Excessive direction is called ifrath, and not being angry is called tafrith/ shortage. While placing anger at the right time is called i'tidal / balanced. The main problem of this research, how is anger in Islam and its relevance to mental health? This research uses a type of library research (library research) with a descriptive analysis approach. The results showed that feeling annoyed and angry is a human thing to happen. One of the things that are affected when holding anger is a disturbance to one's mental health. Mental health can be disrupted because you always hold on to frustration, hurt, to disappointment. Indeed, anger that arises can be turned into something harmful or beneficial. Anger triggers the body to decide to defend or fight. These emotions trigger responses, such as fear, excitement, to anxiety. The body will be filled with hormones that cause stress, such as adrenaline and cortisol. Frequent temper tantrums will harm your heart health. Anger can trigger physiological changes that affect the blood, temporarily increasing the risk of a heart attack or related problems. Thoughts and emotions can affect health. Emotions that are free and can be expressed naturally will not affect health. However, depressed emotions (especially fear or negative feelings) can drain mental energy, negatively impacting the body and causing health problems.

The most crucial problem in analyzing problematic violence in Islam is when relating it with text religion. Problematic violence will appear more paradoxical and crucial when trying to legitimize al-Qur'an. When violence and terrorism get legitimacy from al-Qur'an, it will lead to a very risky conclusion; namely, Islam supports violence and terrorism. This is where the hermeneutics of Jurgen Habermas tries to review the problem of interpretation of these verses, especially concerning the theory of communication actions which will be used as an analytical knife in this study. The problem formulation is; how to read verse jihad without using instrumental interpretation and more developed paradigm communicative hermeneutics. The result of this research is that Jurgen Habermas's view will presuppose the formation of an intersubjective relationship in social society. The act of communication aims to reach an understanding between individuals. In relation to religious tolerance, the expected communication is a dialogue in reaching agreement on claims of accuracy in the underlying values of each religion on how to build agreement on each religion and that peace is beautiful and violence is terrible. This claim necessitates an interactive dialogue that explores holistic religious values but avoids discussing truth claims considered non-negotiable religious doctrines. When it is applied in the interpretation of the jihad verse, the conclusion that we hope for is the jihad verse cannot abolish the universal value contained in the peace verse.

Abstract: The visions of some groups about nationality, diversity and local traditions always confront each other as if they are contradictory and impossible to reconcile. The concept of citizenship does not conform to Islamic teachings, especially to local traditions, because the regulation of human life is not in the hands of the national state, but in the hands of the Islamic state. This article aims to explore the urgency of Islamic moderation in higher education to strengthen national, religious and local traditions. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method and a literature review. Using this method, it is expected that researchers can comprehensively analyze the importance of Islamic moderation in higher education using national, religious and local traditions. These triangles are interconnected and mutually reinforcing. This is the reality of human civilization, recognized in Islamic teachings as part of God's will in creating heterogeneous people. Students should be taught Islamic moderation so that their religious views and attitudes reflect national values. Based on the results of the investigation, it was found that many things were national, religious and local traditions that do not conflict with Islam; and the need to integrate the subject of Islam and religious moderation with other courses.

Prayer holds significant meaning in life, encompassing not only the spiritual aspect but also the physical-biological and psychological aspects. Hence, prayer establishes a profound connection with the goals of Islamic education, which aim to develop not only the physical-biological aspects but also the spiritual aspect. This discourse employs qualitative research methodology, utilizing primary data from M. Quraish Shihab's book titled "Insight Qur'an about Remembrance and Prayer" and Yunan Nasution's "Living Handbook Volume 3." Additionally, secondary data from various relevant references on the theme are utilized. The discussion results reveal the strengths and weaknesses of both prayer concepts. The strength of M. Quraish Shihab's concept lies in its philosophical depth. However, it lacks practical examples from everyday life. On the other hand, Yunan Nasution's concept is easily understandable, but it tends to employ more colloquial language. In terms of the objectives of Islamic education, both concepts aim to achieve the following: (1) Enhancing individuals' potential to benefit themselves and the community, (2) Nurturing souls with noble qualities (al-karimah), and (3) Cultivating intelligent individuals with strong faith and taqwa (piety).

This research is motivated by the idea that commodification is a process of changing the value of a product which previously only had a use value and then becomes an exchange value where the demand for the product is determined by the price, designed by the manufacturer. The formulation of the research problem is how to commodify the religion of siwak products through halal labels and how to analyze media and advertisements related to the religious commodification of siwak products. The research method is library research. The results showed that currently siwak has turned into toothpaste. Toothpaste has become one of the people's daily needs. The habit of brushing teeth has existed since ancient times and people prefer to use siwak wood. Currently there are several toothpaste products that offer halal products, which contain the siwak content taught by the Prophet Muhammad and have a halal certificate from Indonesian Ulama Council. From the realm of media, technological, media and economic developments play an important role in the religious commodification. This is also one way of advertising by playing with the psychology of viewers by choosing halal products, it will show high faith.
