Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the contribution of Cinema Entertainment Tax revenue to Regional Original Income, the impact of Government Regulation Number 21 of 2020 on cinema business actors, the obstacles and efforts faced by the Pekanbaru City Regional Revenue Agency on Cinema Entertainment Tax revenue. This research method uses qualitative methods. Data collection used interviews and documentation at the Pekanbaru City Regional Revenue Agency. The results of the interviews I have conducted show that the contribution to Cinema Entertainment Tax in 2020 - 2022 is based on justification in the good category. The efforts made by the Pekanbaru City Regional Revenue Agency to increase cinema entertainment tax revenues are firstly intensification, for those who have not registered, we will register them. secondly, for those who have registered, their tax payments will be seen, if they do not match the real conditions, a tab device will be installed. thirdly digitization and elimination of fines.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui penerapan analisis CVP pada UMKM. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni review literatur yang merupakan suatu metode secara eksplisit, sistematis dan reprodusibel untuk mengidentifikasi, mengevaluasi dan mengsintesis temuan dan ide penelitian yang dihasilkan oleh peneliti dijurnal yang ada.. Jenis penelitian yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan objek penelitian pada UMKM. Artikel yang dipakai pada penelitian ini berjumlah 7 artikel jurnal publikasi yang diperoleh dari google scholar. Adapun rujukan dari riset ini diperoleh berdasarkan rujukan jurnal maupun artikel yang diterbitkan melalui jurnal online dengan kata kunci “perencanaan laba umkm”.pdf. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa penerapan analisis CVP sebagai alat perencanaan laba belum banyak diterapakan di semua UMKM, sehingga banyak yang tidak mengetahui peluang potensial dan perkiraan laba/rugi operasi untuk periode mendatang. Perencanaan laba dengan analisis CVP, dapat membantu manajer untuk mencapai tujuan sesuai rencana, sehingga terhindar dari kerugian dan dapat memperoleh keuntungan yang bisa dilihat dari perhitungan BEP, perhitungan titik aman penjualan atau Margin Of Safety dan Contribusi Margin.

Abstract

In 2019 the world was affected by a coronavirus pandemic or Coronavirus Disease (Covid-19) which affected almost all daily work, the government took action to overcome this Covid-19 pandemic by Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) to Restrictions on Community Activities (PPKM). Badan Pengelola Pajak dan Retribusi (BPPRD) in Jambi City supports control of employee performance, but BPPRD in Jambi City still controls employee performance verbally, the tool is needed to solve this problem, therefore, application of monitoring and evaluation for employee performance control is developed that called SI-BOOK which is a website based using CodeIgniter Framework and the development method is iterative incremental. In Application Module of SI-BOOK was also developed to provide assignment as well as fill logbook. The iterative incremental method is a method that allows the users to see the results of the product that is being made and provide feedback during the development process, so this method is suitable for use by the SI-BOOK team. Testing on the SI-BOOK module assignment application uses the black-box testing method. Based on these tests, in the first phase iteration received feedback to add features. In the second phase iteration process did not get feedback and has met the needs so that the SI-BOOK application is applied to the server at BPPRD Jambi City and has been used to solve existing problems. In the future, the SI-BOOK application is recommended to add to the view assignment feature to implement the filter feature and display the ongoing assignment on the view logbook feature.

Abstract

The process of selecting a new house is a complex decision that involves careful consideration of multiple interacting criteria, including price, location, building size, facilities, and surrounding environment. In today's competitive real estate market, potential buyers often struggle to make optimal choices due to the overwhelming number of options and factors to consider. An effective decision support system (DSS) is essential to address this challenge. This research implements the Weighted Product (WP) method to systematically map and evaluate alternative choices of new houses based on predetermined criteria. The WP method was specifically chosen for its robust capability in handling multi-criteria decision-making processes where various factors interact and influence each other. The study analyzed data from 50 housing properties across different locations, considering eight key criteria weighted according to buyer preferences. The research methodology included data collection, criteria weighting, WP calculations, and result validation. The findings demonstrate that the WP method successfully provides accurate and reliable results, enabling potential buyers to make well-informed decisions aligned with their preferences. The implemented system showed an 85% satisfaction rate among test users, confirming its effectiveness in simplifying the complex house selection process by systematically evaluating available options.

Abstract

The world of trade competition requires managers to improve strategies to survive in competition, as well as the Great Stationery Store that sells stationery and office supplies. With sales transactions carried out every day, the data stack is only stored as an archive. Data Mining is a solution for decision making in developing a business. One of them is to arrange the layout of goods which greatly affects the level of sales seen from the way consumers buy goods outside of planning. By utilizing data on sales transactions that accumulate, it will produce consumer patterns to find out shopping habits and consumer buying interest. The effective data mining method for preparing the goods layout uses the Apriori algorithm association method. By using the Apriori algorithm it can produce a combination of goods purchased simultaneously from consumer patterns and produce high association rules. Sales transaction data processing using Apriori algorithm will be tested using RapidMiner software to find accurate association rules. The results of this study found 4 association rules with a minimum value of 5% support and 50% confidence which are expected to be able to recommend businesses in the preparation of the layout of goods to improve sales strategies.

Abstract

The development information of technology in the current era of globalization is very fast, this requires all companies in the world to be able to compete with each other. The competition in the bussiness world, forcing all of the companies to think of strategies and breakthroughs that can ensure the sustainability of the bussiness that they run of. PT VARTA MICROBATTERY INDONESIA is a company engaged producing battery-based materials. However, looking at the past years many series of battery models have been discontinued. Some series of battery models that have been stopped production. It’s difficult to obtain strategic information such as the level of sales per period, predictions of sales in the coming years, and sales of products produced. Availability large sales data in the database server are often not used optimally, therefore the sales data is only used for daily operational activities. Analysis is needed to see patterns from sales data so as to produce predictions of battery. That big data from customer can be analysis using data mining. The method to use as for predictions is C4.5 Algorithm based on decision tree. This mining activity is expected to provide a decision tree to see patterns of prediction consumer buying behavior the batteries. The results of this mining activity is getting 9 rules with size category knowing as a root and the sales via as a leaf.

Abstract

PT BATAM CYCLECT or better known as Cyclect is a company engaged in the electrical sector in the shipyard. PT BATAM CYCLECT in its material warehouse lacks good material arrangement procedures in the warehouse which results in the warehouse looking cramped and less orderly. So a system is created that helps in processing material layout data based on the type of item, such as material consumables, electric materials, welding materials, electric tools, chemical materials and many other types. Data Mining is a solution in developing a business or a way to use data for future prediction processes. The method used is association rules to find associative rules that are connected with one item and another. The Apriori Algorithm is an algorithm used to generate association rules and is well-known in determining high frequency patterns. The goal is to make it easier for the storeman in the waiter and shorten the time when searching for goods simultaneously with the material layout system. The Apriopri algorithm takes advantage of this process to reduce or narrow the search space for itemset candidate frequency. To test the accuracy of the Apriori algorithm using the Rapid Miner software. The results of the research carried out obtained 10 association rules with a minimum support value of 5% and 50% confidence with 3-itemset results, namely if you order Marking Tape and markers you will order PVC Insulation Tape with a Support value of 15% and a confidence value of 89%.

Abstract

Readings and records on electricity and water meters are frequent complaints of customers because often the usage figures used do not match the usage stated on the meter. With the construction of this system, it is hoped that it can assist officers in taking meter readings and recording more accurately. This system uses OCR (Optical Character Recognition), when the smartphone takes a photo of an object and there is a number, the system will be able to recognize and read the number. The application of Optical Character Recognition can produce an average accuracy of 96.66% provided that the meter number printed on the meter is clearly read by the system. If there are numbers that are not readable, it will cause an error in the application, it can be illegible or read the wrong numbers. To prevent wrong output from occurring in the database, the system does not immediately save the scan results to the database but will be displayed first in the box provided so that it can be checked by the officer before finally being saved to the database.

Abstract

The development of this augmented reality application is based on the visualization of the geographical Atmosphere learning subject and the conditions of the teaching materials applied to students there are still weaknesses in understanding the teaching materials because the knownledge obtained is still in printed books so that it creates a sense of boredom in students. The purpose of this research is to develop the level of interest and insight of students in the Atmosphere, especially on improving the memory of students through a game in the form of a quiz. The data method applied is thtough observation and interview techniques. The preparation of this application design uses the Markerless-Based Tracking method which is a method that does not require markers to display virtual objects. However, in this study the researchers limited it to the trial stage only. As for the use of Unified Modeling Language to describe how the augmented reality application works. In this study, researchers used a tool called Unity for application design and Adobe Illustrator as a design button. The results of the trials on this application can be installed on Android device and appearance unique.

Abstract

Recruitment is the process of searching, finding and attracting prospective employees to be employed in and by the organization. The recruitment process currently taking place still uses paper media so it takes a lot of time to process applications. Companies can also hire third-party services to advertise their vacancies, but of course they have to pay the costs that must be incurred by the company so that the job advertisements published can be seen by job seekers. PT Tropical Electronic as one of the leading companies in Batam still uses a recruitment process that uses paper media or hires advertising providers. This study aims to build an online recruitment within the PT Tropical Electronic company, making it easier for prospective employees to find job information at PT Tropical Electronic. The software development model that will be used is a prototyping model. Testing method using the black box testing method. The programming language used in the development of this application is PHP using the Yii2 framework and the RDBMS used is MySQL. This application is expected to facilitate the recruitment process at PT Tropical Electronic.
