Abstract

This research is motivated by the high level of job demands on PT X employees, affecting workplace well-being. There are several factors that have major influence on workplace well-being. However, this can be overcome with the job resources provided by the company. This study aims to see the role of job demands on workplace well-being with job resources as a moderator for PT X employees. The population in this study were all PT X employees and the sample used was 181 people. This study uses two measurements named The Job Demands-Resources Questionnaire by (Bakker, 2014) and The Workplace Well-being Questionnaire by (Parker & Hyett, 2011). The sampling technique used is convenience sampling. The data were processed using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) in the IBM SPSS version 20 program. The results showed that there was a positive role of job demands on workplace well-being for PT X employees with F = 56.101 and p = 0.000 <0.05. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient value R² = 0.387 is obtained, the role of job demands on workplace well-being is 38.7%, while the remaining 61.3% is influenced by other factors. Other results show that job resources does not moderate the two variables in this study because the results obtained are p = 0.127 > 0.05.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of intimacy, passion, and commitment within Sternberg’s Triangular Theory of Love on relationship satisfaction among individuals in emerging adulthood. This developmental stage is characterized by identity exploration and the transition toward long-term commitments, during which many individuals face challenges in building satisfying relationships. A quantitative, non-experimental design with dyadic analysis was employed. Participants consisted of 260 individuals (130 couples), aged 18–29 years, who were currently in romantic relationships. Data were collected through an online survey using the Triangular Love Scale (TLS) and the Relationship Assessment Scale (RAS). Analysis was conducted using the Actor–Partner Interdependence Model with Multilevel Modeling (APIM-MM) in SPSS to test both actor effects and partner effects on relationship satisfaction. Findings indicate that all three love components were significantly associated with relationship satisfaction. However, the APIM-MM analysis revealed that only actor effects had a significant impact, whereas partner effects were not statistically meaningful. These results suggest that relationship satisfaction is more strongly shaped by individuals’ own perceptions of their relationships rather than by their partners’ actions. This study provides new insights into the dynamics of romantic relationships in emerging adulthood and offers implications for future research and relational psychology practices.

Abstract

Aktivitas harian pergi menuju dan kembali dari tempat kerja atau commuting ternyata menimbulkan dampak negatif, seperti commuting stress yang berpengaruh pada kepuasan kerja, terutama di kota-kota besar dimana volume kendaraan dan jumlah penduduknya lebih banyak. Pada upaya untuk mencegah dampak negatif yang lebih buruk, maka dibutuhkan sebuah konsep yang diterapkan ditempat kerja, yaitu keseimbangan Kesehatan dan pekerjaan atau work-health balance. Penelitian menunjukkan work-health balance dapat menjadi cara untuk mempertahankan bahkan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Hal ini bisa menjadi kunci untuk meminimalkan dampak akibat tekanan situasi / kondisi selama perjalanan menuju ke dan kembali dari tempat kerja yang menghasilkan commuting stress. Kegiatan pengabdian ini berupa sharing session secara luring dengan 10 karyawan PT XYZ sebagai peserta. Dalam sharing session juga dijelaskan pengertian terkait commuting stress serta dampaknya terhadap kepuasan kerja secara langsung maupun melalui peningkatan burnout, serta tips dan cara dalam menyiasati commuting stress yang dihadapi sehari-hari. Sedangkan dalam upaya mempertahankan kepuasan kerja para karyawan diberi pengertian untuk mempraktekkan work-health balance di lingkungan pekerjaannya. Dimensi-dimensi dalam work-health balance dijelaskan secara lengkap sebagai langkah-langkah dalam mempraktekkan dan mengimplementasikan work-health balance di tempat kerja. Evaluasi melalui post-test menunjukkan pemahaman yang baik mengenai commuting stress dan work-health balance. Selain itu, para peserta juga memberikan membagikan pengalaman mereka selama melakukan perjalanan berangkat menuju dan kembali dari tempat kerja yang dialaminya sehari-hari. Selain itu, mereka juga menjelaskan situasi dan kondisi yang terjadi di perusahaan sebagai respon mereka ketika berdiskusi mengenai work-health balance. Para peserta merasa puas atas kegiatan dan materi yang diberikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi peran wisata alam sebagai strategi regulasi emosi bagi individu dewasa muda yang merantau. Fase dewasa muda, yang sering ditandai dengan transisi penting dalam kehidupan, seperti pendidikan atau pekerjaan di luar daerah asal, membawa tantangan emosional yang signifikan, termasuk stres dan kesepian. Dalam konteks ini, wisata alam muncul sebagai salah satu cara efektif untuk mengelola tekanan emosional. Penelitian melibatkan 70 mahasiswa perantau berusia 18-25 tahun dengan pengalaman beragam dalam melakukan wisata alam. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner daring berbentuk open-ended, dianalisis menggunakan metode open coding dengan perangkat lunak MAXQDA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas partisipan (32,34%) berhasil meregulasi emosi segera setelah pulang dari wisata alam, sementara 22,06% lainnya mengalami efek positif saat masih berada di lokasi wisata. Namun, variasi waktu ditemukan, dengan 13,24% partisipan membutuhkan lebih dari tiga hari untuk merasakan manfaat penuh. Tidak ada perbedaan signifikan berdasarkan jenis kelamin dalam intensitas berwisata maupun cara memaknai wisata alam sebagai strategi regulasi emosi, yang menunjukkan inklusivitas efektivitas pendekatan ini. Studi ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya durasi dan desain kegiatan wisata untuk memastikan manfaat optimal tanpa menyebabkan kelelahan fisik. Penemuan ini memperkaya literatur tentang hubungan antara wisata alam dan kesejahteraan emosional, serta memberikan panduan praktis dalam pengembangan program wisata berbasis kesehatan mental bagi individu dewasa muda yang merantau.

Abstract

Ibu bekerja dengan sistem rotasi tiga shift adalah ibu yang menjalani peran ganda baik dalam mengurus rumah tangga maupun bekerja ditengah tuntutan jadwal kerja yang bergantian antara pagi hari, sore hari dan malam hari. Kondisi ini akan mempengaruhi keseimbangan dan dapat memunculkan work - family conflict. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran adversity quotient pada ibu bekerja dengan sistem rotasi tiga shift yang mengalami work- family conflict. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif fenomenologi dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan wawancara semi – terstruktur. Teknik analisis data menggunakan interpretative phenomenological analysis. Partisipan penelitian berjumlah lima ibu yang bekerja dengan sistem rotasi tiga shift , berusia 25-44 tahun dan sudah memiliki anak dibawah 17 tahun, Dalam melakukan validasi terhadap informasi kelima partisipan, peneliti melakukan triangulasi pada significant other dari masing masing partisipan. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa work – family conflict yang terjadi pada ibu pekerja dengan tiga shift yang berprofesi sebagai perawat dan administrasi rumah sakit dominan pada time based conflict dan strain based conflict serta berdampak pada kondisi fisik dan psikis partisipan. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukan bahwa terdapat enam tema yang merepresentasikan adversity quotient pada ibu bekerja dengan sistem rotasi tiga shift yang mengalami work family conflict yakni : (1) Tidak Menyerah dalam Kedua Peran; (2) Komitmen menjalani Peran Ganda,; (3) Pengendalian Diri; (4) Optimisme; (5) Dukungan Sosial; (6) Kepercayaan kepada Tuhan.

Abstract

Ketiadaan figur ayah atau fatherlessness berdampak signifikan terhadap pembentukan attachment style pada wanita, khususnya dalam hubungan romantis selama masa emerging adulthood. Wanita yang tumbuh tanpa keterlibatan ayah cenderung memiliki pola keterikatan yang tidak aman, memengaruhi dinamika emosional dan strategi keterikatan mereka. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi hubungan antara fatherlessness dan attachment style menggunakan pendekatan metode campuran. Data dikumpulkan dari 217 wanita berusia 18–29 tahun yang tumbuh tanpa figur ayah dan memiliki pengalaman hubungan romantis. Empat tema utama ditemukan: kebutuhan emosional dan harapan dalam hubungan, dampak ketidakhadiran ayah, respons emosional, serta mekanisme pertahanan dan kemandirian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa wanita fatherless sering kali mengalami kebutuhan emosional yang tinggi, kecemasan, ketergantungan, serta kesulitan membangun kepercayaan, yang mencirikan pola anxious dan avoidant attachment. Penelitian ini menyoroti dampak fatherlessness pada pola keterikatan romantis dan pentingnya intervensi psikologis untuk mendukung perkembangan attachment style yang lebih sehat.

Abstract

The high level of job satisfaction in Indonesia does not necessarily indicate the same perception of work across all age groups, especially among pre-elderly workers (aged 45–59 years). This research aims to investigate the relationship between presenteeism and job satisfaction among pre-elderly workers, while also testing the mediating roles of resilience and work- health balance. This research uses a quantitative correlational approach and Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis technique on data from 146 pre- elderly workers who have experienced presenteeism due to minor illnesses. The findings show that neither dimensions of presenteeism are not directly related to job satisfaction. Although the completing work is positively associated to resilience, resilience was not found to mediate the relationship between presenteeism and job satisfaction. On the other hand, both presenteeism dimensions were related with work-health balance. Work-health balance was found to be a significant mediator only in the relationship between completing work and job satisfaction. These findings highlight the importance role of work-health balance in supporting job satisfaction among pre-elderly workers who practice presenteeism.
