Abstract

This research aims to find out the role of cooperatives in improving the welfare of members in cooperatives in Abeli District, Kendari City, the obstacles faced by cooperatives in improving the welfare of members in cooperatives in Abeli District, Kendari City, and the strategies used by cooperatives in facing various obstacles in their efforts to improve members' welfare at a cooperative in Abeli District, Kendari City. This research was carried out in Abeli District, Kendari City. The subjects of this research were cooperative leaders, cooperative managers and cooperative members using purposive sampling techniques. The variables in this research are the identity of the respondent and the role of the cooperative. The analysis used is qualitative analysis. The results of this research show that 1) the role of cooperatives in improving members' welfare, namely providing loans, providing entrepreneurial training, providing job opportunities. 2) the obstacles are providing loans (limited capital owned by fishermen's cooperatives, lack of awareness of loans in a cooperative business unit and lack of collateral owned by fishermen), places for entrepreneurship training (limited financial resources and inadequate infrastructure), providing job opportunities (limited capital, skills and qualifications of the workforce). 3) Strategies faced in improving members' welfare, namely providing loans (limited capital owned by fishing cooperatives, lack of awareness in a cooperative unit, lack of collateral in providing credit loans), entrepreneurship training places (limited financial resources and inadequate infrastructure), providing employment opportunities (limited capital, skills and qualifications of the workforce).

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the socio-economic condition of consumption of land kale (Ipomoea Reptans) in Poasia District, Kendari City and (2) socioeconomic factors on the consumption behavior of land kale (Ipomoea Reptans) in Poasia District, Kendari City. The population in this study is all people who are consumers who have consumed land kale plants (Ipomoea Reptans). The sampling technique was carried out by accidental sampling. The number of samples taken was 60 people. The data analysis used in this study is descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are (1) The socio-economic condition of land kale consumers (Ipomoea Reptans) in Poasia District Kendari City consists of the number of family members in the high category, the level of education in the high category, the income in the very high category and the product price in the very high category and (2) cultural factors (X1 ) and psychological factors (X4 ) have a significant effect on the consumption behavior of land kale (Ipomoea Reptans) in the Poasia Landscape of Kendari City

Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine the impact of limestone mining activities on the socio-economic conditions of clove farmers in Lahuafu Village and Kolono Village, Morowali Regency, (2) determine the income of clove farmers in affected villages, namely Lahuafu Village and the income of clove farmers in unaffected villages, namely Kolono Village for PT MBN (Mineral Bumi Nusantara) limestone mining activities. This research was conducted in Lahuafu Village and Kolono Village, East Bungku District, Morowali Regency from August to October 2023. This type of research uses qualitative data analysis which is strengthened by quantitative data analysis with a total of 43 respondents. With data collection techniques carried out by observation, interview and documentation methods. To determine the economic impact, an independent sample t-test analysis was used to determine whether or not there was a difference in income between the income of clove farmers in Lahuafu Village and Kolono Village. The results showed that the existence of limestone mining activities in Lahuafu Village has positive and negative impacts on the socio-economic conditions of clove farmers in Lahuafu Village and Kolono Village. The social conditions of clove farmers have positive and negative impacts on changes in education levels, health, living conditions and employment opportunities. In addition, the presence of limestone mining has a positive and negative impact on increasing the income of clove farmers in the affected village of Lahuafu Village and the unaffected village of Kolono Village

Abstract

Red rice is one of the most popular staple foods in Southeast Asia. In Indonesia, it is an alternative staple food to white rice, known for its high nutritional value. In addition to containing carbohydrates, fats, proteins, fiber, and minerals, red rice is also rich in anthocyanins, which function as antioxidants. This study aims to analyze the added value and its distribution created from processing red rice into Moreha Wuna red rice powder in the home industry of KWT Bungi Jaya, located in Bungi Village, Kontunaga Subdistrict, Muna Regency. The research was conducted in November 2022. The study area was chosen based on the consideration that KWT Bungi Jaya is the only home industry producing Moreha Wuna red rice powder in Muna Regency. The respondent in this research was the owner of the home industry. The analysis employed the Hayami method for added value analysis. The results showed that the added value obtained from processing red rice into Moreha Wuna red rice powder in the KWT Bungi Jaya home industry was Rp63,212 per kilogram of raw material. Consequently, the monthly added value from this home industry was Rp758,544. The distribution of added value from the red rice processing included the owner's profit of Rp46,562 (73.66%) and labor compensation of Rp16,650 (26.33%).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze consumer satisfaction with the quality of UD Mete Mubaraq Lombe service in Kendari City. The sampling technique used in this study is non-probability sampling in the form of accidental sampling. The number of samples taken in this study was 38 people. The data analysis used to answer the problems in this study uses the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. Importance Performance Analysis is the most commonly used method to measure consumer satisfaction levels because it has several advantages compared to other methods. The results of the study showed that the level of satisfaction with the service quality of UD Mete Mubaraq Lombe in the category was very good, all attributes with an average score of 95

Abstract

This study aims to (1) analyze the financial feasibility of Tiga Putra Farm oyster mushroom farming in Anduonohu Village, Poasia District, Kendari City and (2) determine the sensitivity of the financial feasibility of Tiga Putra Farm oyster mushroom cultivation in Anduonohu Village, Poasia District, Kendari City. This research uses a case study method in the Tiga Putra Farm oyster mushroom cultivation in Anduonohu Village, Poasia District, Kendari City with the business owner being the informant in the study. The results showed that the financial aspect obtained an NPV value of Rp 37,525,391.33 with a discount factor rate of 14%, Net B/C of 3.37 and an IRR value of 55.89% and a Payback Period is 2.0 or 3 years and 3 months. This business is declared financially feasible. In addition, based on the calculation of sensitivity analysis carried out in three simulations, the business is still feasible to run even though in the first simulation, there was a decrease in oyster mushroom production by 7.45% and in the second simulation, an increase in operating costs by 6.16% and in the third simulation, for the condition of decreasing oyster mushroom production by 7.45% and increasing operating costs by 6.16% simultaneously, Tiga Putra Farm's oyster mushroom farming is still feasible to run.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the income of corn farmers at the Puncak Lakude tourist attraction and to determine the contribution of farmers' income from the Puncak Lakude tourist attraction sector to corn farming income. Determining the research location was carried out purposively, this research was carried out from January to February 2022. The number of corn farmer respondents in the Puncak Lakude area was 15 people. The data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative analysis and income analysis. The results of this research show that the income of corn farmers after Puncak Lakude was IDR 932,433/Ha/MT with revenues of IDR 2,053,333/Ha/MT with total costs of IDR 1,360,900/Ha/MT.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Watopute Kabupaten Muna.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat penerimaan, biaya dan pendapatan petani sebelum dan sesudah adanya program pengembangan usaha jagung hibrida, untuk mengetahui perbandingan pendapatan petani  sebelum dan sesudah adanya program pengembangan usaha tani jagung hibrida dan untuk menganalisis Faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi pendapatan usaha tani jangung hibrida di Kecamatan Watopute Kabupaten Muna. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan September tahun 2022 sampai bulan November tahun 2022. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 40 orang petani jagung hibrida. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode sensus dimana penelitian mengambil seluruh populasi petani jagung hibrida di Kecamatan Watopute. Analisis yang digunakan adalah Uji Beda Paired Sample T-Test dan regresi linear berganda variable Dummy. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, (1). total penerimaan petani jagung hibrida di Kecamatan Watopute sebelum adanya program pengembangan usaha pada tahun 2017 sebesar Rp 841.110.000 sedangkan pada tahun 2020 setelah adanya program pengembangan usaha sebesar Rp 4,237,552,500, total biaya sebelum program yang dikeluarkan oleh petani jagung hibrida di Kecamatan Watopute pada tahun  2017 sebesar Rp 169.749.966, sedangkan total biaya yang dikeluarkan setelah adanya program pengembangan usaha jagung oleh petani tahun 2020 sebesar Rp 448,523,950.00, pendapatan petani pada tahun 2017 sebelum adanya program pengembangan usaha tani jagung hibrida sebesar Rp 822.066.667 sedangkan pendapatan petani tahun 2020 setelah adanya program pengembanganusaha tani jagung hibrida mengalami peningkatan menjadi Rp 3.911.446.950. (2) terdapat perbedaan pendapatan yang signifikan sebelum dan sesudah adanya program pengembangan usaha tani jagung hibrida di Kecamatan Watopute. (3) faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pendapatan petani jagung hibrida di Kecamatan watopute yaitu biaya pestisida umur petani, dan luas lahan, sedangkan biaya pupuk dan tingkat pendidikan petani jagung hibrida tidak bepengaruh secara signifikan.

Abstract

Indonesia, sebagai negara tropis, menawarkan beragam jenis buah-buahan yang penting untuk pemenuhan gizi dan dampak ekonomi serta sosial budayanya. Konsumsi buah dapat mengurangi risiko defisiensi gizi mikro dan penyakit tidak menular, namun rata-rata konsumsi masyarakat Indonesia masih di bawah angka kecukupan gizi yang dianjurkan. Dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang meningkat, masyarakat cenderung beralih ke pasar modern untuk membeli buah-buahan, seperti di Hypermart Mall The Park Kendari, yang baru beroperasi sejak Desember 2022. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen dalam pembelian buah-buahan di Hypermart tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan variabel independen meliputi pendapatan, produk, harga, lokasi, dan promosi, serta melibatkan 60 responden yang dipilih secara accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel pendapatan dan harga secara signifikan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian, sementara variabel produk, lokasi, dan promosi tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan secara parsial. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa Hypermart The Park perlu meningkatkan aspek produk, lokasi, dan promosi untuk meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen dan keputusan pembelian. Penelitian lebih lanjut disarankan untuk mengidentifikasi variabel lain yang dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian di pasar modern

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian frozen food secara online di Kota Kendari. Penentuan lokasi penelitian dilakukan secara purposive sampling sebagai pertimbangan-bahwa-daerah tersebut merupakan pusat Kota Kendari dan Toko Bumbuku adalah salah satu toko frozen food terlengkap di Kota Kendari. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Januari-Februari 2024. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode non probabilistic sampling (sampling non peluang) dengan teknik pengumpulan sampel menggunakan Purposive sampling dengan kriteria tertentu. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Analisis regresi linear berganda adalah regresi yang terdiri lebih dari satu independen variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dari lima variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini, hanya variabel kemudahan dan promosi saja yang memberi pengaruh secara parsial terhadaap variabel keputusan pembelian frozen food.
