Abstract

Pada kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat kali ini peserta sekaligus ibu-ibu PKK di Desa Mojokrapak Tembelang Jombang, berdasarkan hasil analisis situasi, muncul permasalahan-permasalahan diantaranya : Permasalahan pokok yang pertama adalah kurangnya pemahaman warga tentang budidaya, Masih banyak masyarakat yang tidak mengerti bahwa budidaya tidak memerlukan banyak tempat dan biaya, serta kurang memiliki pengetahuan bahwa budidaya ikan dan tanaman dalam ember memberikan banyak keuntungan. Adapun Metode yang di guanakan adalah yakni sosialisasi, ceramah, diskusi , Pelatihan dan pendampingan, Dan hasil yang di dapat adalah manfaat Budikdamber bisa memenuhi kebutuhan rumah tangga dan hasilnya bisa dijual bila panennya berlebih, serta menjadikan budidaya ikan dalam ember ini sebagai sumber penghasilan tambahan, jika kita menjalankanya dengan sungguh-sungguh pasti akan mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal seperti yang kita harapkan

Abstract

Yasin and Tahlil male are routine religious organizations that should be carried out by residents of Sidowarek Village, Ngoro District, Jombang Regency once a week. The congregation's participants consisted of three hamlets, namely Kepuh Pandak Hametown, Genjong Lor Hametown and Wonorejo Hametown, where the majority of the congregation were less enthusiastic about this religious activity. This greatly affects the daily routine of the community in socializing. Therefore, researchers think it is necessary to provide assistance to these activities to make them more meaningful. This service research uses a participatory method. In this case, the researcher collaborates with the Yasin and Tahlil Putra activity managers to design activities that are considered capable of shaping the religious character of the community by designing the content of activities with a series of focused events aimed at increasing religious awareness and insight. The results of this service research are that after conducting interviews with several sources, the data on the percentage of the congregation's understanding is obtained that understands 60% = 73 people, understands 30% = 36 people, does not understand 10% = 12 people. This shows that the people of Sidowarek Village are more enthusiastic than before.

Abstract

This study aims to compare the student-centered learning (SCL) approach in higher education to the learning process in three different study programs, namely English Study Program, Islamic Religious Education and Arabic Language Education at KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah Jombang University . There are two main problems in this study, namely how the learning process is and what learning strategies are used in the three study programs. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the learning process for Arabic courses in English Study Program, Arabic courses in Islamic Studies Study Programs and Kalam Mukassaf courses in Arabic Education Study Programs has used the SCL approach, although the learning process of the three study programs used the strategy different. Learning strategies in Arabic courses in English Study Program use interactive learning strategies and guided teaching, Islamic Studies Study Programs in Arabic courses use interactive learning strategies, emphasizing discussion and sharing among students, while in education study programs Arabic in the Kalam Mukassaf course uses a peer lesson learning strategy, namely learning by teaching fellow friends.

Abstract

Choosing the right teaching and learning strategy is very important in the learning process. The learning strategy consists of all components of learning material andprocedures or stages of learning activities used by educators in order to help students achieve certain learning objectives. The learning strategy is an action plan including the use of methods and the use of various resources in learning, strategies are formulated to achieve certain goals. The learning material of the Qur'an Hadith has a more dominant affective domain, so that when learning this material takes place without touching the affective domain, it can be ascertained that the learning objectives are not achieved optimally. There are various kinds of learning methods and techniques that will be used by educators, but not all of them are equally effective in achieving learning goals. This requires the creation and innovation of teachers in choosing strategies. Learning the Koran Hadith which is an important part of Islamic education also contributes to the achievement of national education. Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan faktor penting dalam kehidupan manusia, Lembaga Pendidikan merupakan suatu Lembaga yang digunakan untuk membawa ke arah yang lebih baik. Jika berbicara tentang Lembaga Pendidikan tidak lepas dari seorang pemimpin. Kepemimpinan merupakan hal yang sangat urgen, dapat dikatakan berhasil tidaknya suatu organisasi tergantung bagaimana seorang pemimpin memiliki strategi-strategi untuk mengambangkan Lembaga Pendidikan. Dilihat dari perkembangannya MAUWH mampu menjadi madrasah yang unggul dan berkualitas, karena itu seorang pemimpin memiliki peran besar dan penting dalam mengembangkan Lembaga Pendidikan maka dari itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk:1.) Mengetahui peran kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan Lembaga Pendidikan di MAUWH. 2). Mengetahui strategi kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan kualitas Lembaga Pendidikan. 3). Mengetahui faktor tantangan dan pendukung dalam meningkatkan kualitas Lembaga pendidikan. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti mengambil judul “Peranan Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Dalam Mengembangkan Lembaga Pendidikan di MAUWH”. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kulitatif.  pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Jenis dan sumber data yang diambil merupakan data primer dan sekunder. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah MAUWH mampu mengorgansir para bawahannya dan merupakan sosok pemimipin yang tanggung jawab, adil, mampu mendorong dan mempengaruhi para bawahannya. Dan tantangan yang dihadapi MAUWH adalah terbatasnya dana untuk mengembangkan Lembaga Pendidikan dan kurangnya SDM.

Abstract

Kepala sekolah merupakan pemimpin suatu lembaga pendidikan yang mempunyai peran penting dalam mewujudkan sekolah yang berkualitas. kepala sekolah juga berbagai peran salah satunya sebagai seorang pendidik. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan Lembaga Pendidikan di MAN 3 Jombang .Jenis Penelitian yang dipakai menggunakan penelitian kualitatif . Subyek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah dan guru dengan menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Kepala sekolah MAN 3 Jombang sudah melaksanakan peran dan tugas sebagai pemimpin yang professional dalam upaya meningkatkan lembaga pendidikan. kepala sekolah memiliki upaya yang pertama pemimpin kepala sekolah sebagai leader sekaligus manajer yang memiliki peran sangat penting bagi keberhasilan sebuah sekolah, kedua peran sekolah mengembangkan kinerja guru secara optimal, ketiga meningkatkatkan mutu program-program unggulan yaitu bidang Said, Agama,Bahasa dan seni dari semua program   yang dimiliki potensi siswa baik dari akademik maupun non akademik.factor pengdukung dan penghambat adalah sumber daya alam sangat mendukung, penghambatnya kurangnya memerhatikan kedisplinan peserta didik.

Abstract

The principal has a very important role in educational institutions. In his leadership, the principal is the key to success improvement of achievement both in terms of academic and non-academic. The approach used in the implementation of this research is a qualitative approach to describe, information related to the research in the place to be examined. The type of research that of an event that is currently happening. As for the efforts made by the principal in developing the learning system, namely, the BTQ Program (Baca Tulis Alquran), istighosah activities, dhuha prayers, and zuhur prayers in the congregation. In addition, the other important role of the principal is the habituation of the student's character. The programs carried out include teacher discipline programs, community programs. Several factors influence the implementation of the program, namely supporting factors such as teachers, the hall as a sufficient facility and inhibiting factors such as incomplete facilities, differences in background students, there is no BK teacher at school. Therefore, the principal is said to have been able to carry out his role as a leader as well as a teacher at MA Darul Faizin Assalafiyah if he can coordinate, organize, and as a school manager to improve school quality. Kepala sekolah memiliki peran sangat penting dalam lembaga pendidikan yang merupakan kunci keberhasilan sekolah dalam meningkatkan kualitas sekolahnya baik dari segi akademik maupun non akademik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendekripsikan peran kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan lembaga pendidikan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif untuk mendeskripsikan informasi yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ditempat yang di teliti. Jenis penelitian yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu jenis penelitian deskriptif untuk mendiskripsikan peristiwa yang terjadi. Hasil dari penelitian ini peran kepala sekolah sebagai managerial yang mampu memanajemen secara prosedural, koordinasi yang merupakan proses penyatupaduan kegiatan dari unit lembaga untuk mencapai suatu tujuan, peran kepala sekolah dapat mengorganisir seluruh kegiatan pendidikan. Upaya yang dilakukan dalam mengembangkan sistem pembelajaran dengan adanya program BTQ (Baca Tulis Alquran), kegiatan istighosah, sholat dhuha dan salat zuhur berjamaah, progam pendisiplinan guru, progam kemasyarakatan. Faktor pendukung: guru memiliki sikap yang disiplin, siswa berprestasi dan berbakat. Adanya aula. Faktor penghambat: fasilitas yang kurang lengkap, perbedaan latar belakang siswa, tidak adanya guru BK. Kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin dalam sebuah lembaga mengampu beberapa tugas dalam mengkoordinasi, mengorganisir dan sebagai manajerial sekolah untuk meningkatkan kualitas sekolah. Dengan demikian kepala sekolah telah mampu dalam menjalankan perannya sebagai pemimpin sekaligus pengajar di MA Darul Faizin Assalafiyah.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The principal is the leader of the school or educational unit where he gives and takes lessons. The principal not only acts as a leader, but the principal also has various roles, one of which is as an educator. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the role of the principal in developing educational institutions at MTsN 2 Jombang. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques in this study by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the principal has tried to improve the quality of educational institutions and also the quality of human resources by holding trainings, seminars and so on. The principal is very concerned about the development of student activities in every teaching and learning activity. The principal has also tried to provide the best facilities to support the convenience of teaching and learning for students. However, every learning process does not always run smoothly, there must be inhibiting and supporting factors. One of the inhibiting factors is differences from various student backgrounds because students come from various regions and also cultural differences. And one of the supporting factors is the existence of various academic and non-academic achievements that have been achieved by students. Keywords: Principal, Development, Educational Institution ABSTRAK Kepala sekolah adalah pemimpin sekolah atau satuan pendidikan tempat memberikan dan mengambil pelajaran. Kepala sekolah bukan hanya berperan sebagai seorang pemimpin, melainkan kepala sekolah juga memiliki berbagai peran salah satunya sebagai seorang pendidik. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengeahui peran kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan Lembaga Pendidikan di MTsN 2 Jombang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa kepala sekolah telah berusaha untuk meningkatkan kembali kualitas lembaga pendidikan dan juga kualitas sumber daya manusianya dengan mengadakan pelatihan-pelatihan, seminar dan lain sebagainya. Kepala sekolah sangat memperhatikan perkembangan kegiatan siswa pada setiap kegiatan belajar mengajar. Kepala sekolah juga telah berusaha untuk memberikan fasilitas yang terbaik guna menunjang kenyamanan belajar mengajar para siswa. Akan tetapi setiap kepemimpinan pasti mengalami berbagai hambatan-hambatan. Salah satu faktor penghambatnya yakni perbedaan dari berbagai latar belakang siswa dikarenakan siswa yang berasal dari berbagai daerah dan juga perbedaan budayanya. Dan salah satu faktor pendukung yakni dengan adanya berbagai prestasi akademik maupun non akademik yang telah di capai oleh para peserta didik. Abstract

The principal's strategy in developing educational institutions at Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Plus Nabawi Kedungadem Bojonegoro is a qualitative research. Data analysis is the process of systematically searching for and compiling data from interviews, observations and documentation by organizing the data and choosing which ones are important and which ones need to be studied and drawing conclusions so that they are easy to understand. The results of the study found that madrasas had carried out their maximum efforts in an effort to develop educational institutions at MTs Plus Nabawi Kedungadem Bojonegoro. The strategy of the head of MTs Plus Nabawi Kedungadem Bojonegoro consists of two strategies, namely First, improving the quality of Human Resources, this program focuses on improving the quality of teachers in teaching students. This program focuses on increasing the potential of students by creating four programs that are directly related to madrasas and the community. These programs are in the form of: the tahfidz program, collaboration with Religious Development (Field) Institutions, Sports and Arabic Language Development, commemoration of Islamic holidays (PHBI), and the Smart Education Center (SEC). Second, in the form of improving the quality of education through special programs at MTs. This program is in the form of coaching and sending teachers and staff to seminars, workshops and coaching from the head of the madrasah himself.

Abstract

The quality of education will not be able to increase if the components of the curriculum management section are not established as the basis for the educational process. Educational institutions can improve the quality of education by implementing curriculum management. This study aims to understand curriculum management to improve the quality of education at Mts. Muallimin Muallimat. This study uses a quantitative descriptive methodology, collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzing the data through collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and data verification.The results of this study indicate that curriculum management at Mts. Muallimin Muallimat, that is (1) planning involving school supervisors, existing stakeholders, and all teacher councils participating in the preparation of madrasah curriculum planning. (2) the implementation is adjusted to the curriculum planning that has been agreed upon from the various elements concerned so that the implementation is effective and efficient. (3) evaluation with the mechanism of educators and stockholders attending meetings where they expressed constraints and criticisms and advice on curriculum planning and implementation and following up on improvements in curriculum planning for the new academic year. Based on the findings of the study, it can be concluded that of madrasah curriculum management is to improve the quality of education and to foster stronger relationships between all participating madrasah organizations so that the vision, mission and goals of educational institutions can be carried out effectively and efficiently.
