Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam menanggulangi kenakalan remaja di kelas X IPS 1 Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Maluku Tenggara. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk-bentuk kenakalan remaja yang terjadi di MAN Maluku Tenggara tergolong kenakalan ringan seperti bolos, terlambat datang ke sekolah, tidak mengerjakan pekerjaan rumah, mengganggu teman di kelas, merokok, serta menunjukkan perilaku kurang sopan terhadap guru maupun teman sebaya. Faktor penyebab munculnya kenakalan tersebut berasal dari lingkungan keluarga yang kurang memberikan perhatian, pengaruh negatif teman sebaya, serta lemahnya kontrol diri siswa. Adapun strategi guru PAI dalam menanggulangi kenakalan remaja dilakukan melalui tiga pendekatan, yaitu strategi preventif dengan memberikan pembinaan akhlak dan kegiatan keagamaan seperti sholat berjamaah dan membaca Al-Qur’an; strategi kuratif dengan memberikan bimbingan dan nasihat kepada siswa yang bermasalah; serta strategi represif berupa penerapan sanksi yang bersifat mendidik serta kerja sama dengan wali kelas dan orang tua. Melalui penerapan ketiga strategi tersebut, kenakalan remaja di sekolah dapat diminimalisir dan karakter siswa menjadi lebih disiplin, bertanggung jawab, serta mencerminkan nilai-nilai Islam dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students’ learning outcomes through the implementation of a differentiated learning model in Islamic Education for Grade VII A at SMP Nasional Makassar. The research employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) design conducted in two cycles, namely Cycle I and Cycle II. Each cycle consisted of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. The research subjects were 32 students of Grade VII A. Data were collected through observation of teacher and student activities, learning achievement tests, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive quantitative and qualitative techniques to examine improvements in both the learning process and learning outcomes. The results indicate that the implementation of the differentiated learning model significantly improved students’ engagement and learning outcomes. In the pre-cycle stage, only 31% of students achieved learning mastery, with an average score of 62.35. After the application of differentiated learning in Cycle I, learning mastery increased to 59% with an average score of 76.41. Furthermore, in Cycle II, which emphasized product differentiation, learning mastery showed a more substantial improvement, reaching 87.5% with an average score of 88.13. In addition, observation results revealed an increase in students’ learning readiness and participation, from 52% in Cycle I to 86% in Cycle II. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the differentiated learning model is effective in improving students’ learning outcomes in Islamic Education for Grade VII A at SMP Nasional Makassar.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of digital technology integration in Aqidah Akhlak learning on students' learning motivation at MAN 3 Makassar City. This research employed a quantitative approach with a correlational method. The population consisted of all students at MAN 3 Makassar City, while the sample comprised 80 students selected using cluster sampling from class XI A1, A2, and A3. Data were collected through questionnaires using Likert scales to measure digital technology integration and students' learning motivation. Data analysis included descriptive statistics, Spearman's rho correlation test, and simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the level of digital technology integration was in the high category (52.5%), while students' learning motivation was in the very high category (86.3%). The correlation test indicated a positive and significant relationship (p < 0.05) with low correlation strength. Regression analysis revealed that digital technology integration had a positive and significant effect on students' learning motivation with a contribution of 7.1% (Y = 36.148 + 0.089X). These findings suggest that digital technology serves as a supporting factor in enhancing learning motivation in Aqidah Akhlak subjects. Abstract

This study is entitled "The Implementation of the Bamboo Dancing Cooperative Learning Model in Increasing Students' Learning Motivation in Fiqh Subjects in Class VIII B2 of Unismuh Makassar Junior High School." This study aims to determine the implementation of the bamboo dancing cooperative learning model and the increase in students' learning motivation after the model is implemented. This study is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) which was carried out in the 2024/2025 academic year in two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings with the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were 26 students of class VIII B2 of Unismuh Makassar Junior High School. Data collection was carried out through observation to obtain qualitative data and a learning motivation questionnaire to obtain quantitative data. Data were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively using descriptive statistics in the form of averages and percentages. The results of the study showed an increase in students' learning motivation. In the pre-cycle stage, the average learning motivation was 68.92 with a completeness of 38.42%. In cycle I, it increased to 74.42 with a completion rate of 69.23%, and in cycle II, it increased again to 83.08 with a completion rate of 92.31%. Thus, the implementation of the bamboo dancing cooperative learning model has proven effective in increasing student learning motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) analyze the mastery learning model in the subject of faith and morals at MTs An-Nahdlah Layang Makassar. (2) evaluate student learning outcomes in the subject of faith and morals at MTs An-Nahdlah Layang Makassar. (3) identify the effect of the mastery learning model on student learning outcomes in the subject of faith and morals at MTs An-Nahdlah Layang Makassar. The method used is quantitative research. The population in this study was all students at MTs An-Nahdlah Layang Makassar, totaling 167. The sample used was 118 respondents using cluster proportional random sampling technique. Data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis used was descriptive statistical analysis, inferential statistical analysis, simple linear regression analysis.The results of this study indicate that the influence of mastery learning on student learning outcomes in the subject of aqidah akhlak at MTs An-Nahdlah Layang Makassar partially is (1) The mastery learning variable obtained a significance value of < 0.05 (0.001 < 0.05) and tcount > ttable (4.455 > 1.981) with a percentage of 45%> 20% meaning that there is a significant influence of mastery learning on student learning outcomes in the subject of aqidah akhlak at MTs An-Nahdlah Layang. The simultaneous influence obtained by the coefficient of determination or R^2 is used to measure how far the model's ability to explain the independent variable (X), namely mastery learning and the dependent variable (Y), namely learning outcomes. The results of the calculation obtained a value of R^2 = 0.146 with a percentage of 14.6% of learning outcomes can be explained by the mastery learning variable. While the remaining 85.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Learning outcomes were categorized as moderate, with 67.8% of the 118 respondents.

Abstract

The practice of cooperative management of the Bulu Tanah Pine Forest as a form of community-based natural resource utilization requires a study from the perspective of Sharia Economic Law to assess the suitability of the contract, profit-sharing system, and the application of the principle of justice in its implementation. This study aims to analyze the form of contract used in the cooperation and assess its compliance with the pillars and conditions of the contract in the fiqh muamalah. This study uses a qualitative approach with field research. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews with the management and community involved, direct observation of tourism management activities, and documentation related to activities and cooperation agreements. The data obtained were then analyzed using descriptive-analytical methods to describe the ongoing cooperation practices and assess their compliance with the principles of Sharia economic law. The results of the study indicate that the cooperative practice of the Bulu Tanah Pine Forest tourism management has generally fulfilled the pillars and conditions of the contract, especially in the aspects of the existence of contracting parties, the object of cooperation, and the existence of agreement or willingness between the parties. In addition, the principles of justice and welfare are also evident in community involvement in various tourism economic activities. However, this study also identified several weaknesses, particularly in the administration, recording of cooperation agreements, and transparency in the profit-sharing system. Therefore, although the cooperation agreements implemented are essentially valid under Sharia law, strengthening governance, agreement recording, and transparency systems is needed to ensure that these cooperation practices are more accountable, fair, and sustainable in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the practice of leasing market stalls and analyze the implementation of Islamic economic law principles in these practices at Terong Market, Makassar. The background of this study is based on the continued discovery of rental contracts conducted orally without written records, thus potentially creating legal uncertainty and non-compliance with Islamic economic law principles, particularly regarding contract clarity and transparency. This study uses a qualitative method with a field research approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Informants in this study consist of market managers, traders as stall tenants, and other related parties. The data obtained are analyzed descriptively qualitatively with reference to the theory of ijarah and the principles of Islamic economic law. The results of the study indicate that the practice of leasing stalls at Terong Market, Makassar is carried out through two mechanisms: officially through market managers with written contracts, and informally through third parties which are generally carried out orally. In practice, some principles of Islamic economic law have been met, such as the principles of justice (al-'adalah), willingness (al-ridha), freedom of contract (al-hurriyah), and equality (al-musawah). However, their implementation is not yet fully optimal, particularly in the aspects of contract recording (al-kitabah) and information transparency. This situation has the potential to give rise to elements of gharar (unlawful) that can affect legal certainty and fairness in transactions. Therefore, improvements are needed through the implementation of written contracts, increased transparency, and education for market players so that leasing practices comply with the principles of Islamic economic law.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model and the improvement of student learning outcomes in the subject of science for grade IV of UPT SDN 3 Tarowang, Jeneponto Regency. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which was carried out in two cycles, including the planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages, with 27 students as research subjects. The results showed that the implementation of PBL was carried out through the stages of problem presentation, group discussion, investigation, and presentation of results. In addition, there was an increase in student learning outcomes, namely in the pre-cycle an average of 65 (18.51%), increasing in cycle I to 74.55 (74.07%), and in cycle II reaching 84.81 (88.88%). Thus, it can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model is effective in improving student learning outcomes in the subject of science for grade IV of UPT SDN 3 Tarowang, Jeneponto Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze vocabulary reading difficulties, the causes, and efforts to address them in the Indonesian language subject of third-grade students at UPT SDN 3 Tarowang, Jeneponto Regency. The study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. The research subjects consisted of teachers and students, with a focus on 10 students who experienced reading difficulties. Data collection techniques were through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that students experienced difficulties in recognizing letters, combining letters into words, and reading fluently. Factors causing vocabulary reading difficulties include low interest in reading, weak memory, a less supportive family environment, and learning methods that are not optimally varied. Efforts made by teachers include regular reading practice, special mentoring for students, the application of shared reading methods, the use of interesting learning media, and providing learning motivation. Continuous efforts and the development of more varied learning methods are needed to optimally improve students' vocabulary reading abilities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the administrative role of the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) in determining waqf land and the management of waqf land by nazhir from the perspective of Sharia Economic Law in Bolo District, Bima Regency. This study uses a qualitative research type with a phenomenological approach and a sharia approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation with informants consisting of the head of KUA, waqf administration staff, nazhir, wakif, and community leaders in Bolo District. The data obtained were then analyzed descriptively qualitatively to provide a comprehensive picture of the administration and management practices of waqf land. The results of the study indicate that the administrative role of KUA in determining waqf land has been implemented through the process of verifying land ownership documents, recording waqf pledges, and issuing Waqf Pledge Deeds (AIW) as proof of legality. This procedure aims to provide legal certainty and protection for waqf assets. However, in practice, waqf is still found to be carried out verbally without official registration, as well as a lack of public understanding of the importance of the administrative aspects and legality of waqf. Meanwhile, waqf land management by the nazhir is generally used for religious and social purposes, such as the construction of mosques and educational facilities. However, this management is not yet fully optimal due to limited managerial capabilities, lack of reporting, and the absence of a structured and professional management system. From the perspective of Sharia Economic Law, this practice reflects the principle of public welfare, but still requires improvements in transparency, accountability, and professionalism to optimize the benefits of waqf for community welfare.
