Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which work ethic, work stress, and work environment contribute to improving employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional III Kebun Tandun. This study uses quantitative research. The sample in this study consisted of 88 respondents who are employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional III Kebun Tandun. Based on the results of the t-test hypothesis, it can be concluded that work ethic partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a calculated t-value of 5.189 > t-table 1.988 and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. Work stress partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a calculated t-value of 4. 114 > t table 1.988 and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05, the work environment partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-value of 4.508 > t table 1.988 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Based on the results of the F hypothesis test, it can be concluded that work ethic, work stress, and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination analysis, it can be concluded that the effect of work ethic, work stress, and work environment on employee performance is 92.8%

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Product Innovation, Marketing Capability, and Brand Equity on the Competitiveness of Herbal Products at PT Keloria Moringa Jaya, Medan. The research method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive research method. The number of samples in this study was 70 respondents, calculated using a formula with a 10% margin of error. Based on the results of the t-test hypothesis, it can be concluded that product innovation partially has a positive and significant effect on product competitiveness, marketing capabilities partially do not have a significant effect on product competitiveness, and brand equity partially has a positive and significant effect on product competitiveness. Based on the results of the F hypothesis test, it can be concluded that product innovation, marketing capabilities, and brand equity together or simultaneously have a significant effect on product competitiveness. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination analysis, it is known that the coefficient of determination (adjusted R-square) value is 0.671. Based on this value, product innovation, marketing capabilities, and brand equity are able to influence purchasing decisions by 67.1%, with the remaining 32.9% explained by other variables or factors

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kerjasama tim, etos kerja, dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Bank Perekonomian Rakyat Solider Cabang Pematangsiantar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan perusahaan, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampling jenuh, sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 30 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner, wawancara, serta dokumentasi untuk mendukung kelengkapan data penelitian. Metode analisis data yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji parsial (uji t), uji simultan (uji F), serta koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kerjasama tim berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, yang berarti semakin baik kerjasama tim, maka kinerja karyawan akan meningkat. Etos kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, menunjukkan bahwa sikap kerja yang tinggi mampu meningkatkan hasil kerja karyawan. Selain itu, komunikasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, yang mengindikasikan bahwa komunikasi yang efektif dapat mendukung pencapaian kinerja yang optimal. Secara simultan, kerjasama tim, etos kerja, dan komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Nilai koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen tersebut mampu menjelaskan variasi kinerja karyawan sebesar 73,7%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 26,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini.
