Abstract

Strategi pengembangan merupakan suatu cara yang dilalukan untuk mencapai suatu tujuan dengan melihat peluang dan ancaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan wisata goa simulluk yang ada di lembang tondon matallo. Metode pengumpulan data penelitian ini dengan cara observasi dan wawancara kemudian diananlisis dengan cara mereduksi data, menyajikan data dan menariik kesimpulan. Berdasarkan penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa destinasi wisata goa simulluk menawarkan perpaduan menarik antra keindahan alam, kearifan budaya lokal toraja dan atraksi sejarah. Namun, ada beberapa aspek yang harus dibenahi untuk mengembangkan objek wisata goa simulluk, yaitu fasilitas dan infastruktur yang tidak memadai dan masih terbatas seperti jaringan yang kurang mendukung dan tidak tersedianya listrik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja Rumah Sakit Elim Rantepao dengan pendekatan Balanced Scorecard. Data penelitian ini diperoleh langsung dari Rumah Sakit Elim Rantepao dan dari kuisioner yang disebarkan. Dari hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan Balanced Scorecard, nilai rata-rata untuk masing-masing dengan pendekatan yaitu perspektif keuangan, perspektif pelanggan, perspektif proses bisnis internal serta perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan adalah baik. Sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa kinerja Rumah Sakit Elim Rantepao dari perspektif keuangan, terdapat penurunan pada rasio ekonomis dan efektivitas, namun rasio efisiensi menunjukkan peningkatan. Dari perspektif pelanggan, tingkat kepuasan pasien tergolong baik. Dari perspektif proses bisnis internal, kinerja rumah sakit dinilai baik dengan nilai BOR, TOI, BTO, GDR, dan NDR dalam batas nilai ideal. Dari perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan, tingkat kepuasan karyawan dan partisipasi dalam pelatihan menunjukkan hasil yang sangat baik. Jumlah karyawan yang mengikuti pelatihan mengalami penurunan, sehingga perlu perhatian khusus dalam hal pengembangan sumber daya manusia.. Hasil akhir dari penilaian Balanced Scorecard menunjukkan kinerja rumah sakit berada pada kategori "baik."

Abstract

Pengaruh Literasi Keuangan dan Inklusi Keuangan Terhadap Perilaku Menabung Anggota Dalam Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Credit Union Sauan Sibarrung Tempat Pelayanan Rantepao. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh literasi keuangan dan inklusi keuangan terhadap perilaku menabung anggota pada koperasi credit union (CU) Sauan Sibarrung TP Rantepao. Prosedur pengumpulan data dari penelitian ini yaitu : observasi,kuesioner,dan dokumentasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitan ini yaitu Metode Kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode Regresi Linear Berganda dan diolah menggunakan SPSS 26. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kantor CU Sauan Sibarrung Tempat Pelayanan Rantepao, dengan jumlah sampel 400 responden. Teknik yang peneliti gunakan dalam pengambilan sampel adalah accidental sampling. Hasil perhitungan dengan uji t pada variabel literasi keuangan t hitung > t tabel dengan nilai (1,275) > (0,629) dan pada variabel inklusi keuangan t hitung > t tabel dengan nilai (4,355) > (0,629). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah literasi keuangan dan inklusi keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku menabung anggota dalam koperasi Simpan Pinjam Credit Union (CU) Sauan Sibarrung Tempat Pelayanan Rantepao.

Abstract

Background: Religious Tourism is a tourism that is visited by quite a lot of Indonesian tourists. The Buntu Burake Religion tourist destination is not only about the tall statue but the beauty of the scenery on the mountain and the glass bridge that stimulates adrenaline makes people come to visit. Aim: This study aims to find out how Buntu Burake Religious Tourism is managed. Method: Method used is descriptive, namely the type of research that aims to provide a clear picture of the extent of the community's response to the management of Buntu Burake Tourism. Findings: The community's responses varied, as for the community's response so that the management of Buntu Burake religious tourism must be improved again, because there are many lacking infrastructure, such as cleanliness in the Burake dead-end religious tourism area, toilets that are rarely used even the water often runs out and trash cans still very lacking. In fact, what is happening now is that visitors to Buntu Burake religious tourism must use motorcycle taxi services to get to tourist attractions, because temporarily the management of religious tourism at Buntu Burake has been taken over by the community due to profit-sharing problems.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Diskon Harga, Online Customer Review, dan Gratis Ongkos Kirim Produk Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian di Platform Shopee pada Mahasiswa Universitas Kristen Indonesai Toraja (UKIT) Fakultas Ekonomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel accidental sampling dengan sampel 100 responden. Metode penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 26.0 sebagai alat hitung data yang telah didapat. Penelitian ini menggunakan 4 variabel. Variabel independen yaitu, Diskon Harga, Online Customer Review dan Gratis Ongkos Kirim, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah Keputusan Pembelian. Hasil dari penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa secara simultan Diskon harga Online Customer Review dan Gratis Ongkos Kirim dengan nilai F hitung (15,840) yang lebih besar dari F tabel (2.70). Secara persial variabel promosi harga online customer review dan gratis ongkos kirim berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Abstract

This study aims to determine the Local Wisdom-Based Tourism Development Strategy at the Ke'te' Kesu' Tourist Attraction, North Toraja Regency . The data analysis techniques used in this study are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. From the results of the study, it is known that : (1) The resources at the Ke'te' Kesu' Tourist Attraction are one of the livelihoods of family groups and communities living around the Ke'te' Kesu' Tourist Attraction. (2) Funding sources at the Ke'te' Kesu' Tourist Attraction are obtained from entrance fees without assistance from other social services . (3) The Information System at the Ke'te' Kesu' Object is one of the world-famous tourist destinations and is known by both foreign and local tourists. (4) Utilization of Facilities at the Ke'te' Kesu' Tourist Attraction has various facilities that can be used by tourists who come to visit. (5) Existing Values and Norms It is very necessary to uphold the customs that exist in a region, as well as the need to maintain ethics and also obey the values and norms that exist in a region. (6) How to Maintain Existing Local Wisdom It is necessary to maintain and preserve existing local wisdom so that it is maintained and protected from theft.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality on consumer satisfaction at Katorroan Cafe Batutumonga, North Toraja Regency. This research uses a quantitative associative method with a questionnaire as a data collection tool involving 60 respondents who are visitors to the cafe. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing (t-test). The results showed that the service quality at Katorroan Cafe Batutumonga was in the good category, and consumer satisfaction was in the satisfied category. However, the results of the simple linear regression test showed a negative and significant influence of service quality on consumer satisfaction with a regression coefficient of -0.404 and a significance value of 0.000. This indicates that an increase in service quality is paradoxically followed by a decrease in consumer satisfaction in the context of this study. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.195, meaning that service quality contributes 19.5% to consumer satisfaction, while the remaining 80.5% is influenced by other factors outside the study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Electronic Word of Mouth on Purchase Decisions (a case study of Glad2Glow skincare products). The population of this study consists of consumers who use Glad2Glow skincare products, with the sampling technique using accidental sampling. This research employs a quantitative method. The object of this study is users of Glad2Glow products who purchase skincare products at Glowtica Beauty Store. Data were collected through questionnaires measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression, processed with the assistance of SPSS software. The results of the t-test indicate that the Electronic Word of Mouth variable (X) has a significant effect on Purchase Decisions, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a t-value of 6.069 > t-table of 2.03224. Therefore, it can be concluded that Electronic Word of Mouth has a significant effect on the Purchase Decision of Glad2Glow skincare products. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that Electronic Word of Mouth has a positive influence on the purchase decision of Glad2Glow skincare products.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Product Assortment, Price, and Store Atmosphere on Consumer Purchase Intention at MR.DIY, North Toraja Regency. The independent variables used in this study are Product Assortment (X1), Price (X2), and Store Atmosphere (X3), while the dependent variable is Consumer Purchase Intention. The population in this study consists of consumers who have purchased products at MR.DIY. The sample in this study was selected using the accidental sampling method, with a total of 90 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires with a quantitative approach. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression analysis, followed by hypothesis testing using SPSS 25. Based on the results of the t-test, the product assortment variable shows a t-count value greater than the t-table value (4.574 > 1.987) with a significance level of (0.000 < 0.05). The price variable shows a t-count value greater than the t-table value (4.261 > 1.987) with a significance level of (0.000 < 0.05), while the store atmosphere variable also has a t-count value greater than the t-table value (3.857 > 1.987) with a significance level of (0.000 < 0.05). Meanwhile, the results of the F-test (simultaneous test) produce an F-count value greater than the F-table value (18.800 > 2.711) with a significance level of (0.000 < 0.05). The results of the study indicate that Product Assortment, Price, and Store Atmosphere simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Purchase Intention at MR.DIY, North Toraja Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe the factors contributing to the decline in the distribution of Kredit Cepat Aman (KCA) at PT Pegadaian (Persero), Pasar Pagi Service Unit, during the period of January 2022 to December 2024. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach, involving purposively selected informants consisting of the unit manager, appraisers, and customers. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentation analysis (KCA realization data from 2022 to 2024). The data were analyzed using thematic analysis through the stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion verification/triangulation. The results indicate that the decline in KCA distribution is influenced by internal factors including interest rate (service fee) policies, collateral appraisal standards, credit provision procedures, non-performing loan ratios, service quality, and marketing activities as well as external factors such as competition among financial institutions, fluctuations in collateral prices, product availability, and local economic conditions affecting community purchasing power. These findings suggest the need for improvements in collateral appraisal procedures, enhancements in service quality and localized marketing strategies, and adjustments to interest rate policies that are responsive to local economic dynamics in order to restore and increase KCA distribution performance.
