Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital literacy and entrepreneurship education on digital entrepreneurial intention among students of the Economics Education Study Program at Universitas Negeri Jakarta, with self-efficacy as a moderating variable. This study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The research sample consisted of 220 active Economics Education students at UNJ, selected through non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique, based on the criterion that respondents had taken the digital entrepreneurship course. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the assistance of SmartPLS 4 software. The results show that digital literacy has a positive and significant effect on digital entrepreneurial intention. Entrepreneurship education also has a positive and significant effect on digital entrepreneurial intention. In addition, self-efficacy was found to significantly strengthen the effect of both digital literacy and entrepreneurship education on digital entrepreneurial intention. The research model was able to explain a substantial proportion of the variance in students' digital entrepreneurial intention, with the remainder explained by variables outside the model. These findings affirm that strengthening digital competence, entrepreneurship education, and students' self-confidence must be developed simultaneously to foster digital entrepreneurial intention.

Abstract

Using a systematic literature review approach following the PRISMA guidelines, this study analyzed 20 scholarly articles published between 2020 and 2024 from various countries, focusing on the job satisfaction of lecturers. To ensure the quality of the included studies, only articles indexed in Scopus Q1, Q2, and Q3 were considered using the Watase UAKE database. The objective of this study is to provide a comprehensive understanding of the context and theoretical foundations employed in these studies. In terms of context, all analyzed articles used lecturers as their research subjects. Regarding theoretical foundations, Herzberg's two-factor theory is the most frequently used framework. This study also maps the variables that can be antecedents and consequences of lecturers' job satisfaction. The findings of this study are expected to contribute to the development of more effective policies for enhancing the job satisfaction of lecturers.

Abstract

Strategic leadership is increasingly challenged by organizational volatility, digital disruption, and shifting stakeholder expectations, exposing the limitations of hierarchical and directive leadership models. This literature review addresses these issues by examining how contemporary leaders mobilize power, communication, and change as interdependent capabilities to navigate complexity and drive transformation. Integrating discursive, distributed, and relational-ethical leadership theories, the analysis highlights the critical roles of sensemaking, psychological safety, and empowerment in fostering adaptive capacity and innovation. The review reveals that leaders who frame power as shared influence and use communication as a tool for alignment and narrative construction are better equipped to manage resistance, sustain engagement, and support organizational learning. Core implications point to the need for leadership development models that prioritize participatory approaches, communicative agility, and context-sensitive decision-making—particularly in crisis-prone and emerging market environments where adaptability and relational trust are paramount for long-term resilience and strategic success.

Abstract

In today’s highly volatile and complex global environment, growth has become a strategic imperative rather than a mere option. This study explores how firms navigate organic, inorganic, and hybrid growth strategies to achieve sustainable competitive advantage in VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity) conditions. Drawing on a systematic literature review of 52 peer-reviewed articles published between 2015 and 2025, this paper examines how internal capabilities and external opportunities are aligned through growth configurations. The findings indicate that organic growth fosters innovation depth, brand cohesion, and cultural alignment, while inorganic growth provides rapid access to markets, technologies, and resources. However, each approach carries unique risks—organic growth may be too slow in fast-changing sectors, while inorganic strategies may face integration and cultural challenges. Hybrid strategies, which blend both approaches, emerge as the most adaptive solution in dynamic environments, offering firms flexibility to combine speed with sustainability. Strategic fit, absorptive capacity, and organizational agility are identified as key enablers of growth effectiveness. This study contributes to the theoretical development of growth strategy from a dynamic capabilities perspective and offers practical guidance for organizations designing context-sensitive growth paths.

Abstract

In an increasingly competitive and rapidly evolving global marketplace, growth is no longer an option but a necessity for organizational survival and success. Companies must choose between various growth pathways—organic, inorganic, or hybrid—each offering unique advantages and trade-offs. This study explores the strategic role of these growth strategies in fostering sustainable competitive advantage. Employing a systematic literature review, the research analyzes how organizations align internal capabilities with external opportunities to pursue growth strategies that respond effectively to dynamic market conditions. Organic growth supports innovation, brand consistency, and cultural continuity, while inorganic growth facilitates rapid expansion and access to critical assets. Hybrid strategies, integrating both modes, enable firms to balance long-term development with short-term agility. The findings highlight that strategic fit, absorptive capacity, and organizational flexibility are essential for executing growth strategies successfully. This paper offers a conceptual synthesis that informs strategic decision-making and contributes to advancing the theoretical discourse on corporate growth.

Abstract

Indonesia’s Sea Toll Program was established to reduce regional price disparities and improve maritime connectivity across its archipelagic landscape. While outbound cargo distribution has expanded significantly, return cargo utilization remains low, averaging only around 31–33% over recent years. This inefficiency indicates a systemic gap in the national logistics framework, particularly the lack of integration between Sea Toll operations and pioneering sea transportation services that serve smaller, remote ports. Using Strategic Cooperative and Strategic Entrepreneurship frameworks, this study develops a conceptual model that unifies these systems through synchronized routing, digital platform integration, and local actor empowerment. Secondary data from government reports and logistics performance evaluations are used to examine institutional fragmentation and technological barriers. A practical example from the Saumlaki port highlights how route coordination and the involvement of cooperatives as cargo aggregators can improve backhaul efficiency. The study recommends strengthening SITOLAUT as an open logistics platform, upgrading infrastructure at small ports, and creating multi-stakeholder governance mechanisms. The proposed framework offers not only logistical improvements but also a policy roadmap for enhancing regional economic participation, reducing inequality, and building a sustainable maritime logistics ecosystem.
