This study aims to determine efforts to foster school dropouts at the Takalar District Social Service Office. This type of research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Indicators used as benchmarks in this study are accountability, transparency, participation, and the rule of law of the bureaucratic apparatus. Data collection techniques are done through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used consists of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. In a learning activity, the use of learning media in delivering material is very important in order to make it more effective and efficient for learning activities. This study aims to determine the use of instructional media in class X digital simulation subjects in office administration skills competency at SMK Negeri 4 Pangkep. Therefore, to achieve these objectives researchers used data collection techniques with observation, questionnaires, and documentation with a population and sample of 45 people. As well as the data processed using quantitative analysis to determine the extent to which the use of learning media in the digital simulation subjects. The results of this study indicate that the use of learning media in digital simulation subjects at SMK Negeri 4 Pangkep can be classified as good. This can be seen from the use of print media which are classified as good, the use of media reality which is classified as good and the use of electronic media which are classified as good.

Office layout is the art of arranging a room in order to produce a comfortable working climate and ultimately to create productivity and work efficiency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the office layout of the one-stop integrated service division at the Makassar State Administrative Court. To determine the purpose of the study, a qualitative descriptive research was used. There were 6 informants in this study using data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained from the research results are then processed using data analysis techniques consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the arrangement of the one-stop integrated service space at the Makassar State Administrative Court was good for the shortest distance, work sequences, and changes in the arrangement of the workplace, and for the use of all the rooms it was considered quite good but not optimal.

The implementation of Distance Learning for 2 years, caused students to miss the school atmosphere because they were used to using smartphones in the learning process, but when the Covid-19 atmosphere began to be under control, the learning process was carried out again in the classroom, therefore schools had to make changes. changes in the learning process. This study aims to determine the use of the lecture method during the new normal era in performing administrative procedures subject at SMK Negeri 1 Bone. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. There were 7 informants in this study. Data collection is done through interview techniques and observation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the lecture method begins with preparation, namely praying together to avoid Covid-19, conveying learning objectives, and doing apperception. The implementation of learning is directed so that students stay focused on the learning atmosphere, with the focus on students, the learning objectives will be easily achieved. The final stage is carried out with a question and answer session, and concluding, not forgetting that the teacher always reminds students to continue to implement health protocols.

This study aims to determine the description of classroom management and the level of student learning motivation and the effect of Class Management on Student Learning Motivation in the Department of Office Administration at SMK Negeri 1 Watampone, Bone Regency. This study uses a quantitative study with a population of all students at SMK Negeri 1 Watampone totaling 384 students, with a sample of 40 students at an error rate of 10%. Data was collected by means of observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is a descriptive statistical analysis using the formula of the mean (mean), standard deviation, and inferential statistical analysis using simple regression for hypothesis testing. The results showed that classroom management at the Office Administration Department of SMK Negeri 1 Watampone was classified as good, this was supported by the power approach, freedom approach, role balance approach, teaching approach, emotional and social atmosphere approach, and a combination approach. Meanwhile, the learning motivation of students in the Office Administration Department at SMK Negeri 1 Watampone is classified as high, this is supported by intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation. In addition, the results of the study indicate that there is a significant positive effect of classroom management on student motivation in the Office Administration Department at SMK Negeri 1 Watampone, Bone Regency. This can be seen from the results of data analysis carried out, obtained the level of influence of classroom management on learning motivation is classified in the low category, this is caused by other factors not examined in this study.

Admission of new students aims to ensure the acceptance of new students runs objectively, accountably, transparently, and without discrimination so as to encourage increased access to educational services. This study aims to determine the implementation of the acceptance of new zoning system students in the city of Tarakan in 2017. This study is a qualitative study, supporting instruments in this study are interview guidelines, observation guidelines, and document study guidelines. The main informants in this study were the Head of the Education Officer, the Head of the Education Officer, the Head of the UPT High School in North Kalimantan Province, the Head of the High School Supervisor of North Kalimantan Province. While the usual informants in this study were all the heads of UPT Education in Tarakan City Regency and other parties who were considered to know the problems in this study. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study it was found that using a computerized system that determines the amount of quota through the poor family path, achievement path, reionization path, regular track, and out of town path.
