Abstract

This research aims to determine how the IDIC model of customer relationship management strategy is implemented to create brand loyalty. This research uses post-positivism. This research uses a qualitative and descriptive approach. This research method uses the case-study method. The data collection technique in this research is interviewing. This research uses construct validity. The relevant technique for analyzing data in this research is pattern matching. From the results of the research conducted, it was found that the company had succeeded in implementing an effective customer relationship management (CRM) strategy to create brand loyalty. The company also successfully implemented the IDIC model concept in its CRM strategy, which includes identifying customers, differentiating services based on needs, interacting intensively, and adapting services to customer needs through technology. Apart from that, this company has also succeeded in measuring the effectiveness of its CRM strategy through the Net Promoter Score. Furthermore, this research shows that, in contrast to other sectors, B2B logistics companies emphasize service quality and company value more than providing discounts or promotions to increase customer loyalty. As a result, this company gained customer loyalty, which is reflected in its success in extending contracts with its customers.

Abstract

Team member commitment is at the core of organizational performance and durability, especially in the public sector. The study seeks to supplement existing knowledge by examining the effects of job authority and job empowerment on team member commitment and its impact on motivation, job satisfaction, and loyalty to the organization. This was obtained through a mixed-method approach, drawing together quantitative survey data with qualitative in-depth interviews with public workers. The findings indicate that the greater the level of authority, the more responsibility there is, and the more freedom there is for decision-making, the greater the commitment to the organization. Knowing how to do the work properly and having the proper skills and self-confidence were also essential for team member commitment. Employees at the lower organizational levels reported having feelings of encouragement and interest in the company, as well as integration into the strategic objectives of the company or enterprise. These results indicate the need for public service organisations to adopt a sustainable employee commitment culture focusing on authority and empowerment. Such issues need to be examined as time passes in future studies. The findings emphasize the importance of job authority and empowerment as determinants of team member engagement in the public sector compared to team member engagement in the private sector: assistive medical devices and many other organizations.

Abstract

The achievements achieved by students not only impact the students but, of course, also impact the educational institutions where the students attend school. The many academic achievements obtained by students will be beneficial not only for the image of educational institutions but also for various other positive things such as accreditation status and evaluation of school performance. Students' academic achievement will encourage students to continue to improve their competence and form a competitive spirit. This study examines and analyzes the role of learning culture and the application of problem-based learning on student academic achievement. This research is qualitative, where researchers conduct interviews and observations in collecting data. In addition, this study uses literature and previous research studies that discuss the same variables and problems, namely those related to student academic achievement. The unit of analysis in this study includes students at the high school level in Indonesia, while the observation unit involves teachers, principals, and parents of students. This study concludes that building a learning culture that is pro or supports the adoption and use of technology and digitalization in the learning process and the application of problem-based learning can create and improve student academic achievement. The research suggests that school management should continue facilitating and encouraging teachers and students to optimize a learning culture oriented toward technology and digitalization. Teachers are also encouraged to maintain their performance in realizing learning oriented towards problem-based learning to improve students' academic achievement.

Abstract

Penerapan Green Economy dan Social Enterpreneurship dalam Pengelolaan Sampah Rumah Tangga di Kelurahan Romang Lompoa Kabupaten Gowa merupakan Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang bertujuan memberikan penyuluhan dan pelatihan pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga melalui pendekatan Green Economy dan Social Enterpreneurship guna meningkatkan keterampilan berwirausaha masyarakat melalui keasadaran berwawasan lingkungan dengan menghasilan produk inovasi berupa pupuk organik. Kegiatan pengabdian ini terdiri atas pelatihan pembuatan composting, serta penyuluhan dan pelatihan digital marketing. Kegiatan telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 11 November 2023, yang dihadiri oleh lebih dari 20 warga Romang Lompoa dan satu UMKM lokal, Kebun Tetangga. Kegiatan ini dilaksanaan guna meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap kondisi lingkungan, meningkatkan pemahaman terhadap proses pengolahan sampah lanjutan, serta meningkatkan keterampilan wirausaha yang berwawasan lingkungan. Diharapkan setelah mengikuti kegiatan ini, Mitra khususnya Ibu Rumah Tangga di Kelurahan Romang Lompoa dapat membuat inovasi produk yang bernilai ekonomis dan social enterpreneurship yang berwawasan lingkungan hijau.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dampak kenaikan upah minimum terhadap kesejahteraan rumah tangga pekerja. Peneliti melakukan analisis empiris melalui survei terhadap pekerja di beberapa kota di Indonesia. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kenaikan upah minimum secara signifikan mengurangi ketimpangan pendapatan, terutama di kalangan pekerja formal. Upah minimum membantu mempersempit kesenjangan antara pekerja dengan upah terendah dan pekerja dengan penghasilan lebih tinggi. Namun, dampak dari kenaikan upah minimum ini tidak merata, pekerja informal adalah pihak yang teridentifikasi sering tidak merasakan manfaatnya yaitu semakin lebarnya kesenjangan antara pekerja formal dan informal. Oleh karena itu, untuk memastikan manfaat yang adil dan mengatasi ketimpangan pendapatan secara lebih luas, peneliti menyarankan pada pemerintah agar menyusun kebijakan yang lebih komprehensif serta merumuskan regulasi terkait peningkatan investasi baik dari dalam dan luar negeri.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Individual Qualities, Competence, dan School Culture terhadap performa guru di sekolah swasta. Dalam konteks pendidikan, performa guru merupakan faktor krusial yang menentukan kualitas pembelajaran dan keberhasilan peserta didik. Sekolah swasta di wilayah Jabodetabek menjadi subjek dalam penelitian kuantitatif ini. Sebanyak 150 pendidik menjadi responden melalui penyebaran kuesioner, dan hasilnya dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa performa guru di sekolah swasta dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh tiga variabel independen, yaitu school culture, individual qualities, dan competence. Individual Qualities, yang mencakup sikap, motivasi, dan etika kerja, berkontribusi besar terhadap dedikasi dan efektivitas guru. Competence atau kompetensi profesional juga terbukti meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran dan pencapaian hasil belajar. Sementara itu, budaya sekolah yang suportif dan kolaboratif memberikan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif sehingga memperkuat performa guru. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pihak manajemen sekolah dalam merancang strategi peningkatan mutu pengajaran melalui pengembangan karakter individu, pelatihan kompetensi, serta penanaman budaya sekolah yang positif.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the comparison of customer loyalty levels between conventional travel agents and travel agents that use digital strategies in their business processes. This study uses a descriptive and quantitative approach. Data collection methods use surveys and snowball sampling techniques. The results of the study indicate that there is a significant difference in the level of customer loyalty between conventional and online travel agents. Conventional travel agent consumers tend to be more loyal because they receive direct interaction with travel agency managers, customers also get direct service from staff, this direct service and interaction have been shown to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. Online travel agent consumers are more price sensitive and have lower loyalty levels, even though they choose to use digital services considering effectiveness and efficiency factors. The conclusion of the study is that conventional travel agency consumers prefer personalized services and direct interaction with service providers, while online travel agency consumers prioritize price and have considerations for access to reviews in determining travel agents. Researchers suggest that management design an effective strategy to combine conventional and digital activities in the business process and services provided to customers, conventional travel agents must continue to emphasize direct interactions that have been well established and excellent, while online agents must improve customization elements and customer service to increase loyalty.

Abstract

The main goal of the study is to analyze how technology readiness, instructional leadership, and workload management together influence teacher performance. The researchers have pointed out the necessity of teaching professionals in the digital era to be not only trained but also paid well, which will be the case when the teachers take the lead in the learning process. The study was designed as a quantitative explanatory research method involving the participation of 150 teachers who were chosen intentionally. Data collection was done through a five-point Likert scale questionnaire while multiple linear regression analysis was the statistical method used. The research tool was initially subjected to validation, reliability testing with Cronbach's Alpha, and classical assumptions before analysis. The findings indicated that each of the three independent variables significantly and positively affected teacher performance. Theoretical implications of the research have reached the area of educational management and human resources in education. The practical implications of the research, on the other hand, indicate that there are school strategies to enhance teacher performance in terms of technology, instructional leaders, and managing workload.
