If there are people who violate restrictions and prohibitions, then they will receive the consequences in the form of illness, mental disorders such as crazy, stress and even to death. Therefore, Paloh is called the Truth Person, because if they come there with no good intentions, they will be warned by the Bunian people. Abstract

One of the most popular applications recently is Snack Video, an application that offers users income by watching videos, checking in, and inviting new friends to use the application. In Islamic law, muamalah does not only follow the pillars and conditions of the contract but the principles of muamalah must also be considered so that the implementation of the contract is valid and in accordance with sharia. If it is categorized in a muamalah contract, getting money from the Snack Video application is like a competition in Islam called ju'alah, in its use this application has not been legally confirmed in accordance with the ju'alah contract. This research will reveal how to earn money through the Snack Video application and how to analyze contracts and muamalah principles in the Snack Video application. The field research conducted online with Snack Video users was selected using a case study approach through sampling methods from various places in the Barito Kuala district. Data was collected by using interviews, observation, and documentation techniques. The results of this study conclude: first, to earn money from the Snack Video application, users are directed to carry out missions to watch videos, check in, and invite friends. From successful missions, the user will be rewarded with coins that can be exchanged for money. Second, analysis of the contract and muamalah principles in the Snack Video application, the mission in the Snack Video application such as competitions in the muamalah contract is called ju'alah which may be used as a means of making money, provided that the mission carried out does not conflict with Islamic law, the principles muamalah and does not cause harm or immorality. The income obtained from watching the Snack Video application becomes makruh and can even become haram if accompanied by activities that can reduce the value of maqashid sharia on the daruriyyat element, namely hifdz al-mal, protecting property from vanity elements Giving appreciation to content video creators is the same as grants.

Abstract

Character problems are increasingly diverse that is evidenced by the increasing violence and criminal acts on children, pornography, drug abuse and other deviant acts. Integrated Islamic Primary School as one of the three types of elementary school institutions is expected to an alternative solution. This research focused on the analysis of ideas on character education at an Integrated Islamic Elementary School. This qualitative field research employed a phenomenological approach. The data were collected from the documents at the school, interview with the founders, and observation to triangulate the data. This research argued that the idea was to answer the needs of the local community, especially the upper middle class. The main purpose of education is to develop the potential of students' nature towards creating a generation with courageous and character leaders based on the Koran and the Sunnah. The 7 characters were instilled as a hallmark of character education at the school. These characters are adopted from Hassan Al-Banna's thought in "Tarbiyah's mission." This point confirmed Hasan’s contention. However, there is a slight difference in terms of nationalism, namely that the school run a 5 pillar government program on character education (PPK) in implementing the school's vision and mission.

Abstract

The world of education continues to struggle with global competition to remain competitive and grow in the long term by emphasizing the importance of higher education institutions managing and maintaining the quality of lecturer performance. A theory concerning personality is the Big Five Personality model, which organizes numerous traits into five major categories that are commonly known as personality dimensions.  Research-based on Big Five Personality on the performance of lecturers is still very rarely conducted.  This can be due to the level of difficulty in terms of collecting and opening data on lecturer performance in private universities. This research design uses explanatory research, to test the impact of the big five personality on lecturer performance. The method used in this study was the PLS-SEM modelling method. The research was conducted involving 155 lecturers who were selected based on predetermined sample criteria. The results of the study show that the big five personalities have a significant effect on lecturer performance and organizational culture, while organizational culture has no effect on lecturer performance.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze Islamic values and Da’wah-based human resource development strategies implemented by Syarifuddin Outbound and Leadership Development (SOLID) in Lumajang district. SOLID, as a human resource development organization, focuses on improving individual capacity through outbound activities, skills training, and leadership seminars, with an approach that instills Islamic moral and spiritual values. Most importantly, the existence of SOLID is also a form of Islamic propagation or preaching, which shows that Muslims are also capable of innovating in the field of human resource development. This research uses a case study method with a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing data from in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation analysis to understand the pattern of character and skills development applied. The findings show that SOLID successfully integrates values such as honesty, responsibility, and fairness in each of its activities, which not only improves participants' technical competencies, but also shapes the character of ethical and Islamic leadership. This strategy contributes to the development of human resources who not only excel professionally but also have a solid moral foundation. The results of this study are expected to be a reference for HR development institutions that want to integrate Islamic values in their training programs.
