Abstract

This research is a descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique with 11 metal and similar sub-sector companies are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the Q2 2018-Q2 2020 period as samples. The method used in this study is the Paired sample T test to see the differences between to the groups of models in predicting financial distress, and the result show that the Altman Z–Score-Zmijewski, Altman_Z_Score – Grover, Springate – Zmijewski, Grover – Zmijewski models have differences in predicting financial distress. Grover-Springate models has no differences predicting financial distress by looking at the Asymp value. Sig (2-tailed). Classify companies that experience financial distress and that do not experience financial distress as seen from the achievement of company profits that are positive categorized as companies that do not experience financial distress, and the other way companies that have negative profits are categorized as experiencing financial distress. Calculated the accuracy level of the model used in predicting financial distress and obtained the highest level of accuracy is owned by the Grover model with a value of 81.82% while the lowest level of accuracy is owned by the Altman Z-Score model with a value of 36.36%. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik pusposive sampling, maka didapatkan 11 perusahaan subsektor logam dan sejenisnya yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode Q2 2018-Q2 2020 sebagai sampel. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Paired Sample T Test untuk melihat perbedaan antar dua kelompok model dalam memprediksi financial distress, dan didapatkan hasil bahwasanya model Altman Z–Score-Zmijewski, Altman_Z_Score – Grover, Springate – Zmijewski, Grover – Zmijewski memiliki perbedaan dalam memprediksi financial distress sementara model Grover – Springate tidak memiliki perbedaan dalam memprediksi financial distress dengan melihat nilai Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed). Pengklasifikasian perusahaan yang mengalami financial distress dan perusahaan yang tidak mengalami financial distress yang dilihat dari pencapaian laba perusahaan yang bernilai positif dikategorikan kepada perusahaan yang tidak mengalami financial distress, dan sebaliknya perusahaan yang memiliki laba negatif dikategorikan mengalami financial distress. Kemudian dilakukan perhitungan tingkat akurasi dari model yang digunakan dalam memprediksi financial distress dan didapatkan tingkat akurasi tertinggi dimiliki oleh model Grover dengan nilai 81,82% sedangkan tingkat akurasi yang terendah dimiliki oleh model Altman Z-Score dengan nilai 36,36%.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to to identify Self Confidence and Courage to Take Risks and their relationship to the success of UMKM engaged in gastronomy, especially Rendang in the city of Payakumbuh, West Sumatra. This research was conducted on all UMKM owners of rendang culinary who are members of the Iko Sero Payakumbuh Cooperative, totaling 43 business actors who are registered as members of the cooperative until 2021. The data collected was analyzed using the SPSS 21 program which provides relevant analyzes such as analysis of validity, reliability and regression analysis. Three hypotheses were developed to study the effect of Self Confidence and Courage to Take Risks on the success of Rendang UMKM in Payakumbuh City. Through correlation analysis, Self Confidence and Courage to Take Risks in the gastronomic field were observed to have a significant influence on the success of the Rendang UMKM. All key variables have a significant relationship with the success of SMEs. The results of the regression analysis showed that the most significant independent variable affecting the success of the Rendang UMKM business in Payakumbuh City was Self Confidence ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi Self Confidence dan Courage to Take Risks dan hubungannya dengan keberhasilan UMKM yang bergerak pada bidang gastronomi khususnya rendang di kota Payakumbuh, Sumatera Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada seluruh UMKM Pemilik Usaha kuliner rendang yang tergabung di Koperasi Iko Sero Payakumbuh yang berjumlah 43 pelaku usaha yang terdaftar sebagai anggota koperasi sampai tahun 2021. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan program SPSS 21 untuk dilakukan analisis validitas, Reliabilitas dan analisis regresi. Tiga hipotesis dikembangkan untuk mempelajari pengaruh Self Confidence dan Courage to Take Risks terhadap keberhasilan UMKM rendang di Kota Payakumbuh. Melalui analisis korelasi, Self Confidence dan Courage to Take Risks pada bidang gastronomi yang diamati memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dengan keberhasilan UMKM Rendang tersebut. Semua variabel kunci memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan keberhasilan UMKM. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa variable independen yang paling signifikan mempengaruhi keberhasilan bisnis UMKM rendang di Kota Payakumbuh adalah Self Confidence.

Abstract

Online ride-hailing is now becoming a popular option for customers to travel worldwide, including for consumers in Indonesia. However, the Covid-19 pandemic caused many force majeure problems for companies serving online ride-hailing services. These situations lead to numerous customer dissatisfaction, low switching cost, and disloyalty for customers to use online ride-hailing services. In particular, this study aims to investigate the comparison of customer satisfaction and loyalty level between Gojek and Grab. This study used the online-survey method with a total sample of 569 usable online responses. The data analysis was carried out by calculating the importance-performance analysis, customer satisfaction index, and customer loyalty index. Our findings illustrate that the competition between two companies is very tight and competitive. Based on service satisfaction, Gojek is slightly better than Grab. Nevertheless, in terms of loyalty, the level of loyalty of Grab consumers is more loyal than Gojek consumers. Hence, instead of competing head to head, it would be more effective for Gojek and Grab to have diverse service strategies to provide more varied benefits to society.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to to analyze how the supermarket attributes influence on consumer satisfaction in the Supermarket X. Supermarket attributes that studied were merchandise, product, atmosphere, personnel, price, and convenience in the supermarket.The object of research was consumers who shopped at the supermarket X. This research was descriptive quantitative attribute that described the influence of the supermarket with customer satisfaction using regression analysis and correlation. The study design used was cross sectional with a single method of sampling non probability sampling.          The results of this study indicated that the attribute of Supermarket X includes merchandise, product, price, and convenience in-store positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. While the other X Supermarket attribute the atmosphere and personnel and no significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Supermarket attribute coefficient value X respectively were as follows: First, the price X5 attribute with a value at 6.800. This coefficient value was high compared to most other supermarket attributes. Second, the product X2 attribute with a value amounted to 3.826. Third, the X6 attribute comfort in-store with a value at 3.687. Fourth, the merchandise X1 attribute with a value amounted to 3.687. Fifth, namely personnel X4 attribute with a value at 0.149. Lastly, the atmosphere X3 attribute with a value at 0.025. Supermarket attribute X (merchandise, product, atmosphere, personnel, price, and convenience in-store) were simultaneously positive and significant impact on consumer satisfaction in Supermarket X. Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) represents the role and concern of the company towards the social and environmental aspects related to the operations of the company that interacts with the environment and society and the efforts towards sustainable development. In addition, no less important in the company's operations and its relation in meeting stakeholder trust and stimulating investors to invest is the emphasis on Corporate Governance (GCG) mechanisms in achieving good corporate governance. Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility and Corporate Governance mechanism and corporate image, as seen from the company's value (Tobin's Q), Company Size (LnSIZE) and Leverage (DER) will help achieve the objectives of establishing the company and improve the welfare of its owner or shareholder by increasing stock return. The sample of this research is 10 oil palm plantation sub-sector period 2012-2014 period. Testing simultaneously shows CSR, Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Corporate Value, Size and Leverage effect on stock return of 24.4%. Partially, CSR, managerial ownership and corporate value have a negative effect while institutional ownership has a positive effect on stock return. However, these findings have not been shown to have a significant effect. Meanwhile, firm size and leverage proved to have a positive and significant effect on stock return. Keywords: Corporate Social Responsibility, Good Corporate Governance, Firm Value, Firm Size, Leverage, Stock Return.

dan kebijakan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan mempergunakan sampel perusahaan dari sektor pertambangan yang go public di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Kebijakan Investasi diukur menggunakan pendekatan Investment Opprtunity Set (IOS), Kebijakan Pendanaan diukur menggunakan proksi Market Debt to Equity Ratio (MDER) dan Kebijakan Dividen diukur menggunakan proksi Dividend Payment Ratio (DPR). Nilai perusahaan dikomputasi menggunakan penggunaan model yang dipopulerkan oleh JamesTobin (1960) berupa Tobins Q yang dianggap relevan untuk menangkap esensi nilai dari perusahaan berdasarkan pendekatan nilai pasar dan fundamental perusahaan. Data sekunder yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian berupa laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan periode 2012-2016 dikumpulkan untuk dianalisa dan dikomputasi sesuai dengan variabel yang diukur. Analisis pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linear fixed effect model dengan pendekatan Generalized Least Square Method. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa IOS dan DPR memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan MDER terbukti memiliki pengaruh namun tidak signifikan. Abstract

This research is a quantitative secondary research from the stock mutual funds listed at www.bareksa.com.“This research on performance analysis Equity Fund used Sharpe, Treynor and Jensen Alpha was 2018”.The population in this research is the stock mutual funds listed atwww.bareksa.com. Sampling method used is purposive sampling and obtained 13 sample of equity funds. Based on the result of research and analysis of data using Microsoft Excel showws that by using the Sharpe, Treynor and Jensen Alpha methods only one Equity Fund has the highest value is Sucorinvest Maxi Fund. While the value of Equity Fund has the lowest value with Sharpe and Treynor method is Bahana Dana Prima and by using the Jensen Alpha method is Tram Infrastucture Plus. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif bersifat sekunder dari Reksadana Saham yang terdaftar di www.bareksa.com. Penelitian ini mengambil judul: “Analisis Kinerja Reksadana Saham dengan Metode Sharpe. Treynor, dan Jensen Alpha tahun 2018”.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah reksadana saham yang terdaftar di www.bareksa.com teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purposive sampling didapatkan 13 sampel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data menggunakan Microsoft Excel menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan metode Sharpe, Treynor dan Jensen Alpha hanya satu reksadana saham yang memiliki nilai tertinggi yaitu Sucorinvest Maxi Fund. Sedangkan nilai reksadana saham yang memiki nilai terendah dengan menggunakan metode Sharpe dan Treynor yaitu Bahana Dana Prima dan dengan menggunakan metode Jensen Alpha yaitu Tram Infrastructure Plus.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide a better understanding of tourism and hospitality management by exploring the competence and application of Emotional intelligence (EI) in the practice of employees/staff at non-star hotels in Mukomuko district, Bengkulu Province. The influence of Competence and Emotional intelligence (EI) on improving business performance is widely recognized in business and management studies. However, it is very limited to research in the context of the tourism and hospitality industry. This research contributes to the literature through a quantitative study on the influence of competence and emotional intelligence (EI) on the performance of hotel employees Dafiz Ananda Mukomuko. Data were collected through a questionnaire with the unit of analysis in this study were hotel employees, totaling 34 respondents. The research findings reveal that competence can make a positive contribution to improving employee performance, for the second hypothesis the results are also significant where Emotional intelligence (EI) influences increasing hotel employee performance. And for the third hypothesis is that Competence and Emotional intelligence (EI) simultaneously affect employee performance improvement which will ultimately affect overall business productivity. Based on the findings of the quantitative investigation, the authors propose a model conceptualizing the role of employee EI in creating a competitive advantage for organizations ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang manajemen pariwisata dan perhotelan melalui eksplorasi kompetensi dan penerapan Emotional intelligence (EI) dalam praktik karyawan/staf pada hotel non bintang di kabupaten Mukomuko Provinsi Bengkulu. Pengaruh Kompetensi dan Emotional intelligence (EI) pada peningkatan kinerja bisnis diakui secara luas dalam studi bisnis dan manajemen. Namun, sangat terbatas pada penelitian dalam konteks industri pariwisata dan perhotelan. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada literatur melalui studi Kuantitatif tentang Pengaruh Kompetensi dan Emotional intelligence (EI) terhadap kinerja karyawan hotel Dafiz Ananda Mukomuko. Data dikumpulkan melalui Kuesioner dengan unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan hotel yang berjumlah 34 responden. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa Kompetensi dapat memberikan kontribusi positif untuk meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan, untuk hipotesis kedua hasilnya juga signifikan dimana Emotional intelligence (EI) memiliki pengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan hotel. Dan untuk hipotesis ketiga bahwa Kompetensi dan Emotional intelligence (EI) secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan yang pada akhirnya akan mempengaruhi produktivitas bisnis secara keseluruhan. Berdasarkan temuan dari penyelidikan kuantitatif, penulis mengusulkan model konseptualisasi peran EI karyawan dalam menciptakan keunggulan kompetitif bagi organisasi

Abstract

This study aims to determine the potential, problems and problem solving in Nagari Talang. In this research, the data collection used the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) method, while the data analysis used the SWOT method. The PRA techniques used were Trend Charting and LivelihoodChanges, Institutional Studies (Venn Diagrams), Daily Activity Charts and Village Transects. The results of the study show the potential of the village in the form of land area, beautiful nature, good production of rice fields and good fields, abundant water supply, the existence of village institutions and BUMNag operating in Nagari and there are problems that occur such as not having complete and goodtourism supporting component (accessibility and amenities), yet the innovation on physical tourism activities. By using the SWOT analysis, it is identified that the strategic position of Nagari Talang is in quadrant II by emphasizing the Hold development strategy and maintain the market penetration policy and product development ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui potensi, permasalahan dan pemecahan masalah di Nagari Talang. Penelitian ini dalam pengambilan datanya menggunakan metode Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) sedangkan analisa datanya menggunakan metode SWOT. Teknik PRA yang digunakan adalah Pembuatan Bagan Kecenderungan dan Perubahan Mata Pencaharian, Kajian Kelembagaan (Diagram Venn), Bagan Kegiatan Harian dan Transek Desa. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan potensi desa berupa luas lahan, alam yang indah ,produksi panen sawah dan ladang yang baik,pasokan air yang melimpah, adanya kelembagaan desa dan BUMNag yang beroperasi di nagari serta terdapat permasalahan yang terjadi seperti Belum memiliki komponen pendukung wisata ( aksesibilitas dan amenitas) yang lengkap dan baik, Belum memiliki inovasi terhadap aktivitas wisata secara fisik. Dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT maka teridentifikasi posisi strategis Nagari Talang berada pada kuadran II dengan menekankan strateg pengembangan Hold and maintain yang mengarahkan pada kebijakan market penetration dan Product development

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of website quality and user knowledge on user satisfaction with the Jati Belarik Digital Village Library. The study adopts a quantitative approach. The sampling technique employed in this research is saturated sampling, where all members of the population are included as samples. The sample size for this study is 36 respondents. Data is collected through questionnaires, then processed and analyzed using SPSS. Based on the research findings, it is observed that both website quality and user knowledge have a significant level of significance. This indicates that website quality and user knowledge, when considered together, have a significant impact on user satisfaction with the digital library. The coefficient of determination reveals that 40.0% of user satisfaction with the digital library is influenced by website quality and user knowledge. The remaining 60.0% is influenced by other variables not investigated in this research. In conclusion, the results of this research highlight the importance of website quality and user knowledge in determining user satisfaction with the digital library. However, there are other factors not explored in this study that also contribute to user satisfaction. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kualitas website dan pengetahuan pengguna terhadap kepuasan pengguna perpustakaan digital Desa Jati Belarik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh, yang dimana Teknik sampel ini digunakan bila semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Adapun sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 36 responden. Data diperoleh dengan melakukan kuisioner, kemudian diolah dan diuji dengan menggunakan SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil Penelitian ini, maka diperoleh bahwa variabel kualitas website dan pengetahuan pengguna memilik taraf signifikansi. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas website dan pengetahuan pengguna secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna perpustakaan digital. Hasil koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan pengguna perpustakaan digital dipengaruhi oleh variabel kualitas website dan kepuasan pengguna sebesar 40,0%. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 60,0% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang belum diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
