Abstract

This research explores the meaning, meaning, and essence of the philosophy of science as well as the relevance of epistemology in the dynamics of modern knowledge. Philosophy of science plays a key role in shaping a critical, systematic, and rational scientific thinking framework. In the era of rapid development of science and technology, the philosophy of science serves as the basis for distinguishing legitimate scientific knowledge from pseudoscience. In addition, the philosophy of science helps direct the development of knowledge by emphasizing the importance of valid and reliable scientific methods. Epistemology, as a branch of the philosophy of science that studies theories of knowledge, also plays a key role in assessing the validity and reliability of information, especially in the digital age where misinformation and disinformation are often widespread. With a qualitative approach based on literature study, this study examines the role of philosophy of science in supporting the development of science and technology and the importance of the epistemological framework in keeping scientific integrity. The results of this study show that the philosophy of science not only serves as a theoretical foundation, but as a practical tool to face modern challenges in science, including artificial intelligence and big data.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the evaluation of quality control-based learning outcomes in realizing quality learning for students. In order for monitoring and evaluation to run well, periodic procurement based on quality control is needed, it is intended that educators have the latest data regarding the achievement of learning outcomes on a regular basis so as to improve the quality of learning. The research method used is a descriptive method with a literature approach through literature on evaluating learning outcomes and quality control-based evaluation policies. The answer to the results of this study is the evaluation of quality control-based outcomes is an evaluation carried out by educators to measure the success of the learning process through quality control based on indicators of learning outcomes. In implementing all learning outcomes in order to realize the quality of learning, quality control-based evaluation procurement is needed which aims to assess the achievement of goals, measure various aspects of various lessons, motivate student learning, become an evaluation as a basis for curriculum changes, and determine follow-up assessment results.

Abstract

Qualified human resources who can carry out work and produce something desired in accordance with organizational goals. Based on field observations, the symptoms seen show that employee job satisfaction at the Padang City Social and Manpower Office tends to be low. In this case, it is suspected that employee job satisfaction has something to do with the factors that influence job satisfaction itself. The symptoms that reflect low employee job satisfaction will have a negative impact on employee work productivity, and employee job satisfaction will not be realized. It is feared that this can affect the achievement of organizational goals. This study aims to reveal the contribution of employee commitment to duty to Employee Job Satisfaction. The method used is a descriptive correlational quantitative method. The results showed that: (1) Employee commitment to task contributes significantly to Employee Job Satisfaction by 15.1%, (2) Employee commitment to task together contributes to Employee Job Satisfaction by 19.4%. The analysis also shows that employee commitment to duty is in the sufficient category, as well as employee job satisfaction which is also in the sufficient category. The findings of this study have implications that employee job satisfaction can be improved through increasing employee commitment to duty.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the level of data security, identify risks, and formulate solutions to enhance security in technology-based educational management systems in junior high schools (SMP) in Pekanbaru City. A quantitative approach using survey methods was employed to collect data from 50 schools selected through stratified random sampling. The primary instruments used were questionnaires and interviews, focusing on aspects such as authentication, data backups, and security training. The findings revealed that public schools outperformed private schools in implementing security measures, such as two-factor authentication (80% vs. 40%) and daily data backups (55% vs. 15%). Key risks identified included low backup frequency, insufficient adoption of security technologies, and users' limited awareness of data security threats. Proposed solutions include adopting advanced security technologies, regular training programs, comprehensive data management policies, annual evaluations, and government support. These measures aim to enhance student data protection, operational efficiency, and public trust in technology-based educational systems. This study provides significant contributions to the development of comprehensive and sustainable data security strategies in the education sector.

Abstract

The implementation of education at Madrasah Aliah Babussalam Payaraman requires financial support that is not small. In the aspect of meeting the financing needs or funds for the implementation of education at Madrasah Aliah Babussalam Payaraman is supported by three sources of funds, namely the South Sumatra provincial government and the central government and the community. In this study, the research method used is basic research, which is research to develop the theory of school financial governance by paying attention to the five principles of financial governance. This research discusses financial governance at Madrasah Aliah Babussalam Payaraman can be Financial management at Madrasah Aliah Babussalam Payaraman can be concluded in the good category. The results of this study are financial management at Madrasah Aliah Babussalam Payaraman has implemented four management functions, namely the management function, namely the planning function, the organizing function, the implementation function and the supervision function have applied the principles of transparency, efficiency, effectiveness, accountability and flexibility, and in accordance with the technical guidelines (juknis) for the use of government and community assistance funds.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of academic supervision, school culture and leadership on teacher performance at MIN 1 Gresik and SDI Al Muttaqin Driyorejo Gresik. Teacher performance is a key factor in achieving quality education goals, and is influenced by various external elements. The research method used was a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires from 55 respondents. The results of the research show that academic supervision has a significant effect on teacher performance (t = 2.999; p = 0.004), school culture has a significant effect on teacher performance (t = 5.714; p = 0.000), principal leadership plays an important role in improving teacher performance (t = 5.773; p = 0.000). An R Square value of 0.900 means that 90% of the variation in Teacher Performance can be explained by these three variables, while the remaining 10% is influenced by other factors. This shows that effective academic supervision, positive school culture, and good leadership contribute significantly to improving teacher performance. This research also provides recommendations for schools to strengthen academic supervision and create an inclusive and collaborative school culture. Thus, it is hoped that the research results can become a reference in improving the quality of education at the two institutions.

Abstract

Evaluation of educational programs is a step towards achieving the goals of Islamic education. As Muslims, it is important to carry out the religious orders contained in the Qur'an. The Qur'an, as a guide and reference for Muslims, applies not only when the verse was revealed, but also until the end of time. This research uses a qualitative approach with an evaluative study method that applies the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model. The evaluation results show that the implementation of the tahsin/tahfidz program at SDIT Az-zahrah meets the context evaluation criteria in accordance with school needs. Input evaluation showed that overall, the program received a good category, with an assessment of human resources, facilities and infrastructure, funds, and procedures used. The process evaluation of the program implementation showed good results, by identifying obstacles in the implementation, assessment process, and supervision. Meanwhile, the output evaluation of the program showed an overall excellent category, focusing on outputs, program outcomes, and benefits obtained by students. This evaluation provides in-depth feedback to program managers to continue to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the implementation of the tahsin/tahfidz Al-Qur'an program at SDIT Az-zahrah.

Abstract

The values The basic values contained in Islamic Law, such as justice, welfare, and legal certainty, are very relevant in the formation of national laws that are relevant to the formation of national laws. Legal certainty, are very relevant in the formation of national law that reflects the morals and ethics of Indonesian society. Reflect the morals and ethics of Indonesian society. National law development in Indonesia is a complex process, involving various issues,interests, and expectations of society. Islamic law has an important role in national legal system as one of the recognized sources of law. However, the process of integrating Islamic law with national law faces various challenges, such as diversity of interpretation, harmonization with constitutional principles, as well as obstacles in implementation. This research uses literature method with a normative approach to examine various documents and literature related to the integration of Islamic law in the national legal system and literature related to the integration of Islamic law in the national legal system. The results The results show that Islamic law contributes significantly to shaping norms and values in national law. However, there are challenges that challenges that need to be overcome, including differences in understanding, the need for agreement between stakeholders, as well as a contextual understanding of Islamic law in the national legal system. Abstract

The modernization of the pesantren education system, especially in the form of integrated pesantren, has brought new dynamics in the management of the Qur'an memorization program. This study aims to analyze the management of the use of the Qur'an tahfiz method in integrated Islamic education-based pesantren, focusing on the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the tahfiz program. The research used a qualitative approach with a case study method at Al-Hikmah Integrated Islamic Boarding School. Data collection was carried out through participatory observation, in-depth interviews with pesantren administrators, tahfiz teachers, and students, as well as analysis of tahfiz program documentation. The results showed that effective tahfiz method management includes: systematic planning with gradual memorization targets and structured schedules, implementation of combination methods including talaqqi, tasmi', muroja'ah, and modern technology-based methods, periodic evaluation systems through weekly and monthly memorization exams, and continuous motivation coaching through mentoring programs. This research contributes to the development of a tahfiz management model that integrates classical methods with digital technology and adaptive learning according to the ability of students. This model offers a practical solution for pesantren in optimizing the Qur'an memorization program in the contemporary era, and supports the creation of a more effective, efficient, and sustainable learning process.
