Abstract

Learning freedom could be said as the autonomy in the education field. Educational autonomy policies were revived back in this era. Liberating educational units, teachers, and students could stimulate the emergence of new innovations. Students could learn independently and creatively, so all Indonesian students from various ethnicities and cultures could have their own different ways in learning. This research aimed at knowing the implementation of Mardeka learning curriculum on Islamic Education subject at UPT State Junior High School 1 Tapung. The problems in this research were: 1) how the implementation of Mardeka learning curriculum on Islamic education subject was, 2) what the supporting factors of the implementation of the Mardeka learning curriculum on Islamic education subject were, 3) what the obstructing factors of the implementation of the Mardeka learning curriculum on Islamic Education subject was at UPT State Junior High School 1 Tapung. The data were analyzed by using qualitative analysis, namely analysis and interpretation conducted critically, and using analytical descriptive technique, namely describing and classifying data, followed by interpretation of thoughts. The research findings showed that; first, the implementation of Maedeka learning curriculum on Islamic education subject was in good category based on several items conducted by the teachers, as manager, the school principal of UPT State Junior High School 1 Tapung has been able to improve the teachers competences in the environment and he was able to manage this educational institution, so the goals were achieved. Second, the supporting factors of the implementation of Mardeka learning curriculum on Islamic education subject at UPT State Junior High School 1 Tapung were teachers’ psychology, student intelligence, very good facilities, and infrastructure. Meanwhile, the obstructing factors of implementation of Mardeka learning curriculum were the Ministry of National Education was not regularly disseminating information to schools, and there was a lack of training organized by the government regarding the independent learning curriculum.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Tilawati method in improving Al-Qur'an reading skills at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri (MTsN) 10 Banyuwangi. Using a qualitative approach with a case study design, this research involved the Madrasah Principal, Deputy Madrasah Principal, Al-Qur'an Teacher, and students as research subjects. Data collection techniques consist of observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation, with data analysis carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing according to the interactive model from Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. The research results show that the applying of the Tilawati method significantly improves students' Al-Qur'an reading skills through several indicators: systematization of recitation techniques, increased reading fluency, and in-depth understanding of the Al-Qur'an text. This method facilitates a supportive learning environment, promotes active interaction between students and teachers, and enriches students' learning experiences. This research concludes that the Tilawati method makes an important contribution to the teaching of the Qur'an in madrasas, with a positive impact on students' reading ability and understanding of recitation. It is hoped that these findings can become a reference for developing curricula and strategies for teaching the Koran in madrasas, as well as improving the overall quality of religious education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif siswa pada mata pelajaran al-Qur’an Hadis di Madrasah Aliyah dengan menggunakan Pembelajaran Terpadu Connected. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini populasinya adalah seluruh siswa MAN yang ada di lingkungan sekitar, populasi tersebut berjumlah 36 orang yang diantaranya terdiri dari 11 orang siswa kelas X, 17 orang siswa kelas XI dan 8 orang siswa kelas XII. Dalam penelitian ini sampelnya adalah siswa MAN di lingkungan sekitar kelas XI berjumlah 17 orang. Perlakuan yang diberikan adalah dengan menggunakan pembelajaran terpadu tipe connected dalam meningkatkan kemampuan kemampuan kognitif siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kemampuan kognitif siswa sebelum perlakukan (pretest) rata-rata adalah 32,17. Setelah pretest dilakukan kemudian diberikan perlakuan berupa pembelajaran terpadu tipe connected, selama melaksanakan treatment terjadi suatu peningkatan yang terlihat dari hasil posttest yang mana rata-ratanya yaitu 48,47.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis yang telah dilakukan tentang kemampuan kognitif pada mata pelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadist melalui pembelajaran terpadu tipe Connected siswa MAN di lingkungan sekitar, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran terpadu tipe connected dapat berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan kognitif siswa, karena sudah terlihat bahwa hasil test kemampuan kognitif siswa setiap diadakannya treatment antara pretest dan posttest selalu mengalami peningkatan.

Abstract

The interdisciplinary approach to Islamic education offers an innovative way to combine modern science with Islamic values. This study examines how the combination of current science and Islamic principles can contribute to the development of a more comprehensive and relevant curriculum. Using qualitative analysis methods, this study identifies practical strategies to bring the two fields together effectively. The findings of the study show that an interdisciplinary approach not only deepens academic understanding, but also strengthens the moral and ethical aspects of education. This research is expected to provide a new perspective for educators and policymakers in designing educational programs that balance modern knowledge and authentic Islamic teachings.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the method of reading and writing the Qur'an, at TPQ Al-Azhar there are many students who like learning to read and write the Qur'an. -The Koran that is applied in the TPQ? How to apply the reading and writing method? This research uses a descriptive-qualitative approach with a field research study design (Field research). In this study, researchers used the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation as a means of collecting data from primary and secondary data sources. The results of this research are: (1) The application of the method of reading the Qur'an at TPQ Al-Azhar is the bandongan, sorogan, memorization and lecture methods, from the past until now. (2) The application of the method of writing the Qur'an at TPQ Al-Azhar is Imla' manqul, Imla'mandhur, Imla' ghairu al-mandhur, Imla' ikhtibari. (3) The supporting and inhibiting factors in TPQ Al-Azhar are factors that support the Al-Qur'an learning process, namely the teacher always gives homework in the form of writing and memorizing certain verses and then the next day it is deposited and guided with the aim of being more enthusiastic and active in learning Al-Qur'an. And the inhibiting factor is being lazy or bored during the learning process, this can happen because the teacher is monotonous or the lessons are less interesting.

Abstract

content through the application of the fifth grade bamboo dance model at SDI Nurul Haq Tualang. The subjects in this research were one teacher and 18 class V students at SDI Nurul Haq Tualang. The object of this research is the bamboo dance learning model and students' critical thinking abilities. This can be seen from the fact that before the action, the students' critical thinking ability score reached an average of 58.61 with classical completeness of 16.67%. After taking corrective action in cycle I, students' critical thinking abilities increased with an average of 69.72 with classical completeness of 38.88%. After improvements were made in cycle II, students' critical thinking abilities increased with an average of 76.67 and classical completeness 83.33% in the medium category. This means that the specified indicators have been successful. Thus, it can be concluded that through the Bamboo dancing learning model in the science and science lesson content, it can improve students' critical thinking skills in class V of SDI Nurul Haq Tualang, Tualang District, Siak Regency.

Abstract

Online games which are currently popular have indirectly made students focus more on online games or games on their smartphones compared to studying, and this is a concern because it can affect student learning outcomes. This research aims to find out and analyze how much intensity students play online games and to find out the effect of the intensity of playing online games on student learning outcomes at SMP Nurul Amal Palembang. This research is a quantitative research type with a sample size of 57 students. The results of the research that has been conducted obtained data that the intensity of playing online games as many as 1 person or 2% got the high category, 53 people or 90% got the medium category and 4 people or 8% got the low category. then the final semester grades in the Islamic Religious Education subject that got the high category were 2 people or 4%, those who got the medium category were 48 people or 84% and those who got the low category were 7 people or 12%. So it can be concluded that the intensity of playing online games has a significant influence on the learning outcomes of millennial generation students of SMP Nurul Amal Palembang. 147

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of Muawiyah Ibn Abi Sufyan in the formation of the Umayyad Dynasty as an important transition in Islamic politics after the Caliphate. This study utilizes a descriptive qualitative approach with library research methods that examine primary and secondary literature related to Muawiyah's reign. The main focus of this research is on the change in the governance system from the consultation-based Caliphate (syura) model to a hereditary dynasty system. Muawiyah, as the governor of Syria and a pragmatic political figure, employed clever political strategies to consolidate power and establish the first dynasty in the history of Islamic politics. This research also discusses the impact of this political change on power structures and legitimacy within the Islamic society, as well as examines the reactions of opposition groups such as the Shiites who reject the dynastic system.The findings of this research indicate that while the establishment of dynasties brings political stability, this system triggers a shift in the initial values of Islamic governance, which subsequently affects the development of Islamic political history. Thus, this study provides new insights into the fundamental changes in Islamic politics that occurred under the leadership of Muawiyah Ibn Abi Sufyan. Abstract

The utilization of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education represents a breakthrough that brings significant transformation, including within the pesantren environment. This article explores in depth the implementation of AI at Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid Assallange Bua, highlighting both the opportunities and challenges encountered during its integration. This study employs a qualitative approach, collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation. The findings reveal that the application of AI enhances the effectiveness of teaching and learning processes as well as the efficiency of pesantren management. Nevertheless, several major obstacles remain, such as limited technological infrastructure, readiness of human resources, and adaptation to institutional culture. This study recommends strengthening digital literacy among educators and students, as well as fostering collaboration with external partners to support the optimal use of AI technology in pesantren settings.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the ideas of Islamic education thought by K.H. Ahmad Dahlan, a great cleric who made significant contributions to the Islamic education system in Indonesia in the early 20th century, focusing on his efforts to overcome the educational gap caused by Dutch colonialism and reform traditional education to be more relevant to the challenges of the times. In this study Using qualitative descriptive methods and literature studies, this study found that K.H. Ahmad Dahlan initiated the concept of integrating religious knowledge and general knowledge, established schools that combined the two fields (such as Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Diniyah in 1911), and modernized learning methods that were useful for creating a "cleric-intellect" who was faithful and steadfast, knowledgeable, and physically and mentally strong. In conclusion, K.H. Ahmad Dahlan's thoughts on the integration of knowledge, modernization, and character education remain very relevant in facing the challenges of contemporary Islamic education, such as globalization and technological developments, to form a generation that is intelligent, moral, and globally competitive.
