Abstract

This study aims to increase and strengthen as well as strengthen understanding of leadership and behavioral theory in organizations through the leadership of Islamic Education Management, the formation of scientific understanding for students that displays Islamic Education management in the leadership concept of Tan Malaka. The activities carried out are based on reinforcement carried out by Postgraduate students in Islamic Management Education, which are carried out directly at the home of Tan Malaka's birth, and can get to know any historical heritage from Tan Malaka and can directly discuss with the surrounding community. and strengthening the concept of Tan Malaka's leadership given related to the concept of Tan Malaka's leadership. With this strengthening it is able to understand correctly how the concept of leadership from Tan Malaka, the research results obtained from strengthening the concept of Tan Malaka's leadership have a positive influence on students.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini mengulas peran guru bimbingan dan konseling serta pembina ekstrakurikuler dalam membentuk kepribadian siswi Muslimah di lingkungan pendidikan, khususnya dalam aspek ajaran agama, perilaku, dan pola berpakaian sesuai syariat Islam Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan lapangan di MAN Lima Puluh Kota data dikumpulkan dalam bentuk observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, selanjutnya peneliti akan mengolah data dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif analitik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan upaya-upaya yang telah dilakukan dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai tersebut, namun masih terdapat tantangan seperti kurangnya konsistensi siswi dalam melaksanakan ajaran agama dan tata cara berpakaian yang sesuai syariat. Guru bimbingan konseling, dan pembina ekstrakurikuler memberikan teguran, contoh perilaku baik, dan materi agama sebagai bentuk bimbingan, namun masih diperlukan langkah lebih lanjut untuk meningkatkan konsistensi dan efektivitas dalam membentuk kepribadian siswi. Kesimpulannya, penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya peran guru-guru tersebut dalam membentuk kepribadian siswi sesuai nilai-nilai Islam, meski masih diperlukan langkah-langkah tambahan untuk mencapai konsistensi dan konsolidasi nilai-nilai tersebut. ABSTRACT This study reviews the role of guidance and counseling teachers and extracurricular coaches in shaping the personality of Muslim female students in an educational environment, especially in the aspects of religious teachings, behavior, and dress patterns according to Islamic law. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a field approach at MAN Lima Puluh Kota. Data is collected in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation, then researchers will process the data using analytical descriptive data analysis techniques. The results showed that efforts have been made in instilling these values, but there are still challenges such as the lack of consistency of students in carrying out religious teachings and dressing according to sharia. Counseling guidance teachers and extracurricular coaches provide reprimands, examples of good behavior, and religious material as a form of guidance, but further steps are still needed to improve consistency and effectiveness in shaping the personality of female students. In conclusion, this study highlights the importance of the role of these teachers in shaping the personality of female students according to Islamic values, although additional steps are still needed to achieve consistency and consolidation of these values.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Self-efficacy (keyakinan diri) siswa di SMPN 3 Lubuk Sikaping dalam situasi pembelajaran. Masalah yang dihadapi termasuk siswa yang tidak yakin terhadap tugas, kurang percaya diri berbicara di depan kelas, dan kurang persiapan dalam belajar. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif deskriptif, melibatkan 100 siswa kelas VII menggunakan teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket yang telah divalidasi dan dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Self-efficacy siswa sebesar 71,91%, dikategorikan tinggi. Indikator tingkat kesulitan tugas (Magnitude), kekuatan keyakinan (Strength), dan generalisasi (Generality) semuanya berada pada kategori tinggi, menunjukkan keyakinan diri siswa yang memadai dalam menghadapi situasi pembelajaran. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the self-efficacy of students at SMPN 3 Lubuk Sikaping in learning situations. The problems faced include students who are not confident in their assignments, lack of confidence in speaking in front of the class, and lack of preparation in learning. This study is descriptive quantitative, involving 100 seventh grade students using total sampling technique. Data were collected through a validated questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that students' Self-efficacy was 71.91%, categorized as high. Indicators of task difficulty (Magnitude), strength of belief (Strength), and generalization (Generality) are all in the high category, indicating adequate student confidence in dealing with learning situations.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini mengkaji kondisi psikologis mahasiswa Program Studi Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK) di UIN Sjech M. Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi dalam menyelesaikan studi mereka. Mahasiswa sering mengalami tekanan psikologis seperti stres, kecemasan, dan kelelahan dalam proses penyusunan skripsi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif untuk mengukur faktor-faktor psikologis tersebut, termasuk motivasi, kecemasan, konsep diri, aspirasi, sikap, persepsi, ingatan, perhatian, kesiapan, marah, dan takut. Data dikumpulkan dari seluruh populasi mahasiswa BK angkatan 2016, 2017, dan 2018 melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi psikologis mahasiswa berada pada kategori Sangat Baik, dengan rata-rata keseluruhan persentase skor sebesar 90%. Faktor psikologis internal seperti motivasi dan kecerdasan, serta faktor eksternal seperti dukungan sosial dari keluarga dan teman, berperan signifikan dalam penyelesaian studi mahasiswa. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya perhatian terhadap kondisi psikologis mahasiswa untuk mendukung keberhasilan akademis mereka. ABSTRACT This study examines the psychological condition of students of the Guidance and Counseling (BK) Study Program at UIN Sjech M. Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi in completing their studies. Students often experience psychological pressure such as stress, anxiety, and fatigue in the process of preparing a thesis. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods to measure these psychological factors, including motivation, anxiety, self-concept, aspiration, attitude, perception, memory, attention, readiness, anger, and fear. Data were collected from the entire population of counseling students in 2016, 2017, and 2018 through a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results showed that the psychological condition of students was in a very high category, with an overall average percentage score of 90%. Internal psychological factors such as motivation and intelligence, as well as external factors such as social support from family and friends, play a significant role in student study completion. The findings underscore the importance of paying attention to students' psychological state to support their academic success.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya beberapa orang siswa tidak mampu menentukan arah karirnya, karena keadaan ekonomi keluarganya rendah. Beberapa orang siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam menentukan keputusan karir antara SMA atau SMK. Orang tua kurang memahami bakat, minat serta potensi yang dimiliki anaknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh status ekonomi keluarga terhadap keputusan karir siswa di SMP N 3 Lubuk Sikaping. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian regresi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 98 siswa dan sampel adalah siswa kelas VIII yaitu 98 siswa SMP N 3 Lubuk Sikaping dengan mengunakan total sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan angket memakai skala likert dan teknik analisis data menggunakan SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menujukkan uji regresi linear sederhana yaitu Ῠ = 102,681 + 6,83X. Artinya jika status ekonomi keluarga (X), maka nilai konstanta keputusan karir adalah 102,681 dan setiap kenaikan 1% status ekonomi keluarga, maka keputusan karir akan meningkat 6,83. Berdasarkan hasil korelasi di lapangan dapat diketahui r hitung 0,670 > r tabel 0,1986 serta df = N–2, 98-2 = 96 dan juga F hitung > dari F tabel (78,282 > 3,94), jadi Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak dan dalam korelasi “kuat” yang terletak antara 0,60-0,799. Hail uji determinasi 44,9% dan 55,1 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Jadi terdapat pengaruh status ekonomi keluarga terhadap keputusan karir siswa di SMP N 3 Lubuk Sikaping.

Abstract

When pupils acquire self-confidence, they are able to fully realize their potential, which in turn enhances their academic performance. An examination of the Islamic counseling organization Rational Emotive Behavior's efforts to boost SMPN 6 Padang students' confidence is the primary goal of this research. The researchers in this study used a Nonequivalent Control Group Design experimental strategy. With a total of ten students per group, this design included an experimental treatment group and a control group that did not receive any therapy at all. A self-esteem measure developed by Likert was used to gather data. Based on the findings of this research, pupils whose self-esteem was initially low (negative) were able to improve it to a medium or high level (positive). The results show that students' self-esteem significantly improves when they participate in group counseling sessions that include cognitive behavior therapy.

Abstract

An orphanage is an institution to shape the development of children who do not have parents or do not live with their families for certain reasons. An orphanage is a house, a place (residence), while or orphanage is a house where you look after and care for orphaned children and so on. In article 55 (33) or Republic or indonesia Law No.23 of 2002, it is explained that in relation to the maintenance and care of abandoned children, government institutions and community institutions, as intended ini paragraph 2, can collaborate with various related parties. An orphanage is defined as a house, place or residence used to care for orphans. In an orphanage, there is a caregiver who will educate, look after, protect and provide comfort to the children in his care. Caregivers are substitute parents who will be respected and appreciated by their foster children. There caregivers play a very important role in increasing the independence of children in the Muhammadiyah Cab.Guguk II orphanage.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas peran guru Bimbingan dan Konseling dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa di SMPN 1 IV Koto. Masalah muncul karena sebagian siswa mengalami penurunan hasil belajar dan kurang mendapat pendampingan konseling secara optimal. Penelitian bertujuan menggambarkan pelaksanaan layanan BK serta kontribusinya terhadap prestasi belajar. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan konseling individu, bimbingan kelompok, dan layanan informasi mampu meningkatkan motivasi, disiplin, dan capaian akademik siswa. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa peran guru BK sangat penting dalam menciptakan perkembangan belajar yang lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan.
