance. The results of the SWOT analysis are then utilized to refine the company’s strategic plan through the Business Model Canvas (BMC) framework. This research adopts a descriptive method, with data collected through interviews and direct observations of both internal and external conditions. The findings reveal that product quality is the company’s main strength, while finishing quality remains its primary weakness. The most promising opportunity lies in the high market interest in PT. Karoseri XX’s bus body design, whereas the intensifying industry competition poses a significant threat. These results serve as a strategic foundation for the company to respond effectively to challenges and optimize market opportunities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify trends in Islamic consumer ethics research published in major Islamic consumer ethics journals. In this quantitative study, bibliometric analysis was used. The data analyzed included 530 Scopus-indexed research publications published between 1998 and 2022 according to the findings. Based on these findings there has been a significant increase in the number of publications on Islamic consumer ethics. Newspaper articles are the most common type of document that analyzes Islamic consumer ethics. Dear F and Raouf A. They are the two most popular authors based on the number of research papers they have written. Islamic humanity Islamic economy consumption Indonesia and Islamic finance are the most used keywords. Newspaper articles are the most common type of document that analyzes Islamic finance and monetary policy. This study is informative and complementary in covering most of the key aspects of Islamic consumer ethics research.

Abstract

Oyster mushrooms is food product that is widely favored by the public. Oyster mushrooms are highly nutritious and provide health benefits. Lack of knowledge on how to develop oyster mushrooms business is an obstacle for MSMEs. The problem faced by partners is not implementing digital marketing to increase oyster mushrooms sales from home industries in Gurung, Dukuh, Banyudono, Boyolali. This service aims to provide on going support to business actors so that they can utilize digital marketing effectively to expand the market, optimizing profits and remain competitive professionally in facing the challenges of the digital era. Digital marketing strategy is a way to increase sales, especially of highquality products because potential buyers access product information more through digital marketing. This service is delivered using a system of socialization, training and mentoring. The first activity carried out socialization and increasing understanding to owners and managers about the value of digital marketing strategy. Second, training in using technology in the form of taking photo and video. Third, mentoring use of social media, choosing the right social media and mentoring in making product photo using digital application and preparing ideas for routine content on optimizing digital marketing. Based on the results of the service, MSMEs interest in digital marketing has increased because it can increase profits and increase public appeal. It is hoped that with a digital marketing strategy. The success of MSMEs can be attributed to the influence of digital markets.

Abstract

Female lecturers often carry dual roles, both as working mothers and as homemakers responsible for childcare. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the challenges of balancing work and family roles have intensified. Organizational commitment is not only reflected in lecturers’ involvement with their institutions but also in their ability to remain present and contribute to achieving organizational goals. However, many female lecturers working from home experience work-family conflict, making it difficult to balance professional and domestic responsibilities. This study aims to examine the effect of work-family conflict on the organizational commitment of female lecturers working from home during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research employed a non-experimental quantitative design with a causal method, using a population study of 31 female lecturers at the National Institute of Technology. Data were analyzed using multiple regression. Work-family conflict was measured using the scale by Carlson & Kacmar adapted by Kuntari (2014), while organizational commitment was measured with a tool developed by Ingarianti (2015). The findings indicate that work-family conflict significantly affects organizational commitment among female lecturers working from home, with an R Square value of 0.581, demonstrating an influence of 58.1%.

Abstract

Resilience is a dynamic and diverse process where individuals show psychological functioning despite unpleasant events (trauma). Resilient individuals can use personal abilities to deal with difficult situations and are influenced by the belief held by individuals that every problem can be solved with good results. This is inseparable from understanding within the individual not to judge anyone when dealing with issues. This study aims to show optimism and self-compassion as predictors of resilience in students. The research sample comprised 97 students from a private university in Palembang, Indonesia, who were 18-21 years old and was obtained by a multistage random sampling technique. Research data were obtained by filling out three adaptation scales, namely the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale, Self-Compassion Scale, and Optimism Scale. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis techniques. Cronbach's Alpha coefficient reliability for Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (0.824), Self-Compassion Scale (0.927), and Optimism Scale (0.775). The research results show optimism and self-compassion as predictors of resilience in students

Abstract

The pandemic has significantly impacted Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), especially in Solo Raya, where adaptation to digital technology is now crucial for survival in an increasingly complex market. This research focuses on the influence of three key factors—Fintech-based payment gateways, digital financial literacy, and financial inclusion—on the financial performance of MSMEs in Solo Raya. The adoption of Fintech is vital due to the rise of cashless transactions and shifting consumer behaviors, making digital financial management essential for MSMEs to thrive. Solo Raya, known for its rich cultural and culinary heritage, has a growing MSME sector that drives the local economy. However, the lack of digital financial literacy and financial inclusion poses challenges for business growth and financial stability. This study employs a quantitative method, using a survey distributed to culinary MSMEs across Solo Raya, including Surakarta, Wonogiri, Klaten, Boyolali, and Karanganyar. Data is analyzed with SEM-PLS (Partial Least Square), assessing validity, reliability, and the relationships between variables through SmartPLS. This research aims to provide insights that will help MSMEs effectively adapt to digital advancements, ensuring sustainable growth and competitiveness. The results which states that digital payment adoptions, digital financial literacy, financial inclusion has impact on the MSME’s financial performance.

Abstract

Lack of knowledge about how to develop an oyster mushroom bussiness is an obstacle for MSMEs. The problem faced by partners is that they have not implemented digital marketing to increase sales of oyster mushrooms in Gurung, Dukuh, Banyudono, Boyolali, namely Mr. Surya. The service aims to provide support to bussiness actors so that they can utilize digital marketing effectively to expand the market, increase profits and continue to complete professionally in facing the challenges of the digital era. The service was carried out using socialization, training, mentoring and evaluation methods. The first activity is socialization by providing understanding to partners about the importance of digital marketing strategies. Second, training in using technology in the form of taking product photos and videos. The third is assistance in untilizing social media, selecting social media and preparing routine content ideas in optimizing digital marketing. The fourth is an evaluation of the results of using digital marketing. Based on the results of the service, the interest of MSMEs in digital marketing has increased because it is able to increase profits and increase public appeal. It is hoped that with a digital marketing strategy, MSMEs can take advantage of the potential of the digital market to achieve great success.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki dan membahas hubungan antara gaya hidup hedonis, literasi keuangan, dan keinginan untuk menabung di kalangan generasi milenial. Seluruh generasi milenial menjadi sampel penelitian. Untuk penelitian ini, kami mewawancarai 288 responden. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, dan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS. Berdasarkan temuan analisis data dan diskusi, terlihat bahwa gaya hidup hedonis memiliki sedikit pengaruh pada perilaku generasi milenial dalam hal keinginan mereka untuk menabung uang. Namun, pengetahuan tentang menabung dan berinvestasi justru secara signifikan meningkatkan motivasi untuk menabung.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, leverage and profitability on the company's stock returns. Liquidity is proxied by current ratio, leverage is proxied by debt to equity ratio (DER), and profitability is proxied by return on assets (ROA). The research uses quantitative approach to explain the research purpose comprehensively through statistics scheme. The research population is all infrastructure, utility and transportation companies listed on Indonesian stock exchange in 2018-2020. This resesarch use purposive sampling technique and 27 companies as samples. The analysis method is classical assumption, multiple linier regression, hypothesis test, estimator model accuracy test and determination test. Several results show that liquidity, leverage, and profitability individually have significant effect on stock return. Based on the goodness of fit test shows liquidity with CR, leverage with DER and profitability with ROA simultaneously effect on stock return. The originality of this research is model initiation of the company's policy-making to increase stock returns in the future period through ratio analysis.
