Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of teacher professionalism in creating a quality learning environment at SMA Islam Darul Abror Bekasi. Teacher professionalism is a key factor in the success of the learning process and directly impacts student learning outcomes. The research method used is a qualitative approach with observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The results show that teacher professionalism at SMA Islam Darul Abror Bekasi is demonstrated through the implementation of innovative teaching methods, the use of technology in learning, and effective classroom management. However, some challenges exist, such as the lack of continuous professional training and limited supporting facilities. Therefore, enhancing teacher professionalism through training and competency development is an essential factor in improving the quality of learning at this school. ABSTRAKKegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini brtujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja profesionalisme guru dalam menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang berkualitas di SMA Islam Darul Abror Bekasi. Profesionalisme guru sangat menentukan keberhasilan proses pembelajaran dan berdampak langsung pada hasil belajar siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profesionalisme guru di SMA Islam Darul Abror Bekasi ditunjukkan melalui penerapan metode pembelajaran yang inovatif, penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran, serta pengelolaan kelas yang efektif. Namun, terdapat beberapa kendala seperti kurangnya pelatihan profesional berkelanjutan dan keterbatasan fasilitas pendukung. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan profesionalisme guru melalui pelatihan dan pengembangan kompetensi menjadi faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji prosedur pelaksanaan peningkatan kemampuan kognitif siswa dalam memahami konsep-konsep ilmiah dalam mengelola pencemaran lingkungan dengan memanfaatkan model Learning Cycle 5E Maarif Hidayat Al-Mubattiien Kamranjen. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan sebagai penelitian tindakan partisipatif (PTK) yang terdiri dari dua siklus tindakan dan akan melibatkan total 23 siswa kelas VII pada tahun ajaran 2022/2023 di MTs Maarif Hidayat Al-Mubattiien Kamranjen. Data Informasi diperoleh melalui penggunaan metode observasi dan pemeriksaan. Alat yang digunakan adalah soal ujian pilihan ganda yang telah melalui uji validitas ahli dan lembar observasi selama proses pembelajaran. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan model Learning Cycle 5E dalam proses pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan prestasi akademik siswa, khususnya dalam hal kemampuan kognitif (C1-C3). Perkembangan kemampuan kognitif siswa dapat dilihat melalui hasil tes yang menunjukkan nilai rata-rata 6,05 pada siklus I. Namun seiring dengan peningkatan proses pembelajaran, kemampuan kognitif siswa meningkat menjadi 7,3 pada siklus II.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has brought significant changes in various aspects of organizational management, including in human resource (HR) management. This study aims to measure the importance of implementing a technology-based HR management system in improving employee performance in the digital era. A technology-based HR management system includes the use of software and digital applications to support key functions such as recruitment, training, performance appraisals, and real-time and efficient employee data management. The methods used in this study are literature studies and descriptive qualitative approaches by analyzing various academic sources and recent organizational reports. The results of the study indicate that the application of technology in HR management can improve the accuracy of decision making, operational efficiency, and employee job satisfaction. In addition, this system encourages transparency, accountability, and personalization in employee career development. Thus, the use of a technology-based HR management system is not only a necessity, but also an important strategy in increasing organizational competitiveness amidst the challenges of digital transformation. The main recommendation of this study is the need to adapt a digital work culture and increase technological literacy among managers and employees to take advantage of the optimization of the system. ABSTRAKPerkembangan teknologi digital yang pesat telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam berbagai aspek manajemen organisasi, termasuk dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pentingnya penerapan sistem manajemen SDM berbasis teknologi dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di era digital. Sistem manajemen SDM berbasis teknologi mencakup penggunaan perangkat lunak dan aplikasi digital untuk menunjang fungsi-fungsi utama seperti rekrutmen, pelatihan, penilaian kinerja, serta manajemen data karyawan secara real-time dan efisien. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur dan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan menganalisis berbagai sumber akademik dan laporan organisasi terkini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi teknologi dalam manajemen SDM dapat meningkatkan akurasi pengambilan keputusan, efisiensi operasional, serta kepuasan kerja karyawan. Selain itu, sistem ini mendorong transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan personalisasi dalam pengembangan karier karyawan. Dengan demikian, penggunaan sistem manajemen SDM berbasis teknologi bukan hanya menjadi kebutuhan, tetapi juga strategi penting dalam meningkatkan daya saing organisasi di tengah tantangan transformasi digital. Rekomendasi utama dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya adaptasi budaya kerja digital dan peningkatan literasi teknologi di kalangan manajer dan karyawan untuk mengoptimalkan manfaat sistem tersebut.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: (1) to describe the motivation of students at SMPN IV Subang in terms of the problem-based learning model, (2) to determine the effect of the problem-based learning model on the science learning outcomes of students at SMPN IV Subang. This study is a descriptive and quantitative experimental study. The subjects in this study were eighth-grade students at SMPN 4 Subang. The data collection techniques used were science achievement tests and learning motivation questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive statistical analysis of percentages for student learning motivation data, while to examine the effect of the problem-based learning model on the science achievement of students at SMPN IV Subang, an independent two-sample t-test was used. The results of this study indicate that most students fall into the very high motivation category (38.5%), while the group of students given the conventional learning model mostly fall into the moderate motivation category (46.2%). For the hypothesis test on the effect of the problem-based learning model, the sig score was 0.000 < 0.05, so Ho was rejected and H1 was accepted, concluding that there was a difference in science learning outcomes between the group of students taught using the problem-based learning model and the group of students taught using the conventional learning model.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengembangan sumber daya manusia di PT. RahardjaEkalancar dari berbagai aspek. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metodekualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif untuk mendeskripsikan hasil data. Dari penelitian iniditemukan bahwa untuk mengembangkan sumber daya manusia, PT. Rahardja Ekalancarmelakukan beberapa metode, termasuk pelatihan untuk meningkatkan beberapa aspek, termasukproduktivitas, efisiensi, kerusakan, kecelakaan, pelayanan, moral, karier, kontekstual,kepemimpinan, remunerasi, dan konsumen. Hal ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan dan mencapaitujuan perusahaan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of the school principal in managing the curriculum at Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Samilul Huda, Mlaten Village, Mijen District, Demak Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach and the method used is a case study (case study) which aims to photograph events, facts, data, and incidents regarding the management of the curriculum in the school. The data source of the research is the principal askey informan (main source) and all MTs Samailul Huda teachers. As for the technique and procedure of data collection, it is done through in-depth interviews (in depth interview), observations or observations of researchers in activities in the field, and analysis of documents related to the object of this research. The results of the study can be concluded that there are three roles that are quite effective for the principal in managing the curriculum (1) planning consisting of technical and teacher understanding, (2) implementing the curriculum in class learning (3) and evaluating learning outcomes and class learning.

Abstract

Purpose this article will discuss several main topics in human resource management, including recruitment and selection of employees so that teaching and learning activities are of high quality, training and development of employees in teaching and learning activities, performance management in school activities, and the school environment, which of course in teaching and learning activities so as not to If you are bored, of course you need a reflection from extra activities at school such as ice breaking, motivators at school, games at school or extra-curricular programs at school as sensory and motor cell development. In the employee recruitment and selection section for teaching and learning activities, ways to attract high-quality employees and select the right employees for available positions will be discussed. Employee training and development will discuss strategies to develop employee skills and knowledge so that they can make a greater contribution to the organization. Performance management will discuss how managers can monitor employee performance to improve teaching and learning activities, provide a comfortable school environment as feedback and rewards, and identify areas for improvement. Finally, employee compensation and benefits will discuss strategies for providing fair compensation and at-tractive benefits to employees, including policies on salary, health insurance, leave, and benefits to provide extra activities at school.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how important human resource management is in improving the quality of education in an institution. This study uses the library research method, where the discussion of this research is based on expert opinion and the results of previous research. Research techniques with data analysis in the form of content analysis (content analysis) to select data and information contained in the various library materials studied. The results of this study note that the increase in the quality of education in an institution is due to the role of human resource management so that solutions are found to deal with challenges that arise in improving the quality of education in an institution so that it can make a clear contribution to educational goals.

Abstract

This research was conducted at SD Negeri Bojonggede 01 which aimed to determine the implementation of peer tutorial programs in mastering Google Forms. The subjects of this study were all teachers of SD Negeri Bojonggede 01 as many as 26 teachers, with 4 male and 22 female teachers. The collection of assessment data is carried out by observation through questionnaires. The results of this study can be concluded that, in the condition of teachers before there was a peer tutorial program, only 20.3% knew the Google Form application. While the expected conditions only amount to 50% of the number of teachers. However, after the peer program, many teachers who have understood and were able to achieve success in making online attendance through Google Form and applying it to online learning totaled 20 teachers (76.9%). This still needs to be improved again with the efforts of teachers to be more intensive in habituating routine activities for teaching and learning through the Google Form application.

Abstract

Amid global competition and rapid organizational change, enhancing employee competence has become a crucial factor for organizational sustainability. This article explores the strategic role of training and development in improving employee competencies through a literature review of national and international sources published over the last ten years. The findings indicate that well-planned training and continuous career development programs can enhance technical skills, work attitudes, motivation, and employee loyalty. Furthermore, career development that aligns with individual needs plays a significant role in preparing employees to face future job challenges. Human resource management holds a vital role in designing training programs that align with both organizational goals and employee growth. The success of such programs is also influenced by managerial support, a learning-oriented organizational culture, and the effective use of technology. With the right approach and long-term orientation, training and development not only positively impact individual performance but also contribute to improving overall organizational effectiveness and competitiveness. ABSTRAKDi tengah kompetisi global dan perubahan organisasi yang cepat, penguatan kompetensi karyawan menjadi aspek krusial bagi keberlangsungan organisasi. Artikel ini membahas peran strategis pelatihan dan pengembangan dalam meningkatkan kompetensi karyawan melalui kajian literatur selama sepuluh tahun terakhir dari berbagai sumber nasional dan internasional. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan yang terencana serta program pengembangan karier yang berkesinambungan mampu meningkatkan kemampuan teknis, sikap kerja, motivasi, dan loyalitas karyawan. Selain itu, pengembangan karier yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan individu juga berperan dalam mempersiapkan karyawan menghadapi tantangan pekerjaan masa depan. Peran manajemen sumber daya manusia menjadi sangat penting dalam merancang program pelatihan yang selaras dengan kebutuhan organisasi dan perkembangan karyawan. Keberhasilan program ini turut ditentukan oleh dukungan manajerial, budaya organisasi yang mendukung pembelajaran, serta pemanfaatan teknologi. Dengan pendekatan yang tepat dan berorientasi jangka panjang, pelatihan dan pengembangan tidak hanya memberi dampak positif pada individu, tetapi juga berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kinerja dan daya saing organisasi secara keseluruhan.
