Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: This research aims to understand the experiences of MSMEs in implementing digitalization in the inventory management process and to analyze how operational systems, management, and digitalization interact to improve the efficiency and competitiveness of MSMEs. Background Problems: MSMEs face various challenges in digitalization, including low digital literacy, limited infrastructure and internet access, limited capital and human resources, and the dominance of manual practices in business record-keeping and administration. The adoption rate of digital technology among MSMEs is still low and uneven. Novelty: This research presents novelty by focusing on the actual experiences of MSME actors in inventory management digitalization, using in-depth interviews to gain direct perspectives, which allows for a deeper comprehension of digitalization practices and difficulties in the field. Research Methods: The research used a qualitative approach that utilized in-depth interviews with 8 MSME actors in Purwakarta. The information collected from interviews was cleaned and processed in RIS format, then analyzed and visualized using VOSviewer software to map keywords, inter-concept relationships, and operational thematic patterns. Finding/Results: The VOSviewer analysis identified dominant keywords such as system, business, digital system, recording, process, and manual, which formed five major clusters: system digitalization, products & distribution, recording, operational activities, and manual procedures & traditional administration. The results demonstrate that MSMEs combine manual and digital practices, with a primary focus on workflow, record-keeping, inventory management, business management, and digitalization. Conclusion: Digitalization and system innovation are central themes in MSME operations, while record-keeping, operational processes, and distribution serve as supporting elements. The implementation of specific Management Control Systems can enhance the flexibility, accountability, and ability of MSMEs to face the challenges of digitalization and resource limitations.

Abstract

Environmental pollution has now become a global issue affecting all countries. The fashion industry is one of the largest polluters on Earth. Rapid production processes and a disregard for environmental sustainability have led to environmental damage due to waste generated from the production process, such as liquid waste, air pollution, unsold products, and even global warming.Research purposes :This study aims to analyze the behavior of generation Z towards fast fashion products and the level of knowledge and awareness of generation Z regarding its impact on the environment.research methods :This research uses a literature review (SLR) method, which systematically analyzes various literature reviews sourced from previous studies on the topic. The SLR method is a systematic and structured research method for collecting, evaluating, and synthesizing all relevant information and research evidence regarding a topic or research question.summary of results: The research results show that many factors influence consumer behavior in making purchasing decisions. These factors can be both internal and external. For Generation Z, these decisions can be influenced or derived from digital media in the form of green product campaigns, as Generation Z is at the forefront of efforts to raise awareness of the environmental impacts of the fast fashion industry. Abstract

This study examines the effects of human capital development and performance feedback on social media marketing effectiveness among MSMEs, with employee agility as a mediating variable. Drawing on the Dynamic Capabilities perspective, the study conceptualizes employee agility as a behavioral mechanism through which organizational resources are transformed into adaptive marketing outcomes. A quantitative cross-sectional survey was conducted among 300 MSME owners, managers, and employees involved in social media marketing activities in Purwakarta Regency, Indonesia. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling. The findings indicate that human capital development has a significant positive effect on employee agility, demonstrating the importance of continuous competency development in strengthening employees' adaptive capacity. Performance feedback also significantly enhances employee agility by providing information that supports learning and behavioral adjustment. Employee agility exhibits a strong positive effect on social media marketing effectiveness and significantly mediates the relationships between human capital development and marketing effectiveness as well as between performance feedback and marketing effectiveness. The findings demonstrate that effective social media marketing depends not only on digital technology but also on employees' capacity to learn, adapt, and respond rapidly to changing conditions.

Abstract

This study examines how employee voice and participative leadership influence customer relationship marketing performance among MSMEs, with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. Drawing on Social Exchange Theory, the study conceptualizes customer relationship marketing performance as an organizational outcome shaped by reciprocal employee–organization relationships and psychological commitment. A quantitative cross-sectional survey was conducted among 300 MSME owners, managers, and employees directly involved in organizational, marketing, or customer-related activities in Purwakarta Regency, Indonesia. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with 5,000 bootstrapping resamples. The results demonstrate that employee voice has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, while participative leadership shows a stronger positive effect on organizational commitment. Organizational commitment also has a significant positive effect on customer relationship marketing performance. Furthermore, organizational commitment significantly mediates the relationships between employee voice and customer relationship marketing performance and between participative leadership and customer relationship marketing performance. These findings indicate that customer relationship marketing performance is not solely determined by external marketing practices but also by internal employee participation, leadership, and psychological attachment. The study contributes theoretically by extending Social Exchange Theory to explain customer-oriented outcomes in MSMEs and provides practical guidance for developing participative and commitment-oriented management practices.
