Abstract

In inventory management, computerized data collection is needed, therefore the warehouse and store section can handle the data collection process easily and minimize errors and shorten the time required. control any costs that may be too large or too small in the production process. This research was conducted at the Puri Mart Minimarket. The process of checking the stock of goods at the Puri Mart minimarket still uses the manual method, namely seeing the stock directly one by one in the warehouse, the manual work system by recording in excel one by one which requires the Puri Mart minimarket to update its working system so it doesn't take too much time to check goods one by one and if there is a dispute over the number of goods. The purpose of this study is to produce an inventory and costing management system at the Puri mart minimarket and make it easier for the Puri mart minimarket admin to determine the selling price of a product, so that it can provide benefits for the minimarket. The result of this research is a web-based management system that is able to record, manage and print stock and price reports at the Puri Mart Minimarket which consists of calculating the number of incoming and outgoing stock and the price of a product. Data collection methods used in this study were interviews, observation, and literature study. The system development method used is Waterfall with UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling which consists of use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams and class diagrams. The system is designed web-based using the PHP programming language, using MySQL as a database and using Black box testing

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang material loss pada proses pembuatan strip terminal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi penyebab material loss dan mengurangi material loss. Objek penelitian ini dilakuan pada perusahaan multi nasional PT Panasonic Indonesia khususnyadepatment bcoil , fokus penelitian pada proses pembuatan strip terminal yang akan dipakai dalam proses pengalengan produk . Penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan metode Six Sigma dengan tahapan Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control (DMAIC). Metode Six Sigma merupakan tahapan peningkatan kualitas untuk mencapai 3,4 kecacatan per satu juta kesempatan. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu 4 penyebab terjadinya losses material yaitu Defect Strip Terminal, Defect Coil, Defect Terminal dan Scraps (Material Sisa). Penurunan nilai kecacatan produk pada proses pembuatan strip terminal terjadi secara cukup signifikan, yaitu dari 2568,79 DPMO menjadi 2257,04 DPMO yang berarti turun sebesar 311,75 DPMO. Jika dilihat dari kapabilitas Six-Sigma, maka penerapan metode DMAIC dapat meningkatkan level Sigma dari 4,31 menjadi 4,36 yang berarti terjadi peningkatan level Sigma sebesar 0,05.Metode six-sigma sangat cocok digunakan dalam menganalisa Pengendalian Material Loss Pada Proses Produksi pada depatment becoil yang ibsa digunakan pada analisa proses produksi perusahaan elektronik lain .

Abstract

Pemanfaatan Big Data pada layanan publik memberikan peluang besar bagi pemerintah dan organisasi publik dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan, efektivitas kebijakan, serta transparansi pengelolaan data. Namun, kompleksitas Big Data menghadirkan tantangan serius terkait keamanan informasi yang perlu dianalisis secara mendalam. Artikel ini menggunakan metode studi literatur dan analisis kuantitatif deskriptif terhadap data sekunder dari 15 instansi pemerintah di Indonesia. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa 75% instansi mengalami kerentanan keamanan data, dengan tingkat kepatuhan terhadap standar perlindungan data pribadi hanya mencapai 45%. Selain itu, hanya 30% instansi yang memiliki infrastruktur cloud yang memadai untuk mendukung analitik Big Data. Analisis kuantitatif juga mengungkapkan bahwa rata-rata tingkat adopsi kontrol keamanan seperti enkripsi dan manajemen identitas berada di angka 52%. Mitigasi risiko memerlukan pendekatan terpadu melalui penerapan solusi teknis seperti enkripsi dan differential privacy, penguatan kerangka tata kelola data, serta peningkatan kapasitas organisasi. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pemanfaatan Big Data yang aman membutuhkan sinergi teknologi, regulasi, dan manajemen.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of e-government research in Indonesia using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach supported by bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer software. The review was conducted on scientific publications obtained from the Google Scholar database between 2020 and 2025. The results indicate that the topic of e-government is strongly linked to themes such as bureaucratic transformation, good governance, digital public services, and information technology literacy. Through network visualization and keyword density, it was found that e-government research in Indonesia has experienced a significant increase in line with the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) policy. Furthermore, the analysis results show positive trends in Indonesia's E-Government Development Index (EGDI) and Human Capital Index (HCI), reflecting advances in digital infrastructure, increased public literacy, and the effectiveness of public services. Overall, this study concludes that the implementation of e-government in Indonesia plays a crucial role in realizing transparent, efficient, and sustainable governance, as well as supporting the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Abstract

Abstrak - Pengolahan data yang terstruktur menjadi kebutuhan utama dalam operasional koperasi simpan pinjam yang mendukung akurasi informasi, pelayanan, dan pengambilan manajerial. Penelitian ini mengimplementasikan bagaimana mengelola data koperasi simpan pinjam dengan SQL yang menggunakan printah : select, insert, update dan delete. Perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah Xampp, Mysql, dan PhpMyadmin utnuk pengembangan sistem. Hasil implementasi penggunaan SQL ini memeprmudah pencarian, pengelolahan, dan analisis data yang efesiensi sistem informasi koperasi simpan pinjam. SQL mampu meningkatkan kecepatan akses informasi, mengurangi kesalahan input dan juga mendukung proses pelaporan real-time.Kata kunci : koperasi simpan pinjam; SQL; Sistem Informasi;Abstract - Structured data processing is a primary need in the operation of savings and loan cooperatives that support the accuracy of information, services, and managerial decisions. This study implements how to manage savings and loan cooperative data with SQL using the commands: select, insert, update and delete. The software used is Xampp, Mysql, and PhpMyadmin for system development. The results of the implementation of the use of SQL facilitate the search, management, and analysis of data that is efficient in the information system of savings and loan cooperatives. SQL is able to increase the speed of information access, reduce input errors and also support real-time reporting processes.. Abstract

Abstrak - Efisiensi administrasi akademik merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam peningkatan mutu layanan di perguruan tinggi. Proses administrasi yang masih manual seperti pengisian KRS, penginputan nilai, serta validasi data mahasiswa sering kali menghambat kelancaran kegiatan akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Akademik berbasis web yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi akademik dan mengurangi kesalahan data. Metode penelitian menggunakan model pengembangan Waterfall yang terdiri dari analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan evaluasi. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan Laravel Framework (PHP) dengan basis data MySQL. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi kerja sebesar 72%, menurunkan tingkat kesalahan input sebesar 85%, serta meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna hingga 92%. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa penerapan sistem informasi akademik berbasis web dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi administrasi akademik di perguruan tinggi.Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi Akademik; Web-Based; Efisiensi Administrasi; Laravel; Waterfall; Abstract - Administrative efficiency is an essential factor in improving the quality of university services. Manual administrative processes such as course registration, grade entry, and student data validation often hinder academic operations. This study aims to develop a Web-Based Academic Information System to enhance administrative efficiency and minimize data errors. The research applied the Waterfall model, consisting of requirement analysis, design, implementation, testing, and evaluation. The system was developed using the Laravel Framework (PHP) and MySQL database. Testing results indicate that the system improves work efficiency by 72%, reduces input errors by 85%, and increases user satisfaction to 92%. Abstract

Abstrak - Peningkatan aktivitas media sosial menyebabkan munculnya akun palsu (fake account) yang berpotensi menyebarkan informasi menyesatkan. Penelitian sebelumnya, seperti Jalal dan Ghafoor [1] serta Zahra et al. [2], menekankan pentingnya analisis perilaku dan penggunaan algoritma Machine Learning untuk mendeteksi akun bot. Namun, kebanyakan studi belum mengoptimalkan integrasi fitur perilaku dengan fitur Social Network Analysis (SNA). Penelitian ini menawarkan kontribusi ilmiah dengan menggabungkan fitur aktivitas pengguna dan fitur jaringan sosial ke dalam model deteksi akun palsu berbasis Machine Learning. Dua algoritma, yaitu Random Forest dan Support Vector Machine (SVM), digunakan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan fitur SNA meningkatkan kinerja model secara signifikan. Algoritma Random Forest menghasilkan akurasi 91,1% dan F1-score 90,9%, lebih tinggi dibandingkan SVM. Temuan ini sejalan dengan pendekatan multimodal yang disarankan dalam Social Network Analysis and Mining (2025), namun penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi baru pada penggunaan kombinasi fitur jaringan dan perilaku dalam konteks data lokal. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mendukung pengembangan sistem deteksi akun palsu yang lebih akurat dan adaptif di berbagai platform media sosial.Kata kunci : Akun Palsu; Bot Media Sosial; Machine Learning; Social Network Analysis; SVM; Random Forest;Abstract - The rapid growth of social media has increased the spread of misleading information, often amplified by fake accounts and automated bots. Previous studies, such as Jalal and Ghafoor [1] and Zahra et al. [2], emphasized behavioral analysis and machine learning techniques for bot detection. However, many existing approaches have not fully optimized the integration of behavioral features with Social Network Analysis (SNA). This study provides a scientific contribution by combining user activity features and social network features in a machine-learning-based fake account detection model. Two algorithms, Random Forest and Support Vector Machine (SVM), were used to evaluate model performance. The results show that integrating SNA features significantly improves detection accuracy. The Random Forest model achieved 91.1% accuracy and a 90.9% F1-score, outperforming SVM. These findings align with the multimodal detection approach suggested by Social Network Analysis and Mining (2025), while offering a new contribution through the application of combined behavioral and network features on local datasets.This study is expected to support the development of more accurate and adaptive fake account detection systems across various social media platforms.Keywords: Fake Account Detection; Machine Learning; Social Network Analysis; Social Media Bots; Support Vector Machine; Random Forest;

Abstract

Abstrak - Efisiensi komputasi merupakan aspek krusial dalam penyelesaian Job Shop Scheduling Problem (JSSP) menggunakan Genetic Algorithm (GA), terutama pada sistem produksi berskala menengah hingga besar. Penelitian ini menganalisis performa GA dan Hybrid Genetic Algorithm (HGA) dalam tiga skenario beban kerja yang berbeda, yaitu 20, 40, dan 60 job. Eksperimen dilakukan melalui variasi parameter evolusioner utama, meliputi ukuran populasi 50–150 kromosom, tingkat mutasi 0,01–0,1, dan jumlah generasi 100–500. Simulasi berbasis Python dengan dukungan NumPy digunakan untuk mengevaluasi waktu eksekusi, kualitas makespan, stabilitas konvergensi, serta efisiensi komputasi secara keseluruhan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa konfigurasi optimal (populasi 100, mutasi 0,05, dan 300 generasi) mampu meningkatkan efisiensi komputasi hingga 27,4% pada skenario terbesar (60 job). Selain itu, HGA menunjukkan pola konvergensi yang lebih stabil dan mampu mempercepat proses pencarian solusi hingga 40% dibandingkan GA standar. Temuan ini memperkuat pentingnya optimasi parameter evolusioner dalam meningkatkan performa algoritma metaheuristik untuk penjadwalan produksi job shop. Kata kunci: Job Shop Scheduling; Genetic Algorithm; Efisiensi Komputasi; Metaheuristik; Optimasi; Abstract - Computational efficiency is a critical factor in solving the Job Shop Scheduling Problem (JSSP) using a Genetic Algorithm (GA), particularly for medium- to large-scale production environments. This study evaluates the performance of the GA and the Hybrid Genetic Algorithm (HGA) across three workload scenarios consisting of 20, 40, and 60 jobs. Experiments were conducted by varying key evolutionary parameters, including population sizes ranging from 50 to 150 chromosomes, mutation rates from 0.01 to 0.1, and generation counts between 100 and 500. Python-based simulations powered by NumPy were employed to assess execution time, makespan quality, convergence stability, and overall computational efficiency. The results indicate that the optimal configuration—consisting of a population size of 100, a mutation rate of 0.05, and 300 generations—improves computational efficiency by up to 27.4% in the largest scenario (60 jobs). Furthermore, the HGA exhibits a more stable convergence trajectory and accelerates the search process by up to 40% compared to the standard GA. These findings highlight the importance of optimizing evolutionary parameters to enhance metaheuristic performance in job shop production scheduling. Abstract

CV Rizqi Inti Buana still conducts promotion and information dissemination through conventional media such as WhatsApp and limited business networks, resulting in a narrow information reach and making it difficult for the company to compete with competitors who have already utilized digital platforms. The company profile is also still in the form of static files, making access to information for prospective clients less effective. This study aims to design and implement a company website as a medium for digital promotion and information delivery. The method used is the waterfall system development method with modeling using Unified Modeling Language (UML) and database-based design. The results of the study produced a system design consisting of four UML diagrams and thirteen database tables that were implemented into a company website. Testing was conducted in both a localhost environment and an online system at https://rib-batam.com/ using black-box testing, which showed that the system functions properly. The developed website helps the company expand its promotional reach and enables clients to directly access company profile and activity information more easily.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi permintaan produk dan mengoptimalkan persediaan pada Hanifnafi Computer Batam menggunakan Simulasi Monte Carlo melalui perangkat lunak Jamovi. Ketidakpastian pasar retail komputer di Batam menuntut metode peramalan yang lebih akurat daripada sekadar perhitungan rata-rata. Dengan menggunakan data historis penjualan dua tahun terakhir, simulasi dijalankan sebanyak 10.000 iterasi untuk memetakan probabilitas permintaan di masa depan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa permintaan paling mungkin berada pada rentang 35–45 unit, dengan risiko stok tidak laku sebesar 14% dan peluang lonjakan permintaan sebesar 11%. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penggunaan simulasi Monte Carlo membantu pemilik usaha dalam menetapkan safety stock yang tepat guna meminimalkan kerugian akibat penumpukan barang atau kehabisan stok
