Abstract

Biaya produksi terdiri dari penggabungan, kategorisasi, dan alokasi biaya yang berkaitan dengan pengadaan bahan baku, kompensasi tenaga kerja, dan biaya overhead yang dikeluarkan oleh bisnis saat mengubah bahan baku menjadi produk siap pakai. Namun, ketika menetapkan harga fundamental komoditas manufaktur, ada batasan tertentu dalam akuntansi biaya. Azzam Bakery kesulitan menentukan biaya produksi (HPP) untuk barang tertentu. Mereka saat ini menggunakan metode biaya tradisional. Untuk mencapai penjajaran yang lebih tepat, pendekatan Activity Based Costing (ABC) telah dipilih. Metode ini berfokus pada proses penentuan biaya suatu produk dengan menentukan kegiatan apa yang dihasilkan dari proses produksinya. Perhitungan ini mencakup semua biaya yang terkumpul selama proses produksi, termasuk perkiraan biaya bahan baku, upah karyawan, dan biaya overhead.

Abstract

In the industrial sector, the implementation of the right financial strategy can contribute to increasing the company's business competition. There are several factors that can contribute to increasing the competitiveness of the manufacturing industry, such as capacity and capacity development, production cost management, product quality improvement, application of the latest technology, reduction of logistics costs, and government support through economic and non-economic incentives. In addition, efforts to implement strategies to advance business and increase the competitiveness of MSMEs can also play an important role in advancing the country's economy. Amid global economic uncertainty and increasingly intense competition, manufacturing companies need effective financial strategies to strengthen their competitive position. In this article, we describe some financial strategies that manufacturing companies can use to achieve sustainable growth and adapt to market changes. By maximizing the utilization of existing resources, investing in the latest technologies, and implementing efficient risk management, the company is able to gain the competitive advantage needed to strengthen the manufacturing sector and support the country's economic growth. To achieve a high level of competitiveness, strategic focus includes diversifying products within the portfolio, empowering local suppliers, and using technological innovation. In addition, cooperation with the government, foreign market development, and labor empowerment form an integral part of efforts to increase the role of the manufacturing sector in the country's economic development

Abstract

Tray companies have so far used simple methods in determining product selling prices, not calculating the cost of production in detail, such as machine maintenance costs, machine and building depreciation costs. This research aims to find out how to calculate the cost of production to determine the selling price of products at a tray company. The method used in the research is the full coasting method, which is a method for determining the cost of products taking into account all elements of production costs consisting of raw materials, direct labor costs and factory overhead costs, both fixed and variable. The results of this research show that tray production in November was 950 units with the selling price for tray production for determining the selling price for trays per unit was IDR. 425,000. Determining the selling price of the tray using the full coasting method achieves satisfactory profits for the company.

Abstract

Companies must have the right strategies and methods so that their products can remain competitive with competitors' products and continue to generate profits. Therefore, determining the selling price of a product is based on the company's ability to calculate production costs for the products produced. The aim of this research is to calculate the production costs of MSME products in determining selling prices. The method used is full costing, Full costing is a method of determining production costs which consist of raw material costs, direct labor costs, and factory overhead costs, both variable and fixed. The results of this research are total production costs of Rp. 16.075.000 rupiah by producing 300 kilograms of chicken intestine chips. Calculating the cost of production using the full costing method, the value of the cost of production is IDR 53.583 per kilogram. The additional cost of profit or company margin is vulnerable to 10% to 20% with a rupiah value of Rp. 5.358,3- to 10.716,6,-.

Abstract

Pada periode Hari Pertama Kehidupan atau 1000 HPK atau golden age yaitu masa yang kritis, anak dapat mengalami stunting / permasalahan gizi yang dikarenakan nutrisi berkurang asupannya dan dimana efek jangka pendek stunting salah satunya dapat mempengaruhi perkembangan motorik. Desa Ketimang sudah mengadakan beberapa program kesehatan dari pemerintah, salah satunya adalah posyandu balita, namun, berdasarkan data rekapitulasi di Puskesmas Wonoayu terdapat 202 balita dengan stunting. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara awal yang dilakukan oleh Tim pengabdi pada awal Desember 2022 didapatkan fakta permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra yaitu tingginya angka kejadian balita stunting, belum adanya modifikasi pelayanan posyandu untuk evaluasi tumbuh kembang, dan memanfaatkan media stimulasi dan grafis untuk meningkatkan gross motor skill. Dari permasalahan mitra tersebut, pengabdi mempunyai solusi kegiatan yaitu pelatihan dan pendampingan skrinning dan evaluasi tumbuh kembang terutama balita dengan stunting untuk kader kesehatan. Hasil yang didapatkan dari kegiatan ini adalah terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan tentang gross motor skill tidak hanya kepada kader kesehatan posyandu teratai melainkan kepada masyarakat terutama ibu yang mempunyai balita.

Abstract

Penurunan penjualan tas pancing oleh UD. Abadi Jaya mencapai 5% - 10%, sehingga dengan melakukan riset pendahuluan dari 10 pelanggan yang diwawancarai terdapat 9 pelanggan yang menyatakan bahwa produk kurang menarik. Sehingga diperlukan desain ulang tas pancing untuk memenuhi kebutuhan customer. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Design For Assembly (DFA). Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk membuat desain ulang tas pancing yang berguna untuk menambah nilai fungsi dari tas itu sendiri. Dari penelitian ini menggunakan metode DFA yaitu desain awal tas pancing terdapat 15,5 komponen penyusun dengan waktu perakitan 99,3 sekon, pada desain tas pancing multifungsi terdapat 25,5 komponen penyusun dengan waktu perakitan sebesar 160,5 sekon. Nilai efisiensi desain awal sebesar 0,47 dan untuk desain usulan sebesar 0,48.

Abstract

Establishing production costs involves combining, grouping, and allocating costs related to acquiring raw materials, labor expenses, and overhead expenses when a company converts raw materials into finished products for sale. However, in the domain of cost accounting, there are certain limitations that remain when determining the base price for manufactured products. For example, PT Currently, they have switched from Traditional Costing Methods to Activity Based Costing (ABC) Approach. This notification approach uncovers the activities involved in the production process of these goods to obtain a more accurate product cost estimate. This calculation includes all costs collected during the production process, including estimates of raw material costs, labor wages and overhead costs. By comparing the calculations between Traditional Costs and Activity Based Costing, the hope is to get a more precise assessment regarding the Cost of Goods Production. This will be a guide for management in making more accurate decisions and cost allocation.

Abstract

One of the MSMEs engaged in the snack food sector and currently running is the taro chips business owned by Mr. Wahab which is located at Tambak Sari Village, Purwodadi Pasuruan, East Java. Business running for 1 year. Chips are snacks or snacks made from various ingredients such as flour and others, and also from tubers. Based on the results of interviews and observations obtained from consumers, the problem that is often complained of is the packaging used, which is thin plastic and easily torn or perforated. So that the condition of the chips is easily sluggish or not crispy. Kansei engineering is a technology that translates a customer's or consumer's feeling and image about a product which is then translated into design elements or in other languages, is a customer-oriented technology for product development based on computer science. The purpose of the Kansei engineering method is to make it easier for designers to gather consumer needs based on feelings or what can be called consumer psychology. The Kansei method will be integrated with the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to decide whether the new packaging is more feasible and good or not. The results showed that the packaging of taro chips was a simple design, bright color, and plastic material from the Kansei Engineering and AHP methods. The packaging is strong and durable so that it can maintain the crispness of the chips.

Abstract

PT X is a company in the manufacturing sector of the paint industry Competition in the paint industry fighting for market share. To form relationships with customers used customer relationship management method. This study aims to determine the results of implementing the CRM Scorecard. Researchers collect search data from literature or interviews with experts in the field of customers. From the search results, the data yields perspectives and Key Performance Indicators for each perspective, namely customer knowledge, interaction,value and satisfaction. From the perspective and indicators of the CRM Scorecard, it will be determined by weighting using the Analytical Hierarchy Process method. Significant results for company evaluation were obtained from CRM assessments using the AHP method, namely value (0.3737) and Satisfaction (0.34) obtaining the highest ratings indicating that the company is in line with the objectives of these two perspectives, namely creating corporate value and create customer loyalty to the company.

Abstract

Bottled drinking water is water that has been processed without additives and then packaged and safe for consumption. Bottled bottled products also vary widely, ranging from 250 ml packages to products with 19 liter packaging. This 19 liter bottled water product is the one most widely used by the public where it is not only consumed as drinking water but also used as a medium for cooking. In addition to the affordable price, this package also contains quite a lot of water compared to other packages so that it is able to meet daily needs. So that is what has resulted in various brands of bottled water products starting to emerge. This research uses the importance performance analysis (IPA) method. Data collection was carried out by observing and distributing questionnaires. the results of the study indicate that there are 8 (eight) attributes that require improvement and 3 (three) attributes that canlowered the level of service to save costs and effort in order to meet the level of satisfaction with consumers.
