Abstract

Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) is an intense social protection program on providing cash assistance to households that meet the criteria of the Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH). The goal of Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) in the short term is to reduce the burden of KSM (Very Poor Families) while in the long term it is expected to break the poverty chain between generations, so that the next generation can get out of poverty and be more prosperous. Based on the results of this study proposed a decision support system with the METHOD ELECTRE (Elimination Et Choix Traduisant La Realite) which is one of the multi-criterion decision making methods based on the concept of outranking by using a paired comparison of alternatives based on each appropriate criteria. From the ELECTRE method, there is an alternative result that is less favourable, namely A1 with the result of 0, A2 with the result of 0, A3 with the result of 2, A2 with the result of 1 and A5 with the result of 4. Thus the A5 becomes the alternative with the highest value.

Abstract

Zaman modern saat ini menuntut semuanya harus cepat dan tepat. Ini karena semakin bertambahnya populasi di dunia saat ini yang terus bertambah. Antrian adalah suatu aktifitas di mana pelanggan menunggu untuk mendapatkan layanan. Dalam sistem antrian terkadang mengalami masalah, masalah muncul karena banyaknya antrean di layani. Antrean panjang terjadi karena banyaknya transaksi di kasir baik transfer, tarik tunai, pembayaran hipotek, dana pensiun mengambil dan menerima retensi kas. Model antrian yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah antrian dimana pelanggan datang berkelompok. Jumlah pelanggan dalam setiap kelompok adalah variabel acak, dan waktu antara kedatangan distribusi eksponensial. Pada penelitian metode Exponential digunakan untuk menghitung waktu layanan dengan saluran tunggal untuk dapat mengamati bagaimana kinerja sistem. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh server yang cukup untuk melayani adalah sebanyak 3 server, jika hanya 1 server akan menghasilkan waktu tunggu rata-rata yang terlalu lama sehingga pelanggan akan bosan menunggu beberapa saat jika Anda menggunakan 4 server akan menghasilkan waktu menunggu rata-rata sangat sedikit sampai server kosong

Abstract

Data processing documents also become an important issue at this time. Along with the increasing amount of data collected and stored in a database increases drastically. This data can come from a variety of sources such as financial applications, Enterprise Resource Management (ERM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and others. These data if can be used to support the decision-making process. This paper shows the result of clustering data derived from students' final assignment AMIK Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar using Support Vector Clustering method but it also displayed the data using the software RapidMiner clustering results with pengklasteringan time for 11:21 minutes with a gain that took the title in 1708 and classified database 311 who took the title of the classified web programming.Keywords: Clustering Algorithm, Support Vector Clustering, RapidMinerKeywords: Clustering Algorithm, Support Vector Clustering, RapidMiner

Abstract

The occurrence of poverty in the community is caused by the inability of the family head economically to meet the primary needs of family members, namely clothing, food, shelter, health, and education needs. The poor are almost present in every country, city, and region, this becomes a common problem. The current poverty data obtained from the Binjai City Central Bureau of Statistics is from 2012, and the number of poor people has increased in 2016 by 17,800 people with a poverty line (Rp. /Cap/month) of Rp. 343,078 and the latest data obtained in 2017 were 18,230 people with Poverty Lines (Rp. / Kap / Bulan) Rp. 371,387. In the database of the Binjai City Central Bureau of Statistics there are very diverse data on the poor, with this data, researchers try to explore data from the poor city of Binjai to obtain new information by grouping poverty data using the k-means clustering data mining method using distance the closeness of Manhattan City and Euclidean, so that groups of variables that are very influential in the community of poverty can be identified. The observed variables such as the level of education of the household head, education level of housewives, employment, number of family members, and other observed variables affect poverty. And the results of the k-means method for grouping poor people using proximity to Manhattan city and euclidean that can provide additional information in optimizing poverty alleviation in the city of Binjai.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) saat ini menjadi kebutuhan pokok bagi hampir seluruh penduduk bumi ini, dalam mencari informasi dan berkomunikasi kita akan memanfaatkan TIK. Salah satu pemanfaatan TIK melalui jaringan internet adalah cara pengiriman pesan teks melalui email, sosial media, atau alat komunikasi lainnya. Pesan yang disampaikan dari pengirim ke penerima ada kalanya berupa pesan yang bersifat rahasia sehingga tidak semua pihak dapat melihat pesan tersebut. Namun, seiring dengan berkembangnya hal tersebut berkembang pula  pelanggaran atau penyalah gunaan dalam keamanan data yang dikirim seperti dengan cara merusak, menyadap, merubah pesan tersebut untuk tujuan kepentingan si pelaku. Tindakan tersebut dapat membuat informasi atau pesan yang bersifat rahasia dapat dilihat oleh orang yang tidak bertanggung jawab. Dalam menangani masalah keaman data ini, perlu dilakukan penggunaan teknik peningkatan keamanan. Salah satu teknik yang dapat digunakan untuk mengamankan data adalah dengan menggunakan algoritma Modular Multiplication based Block Chiper (MMB), yang merupakan metode yang sederhana tidak terlalu kompleks namun pesan yang disembunyikan cukup aman.

Abstract

Waiting is a boring thing for some people, let alone having to queue up in long queues. In everyday life waiting in a queue is a common thing, for example the queue at the bank teller. This queue can occur due to the arrival of the increasingly enlarged and can not be offset by existing services. A long queue will keep people waiting until they get bored and even leave. This will make the bank losers due to loss of customers, on the contrary if there is no queue then the service facility (teller) many unemployed will cause losses for the bank. So needed a solution to overcome this, one of them is by simulation. Simulations are performed to simulate real existing queuing systems with properties that are easier to observe than the original system, to determine the performance of the system. In this research, Hyperexponential method is used to calculate service time with single channel to observe how system performance. Based on the results of the study, the server obtained adequate to serve is as much as 3 servers, if only 1 or 2 servers will result in the average waiting time is too long which resulted in customers will be bored waiting while while using 4 servers will result in the average waiting time zero so the server is idle

Abstract

The growing use of information technology in helping human work in various types of activities involving computers as the media, then the issue of security and confidentiality is one very important aspect in the information system of a data, message, and information. Encryption is the best way to secure device and data information. In everyday codes are usually used to mean an encryption method or concealment of meaning. In cryptography, the elgamal algorithm can be used to encrypt and decrypt the image file. Elgamal algorithm can help maintain the security of image file so as to avoid the theft / damage to image file from irresponsible person.

Abstract

The age range in Senior High School (SMA) is adolescents, adolescents generally find it difficult to open up to others, and it is also difficult to admit that they need guidance, even teenagers refuse the help adults want to provide. In connection with this, facilities are provided in schools to deal with problem students, in dealing with these problems a special teacher is provided, namely the Guidance and Counseling teacher (CT). Guidance for students is needed in making the right choices or for solving problems faced by humans in everyday life. Guidance must be done through a continuous process because as long as humans live, they definitely need help. With the presence of CT, it does not mean that the school is free from the problem of providing guidance and counseling to students, this is a new problem for schools because it is often found dishonesty or lack of openness of students who have problems in providing information to CT.To overcome the problem of the lack of openness of students in providing information during counseling, in this study a forward chaining method was designed which was implemented into an expert system that could help with problematic student counseling activities, so that using this expert system could assist counseling activities. teachers to facilitate counseling. towards students.

Abstract

The number of methods available on the decision support system so that sometimes confuse choosing which match the use of methods appropriate to the case of decision support systems. For this reason, a comparison of the best decision-making systems for pond ponds to be used for brackish water ponds for comparison of decision results is made. The method used is Topsis Method and Electre method by determining the number of criteria, type of criteria (Cost and Benefit), with 3 alternatives. The result of the research is the result of manual calculation same with the calculation that exist in system. Each calculation of the Topsis method and the Electre method indicates that the result of the best choice of pond location location to be used as brackish water bracket of each suna Regency method has different end result. Based on the calculation of the use of Topsis method found in the village of Kabukico is the best alternative for building brackish water ponds with a value of 0.5711. While Based on the results of calculation of Electre method found in Duton Batu Village is the highest alternative because Duton Batu Village has 2 elements that are true.

Abstract

The main problem used by college graduates is how to get results quickly and precisely in accordance with their scientific fields, of course it can be accessed by various factors, accreditation of universities, majors, GPA income, hard skills, soft skills, attitude, and work experience. In the database for alumni of higher education, alumni from STMIK Kaputama-Binjai are very diverse, which have only been stored without further data processing. With the data obtained from the database, namely data to collect alumni data by applying data mining to get new information. By implementing data mining on data with alumni with a priori algorithm, can know the confidence and great support for majors and GPA profits. And decisions can be a Decision Support Work, students who will graduate and alumni have the right job information in accordance with the GPA department and income. From the rules found, it can be concluded that STMIK alumni, especially Information Systems Study Program who have a GPA B (Good) will work in the field of Financing.
