Abstract

This research aims to answer the questions (1) How is the promotion and promotion strategy carried out by Rumah Makan Soponyono? (2) How to retain customers? This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data was collected by means of observation, interviews and documentation with business owners, employees and customers of Soponyono Restaurant. The results obtained from this research are the Promotion Strategy for Soponyono Restaurant using promotional media using social media, namely WhatsApp and how to retain customers by exchanging good, polite and friendly messages towards customers and convincing customers that at Soponyono Restaurant the food and drink menus are delicious. , delicious and comfortable place.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, dan citra merek terhadap minat beli ulang pada Sado’ko’ Coffee di Kecamatan Makale, Kabupaten Tana Toraja. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada semakin ketatnya persaingan dalam industri kopi lokal, sehingga pemahaman terhadap faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan pembelian ulang menjadi penting untuk menjaga keberlanjutan usaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda setelah melalui serangkaian uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang, sementara harga menunjukkan pengaruh negatif namun signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kualitas produk, persepsi harga, dan kekuatan citra merek merupakan determinan utama dalam mendorong loyalitas konsumen pada industri kopi lokal. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pelaku usaha untuk mengoptimalkan kualitas produk, menetapkan strategi harga yang sesuai dengan persepsi nilai konsumen, serta memperkuat citra merek guna meningkatkan minat beli ulang dan daya saing usaha.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan peran budaya organisasi dalam membentuk kepuasan kerja pegawai di Kecamatan Bonggakaradeng. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menguji hubungan budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja pegawai. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 40 responden dan diolah dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Budaya organisasi yang baik dapat memperkuat hubungan antar individu. Budaya organisasi tercermindidasarkan pada nilai-nilai kolaborasi dan saling mendukung, karyawan cenderung merasa lebih dihormati dan diakui oleh rekan kerja mereka. Rasa saling percaya yang terbangun.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the influence of destination attractiveness, tourism service quality, marketing strategy, and communication mix on sustainable tourism in South Sulawesi. The research used quantitative methods and collected data through direct and online surveys of 350 domestic tourists visiting key destinations, namely Makassar, Parepare, Tana Toraja, and North Toraja. The sampling technique was purposive with the criteria of tourists who have travel experience at the study locations. Data were analysed using Structural Equation Modelling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3.0) to test the measurement and structural models. The results showed that destination attractiveness, service quality, and marketing strategy had a positive and significant influence on sustainable tourism, both directly and through the communication mix. Furthermore, the communication mix was shown to exert a significant influence and to act as a full mediator in the relationship between the independent variables and sustainable tourism. These findings emphasise the importance of integrated communication—including advertising, public relations, social media, and direct marketing—in shaping tourist perceptions and encouraging sustainable tourism practices. In practice, this research provides implications for stakeholders and policymakers in designing tourism development strategies aligned with environmental preservation, culture, and the welfare of local communities in South Sulawesi.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the Strategy For Developing The Saluliang Tourist Object In Sawangan, Malimbong, Balepe District. This research is qualitative. The informants in this study were the managers of the Saluliang Kolesawangan tourist attraction. Data collection methods used were interviews, observation, and documentation.The data analysis techniques used in this study are data presentation, data reduction and drawing conclusions.The results of this study indicate that the strategy carried out by the Saluliang Tourism Object Manager in developing its tourism sector is by collaborating with the Tana Toraja Regency Tourism Office to hold training, especially in the field of marketing, carrying out promotional and marketing strategies with 2 (two) approaches, namely Offline and Online. Not only that, the local community also plays a role as supervisors, implementers and recipients, besides that the local community also plays a role in developing culinary and woven fabrics to be seen and sold to visitors.
