Abstract

The background to this research was conducted to determine the extent of implementation performance management of the Diniyah Takmiliyah Communication Forum (FKDT) in improving the quality of Diniyah Takmiliyah Awwaliyah Madrasah Education in Cingambul District, Majalengka Regency. In conducting this research the author used a qualitative approach; Qualitative research is carried out to build knowledge through understanding and discovery. The qualitative research approach is a research and understanding process based on methods that investigate social phenomena and human problems. In this study, researchers observed, interviewed and searched for documents related to FKDT and MDTA both through FKDT administrators, madrasa heads and MDTA teachers. This is done to find research results that are in accordance with the problem formulation. Based on the research results, the following conclusions can be drawn; The implementation of Subdistrict FKDT performance management in improving the quality of MDTA education in Cingambul District has generally been carried out quite well, by utilizing the MDTA head, the FKDT program as well as MDTA teachers as a step in implementing FKDT performance management. Even though it is felt that it has not been optimal at the level of implementation, it requires a real program that is needed by the MDTA head and his teachers.  Keywords: Performance Management, FKDT and MDTA.

Abstract

Sekolah sebagai lembaga pendidikan merupakan dasar bagi perkembangan dan pendidikan seseorang. Oleh karena itu, setiap lembaga pendidikan harus memiliki pemimpin yang bertanggung jawab untuk setiap aspek kegiatan dan pengelolaan sekolah dengan cara menjadikan sekolah tersebut menjadi sekolah yang efektif. Riset ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana strategi dari kepala sekolah dari Sekolah Menengah Atas Islam Terpadu Nurul Ilmi di kota jambi mampu membuat sekolah tersebut menjadi salah satu dari 3 sekolah terbaik yang ada di provinsi jambi. Adapun metode riset yang dipakai dalam riset ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, metode kualitatif menggunakan beberapa pendekatan studi kasus sebagai kerangka kerja utama. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan kepala sekolah dan guru di SMAIT Nurul Ilmi. Data yang terkumpul melalui proses wawancara dari pihak sekolah. Dalam hal ini, peran seorang kepala sekolah dalam mewujudkan sekolah yang efektif sangat penting. Seperti yang telah dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah di SMAIT Nurul Ilmi dengan mewujudkan sekolah yang efektif dan membuat sekolah tersebut menjadi salah satu dari tiga sekolah terbaik yang ada di provinsi jambi. Dengan memiliki visi misi yang jelas, kepala sekolah di SMAIT Nurul Ilmi mampu mengarahkan kegiatan di sekolah ke arah yang sesuai dengan tujuan sekolah tersebut.

Abstract

This research is based because the productivity level of madrasas is still far from what was expected. Therefore this study aims to explain and describe the concept of madrasah management. The method used is library research (Library Research). The results of the study show that madrasah management has distinctive characteristics, namely, 1) having a strong vision and mission, 2) having charismatic and tough leadership 3) having open (transparent) management, 4) a religious learning environment 5) having continuous evaluation. The essence of madrasah-based management is to ensure that madrasahs have broad autonomy in managing resources, involve the community in management, and do not ignore national policies. By applying the principles of commitment, awareness and independence.

Abstract

Educational management is a necessary tool to achieve educational goals. The application of management principles in the field of education is an element of internal management education. Planning, organizing, directing, and controlling activities in the field of education are part of education management. The management function is a fundamental part of every activity and will always be part of the management process. Internal managers will use it as a reference in carrying out activities to achieve goals. The management function is a fundamental component that will always exist and be ingrained in the management process. These functions will serve as a guide for managers as they carry out activities to achieve goals. In the 20th century, a French industrialist named Henry Fayol was the first to introduce management functions. The management function has not been fully implemented in educational institutions as a whole, errors or deficiencies often occur in educational institutions. Consequently, educational institutions must implement management functions to improve their quality. This is so that educational institutions can provide quality teaching and learning rights. Therefore understanding the implementation of educational management functions is necessary. Seven management functions, (Rahman, 2020), namely: Planning, Organizing, Staffing, Directing, Coordinating, Reporting.

Abstract

Education is a complex activity, has broad dimensions and many variables that influence it. As a psychological process, education cannot be separated from teaching and learning activities. Thus, education is a process of interaction between educators and students who have specific goals. Education as a process basically guides students towards the stages of maturity in which education is in the family and in the environment. Classroom management is one of the teacher's knowledge and skills concerning the creation of conducive, effective classroom conditions in order to achieve optimal learning goals. Given this, most of the teachers who teach in the classroom do not pay attention to classroom management. In fact, one aspect of achieving learning objectives is classroom management. This research is a correlational study which aims to investigate the relationship between classroom management (X) and student learning outcomes (Y). Data collection techniques are methods used by researchers to obtain data discussed in research. Research data was collected through various methods including: questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between classroom management and student learning outcomes at SD Negeri 4 Made, Lamongan District, Lamongan Regency. Class management can affect student learning outcomes 49.14%. Meanwhile, 50.86% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Filsafat mengandung arti ingin tahu yang mendalam dapat diartikan juga mencari hakikat sesuatu yang mencoba untuk mencocokan sebab serta akibat. Filsafat merupakan ilmu pengetahuan yang sangat luas serta memiliki banyak hubungan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari karena dapat dianggap sebagai sumber utama dari semua hal yang terjadi di dunia ini. Sejak lahir dan berkembangnya filsafat ilmu pengetahuan sangat berpengaruh terhadap dunia akademik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, teknik mengumpulkan datanya menggunakan metode kepustakaan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu literature review atau biasa disebut dengan tinjauan pustaka. Ruang lingkup penelitian menganalisa tentang filsafat, kedudukan filsafat, serta kaitanya dengan ilmu pengetahuan.hasil dari penelitian ini adalah filsafat memberikan keterampilan dalam penalaran, penilaian kritis, pemecahan masalah kreatif, dan komunikasi. Ilmu pengetahuan diakui sebagai kebenaran ilmiah jika memenuhi setidaknya dua syarat yaitu rasional dan empiris. Filsafat ilmu berfungsi untuk menelaah dan menyelidiki berbagai macam sumber pengetahuan. Penting untuk diingat bahwa filsafat ilmu tidak bertujuan untuk menjadi puncak eksistensi ilmu yang harus dipuja. Maka, filsafat ilmu adalah bagian dari ilmu pengetahuan dan manajemen pendidikan karena mengajarkan kita cara memikirkan, menilai kritis, menyelesaikan masalah kreatif, dan berkomunikasi. Keterampilan ini dianggap sangat penting untuk hampir setiap aspek kehidupan. Filsafat ilmu bertujuan untuk membangun fondasi filosofis yang dapat digunakan untuk memahami berbagai konsep dan teori yang terlibat dalam berbagai disiplin ilmu.

Abstract

Existentialism is a philosophy and its methodological roots come from the phenomological method developed by Hussel. Existentialism is closely related to education. This is because the center of existentialism's discussion is human existence, while education is only carried out by humans. The aim of education is to encourage every individual to be able to develop all his potential for self-fulfillment. The implication of the philosophy of existentialism in education is to provide broad and comprehensive experience in all forms of life. The goal of existential education is human freedom. Existentialist teachers must be able to foster a spirit of self-discipline and responsibility in their students. The role of teachers in the existentialist perspective is that teachers are tasked with protecting and maintaining academic freedom. Teachers give students the freedom to choose and provide them with experiences that will help them discover their lives and teachers also act as facilitators for students in developing their own potential. This article uses a qualitative approach by applying the literature study method. Elementary school students only experience the pre-existential period but continue to be formed with character education in the form of guidance services.

Abstract

The process of establishing or managing an Islamic educational institution is known as Islamic education management. This process involves the use of human resources to institutional goals effectively and efficiently. In this case, epistemological philosophy serves as the basis for controlling Islamic education. The study aims to study the management of Islamic education using epistemology. This research uses a qualitative method of library study or literature study (Literature Review), and data is collected from related sources such as journals, e-books, or academic articles. The results of this study show that the management of Islamic education has a significant impact on Islamic educational institutions. The theory of Islamic education management practices refers to principles of governance that have not been fully implemented by Islamic educational institutions, such as the concept of transparency and integrity. Planning is regarded as a process or step of vital importance in achieving the objectives of an educational institution.

Abstract

In this 4.0 era, the development of Science and Technology (IPTEK) cannot be separated from every area of ​​life. The role of science and technology is to participate in facilitating and building every implementation of the ideals of independence, one of which is in the field of education. This article aims to empower and improve teachers' ability to master Information and Communication Technology (ICT) as a support for learning, considering that the limited ability to master technology among teachers in Indonesia is still a problem. The research method used is through literature studies that are conceptual in nature and related to ideas and theoretical studies. The ICT capabilities possessed by teachers will help in the process of creating all the components needed for teaching in order to improve the quality of learning in the era of globalization. This article uses a literature study method through collecting library data to produce an idea or thoughts. It is hoped that this article can be an effort to improve teachers' ability to utilize technology in their role as educators, because massive technological advances would be a shame if they were not balanced with the readiness of human resources regarding mastery skills.

Abstract

The focus of this research is the philosophy of science, epistemology, methodology, logic, ethics, and aesthetics related to the management of Islamic education.This research is expected to contribute to the formation of a solid theoretical foundation for the management of adaptive Islamic education in line with the principles of Islamic science through the integration of the concepts of philosophy of science. This research is expected to contribute to the formation of a solid theoretical foundation for managing Islamic education that is adaptive and consistent with the principles of Islamic science through the integration of concepts of philosophy of science. This research shows that the philosophy of science provides a deeper understanding of the characteristics of science, which allows the formation of theories based on empirical experience and systematic research.
