Abstract

Pesatnya pertumbuhan di industri jasa makanan dan minuman memicu tumbuhnya berbagai bentuk konsep baru dari bisnis salah satunya adalah bisnis kedai kopi. Salah satu kedai kopi di Palu yaitu Casa Coffee yang baru berdiri sejak Januari 2022, belum mengetahui strategi yang tepat untuk pengembangan usahanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan peluang pemasaran, rencana, strategi dan menentukan tujuan pemasaran melalui penerapan strategi bauran pemasaran 4P produk, harga, promosi dan tempat/distribusi. Kemudian untuk menentukan strategi keberlanjutan usaha dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah ditemukan strategi pemasaran yang dapat diterapkan oleh Casa Coffee yaitu dengan melakukan inovasi fasilitas dan produk, meningkatkan kualitas produk, memperluas pemasaran, memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal dan memperluas pangsa pasar.

Abstract

Mantin organizer adalah perusahaan yeng bergerak di bidang event organizerdi kota palu. Perusahaan ini memiliki peran penting dalam menyelenggarakan berbagai jenis acara di kota palu, seperti pernikahan, gathering ,launching produk, dan acara perusahhan lainnya. Sebagai event organizer, matin organizer memastikan bahwa setiap acara yang di adakan memenihi kebutuhan dan harapan klien. Perusahaan ini mampu menyediakan layanan yang lengkap, mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, hingga evaluasi setiap acara yang diadakan. Matin organizerjuga memiliki tim yang terampil dan berpengalaman dalam mengelola berbagai acara. mereka mampu bekerja dengan baik dalam situasi yang penuh tekanan dan mampu memberikan solusi yang tepat untuk setiap kendala yang muncul selama pelaksanaan acara. Dalam perkembanganya, matin organizer telah mampu menciptakan citra positif sebagai event organizer yang profesional dan terpecaya di kota palu . hal itu dapat di lihat dari tinginya kepercayaan klien yang terus menggunakan jasa mantin organizer dalam setiap acara yang mereka selenggarakan dalam kesimpulannya, peran mantin organizer sebagai event organizer di kota palu sangat penting dalam menyelenggarakan berbagai jenis acara dengan standar yang tinggi. Dengan pengalaman dan keahlian yang di milikinya, mantin organizer telah membuktikan diri sebagai mitra yang handal dalam menyelegarakan acara- acara di kota palu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemilikan pemerintah, leverage dan dividen terhadap kinerja perusahaan pada Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) di Indonesia yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2016-2019. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan variabel independen berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja perusahaan pada Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) di Indonesia periode 2016-2019. Selain itu, leverage dan kebijakan dividen berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan, sedangkan variabel kepemilikan negara berpengaruh negatif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Abstract

This research aims to determine the management strategy for Operational Assistance Funds (BOS) at the Salena Small Inpres Elementary School, Palu City. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. This research involved the school principal and BOS treasurer as primary data sources. Secondary data sources include the school profile, vision and mission, BOS Annual Activity Plan (RKT Annual Work Plan), BOS Accountability Report (LPJ Accountability Report), and teacher data. The results of the interviews were then transcribed into Indonesian. The results show that the BOS fund management strategy goes through several stages and processes, namely planning, management, evaluation and reporting. The planning, management, evaluation and reporting components show that the Salena Small Inpres Elementary School in Palu City has run well in accordance with the provisions of the technical guidelines for managing BOS funds. The obstacles that were found resulted in the implementation of these regulations being hampered by the school so that the program that had been prepared in the RKAS could not run well. Recommendations that can be given are periodic evaluations from stakeholders so that BOS funds can be managed effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Raw material inventory is unprocessed basic material provided by the company for later use in the company's production process. Raw materials are important in production companies. Limited or excess supplies of raw materials can be a problem for the company. A shortage of raw materials can result in problems with company activities, especially in the production process, while excess supplies of raw materials can lead to excessive costs in maintaining raw materials and the value of raw materials will decrease over time (Anista & Widiyastuti, 2016). The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive. According to Winartha (2006: 155), the quantitative descriptive method is analyzing, describing and summarizing various conditions and situations from various data in the form of numbers collected from the results of analysis and interviews or observations regarding the problems being studied that occur in the field. Based on the calculation results, the optimal quantity of raw material orders for the Djamoe Van Java business is 10 Kg. Based on the results of the research and discussion described previously, it can be concluded that to obtain optimal raw material inventory management for the Djamoe Van Java business, the quantity The economic purchase (EOQ) that the company must provide is 10 kg. The results of calculations that have been carried out in Total Inventory Cost (TIC) show that after implementing an appropriate and optimal inventory control system, the company can save costs of IDR 150,000. Companies should determine Reorder Points in carrying out raw material inventory control to anticipate possible delays in ordering raw materials.

Abstract

The digital transition in various fields including the economy, provides opportunities for MSMEs to conduct research on marketing strategies that are now being developed to participate in the transformation of the marketing economy. Social media is often utilized to increase brand awareness, and even support business growth. Instagram is the most popular social media platform utilized by business owners to promote their products. The research methodology used in this research is a qualitative research design that produces descriptive data. The data collection method of this research is by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation. A business must implement a marketing strategy to ensure that their marketing activities are successful, this is the most important aspect of a marketing strategy. The results of interviews conducted directly show that the digital marketing strategy implemented by Bancreps has succeeded in increasing user satisfaction on Instagram. The digital marketing strategy implemented by Bancreps includes planning, implementing, and monitoring to increase sales of the company's products.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujun untuk menjelaskan startegi pemasaran STP (Segmenting, targeting, positioning) dalam memasarkan produk usaha Toreko. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif. Pada segmentasi geografi di fokuskan pada daerah Sulawesi Tengah yang menjadi lokasi produksi dari brownies cookies. Pada segmentasi demografi yaitu pada konsumen usia 5 tahun hingga 60 tahun. Segmentasi psikografi yaitu di fokuskan pada konsumen yang memiliki rasa suka terhadap suatu makanan atau cemilan setiap hari. Hasil dari strategi pemasaran STP dapat mendorong kinerja usaha dan kinerja produk usaha Toreko agar konsumen dapat lebih mengenal produk brownies cookies yang dihasilkan dan membuat usaha Toreko memiliki pangsa pasar yang lebih luas. Peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan strategi STP pada usaha Toreko bepengaruh cukup besar untuk meningkatkan penjualan, hal ini dijelaskan dengan hasil wawancara dan observasi yang dilakukan peneliti. Implementation of Marketing Strategy of STP (Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning) in Toreko Business Abstract This study aims to explain the STP marketing strategy (Segmenting, targeting, positioning) in marketing Toreko's business products. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data used in this study are primary data and use descriptive analysis techniques. In geographic segmentation, the focus is on the Central Sulawesi area which is the location for the production of brownie cookies. In demographic segmentation, namely consumers aged 5 years to 60 years. Psychographic segmentation is focused on consumers who have a liking for a food or snack every day. The results of the STP marketing strategy can boost Toreko's business performance and business product performance so that consumers can become more familiar with the brownie cookie products they produce and make Toreko's business have a wider market share. The researcher concluded that the application of the STP strategy to the Toreko business had a significant influence on increasing sales. This was explained by the results of the interviews and observations conducted by the researchers.

Abstract

In today's modern era, marketing is often referred to as the main influence of a business that produces goods or services. Marketing requires a variety of continuous development and strategy changes in order to maximize the potential for success and achieve sustainability. Regarding marketing strategy, if it is not able to control the existing growth, it will not only result in the downfall of the business but also the loss of customers and a decrease in the amount of revenue. The methodology used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method that aims to conduct a thorough investigation of conventional marketing WOM strategies. In this modern era, Bancreps chose a conventional marketing strategy for its business. Marketing carried out by Bancreps can be done more in-depth by using SWOT analysis theory. However, Bancerps to use digital platforms to reach a wider range of customers than just relying on traditional marketing strategies.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of using the BackOffice System (BOS) application in budget management at the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Palu City. The research method used is qualitative, with data collection through interviews, observation and documentation studies. The BOS application has been used at Palu City BPS since the beginning of 2023 to manage the budget. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods to analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of using the BackOffice System application in budget management at the Palu City Central Statistics Agency. Data was collected through observation, documentation, and direct interviews with key informants such as Budget User Officials, Commitment Making Officials, General Subdivisions, Treasurers, and BOS Operators. The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) concept is used to explain the acceptance and use of technology. The research results show that the implementation of the BackOffice System (BOS) application at the Palu City Central Statistics Agency is effective in improving budget management to be more efficient. The BOS application makes access easier, makes financial management more transparent, and makes it easier to create assignment letters and complete payments. Even though there are still several shortcomings, the BOS application is considered successful in achieving its goals and has helped in budget management. Research shows that the implementation of the BackOffice System application at BPS Palu City has brought benefits in budget management, increasing the effectiveness of financial management efficiency. Nevertheless. There are still several technical obstacles that need to be overcome. The BOS application makes access easier, makes financial management more transparent, and makes it easier to create assignment letters and complete payments. Even though there are still shortcomings, the BOS application is considered successful in achieving its goals.

Abstract

This study aims to analize the factors that affect the profitability of banks at state-owned banks and private foreign exchange banks listed on the IDX in 2015-2019. The factors used are liquidity, capital, credit risk, and operational efficiency. The analysis technique used is panel data regression with the Fixed Effect Model approach. The results showed that simultaneously liquidity, capital, credit risk and operational efficiency had a significant effect on profitability. then partially liquidity and capital do not have a significant effect on profitability, while credit risk and operational efficiency have a significant effect on profitability.
