Abstract

MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) have an important role in the Indonesian economy, but often experience difficulties in developing digital marketing and improving creative skills. This community service program aims to optimize digital marketing and creative skills for flower bouquet shop MSMEs in order to increase product quality and sales volume. This activity is carried out through training, mentoring and direct practice related to digital marketing and product design innovation. The results show that participants were able to improve their skills in using digital platforms and create more creative products according to market trends. This program has a positive impact in increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs in the digital era.

Abstract

RedRoseFlorist, an SME engaged in floristry, faces challenges in attracting consumer interest amidst increasingly competitive market competition. One of the main obstacles is the lack of skills in creating attractive and effective marketing content. This community service activity aims to provide training on copywriting and content strategy to increase RedRoseFlorist's marketing appeal. The implementation method includes theoretical training sessions on the basic principles of copywriting, creating audience-based content strategies, and hands-on practice in designing visual and written content for social media. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' abilities in creating visually and emotionally attractive content, as well as understanding relevant marketing strategies for their target audience. With this training, RedRoseFlorist is expected to be able to increase engagement on social media and expand its market reach, so that it can compete more effectively in the floristry market.

Abstract

Abstract The problem of public satisfaction with civil population registration administration agencies has the impact of inefficiency in making KTP, Family Cards, Birth Certificates and updating data on civil registration in the city of Bandar Lampung. There is an online service program to provide convenience and efficiency from the presence of a third party in civil registration administration, Researcher want to know the purpose of the program, namely the chocolate program, namely. online system without queues, and get the order of community management and candysweet programs, namely. an online management program that can be managed anywhere online via websites and applications. Population and Civil Registration Service as an administrative service agency for population registration. This research using SEM-PLS is quantitative research with a sample size of 100 people using the structural equation model method. The empirical conclusions obtained show that the chocolate program's online service quality has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction, the Permenmanis program's online service quality has a positive and significant influence on community satisfaction. People who do not understand technology well will have an impact of dissatisfaction, while there are often problems with website maintenance and management, giving rise to public complaints demanding better system improvements, so that the efficiency of updating data in the population system is easier, and the data available to the public is up to date. .. Abstract

This study examines the role of learning openness in moderating the relationship between tacit knowledge, learning by doing (heritage learning), and human resource productivity in Ulu Belu coffee MSMEs, Indonesia. Grounded in the Knowledge-Based View and Organizational Learning Theory, this research investigates how experiential and inherited knowledge contribute to workforce productivity within traditional agribusiness settings. A quantitative explanatory approach was employed using survey data collected from 200 coffee MSME actors in Ulu Belu, Lampung. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The findings reveal that tacit knowledge significantly and positively influences human resource productivity. Likewise, learning by doing through intergenerational knowledge transfer significantly enhances productivity. These results confirm that experience-based and socially embedded learning mechanisms remain critical drivers of performance in traditional coffee enterprises. Furthermore, learning openness plays a significant moderating role. It strengthens the relationship between heritage learning and productivity, indicating that openness to new ideas, external collaboration, and technological adoption amplifies the benefits of traditional knowledge transfer. Learning openness also moderates the effect of tacit knowledge on productivity, although the effect size is relatively weaker. This study contributes to the literature by integrating tacit knowledge, heritage learning, and learning openness into a single empirical model within the agribusiness MSME context. Practically, the findings suggest that enhancing learning openness alongside preserving traditional knowledge can improve workforce productivity and sustainability in coffee-based MSMEs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of humanist leadership and employee engagement on the performance of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) employees in the Pesawaran Regency Government, with psychological safety as a mediating variable and working period as a moderation variable. The study used a quantitative approach through the distribution of questionnaires and was analyzed using the Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method.The results of the study show that employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Humanist leadership has been proven to increase employee engagement and psychological safety. In addition, psychological safety mediates the influence of humanist leadership on employee performance. Tenure moderates the relationship between employee engagement and employee performance, but does not moderate the influence of humanist leadership on performance. This study concludes that improving the performance of ASN can be achieved through strengthening employee engagement, creating psychological safety, and implementing humanist leadership in public organizations.

Abstract

The KKL-PPM Program (Field Work Study – Community Empowerment Learning) is an academic initiative designed to apply students’ knowledge through direct engagement with the community. This study aims to analyze the impact of the KKL-PPM program on improving community competence and empowerment in Pekon Muara Dua and Karang Rejo, Ulu Belu District. The study involved 385 respondents and employed Smart-PLS as the analytical tool. The results indicate that the KKL-PPM program makes a significant contribution to improving community competence in entrepreneurship, digital literacy, and sustainable agricultural practices. In addition, the program fosters community empowerment by strengthening social participation, independence, and collaborative problem-solving between students and local residents. Overall, the implementation of the KKL-PPM program has produced positive and sustainable impacts, promoting continuous learning and local development in the target villages. The findings of this study have important implications for higher education institutions, local governments, and communities. For universities, the results emphasize the importance of implementing community service programs based on empowerment and sustainable knowledge transfer. The KKL-PPM model should continue to be developed using a participatory approach, where students act not only as facilitators but also as learning partners for the community. This study provides both theoretical and practical contributions to the development of community-based education models. Theoretically, it enriches the literature on the relationship between higher education, social empowerment, and the improvement of community competence through a community-based learning approach. Abstract

Disaster response accuracy is an important indicator of the success of a disaster management organization. This study aims to analyze the influence of human resource competency, leadership style, and communication systems on disaster response accuracy, with coordination effectiveness as a mediating variable at the Bandar Lampung City BPBD. The study used a quantitative approach using the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling method. Data were collected through questionnaires from BPBD employees in Bandar Lampung City. The results show that human resource competency and communication systems have a significant positive effect on coordination effectiveness and disaster response accuracy. Coordination effectiveness also significantly influences disaster response accuracy and mediates the influence of human resource competency and communication systems. Conversely, leadership style has no significant direct or indirect effect on disaster response accuracy. The study emphasized that strengthening human resource competency, communication systems, and organizational coordination are priorities for improving the quality of regional disaster response. These findings provide theoretical and practical implications for the development of regional disaster management in Indonesia today.

Abstract

This study examines how the digital mindset and technological proficiency of the civil service apparatus influence their readiness to face digital transformation through active engagement in utilizing digital technology at the Education and Culture Office of Bandar Lampung City. Employing a quantitative approach with the SEM-PLS model on a sample of over 100 respondents, the results indicate that an open and optimistic digital mindset towards technology directly enhances apparatus readiness, as does proficiency in using digital applications and systems. Digital engagement serves as a crucial mediating bridge that strengthens these relationships, with all variables rated highly by the respondents and the analytical model meeting stringent validity and reliability standards. These findings provide practical implications in the form of recommendations for hybrid mindset-technology training and mandatory digital platform policies to accelerate digital transformation within local government agencies.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah pentingnya mengelola lingkungan kerja dan keselamatan kerja (K3) untuk meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan, terutama pada perusahaan jasa bore pile yang memiliki risiko kerja tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan keselamatan kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan tipe eksplanatif. Populasi adalah seluruh karyawan perusahaan jasa bore pile, dengan sampel 80 responden yang dipilih menggunakan probability sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner skala Likert 1–5 yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (beta=0,412; sig=0,000) dan produktivitas (beta=0,287; sig=0,003), keselamatan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja (beta=0,458; sig=0,000) dan produktivitas (beta=0,301; sig=0,002), serta kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas (beta=0,356; sig=0,000). Pengaruh tidak langsung lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas melalui kepuasan kerja sebesar 0,147 dan keselamatan kerja sebesar 0,163. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah lingkungan kerja dan keselamatan kerja meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan secara langsung dan tidak langsung melalui peningkatan kepuasan kerja pada perusahaan jasa bore pile.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kompensasi terhadap loyalitas karyawan serta kepuasan kerja pada PT Mitra Muda Reksa Mandiri di Kota Bandar Lampung. Retensi karyawan menjadi tantangan strategis bagi perusahaan penempatan tenaga kerja yang sedang berekspansi ke pasar internasional, sehingga penting untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang mendorong loyalitas dan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif dengan data yang dikumpulkan dari 100 responden melalui kuesioner berskala Likert. Data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) melalui software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan kompensasi masing-masing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Kompensasi dan loyalitas karyawan juga terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Namun, motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja secara langsung. Uji mediasi menunjukkan bahwa loyalitas karyawan mampu memediasi pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja secara signifikan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa loyalitas karyawan memiliki peran mediasi yang penting dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja, sehingga perusahaan disarankan untuk memperkuat motivasi kerja dan memberikan kompensasi yang adil guna mempertahankan komitmen karyawan.
