Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen pembiayaan pendidikan di SD Negeri 050762 Pangkalan Batu, Kecamatan Brandan Barat Kabupaten Langkat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama, pembiayaan pendidikan di SD Negeri 050762 Pangkalan Batu Kecamatan Brandan Barat Kabupaten Langkat berasal dari BOS pusat/ Bos regular, dengan jumlah Rp313.960.000. Perencanaan pembiayaan BOS di SD Negeri 050762 Pangkalan Batu sudah sesuai dengan Petunjuk Teknis tahun 2022, pihak pengelola melaksanakan penyusunan perencanaan RKAS berdasarkan kesepakatan dan keputusan bersama antara kepala sekolah, bendahara, guru dan komite sekolah. Kedua Pelaksanaan pembiayaan pada pengggunaan dana BOS di SD Negeri 050762 Pangkalan Batu tidak sesuai dengan petunjuk teknis BOS 2022 karena terdapat pembiayaan yang tidak sesuai dengan komponen pembiayaan dana BOS. Ketiga Evaluasi pembiayaan pada pencatatan dan Pelaporan dana BOS di SD Negeri 050762 Pangkalan Batu belum sesuai karena kurang lengkapnya dokumen yang dilaporkan oleh pihak pengelola BOS seperti tidak adanya laporan aset yang dilaporkan kepada pemerintah pusat maupun dinas pendidikan kabupaten, serta waktu pelaporan dana BOS selalu mengalami keterlambatan. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu pelatihan dalam bentuk bimbingan teknis bagi sumber daya manusia khususnya pengelola BOS agar dapat memahami serta melaksanakan pengelolaan dana BOS sesuai dengan Petunjuk teknis BOS.

Abstract

This article aims to discuss the dynamics of development and discourse of Islamic education in studying with a futuristic approach, how the challenges and opportunities of Islamic education in the Revolutionary Era 4.0 are commonly referred to as the Era of Disruption. The method used is qualitative research method with library approach, the primary source used is literature, journals, and books related to the topic discussed. The discussion results showed various forms of opportunities and challenges faced by Islamic education in Indonesia, especially in the era of disruption, whose signs begin with globalization. Despite many options, Islamic education should also be wary of challenges. This study found various challenges, namely the ability of Islamic education to harmonize divine verses with kauniyah verses, maintaining the process of Islamization of science. Harmonize the God-human relationship in the form of a the-anthropo-centric education with the point of the press; man is a noble being of God. Harmonizing between faith and knowledge cannot be separated. He is adjusting between the fulfillment of spiritual needs (spiritual-ukhrowi) and the realization of physical (material-earthly) needs and harmonizing between revelation and intellect (thinking, critical and rational).

Abstract

The Driving School Program aims and focuses on developing overall student learning achievement by implementing the Pancasila Student Profile. The scope of competencies developed is cognitive (literacy and numeracy) and non-cognitive (character). To achieve this goal, an analysis is needed to measure its effectiveness. Then through the Countenance Stake model evaluation method which focuses on the level of achievement in program implementation by comparing the results of observations with reference criteria and producing recommendation decisions. The subject of this evaluation research was SMP Negeri 7 Langsa which implemented the driving school program intervention in its school. This research uses an evaluative method using data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The results of the Stake evaluation show that the Antecedent component (input/planning) of the Driving School Program at SMP N 7 Langsa is running effectively which shows the readiness of several elements that influence the success of PSP at SMP N 7 Langsa so that it has systemic managerial implications with mature strategies in achieving goals, in the Transaction (process) component of SMP N 7 Langsa implementing PSP in the four elements of the management process, namely planning, organizing, actuating and controlling and in the Outcome (results) component, achievements have been realized at each of the previous stages of the program both managerially and evaluatively . The results of evaluation research using the Stake Countenance Model can show that the evaluated aspects have met the predetermined objective standards. Detailed and comprehensive program information can be found in each discussion at the antecedent, transactions and outcomes stages, so that it is easier to determine the effectiveness of the managerial implementation and to anticipate corrective actions and recommendations for the next program

Abstract

Allah SWT telah menciptakan seluruh makhluk-Nya dengan kelebihan dan kekurangan masing- masing serta wujud terbaiknya. Oleh karena itu, anak berkebutuhan khusus mempunyai persamaan dan hak yang sama di hadapan Allah SWT. Setiap anak berkebutuhan khusus yang beragama Islam juga berhak memperoleh layanan pendidikan yang baik layaknya anak pada umumnya, khususnya dalam bidang pendidikan agama Islam. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam di SLB C Muzdalifah Medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah pendekatan kualitatif berdasarkan jenis studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis melalui empat tahapan yaitu, koleksi data, kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi atau kesimpulan. Teknik keabsahan data yang digunakan adalah dengan metode triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pembelajaran PAI di SLB C Muzdalifah Medan dilakukan melalui tiga aktivitas, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Perencanaan disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan siswa, mulai dari media pembelajaran, materi, pengawasan, alur pembelajaran, hingga rencana evaluasi. Pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan metode pembiasaan dan praktik, serta melakukan koordinasi dengan orangtua siswa. Sedangkan dalam kegiatan evaluasi dilakukan untuk mengetahui perkembangan siswa serta evaluasi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penting dilakukan pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus, sehingga mereka memiliki keterampilan dalam menerapkan aktivitas keagamaan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

Knowing and analyzing the effectiveness of the Independent Curriculum in developing teacher professional competence at SMP Negeri 8 Tebing Tinggi. This research was carried out at SMP Negeri 8 Tebing Tinggi. The type of research was qualitative using observation, interview and documentation data collection techniques. The research subjects were the principal, deputy principal and teachers. research results Professional competency planning at SMP Negeri 8 Tebing Tinggi processes teaching materials in a pleasant atmosphere and utilizes technology as a learning resource. Implementing an independent curriculum in improving professional competence teachers are able to develop sustainably.Evaluation of the independent curriculum on effectiveness in developing the professional competence of teachers at SMP Negeri 8 Tebing Tinggi includes teachers mastering material, structure, concepts and thought patterns. Both teachers are able to utilize information and communication technology to develop themselves in communicating. Students are asked to practice or demonstrate what they have learned during the assessment. In contrast, project assessment is a way of assessing assignments given by teachers to students individually or in groups within a certain period of time. School intervention to ensure teachers and students are creative and detailed. The effectiveness of the level of tendency to increase the professional competence of teachers with a mean value of 78.11% and a median of 79.00% so that the principal's leadership has an impact on the professional competence of teachers at SMP Negeri 8 Tebing Tinggi.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui efektivitas kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja Sekolah Dasar Negeri 2 Rimo Gunung Meriah Aceh Singkil. Jenis penelitian mix mtode dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan angket. Kepala Sekolah Dasar Negeri 2 Rimo Gunung Meriah Aceh Singkil juga dapat menjadi pendengar yang baik bagi para guru yang menghadapi masalah dan memerlukan perhatian dan pemecahan masalah. Kepala sekolah Dasar Negeri 2 Rimo Gunung Meriah Aceh Singkil dalam melaksanakan peningkatan profesionalisme guru dengan mengadakan dan mengikutsertakan guru dalam forum ilmiahyakni pendidikan dan latihan juga bermanfaat bagi guru untuk memperoleh informasi baru yang berkaitan dengan pendidikan, pengajaran, metode-metode yang baru dalam bidang pembelajaran, kedua studi lanjut yakni meningkatkan kualifikasi akademik seorang guru lebih-lebih bagi guru yang akan mengikuti sertifikasi guru dalam jabatan dan ketiga supervisi oleh kepala sekolah untuk melihat kelengkapan berkas program pembelajaran guru yang berkaitan dengan kurikulum guru, didalamnya silabus, RPP dan penilaian. Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze whether there is an influence of Principal Leadership and Work Motivation on teacher performance through Job Satisfaction as an intervention variable in Private Middle Schools in South Binjai District. Thesis 2022. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study amounted to 44 people, while the sampling technique used was the total population. with a total sample of 44 people. The data collection tool used is a questionnaire measured by a Likert scale and using path analysis techniques (Path Analysis). Based on the test results it can be concluded that the principal's leadership has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction (H1 is accepted), work motivation has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction (H2 is accepted), the principal's leadership has a positive and significant influence on teacher performance (H3 Accepted), work motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance (H4 is accepted), job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance (H5 is accepted), principal leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable (H6 is accepted), Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable (H7 is accepted). In conclusion, there is a significant influence between the principal's leadership and work motivation on teacher performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Abstract

An artificial neural network (ANN) is a network of a group of units to be processed which is modeled based on the behavior of human neural networks. ANN has one of its tasks, namely prediction. Multilayer perceptron (MLP) is one of the ANN methods that can be prediction all of data. Where the prediction needs to be reviewed because the prediction process does not always run normally. So, it takes a good measurement accuracy in order to get an accuracy sensitivity. The accuracy technique in this paper is carried out using Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) based on absolute error and detection rate. The results obtained with absolute error achieve an accuracy of 99.73% while the accuracy based on the detection rate achieves an accuracy of 99.49%. this can be seen in the case of the prediction of (Indonesian Rupiah) IDR exchange rate against United State Dollar (USD) with the MLP algorithm by testing using MAPE to achieve sensitivity with absolute error.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis kinerja guru dalam membangun kepercayaan organg tua di UPTD SD Negeri 010086. Selawan Kisaran Timur. Penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan prosedur pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi merupakan pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan. pendekatan analisis data yang meliputi reduksi data, visualisasi data, dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Subjek penelitian adalah Kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, orang tua siswa dan pengajar.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepercayaan orang tua siswa dalam menyekolahkan anaknya di UPTD SD Negeri 010086 Selawan Kecamatan Kisaran Timur meningkat setiap tahunnya dilihat dari jumlah siswa setiap tahunnya dimana orang tua memilih sekolah tersebut dengan alasan prestasi siswa, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dan kegiatan yang dilakukan guru disekolah. Orang tua memilih sekolah untuk anak-anak mereka dengan mempertimbangkan beberapa hal yaitu kurikulum, prestasi siswa, kenyamanan komunikasi kepada guru dan salah satu faktor yang dapat memperoleh pertimbangan orang tua adalah kinerja guru serta orang tua melihat guru dalam memperhatikan anak-anak mereka agar merasa nyaman ketika berada dilingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the implementation of Khuluqiyah values by Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in preventing bullying among seventh-grade students at SMP Negeri 2 Perbaungan. As an effort to stop bullying among students, this research focuses on the application of Khuluqiyah values by PAI teachers who seek solutions to the bullying problem in schools. The study employs a qualitative method with a descriptive framework to determine the accuracy and effectiveness of implementing Khuluqiyah values in preventing bullying among students. Data collection techniques include observation, intensive interviews, and documentation. Findings will be strengthened through validity testing and data analysis. The research results reveal that there are three types of bullying behavior at SMP Negeri 2 Perbaungan, including physical, verbal, and relational bullying. These behaviors can occur among some or even all students in the school. The school administration, through PAI teachers, has also implemented Khuluqiyah values as an effort to address this issue. However, there are still challenges that require a lengthy process to achieve optimal results. The school and PAI teachers offer the following solutions: 1) Publishing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for handling bullying; 2) Promoting a culture of avoiding intimidation; 3) Encouraging students to feel comfortable sharing their experiences; 4) Helping students become more diligent in worship and drawing closer to Allah; 5) Motivating the community to remain enthusiastic about learning; 6) Enforcing punishments that serve as guidance for perpetrators (such as writing Quranic verses, memorizing short surahs, etc.).
