Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh strategi guru yang dapat meningkatkan motorik halusnpada anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi guru dalam meningkatkan motorik halus anak melalui kegiatan menggambar dan kolase di TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 17 Medan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Objek dari penelitian ini yaitu guru dan juga kepala sekolah yang ada di TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 17 Medan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam peneitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan juga dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil kesimpulann yang didapat bahwa, strategi yang dilakukan  guru di TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 17 Medan dalam meningkatkan motorik halus anak melalui kegiatan menggambar dan kolase yaitu dengan cara menjelaskan terlebih dahulu kegiatan apa yang akan dikerjakan dan bagaimana cara pengerjaanya. Dan guru memberikan arahan secara perlahan serta memberikan contoh kegiatan menggambar dan kolase untuk memudahkan anak dalam mengerjakan kegiatan yang telah diberikan.Kata Kunci: Strategi guru; kemampuan motorik halus; kegiatan menggambar dan kolase.This research is motivated by teacher strategies that can improve fine motor skills in children. This study aims to find out how the teacher's strategy is in improving children's fine motor skills through drawing and collage activities at TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 17 Medan. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The objects of this research are the teachers and also the principals in TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 17 Medan. Data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study used data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the conclusions obtained, the strategy carried out by the teacher at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 17 Medan Kindergarten in improving children's fine motor skills through drawing and collage activities is by explaining in advance what activities will be carried out and how to do them. And the teacher gives directions slowly and gives examples of drawing and collage activities to make it easier for children to do the activities that have been given.Keywords: Teacher strategy; fine motor skills; drawing and collage activities.

Abstract

The issue of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning based on the yellow book at MTs. Alwashliyah Ismailiyah Medan is influenced by students who are not madrasa graduates, causing difficulties and unfamiliarity in understanding the yellow book. Additionally, students' lack of interest in studying the yellow book also impacts the success of the learning process. This study aims to examine the role of teachers in addressing these challenges so that the learning process can run effectively. The research uses a qualitative method with a location at MTs. Alwashliyah Ismailiyah Medan. Primary data sources include three Islamic Religious Education teachers based on the yellow book and the head of the curriculum department, while secondary data is gathered from the principal and students. Data collection was conducted through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that teachers play a significant role in overcoming these issues through various approaches, such as building cooperation with homeroom teachers and other teachers to integrate other subjects with the yellow book. This helps students who do not have a madrasa background to understand and identify Arabic sentences, while also enhancing the abilities of students with a madrasa background in understanding the concepts of Islamic education using the yellow book as teaching material.

Abstract

In accordance with the development of a new paradigm in learning, as a result of developments in science and technology, especially information and communication technology, of course the skills that must be possessed can develop according to current demands. Learning media are the means or tools used by (teachers) to convey lesson material to students so that the learning process can achieve the desired goals, be effective, efficient and attractive. Learning media is very important in the learning process because teachers can convey material to students in a more meaningful way. Teachers do not only deliver material in the form of words with lectures but can bring students to truly understand the material presented. This research aims to describe how teachers at Tadika Al- Fikh Orchid Malaysia use Islamic religious education learning media. Method used is method descriptive, with approach study qualitative. Abstract

Stres merupakan respons psikologis dan fisiologis akibat tekanan hidup yang, apabila tidak dikelola dengan baik, dapat berdampak negatif pada kesehatan mental dan fisik individu. Permasalahan ini mendorong perlunya intervensi yang efektif dan aplikatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan dan efektivitas pelatihan pengelolaan stres melalui teknik grounding berbasis indera sebagai pendekatan intervensi psikologis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuasi eksperimen dengan desain one-group pretest-posttest. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 20 peserta remaja yang dipilih secara purposive. Pelatihan dilaksanakan dalam lima sesi yang mencakup teknik 5-4-3-2-1, relaksasi pernapasan, dan stimulasi pancaindra (visual, auditori, taktil, olfaktori, dan gustatori). Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner tingkat stres dan skala regulasi emosi, serta dianalisis menggunakan uji paired sample t-test. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya penurunan signifikan tingkat stres dan peningkatan kemampuan regulasi emosi pada peserta setelah mengikuti pelatihan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa teknik grounding berbasis indera merupakan strategi intervensi yang sederhana, praktis, dan efektif dalam membantu individu mengelola stres dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Implikasi dari penelitian ini mengarah pada pengembangan program manajemen stres berbasis sensorik untuk digunakan dalam setting pendidikan maupun klinis.

Abstract

This research focuses on how to become a ritual in the communication process. This research is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The research participants comprised seven people: Kiai, ustadz and santri. Collecting research data using interviews and documentation and analysing with data reduction procedures, presentation and interpretation of data. The orientation should detail the role of rituality in charismatic leadership to build cultural commitment to education. After studying in-depth, it can be concluded that the company's charismatic leadership transforms spirituality in developing solidarity actions, work and religious commitment to Islamic boarding schools education. This research can be a reference for further research, focusing on studying Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia, especially on charismatic leadership patterns.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal (SPMI) dalam penguatan tata kelola Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia FKIP UMSU melalui pendekatan berbasis evaluasi diri. Menggunakan metode campuran dengan desain sekuensial eksplanatori, data kuantitatif dikumpulkan melalui survei terhadap dosen, mahasiswa, dan tenaga kependidikan, sedangkan data kualitatif diperoleh dari wawancara mendalam, FGD, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi SPMI berada pada kategori sedang, dengan evaluasi diri sebagai komponen paling berpengaruh terhadap kualitas tata kelola. Evaluasi diri meningkatkan transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan partisipasi dalam pengambilan keputusan, meskipun masih terdapat tantangan seperti keterbatasan SDM dan resistensi terhadap perubahan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa evaluasi diri berbasis SPMI memiliki kontribusi signifikan dalam mentransformasi tata kelola program studi secara holistik.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the implementation of Khuluqiyah values by Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in preventing bullying among seventh-grade students at SMP Negeri 2 Perbaungan. As an effort to stop bullying among students, this research focuses on the application of Khuluqiyah values by PAI teachers who seek solutions to the bullying problem in schools. The study employs a qualitative method with a descriptive framework to determine the accuracy and effectiveness of implementing Khuluqiyah values in preventing bullying among students. Data collection techniques include observation, intensive interviews, and documentation. Findings will be strengthened through validity testing and data analysis. The research results reveal that there are three types of bullying behavior at SMP Negeri 2 Perbaungan, including physical, verbal, and relational bullying. These behaviors can occur among some or even all students in the school. The school administration, through PAI teachers, has also implemented Khuluqiyah values as an effort to address this issue. However, there are still challenges that require a lengthy process to achieve optimal results. The school and PAI teachers offer the following solutions: 1) Publishing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for handling bullying; 2) Promoting a culture of avoiding intimidation; 3) Encouraging students to feel comfortable sharing their experiences; 4) Helping students become more diligent in worship and drawing closer to Allah; 5) Motivating the community to remain enthusiastic about learning; 6) Enforcing punishments that serve as guidance for perpetrators (such as writing Quranic verses, memorizing short surahs, etc.).

Abstract

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) was sent to perfect moral character. Religious education serves as the foundational basis for forming commendable character, beginning within the family environment that influences the growth and development of children from an early age. Globalization and technological advancements have impacted children's behavior, including the use of coarse and impolite language. This research aims to analyze the implementation of the language of love model in shaping students' character through Islamic religious education at MIS Amal Bhakti Langkat. This qualitative research uses a case study approach. Data collection techniques were conducted using survey methods. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics. The findings of the study indicate that the implementation of the language of love in shaping students' character has a positive impact, particularly in the responsive reactions of the students and helping them develop positively despite challenges from unsupportive family and environmental backgrounds.
