Abstract

Abstrak: Suatu proses pembelajaran selalu berkaitan dengan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa. Untuk mendapat hasil belajar yang optimal, maka diperlukan suatu media pembelajaran yang mendukung agar proses pembelajaran dapat berlangsung dengan baik, selain dapat berlangsung dengan baik siswa dapat mudah menyerap materi dan memahami materi yang diajarkan. Bila media yang digunakan dapat meningkatkan aktivitas siswa dalam pembelajaran maka hasil belajar siswa pun akan mendapat hasil yang baik/optimal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan subyek 25 siswa kelas III SDN Tawangsari Sidoarjo. Dan diperoleh hasil untuk aktifitas siswa meningkat 20,5% dari siklus I 62,5% ke siklus II yaitu 83%, dan hasil belajar IPA meningkat sebesar 18,8 dari pada siklus I 63,2 menjadi 82 pada siklus II. Jadi, dapat dikatakan bahwa peran penggunaan multimedia dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar IPA. Kata Kunci: Multimedia, Aktivitas, Hasil Belajar IPA

Abstract

Abstrak: Menurut WHO dalam (Nahdi & Jatisunda, 2020) Pada akhir tahun 2019 dunia dikejutkan oleh adanya virus yang dinamakan COVID-19, kemudian pada awal tahun 2020 WHO mengumumkan secara global bahwa virus ini dikatakan sebuah pandemic yang dikenal dengan pandemic Covid-19. Setelah itu pemerintah menerapkan sistem kerja WFO (Work Form Office) maupun WFH (Work Form Home). Menurut Keputusan Menteri Pendidikan Dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia Nomor 01/KB/2020 Tahun 2020 mengungkapkan bahwa pembelajaran dilakukan secara daring bagi satuan pendidikan yang berada zona oranye dan merah. Dengan pembelajaran secara daring, dosen dituntut untuk bisa menerapkan penggunaan teknologi agar pembelajaran berjalan dengan Aktif, Inovatif, Kreatif, Efektif dan Menyenangkan (PAIKEM). Peneliti ingin pembelajaran yang dilakukan dosen tidak monoton menggunakan paper and pen test tetapi sudah menggunakan sebuah aplikasi yang mudah diakses oleh mahasiswa melalui hp maupun laptop, aplikasi ini bernama Quizizz. Metode penelitian yang digunakan peneliti adalah PTK dengan subyek penelitian 47 mahasiswa PGSD UM Surabaya. Cara pengambilan data menggunakan tes (aplikasi quizizz) dan didapatkan hasil bahwa  pada siklus I dan siklus II yaitu dari 47 mahasiswa, berdasarkan hasil tes yang dilakukan pada siklus I dapat diketahui bahwa 33 mahasiswa atau 70% dinyatakan tuntas belajar, sedangkan 14 mahasiswa atau 30% dinyatakan tidak tuntas dalam belajar dan pada siklus II diketahui bahwa 43 mahasiswa atau 91% telah dinyatakan tuntas belajar, sedangkan sisanya 4 mahasiswa atau 8% dinyatakan tidak tuntas belajar. Kata Kunci: Aplikasi Quizizz, Hasil Belajar Mahasiswa

Abstract

Science is a very important subject to be studied at the elementary level because it discusses events related to nature and the lives of students. The problem that often occurs is the low learning outcomes of students, especially in science subjects on the properties of light. When the teacher explains the material properties of light in class, many students do not understand, because students do not focus and feel bored with the lecture method. This study aims to determine the process of understanding and improving learning outcomes by using light box teaching aids for fourth grade elementary school students. This research was conducted in the fourth grade of SD at MI Al-Hidayah Surabaya with a total of 30 students. This research is a classroom action research. This research was conducted in two cycles. Many students do not understand the material and cannot explain in their own language so that the average score obtained by students at the pre-cycle stage is 53.1. After the action was carried out using light box props in the first cycle, the student's score increased to 73.5. Because it has not reached the KKM score of 75, cycle II is carried out. At the stage of the second cycle, students experienced an increase above the KKM, namely 86.7. The improvement in the second cycle has reached the target. This is proven by student achievement, so it can be concluded that the use of light box teaching aids can improve students' understanding and learning outcomes. Keywoards: understanding, learning outcomes, media

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran Big Book mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SD Negeri Pacar keling V/186 Surabaya yang dapat digunakan untuk mendukung pembelajaran sehingga dapat menjadi pedoman oleh guru dalam merancang dan melaksanakan pembelajaran untuk keterampilan menyimak siswa kelas II SD. Media pembelajaran dibuat dengan mengkombinasikan teks dan gambar, selain itu juga untuk mengetahui kelayakan berupa uji kevalidan produk media Big Book pada media pembelajaran ini. Penelitian ini mengacu pada model pengembangan (Research and Development). Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas II SD Negeri Pacar Keling V/186 Surabaya. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik dokumentasi dan validasi ahli. Penelitian pengembangan ini mengacu pada model pengembangan 4-D yang dikembangkan oleh Thiagarajan yang terdiri dari 4 tahapan yaitu: tahap (1) pendefinisian, (2) perancangan, (3) pengembangan, dan (4) penyebaran, namun pada penelitian ini hanya sampai pada tahap pengembangan tanpa dilakukan tahap penyebaran. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen observasi proses pengembangan media pembelajaran serta validasi ahli media pembelajaran dan dan bahasa. Untuk memperoleh hasil validasi terhadap media pembelajaran Big Book dilakukan oleh validator baik itu validator bahasa dan validator media. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses pengembangan media pembelajaran Big Book dalam terselesaikan dengan baik. Selanjutnya kelayakan media pembelajan yang dilihat dari kevalidan media memperoleh hasil penilaian dari dua validator ahli bahasa sebesar 87,5% dengan kategori valid dan 77,5% dengan kategori valid, sehingga skor rata-rata dari kedua validator ahli bahasa adalah 82,5% dengan ka kategori valid. Kemudian penilaian dari dua validator ahli media sebesar 74% dengan kategori valid dan 88% dengan kategori valid, , sehingga skor rata-rata dari kedua validator media adalah 80% dengan kategori valid. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka media pembelajaran Big Book yang dikembangkan dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia unuk meningkatkan keterampilan menyimak siswa. Kata Kunci: Media Pembelajaran Big Book; Keterampilan Menyimak

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar mata pelajaran IPA siswa kelas VIA di SDN Tawangsari I. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VIA SDN Tawangsari I. Jumlah siswa 28 yang terdiri dari 15 orang laki-laki dan 13 orang perempuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Tidakan Kelas dengan 2 siklus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan lembar tes. Teknik analisis datanya menggunakan rumus prosentase dan ketuntasan klasikal. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tindakan kelas yang telah dilaksanakan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran IPA melalui model Learning Cycle dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar. Hal ini ditandai dengan meningkatnya nilai rata-rata kelas dari 67,5 dengan ketuntasan belajar klasikal pada siklus I 89,6 Kata Kunci: Siklus Belajar, IPA

Abstract

The research about the increasing’s creative thinking skills of class 2 students through the Project Based Learning learning model has been done. The purposed of the research were to finished learning outcomes and creative thinking skills of students using the Project Based Learning learning model on time material in class II-B SD Khadijah Surabaya. This research is classroom action research (PTK) with two cycles, each cycle consisting of preparation/planning, implementation/execution of activities, observation and reflection. The targets in this research were class II-B students at SD Khadijah Surabaya for the 2023-2024 academic year, totaling 32 students. The learning tools consist of teaching modules, LKPD, teaching materials, while the instruments used are knowledge assessment sheets and observation sheets for students' creative thinking skills. Based on the research results, it was found that students' learning outcomes and creative thinking skills had increased with an average for cycle I of 68. 75 and cycle II of 87. 5 with classical completeness meeting expectations, namely reaching ≥ 85%. From the research results, it can be concluded that students' learning outcomes and creative thinking skills in time material can be improved through the Project Based Learning learning model.

Abstract

The use of learning media is a necessity for teachers in running the wheels of learning. The presence of learning media is very important because it can help teachers describe learning concepts in a real and fun way in the classroom. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method with a location at Al Izzah Nature Elementary School, Krian District, Sidoarjo Regency. The research subjects were grade V students, totaling 28 students. The results showed that the use of discovery learning models assisted by audio-visual media in Indonesian language learning can improve significant results. This is indicated by the acquisition of post test data in cycle I and cycle II, the percentage of students who achieved success in cycle I increased from 46. 43% to 82. 14% in cycle II, according to the data on the assessment of learning outcomes in cycle II this increased to 35. 71%. And the acquisition of skill observation data also increased from 71. 43% to 89. 28%. The findings of cycle II allow it to be concluded that the discovery learning model supported by audio-visual media is an effective way of learning and has the potential to help students in improving Indonesian learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research aims to enhance the ability fifth-grade elementary school students to solve mathematical word problems through the implementation of the Problem Based Learning model developed by George Polya. The research methodology employed is Classroom Action Research (CAR), involving 22 students as research subject. Pre-test and post-test instruments were utilized to measure the students' proficiency in solving mathematical word problems. The findings indicate improvement, as evidenced by the average pre-test score in the first cycle, which was 44. 53 with a proficiency level of 4. 5%. In the first cycle, there was an increase in the average score to 71. 71, achieving a proficiency level of 54. 55%. In the second cycle, the average score further increased to 83. 83, with a proficiency level of 86. 36%

Abstract

The aim of this research is to improve mathematics learning outcomes in Building Space material through the Problem Based Learning model for fifth grade students at Khadijah Elementary School for the 2023/2024 academic year. The form of this research is classroom action research, using a cycle model. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Data collection techniques use observation, tests, documentation and interviews. Data validity uses triangulation techniques of sources, methods, investigators and theories as well as content validity. The performance indicator determined is that at the end of the cycle students who reach the KKTP (score 70) are 80% of the number of class V students. The data analysis technique uses comparative and critical descriptive analysis. The research procedure consists of two cycles, and each cycle consists of planning, action, observation or observation and reflection. The research results concluded that the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model could improve mathematics learning outcomes for fifth grade students at Khadijah Elementary School, Surabaya in 2023/2024. This is shown by the student learning results in cycle I, the highest score was 78 and the lowest score was 55, 6 students (31. 58%) achieved the KKTP with an average of 63. 11. In cycle II the student learning outcomes were the highest score of 85 and the lowest score of 70, 19 students (100%) achieved the KKTP with an average of 76. 32

Abstract

Improving the quality of education and developing the learning process is a problem that always demands attention. Mathematics learning outcomes will be obtained if there has been a learning process shown through creativity and learning models designed by teachers. The Problem Based Learning learning model is expected to be able to help students to get used to solving and analyzing a problem so that students' problem solving skills will be maximally formed. This research was conducted at Hang Tuah 12 Surabaya Elementary School in class 4 semester I of the 2023/2024 academic year with material thinking about how to count numbers. The research method used is a qualitative model obtained from the results of student evaluation and observation.comparison of research results from the first cycle with the second cycle to determine the success and shortcomings of the research with the benchmark for achieving KKM. The results of the study to determine the improvement of mathematics learning outcomes through PBL learning assisted by concrete object media in 4th grade elementary school students through 2 cycles as a comparison. In cycle 1 with 23 students, the highest score was 80, and the lowest score was 55, so the class average was 68. These results show 10 students (43%) have been completed, and 13 students (57%) who have not been completed. Meanwhile, in cycle 2 with 23 students, the highest score was 95, and the lowest score was 80, so the class average was 87. These results show 23 students (100%) have been completed and none have not been completed. The results obtained can be concluded that learning using the Problem Based Learning model assisted by concrete object media in grade 4 elementary school students can improve learning outcomes and make student scores complete or above KKM.
