Abstract

This research aims to analyze the determinants of credit risk factors, operational risk, liquidity risk, market risk, governance (GCG), earning, capital, bank size, and core capital that have a partial or simultaneous influence on the profitability of Bank Pembangunan Daerah (BPD) in Sulawesi for the 2016-2020 period using the risk-based bank rating (RBBR) method with a quantitative descriptive approach. Data collection used an annual financial report published through each bank at 4 (four) regional banks headquartered in Sulawesi. The factors tested are credit risk with NPL (Non-Performing Loan) proxy, an operational risk with BOPO proxy (Operational Income Operating Expenses ratio), liquidity risk with LDR (Loan to Deposit Ratio) proxy, a market risk with PDN ratio proxy (Position Net Foreign Exchange), governance (GCG), profitability with NIM (Net Interest Margin) proxy, capital with CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio) proxy, bank size as proxy for total assets, core capital ratio (MI) and profitability with profitability return proxies on assets (ROA). Based on the results of the Simultaneous F test research, shows that credit risk, operational risk, liquidity risk, market risk, governance (GCG), profitability, capital, bank size, and core capital simultaneously have a significant influence on profitability for the 2016-2020 period with the profitability value of F-statistic is smaller than alpha (0.05) which is 0.0000 <0.05. The results of the Partial T-test show that there are 6 (six) factors, each of which has a partial influence on ROA profitability, namely NPL, BOPO, LDR, NIM, CAR, and total assets with a probability value of t-statistic smaller than alpha (0.05 ) that is equal to 0.0000 <0.05 and 3 (three) factors, each of which has no partial influence on ROA profitability, namely governance (GCG), PDN and MI probability value of t-statistic is greater than alpha (0.05 ) that is equal to 0.0000 > 0.05. Keywords: Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning, Capital, and Risk-Based Bank Rating (RBBR)

Abstract

Implementation of Supply Chain Management in Instant Ginger Production by UMKM Mangrove  Now ginger production is growing and is not only served traditionally, but also modified into various types of processed food, including instant drinks. One of the SMEs that produce instant ginger is the Mangrove MSME located in Enu Village. In the current era of globalization, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are required to improve their supply chain performance. Supply chain management can maximize coordination between organizations involved in the supply chain to achieve competitive advantage. However, one of the weaknesses of MSMEs in developing is the lack of clarity in identifying the supply chain used, including Mangrove MSMEs who do not understand the application of supply chain management. Therefore, Community Service is carried out to provide an understanding of the implementation of supply chain management to members of UMKM Mangrove. The method of implementing this activity is through observation, supply chain identification, and the application of information and knowledge. The result of this implementation is the identification of supply chain management from suppliers to consumers, so that MSMEs Mangrove has successfully implemented supply chain management in the production of instant ginger.

Abstract

Rekomendasi berikutnya perlunya pelatihan ini dilakukan kembali namun dengan memberikan contoh tambahan berupa laporan keuangan konsolidasi, diman BUMDes pada umumnya memiliki berbagai jenis unit bisnis sehingga pelunya mengetahui penyusunan laporan keuangan konsolidasi Optimizing BUMDes Financial Management to Achieve Equity and Economic Growth in Balaroa Pewunu Village Bumdes (Badan Usaha Milik Desa) is an institution that aims to improve the welfare of the community in the village through the management of economic activities. In the financial management of Bumdes, it is also necessary to pay attention to sound financial principles, namely transparent, accountable, sustainable and responsible financial management. One of the problems of BUMDes in Balaroa Pewunu Village is related to financial management where BUMDes in making their financial reports are still carried out in a traditional way, namely only based on cash books in and out, so that in terms of financial reporting accountability is still less accountable. The purpose of this Community Service program (PKM) is to provide training in preparing excel-based financial reports. Activities are carried out with two methods, namely knowledge transfer and community development model, namely an approach that involves partners directly as objects and subjects in the implementation of PkM. The results of the training on the preparation of excel-based BUMDes financial reports on village officials and managers of BUMdes Balaroa Pewunu, showed that all participants were able to operate and compile BUMdes financial reports from recording in the form of journals to balance sheets and income statements. The next recommendation is the need for this training to be carried out again but by providing additional examples in the form of consolidated financial statements, where BUMDes generally have various types of business units so it is necessary to know the preparation of consolidated financial statements.
