Abstract

Strategy for developing the Tilanga' Natural Swimming Pool tourist attraction in Sarira sub-district, North Makale District, Tana Toraja Regency." The aim of this research is to analyze the strategy for developing the Tilanga' Natural Swimming Pool tourist attraction. This research method uses qualitative descriptive analysis and SWOT analysis. Data were collected by means of observation, interviews, library studies, documentation with managers and visitors to the Tilanga' Natural Swimming Pool tourist attraction. The results obtained are that the Tilanga' Natural Swimming Pool tourist attraction has very effective strengths so that the strengths of the Tilanga' Natural Swimming Pool tourist attraction can be used as a guide or motivation and take advantage of opportunities that will be faced and also avoid existing weaknesses and threats to increase interest. and visitor trust in tourist attractions.

Abstract

Every businessman needs to pay attention to appropriate marketing methods and strategies in managing their company to ensure stability in the face of competition. One of the shops that still stable are Toko Dasten Cell. The purpose of the research is to ascertain how customer satisfaction is impacted by service quality and cost. at Toko Dasten Cell. The research method is quantitative research. The informants were Toko Dasten Cell Customers. The results indicate that service quality (X1) has a positive influence on customer satisfaction (Y). This can be proven from the partial t test, namely the results of testing the customer satisfaction variable show tcount (4.743) > ttable (2.018). Price (X2) has a positive influence on customer satisfaction (Y). This can be seen from the partial price test showing tcount (3,481) > ttable (2,018)). The findings of this research, the most significant influence is the price variable where the coefficient of determination test result (R square) is 0.885 or 88.5%.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of price and service quality on consumer trust in UD. Discho Indah in Tana Toraja. The research method used is quantitative using a questionnaire distributed to consumers who shop at UD. Discho Indah. The independent variables in this research are Price and Service Quality, while the dependent variable is Consumer Trust. The data analysis technique used is linear multiple regression to test the relationship between these variables. The research results show that both price (X1) and service quality (X2) have a significant influence on consumer confidence (Y) in UD. Discho Indah in Tana Toraja

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kualitas pelayanan terhadap tingkat kepuasan anggota pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Sauan Sibarrung Di Kabupaten Tana Toraja”. Prosedur pengumpulan data dari penelitian ini adalah melalui penelitian lapangan dan penelitian kepustakaan dengan cara observasi, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 79 orang. Dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menghitung presentase dari setiap kategori jawaban berdasarkan PERMENPAN No 14 tahun 2017 . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat di Koperasi simpan Pinjam Sauan Sibarrung berjalan baik dilihat dari 9 indikator sesuai dengan PERMENPAN No 14 tahun 2017 dengan rata-rata mutu pelayanan baik dengan nilai konversi IKM sebesar 85,75.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan harga secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Toko Trims Sejahtera Makale. Prosedur pengumpulan data dari penelitian ini: kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data adalah kuantitatif dengan uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil perhitungan dengan uji F di peroleh hasil F hitung 12,636 dan F tabel 3,14. Berdasarkan perhitungan uji T pada variabel kualitas pelayanan hasil T hitung (2,655) > T tabel (1,996) dan variabel harga hasil T hitung (4,082) > T tabel (1,996). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah variabel kualitas pelayanan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan variabel harga secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Toko Trims Sejahtera Makale. Serta variabel kualitas pelayanan dan harga secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan terhadap kepuasan di Toko Trims Sejahtera Makale.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how to increase product sales, this research uses a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection by means of observation, interviews and documentation with shop heads and Indomaret Lakipadada employees. The results obtained from this research are an analysis of Indomaret Lakipadada’s marketing mix using brochures and offering promotional items, and how to attract customer’s attention by being polite to each other, being kind, polite and friendly towards customers and convincing customers that Indomaret Lakipadada oftenholds Promotions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine visitors' perceptions of service and its impact on their level of satisfaction and loyalty. This type of research is quantitative research. With data collection methods through observation, and questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive statistics and regression to identify factors that influence visitor satisfaction and loyalty. The results of this research show that factors such as service quality, price, cleanliness and facilities play an important role in determining the level of visitor satisfaction and loyalty. The practical implication of this research is the importance of tourist attractions continuing to improve service quality, in order to increase the satisfaction and loyalty of their visitors.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and evaluate the level of member satisfaction with services at the Bintang Muda 88 cooperative enterprises. The need for further development in member satisfaction towards services at Bintang Muda 88 cooperative enterprises serves as the basis for the author's research. This study utilized a quantitative descriptive research method. The research was conducted at Bintang Muda 88 Cooperative Enterprises located in the Se’pon sub-district, Lapandan Village, Makale District, Tana Toraja Regency, South Sulawesi Province. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire method among members of Bintang Muda 88 Cooperative Enterprises who were applying for credit from January to May 2024 at the Makale branch office. The research findings indicate that based on the survey measurement results of member satisfaction with services at Bintang Muda 88 Cooperative Enterprises at the Makale branch office, the category is deemed good, with a weighted average score of 3.16 or IKM conversion of 78.20.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitan ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh pengetahuan keuangan, gaya hidup, media sosial, dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap perilaku keuangan mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi UKI Toraja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah jumlah mahasiswa angkatan 2018-2022. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode Purposive Samping dengan rumus slovin sebanyak 93 responden. Data penelitian ini dolah dengan menggunakan uji statistik deskriptif, uji instrumen penelitian, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, dan uji hipotesis dengan bantuan software IBM SPSS Statistic 22. Berdasarkan hasil uji T diketahui bahwa variabel pengetahuan keuangan (X1), dan Kecerdasan Emosional (X4) berpengaruh terhadap Perilaku Keuangan (Y), sedangkan variabel Gaya Hidup (X2) dan Media Sosial (X3) tidak berpengaruh secara terhadap Perilaku Keuangan (Y). Berdasarkan uji F variabel independen X1, X2, X3, dan X4 secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen Y.
