Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi saat ini memiliki dampak positif dan negatif yang besar terhadap kehidupan manusia. Salah satu dampak negatif dimaksud adalah meningkatnya kecenderungan siswa menunda-nunda pekerjaan dengan melakukan kegiatan yang kurang bermanfaat di luar kegiatan akademik. Fenomena tersebut ditunjukkan dengan kebiasaan siswa yang menghabiskan waktu berjam-jam menonton televisi, mengakses jejaring sosial, bermain game online, dan mengakses situs-situs dewasa sebelum mereka belajar. Tujuan dalam penelitian untuk mengetahui tingkat prokrastinasi akademik siswa dan keefektifan pendekatan rational emotive behaviour therapy dalam menurunkan prokrastinasi akademik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dalam bentuk Experimen dengan desain penelitian One Group Pretest-Posttest. Penentuan subjek penelitian menggunakan purposive sampling. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kelas VII.1 sebanyak 15 siswa SMP Negeri 1 Lais, Musi Banyuasin Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022, yang memiliki kategori sedang pada skor prokrastinasi akademik. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan wilcoxson signed rank test dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 16.

Abstract

The delay in completing the thesis begins with the student's mindset that affects the actions taken in completing their responsibilities in working on the thesis. Students should be able to do something that is not useful, on the contrary, postpone doing the thesis by doing fun activities. The delay in completing the thesis is often known as procrastination in completing the thesis. This delay can be given intervention counseling services using the Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) approach. The purpose of writing this article is to see the extent to which the use of the Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) approach in overcoming the problem of student thesis completion. The research method used in writing this article uses a literature review that utilizes 9 relevant research results. Based on the literature that has been carried out, the conclusion in this article is the effectiveness of the Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) counseling approach in overcoming various cognitive problems that affect behavior, especially in procrastinating students' thesis completion.

Abstract

Academic resilience, namely the ability of students to achieve academic success, even in situations that pressure and prevent them from achieving success. The reality on the ground shows that after implementing online learning, the level of student resilience tends to be low, so to overcome these problems, students need special guidance from counselors. This study aims to provide an overview of changes in student behavior in attending Onelin lectures after group counseling using assertive techniques. This research belongs to the type of quantitative research using class action methods. The subjects involved in this study were six students who experienced decreased resilience during the lecture process. Data collection in the study was carried out using observation, interview, documentation, and questionnaire methods. The data obtained in the study were then analyzed using percentage analysis techniques. The results of the research analysis showed that there was an increase in students' pre-test and post-test scores during the research cycle. The results show that 33% of students have high resilience in completing eight semesters of lectures, 50% have moderate resilience and can complete education in 9 semesters, and 17% have low resilience. These results then show that, in general, the application of group counseling assertive training techniques can significantly restore resilience in students, which is shown by the attitude of surviving and struggling to survive in various situations that interfere with the achievement of learning outcomes.

Abstract

Self-concept is a picture or view of self that is owned by each individual both physical, psychological, and social-emotional characteristics. Without the formation of a good and appropriate self-concept, it will cause difficulties for individuals to understand themselves. This study aims to determine the effect of information services about self personality on students' self-concept at SMP Negeri 2 Merapi Barat. This study used a quantitative method with an experimental design, One Group Pre-test and Post-test. The population in this study were 145 class VIII students at SMP Negeri 2 Merapi Barat. The sample consisted of 28 students who were determined using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study used the Wilcoxon Test. Instrument validity was carried out in 2 (two) ways, namely construct validity and content validity. Instrument reliability uses the Split Half formula. Test the hypothesis using the Wilcoxon test. The results showed that the tcount was 0.000 and the ttable value was 0.05 with a significance level of 5%. Thus, tcount > ttable, then there are significant differences in students' self-concept before and after being given information services about self personality.Keywords: Self Concept, Information Services, Self Personality

Abstract

Abstract: During bold learning, teaching and learning activities (KBM) are currently ineffective, so that subject teachers have difficulty in paying attention to students optimally and make many students absent, late in collecting assignments, not paying attention to learning and late logging in to the quipper account ( Online Media), The purpose of the researcher is to determine the discipline of students in participating in learning at SMA PGRI 2 Palembang. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Where the researcher collects as much data as possible, both from reference books, journals, interviews with relevant sources and going directly to the field to get results that are in accordance with the title that you want to examine both in oral and written forms. The discipline aspect in brave learning during the covid-19 pandemic at SMA PGRI 2 Palembang almost met the criteria but there were some who did not meet the criteria, including students who were not able to divide their time, had not been able to take advantage of study time, and some students did not collect assignments on time. The obstacles faced by students in learning challenges are a) network problems and internet quotas, b) access to smartphone and computer technology, c) home disturbances. So that students are enthusiastic in learning and able to overcome all bad possibilities in learning during the covid-19 pandemic. So that teachers can serve as much as possible, be able to overcome student discipline problems in learning to be brave through programs that are considered to stimulate the spirit of learning, students make it easier for students to learn.

Abstract

Fenomena stress akademik yang dialami oleh siswa terus berkembang setiap tahun, khususnya di Indonesia. Berbagai macam permasalahan yang ada menuntut untuk dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan dengan cepat dan tepat. Seseorang yang mampu untuk menyelesaikan tentunya tidak menjadi masalah, akan berbeda bila seseorang merasa tidak nyaman dengan masalah tersebut. Masalah yang terus datang tanpa ada solusinya akan membuat seseorang itu mengalami stress. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai peneliti adalah untuk mengetahui keefektifan penggunaan teknik self instruction dalam menurunkan stress akademik siswa SMK Utama Bakti Palembang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif pra eksperimental designs dengan menggunakan desain One group Pretest-Posttest Designs. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 35 siswa dengan sampel 7 siswa kelas XI teknik komputer dan jaringan. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan angket. Penelitian ini berfokus pada keefektifan konseling kelompok dengan menggunakan teknik self instruction dalam menurunkan stress akademik siswa SMK Utama Bakti Palembang. Hasil analisis data dapat diketahui bahwa rata-rata hasil pre-test yaitu 153,5 dan rata-rata hasil posttest 105,8. Diperoleh Zhitung = -2,371 dengan nilai Ztabel 1,645. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan penurunan nilai rata-rata setelah dilakukan posttest. Dengan demikian dapat dinyatakan bahwa konseling kelompok dengan menggunakan teknik self instruction efektif dalam menurunkan stress akademik.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of folklore-based group guidance in developing students' self-identity. This research uses quantitative experimental research methods with a one group pretest posttest research design. The research sample consisted of 9 students taken using purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used a Likert scale model, which was then analyzed using the normality test and the Wilcoxon test. In general, the research findings explain that folklore-based group guidance is effective in developing junior high school students' self-identity. Specifically: 1) Students' self-identity before being given folklore-based group guidance based on data processing results obtained an average score of 55.4 so that based on the pre-test results it can be seen that students' level of self-identity tends to be moderate. 2). Students' self-identity after being given folklore-based group guidance based on the results of data processing obtained an average score of 77.1 so that based on the post-test results it can be seen that the level of students' self-identity tends to be high. It is hoped that the research results can contribute to subsequent research and provide an overview of the research series.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh beberapa siswa ada yang masih menyebut atau memanggil dengan nama orang tua, ada juga siswa yang masih mengejek atau mempertawakan teman saat tampil didalam kelas dan siswa masih menghina, menggosip, dan memfitnah. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh bimbingan kelompok Teknik diskusi untuk mereduksi perilaku bullying. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode Eksperimen menggunakan quasi eksperimen dengan jenis The One group designs. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 68 siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 8 Palembang, penarikan sample menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu didapatkan 9 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket untuk mengukur variable X dan Y. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat dilihat dari hasil analisi data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon diketahui Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) 0,008 lebih kecil dari 0,05 dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis alternatif Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Hal ini adanya perbedaan nilai yang signifikan antara pretest dan posttest sehingga dapat diartikan bahwa bimbingan kelompok Teknik diskusi berpengaruh untuk mereduksi perilaku bullying verbal di SMA Negeri 8 Palembang.

Abstract

Inferioritas telah menjadi sebuah fenomena yang sedang marak berkembang dan menjadi masalah umum pada kebanyakan remaja namun minim disadari. Setiap individu pasti memiliki perasaan inferioritas / rendah diri walau dalam tingkat yang berbeda beda. Perasaan inferioritas ini terjadi karena adanya ketertinggalan siswa akan pelajaran yang menyebabkan siswa menjadi merasa rendah diri terhadap perbedaan dengan teman-nya. Peran guru BK akan sangat berpengaruh dalam kehidupan siswa tergantung dari bagaimana cara individu tersebut mengelola perasaan inferioritas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Hasil penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik observasi dan wawancara yang menunjukkan bahwa siswa mengalami perasaan inferioritas akibat ada masalah pada dirinya yang menyebabkan anak tertinggal dalam pelajaran dan tidak mampu mengejar ketertinggalan yang di alaminya.
