Abstract

This study to determine the effect of distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice on the organizational commitment of employees at Serambi Indonesia PT Aceh Media Graphic. This study involved 68 permanent employees at Serambi Indonesia. The data collection in this study was carried out using primary data with interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis and the results showed that Distributive Justice had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, procedural justice had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment and interactional justice had a positive and insignificant effect on organizational commitment. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of high-performance work systems and servant leadership on organizational performance through the mediating role of employee engagement at Bank Indonesia Lhokseumawe Representative Office. The data in this research were 133 employees who responded to the questionnaire distributed via Google Forms. The data analysis tool uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is operated with Amos. The research results found that High-Performance Work Systems (HPWS) and Servant Leadership have a significant effect on employee engagement and employee performance. Employee engagement also significantly improves employee performance. In testing the mediating effect of employee engagement, it became a partial mediating variable between High-Performance Work Systems (HPWS) and Servant Leadership on the performance of Bank Indonesia Aceh Representative employees. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide an important contribution to stakeholders in developing employee development strategies as an important resource for every organization.

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the influence of employee engagement, spiritual leadership and Islamic work ethic on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in the Bireuen Regency Civil Service and Wilayatul Hisbah Police Unit. The population in this study were employees in the civil service and wilayatul hisbah police units in Bireuen Regency, totaling 204 employees. Meanwhile, the number of samples in this study was 67 employees. The data collection technique used was a survey technique through distributing questionnaires. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis technique using SPSS 25. Data analysis uses the classic assumption test, partial test (t) and coefficient of determination test. The research results show that employee engagement, spiritual leadership and Islamic work ethic have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in the Bireuen Regency Civil Service and Wilayatul Hisbah Police Unit.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of transformational leadership on teacher performance with intrinsic motivation as an intervening variable among teachers at SMA Negeri 4 Langsa City. This research uses a qualitative method and collects the data by distributing questionnaires to 49 respondents. Hypotheses were tested by using descriptive analysis techniques with SmartPLS 4.1.0.2 as the data processing tool. The results of this study show that (1) transformational leadership does not affect the performance of teachers at SMA Negeri 4 Langsa City, (2) transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on intrinsic motivation, (3) intrinsic motivation has a significant positive effect on teacher performance, and (4) transformational leadership does not affect teacher performance through intrinsic motivation as an intervening variable. The implications of this study are (1) high transformational leadership can affect teachers' intrinsic motivation and (2) transformational leadership is a determining factor in influencing teacher performance. Abstract

This study aims to Analyze The Effect Of Servant Leadership And Digital Leadership On Employee Performance With Competency As An Intervening Variable In The Health Office In Langsa City.The sampling method used in this study is the saturated sampling method. The saturated sampling method is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. The number of samples in this study was 148 respondents, because the total number of the population used as a sample was 148 respondents. The influence of Digital Leadership, Servant leadership on employee competence at the Langsa City Health Office. The influence of competence, Digital Leadership, Servant leadership on employee performance at the Langsa City Health Office. Competence is able to partially mediate the relationship between the Servant leadership variable and employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Influence of Work Environment, Spiritual Leadership and Work Ethic on Employee Performance in the Pamong Praja and Wilayatul Hisbah Police Units of Aceh Taming Regency, the dependent variables of this study are work environment, spiritual leadership and Work Ethic for the independent variable is employee performance. The population in this study is 65 employees of the Office of the Pamong Praja and Wilayatul Hisbah Police Unit of Aceh Taming Regency. The technique of sampling saturation or census and a sample of 65 respondents who are employees of the Pamong Praja and Wilayatul Hisbah Police Unit of Aceh Taming Regency, the research method used is a quantitative method, for the data analysis method using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study show that the work environment and work ethic have a significant effect on employee performance, while spiritual leadership does not have a significant effect on employee performance in the Pamong Praja and Wilayatul Hisbah Police Units of Aceh Taming Regency. This study shows that the work environment is the most dominant variable affecting the performance of Office employees at the Pamong Praja and Wilayatul Hisbah Police Units of Aceh Taming Regency. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of transformational leadership and career development through organizational culture and its impact on employee performance in the DPRK of Bener Meriah Regency. The data used is primary data, a data collection technique by distributing questionnaires to 70 employees of the DPRK of Bener Meriah Regency. The data analysis method used is path analysis and processed with the help of the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) application program. The results of the study found that there was an influence of transformational leadership and career development on the organizational culture of DPRK employees of Bener Meriah Regency, and there was also an influence of transformational leadership, career development and organizational culture on the performance of DPRK employees of Bener Meriah Regency. Furthermore, the results of the study found that the variables of organizational culture mediate absolutely (full mediation) the relationship of transformational leadership and career development to the performance of employees of the DPRK of Bener Meriah Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Human Capital, Innovation Organizational Climate and Competence on Employee Performance at the Regional Secretariat of North Aceh Regency. The data used in this research is primary data by distributing questionnaires, while the sampling technique is census. So the sample in the research totaled 140. The analytical method used was a quantitative method with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) research model. The results of the research conclude that (1) Innovation Organizational Climate has an effect on competence (2) human capital has an effect on competence. (3) Competence influences employee performance. (4) Innovation Organizational Climate influences employee performance. (5) There is no influence of human capital on employee performance. (6) Competence partially mediates the relationship between the Innovation Organizational Climate variable and employee performance. (7) Competence partially mediates the relationship between human capital variables and employee performance. This means that the competency variable fully mediates the influence of the human capital variable on employee performance at the North Aceh Regional Secretariat, where previously human capital did not partially influence employee performance.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the Influence of Transformational and Transactional Leadership on Employee Performance Through Organizational Commitment as an Intervening Variable in Several Health Centers in Southwest Aceh Regency. This type of research uses a quantitative method, data collection using a questionnaire containing questions and statements by distributing it to the employees concerned at the Health Centers in Southwest Aceh Regency. This research was conducted at 3 Health Centers in Southwest Aceh Regency, namely Alue Sungai Pinang, Alue Pisang and Babahrot Health Centers. The population in this study were employees of the Health Centers in Southwest Aceh Regency totaling 173 employees. While the number of samples in this study was 64 employees. The data analysis method used was path analysis and was processed with the help of the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) application program. The results of the study showed that there was an influence of transformational and transactional leadership on organizational commitment and there was also an influence of transformational, transactional and organizational commitment leadership on the performance of employees of the Health Centers in Southwest Aceh Regency. Furthermore, the research results found that the organizational commitment variable fully mediates (full mediation) the relationship between transformational leadership and the performance of employees at the Southwest Aceh District Health Center and the organizational commitment variable directly mediates (partial mediation) the relationship between transactional leadership and the performance of employees at the Southwest Aceh District Health Center.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of Work Stress, Workload, and Work Environment on the turnover intention of employees of PT. Ima Montaz Sejahtera Lhokseumawe. At PT Ima Montaz Sejahtera, a company that produces bottled drinking water, the turnover intention rate showed an increase from 2020 to 2022. Based on the data obtained, the turnover rate in 2020 was 1.9%, in 2021 it increased to 7.8%, and in 2022 it reached 12%. Many employees feel burdened by the workload and lack of support from management, which causes them to want to leave the company. The sampling method in this study uses simple random. The sample size is calculated using the Slovin formula. In this study, the sample size was set at 55 respondents of PT Ima Montaz Sejahtera Lhokseumawe employees. The sampling technique is done by simple random sampling, which is a simple random sampling technique where each respondent or member of the population has the same opportunity to be selected as a sample. It was concluded that every year there is an increase in the number of employees who leave the company which has increased every year. Based on the results of research that has been conducted regarding the effect of workload, work stress and work environment on turnover intention on employees of PT. Ima Mountaz Sejahtera Lhokseumawe, the following conclusions can be drawn. Workload has a significant positive effect on increasing turnover intention of employees of PT Ima Mountaz. Work stress has a significant positive effect on increasing turnover intention of employees of PT Ima Mountaz. The work environment has a significant positive effect on increasing turnover intention of employees of PT Ima Mountaz.
