Abstract

This research is entitled “Financing Perspectives in improving School Performance (Qualitative Descriptive Study at SDN Sindangsari Kec Paseh Kab Bandung) Motivated by the existence of regulations on education, and finance, the results of the preliminary survey there are several problems faced in school financing, the purpose of this study is to find out the management process which includes strategy formulation, strategic planning, program preparation, perspective implementation, perspective monitoring related to financing. The method used is qualitative descriptive method, with interviews, observations and documentation studies as data collection techniques. Data Analysis Using Qualitative Descriptive Analysis Techniques with the use of predicates as well as data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing The results showed that overall the management process had been carried out by the school well, although there were several problems that arose including from human resources, bureaucracy, NGOs / journalists to the reporting process, For example, problems arose from differences in understanding between the Kabupaten BOS Management Team and the Inspectorate that resulted in misunderstandings, delays in disbursements, new applications that were not in accordance with the technical guidelines but had to be used, and one of the efforts to overcome these problems was Communication, Countermeasures, Coaching and Training, then a program related to improving the quality of teachers and managers of BOS funds was planned. Abstract

This study is entitled “Analysis of the Regulation of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia Number 63 of 2023: Implications for the Quality Improvement Program for Educators and Education Personnel of SDN Sindangsari Kec Paseh Kab Bandung This study aims to determine and analyze: 1) Planning, 2). Organizing, 3). Implementation, 4). Evaluating, 5). This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection was carried out using triangulation techniques using interviews, document studies, and field observations. Planning recommendations are suggested to be supported by adequate student resources so that the improvement of resources and competence of students can increase by conducting periodic trainings to produce continuous improvement. It is recommended that students continue to improve their competencies, including pedagogical, social, personality and professional competencies. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis powtoon untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa pada tema 6 cita citaku kelas IV SD. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan menggunakan prosedur pengembangan ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) yang terdiri dari 5 tahap. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah angket atau kuesioner yang diberikan kepada beberapa penelaah ahli, yaitu penelaah ahli materi, penelaah ahli media pembelajaran, penelaah ahli pembelajaran, penelaah respon guru, dan minat belajar siswa. Skor validasi yang didapatkan dari penelaah Ahli materi adalah sebesar 96%, Ahli media pembelajaran sebesar 96%, Ahli pembelajaran sebesar 95%, dan Respon Guru sebesar 95%. Dan minat belajar siswa sebesar 90,8%. Dari skor tersebut dapat dikatakan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis powtoon pada tema 6 cita citaku yang dikembangkan sudah “Sangat Layak” untuk digunakan pada proses pembelajaran. Dari hasil implementasi diketahui terjadi peningkatan pada minat belajar siswa kelas IV SD setelah menggunakan media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan. Skor keseluruhan minat belajar siswa setelah menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis powtoon pada tema 6 cita citaku, yaitu sebesar 90,8%. Pada tahap evaluasi rata-rata skor yang didapatkan dari keseluruhan ahli, yaitu sebesar 96%. Dari skor tersebut dapat dikatakan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis powtoon pada tema 6 cita citaku yang dikembangkan sudah “Sangat Layak” digunakan pada proses pembelajaran

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of inclusive education in elementary schools, with a focus on identifying children with special needs and understanding the role of teachers in overcoming challenges. Using a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with teachers and school principals, classroom observations, and policy document analysis. The findings reveal the diverse types of children with special needs, including Intellectual Disabilities, ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), Slow Learners, and Specific Learning Difficulties, and the strategies employed by teachers to address their unique needs. The study highlights the importance of teacher training, adequate facilities, and school management policies in supporting inclusive education. In conclusion, inclusive education requires a collaborative effort among teachers, parents, and school management to create an environment that accommodates the needs of all students, particularly those with special needs, to ensure equal learning opportunities. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusif di sekolah dasar, dengan fokus pada identifikasi anak berkebutuhan khusus dan pemahaman peran guru dalam mengatasi tantangan. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan guru dan kepala sekolah, observasi kelas, serta analisis dokumen kebijakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan beragam jenis anak berkebutuhan khusus, termasuk Tunagrahita, ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), Slow Learners, dan Hambatan Kesulitan Belajar Spesifik, serta strategi yang diterapkan oleh guru untuk memenuhi kebutuhan mereka. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pelatihan guru, fasilitas yang memadai, dan kebijakan manajemen sekolah dalam mendukung pendidikan inklusif. Kesimpulannya, pendidikan inklusif memerlukan kerja sama antara guru, orang tua, dan manajemen sekolah untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang dapat mengakomodasi kebutuhan semua siswa, terutama mereka yang berkebutuhan khusus, guna memastikan kesempatan belajar yang setara.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh kecemasan matematika terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar di Gugus Untung Suropati, Ambal, Kebumen. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode survei, penelitian ini melibatkan 101 siswa yang dipilih menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Data diperoleh melalui angket kecemasan matematika dan tes prestasi belajar. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kecemasan matematika memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, yang ditunjukkan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 85,637 – 0,398X. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya intervensi yang efektif untuk membantu siswa mengurangi kecemasan dan meningkatkan prestasi belajar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dengan hasil pengamatan peneliti di lapangan bahwa masalah utama yang ditemui pada hasil observasi yaitu pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan naturalis kurang bervariasi ditandai dengan sekolah hanya menggunakan LKPD sebagai media pembelajaran. Masalah lainnya juga terlihat bahwa kurangnya kepekaan anak terhadap lingkungan sekitarnya, kurangnya anak dalam mengenal tanaman dilingkungannya, ditunjukkan dari anak yang belum mampu dalam menyebutkan jenis-jenis tanaman, kurangnya anak dalam membedakan jenis-jenis tanaman, nama-nama tanaman, ciri-ciri tanaman, dan bagian-bagian tanaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media pop-up book tema tanaman terhadap kecerdasan naturalis anak usia 5-6 tahun. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen. Desain yang dipakai adalah Pre-Eksperimental Design dengan bentuk One group Pretest Posttest Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini di SPS Putra Sejahtera Kota Jambi 13 anak. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan sampling purposive. Instrumen yang digunakan lembar observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa nilai t hitung, yaitu sebesar 24,2 t hitung > t tabel 2,329, maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel X berpengaruh terhadap variabel Y. Dengan interpretasi kuat dengan nilai 2,65 yang berada pada rentang >1,00 dengan interpretasi strong effect. Dengan demikian media pop-up book tema tanaman dapat berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kecerdasan naturalis pada anak.

Abstract

This study aims to produce scratch-based learning media in science lessons to be applied to learning in elementary schools and to determine the feasibility of scratch-based learning media in science lessons developed. The research method used in this study is the research and development (R&D) method with the ADDIE development model which consists of 5 stages, namely: analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation. This study uses a validation sheet research instrument in the form of a questionnaire or questionnaire. The subject of this study is scratch-based learning media, the object of this study is learning materials that meet the needs and there are four expert studies or validators, namely media experts, material experts, teacher responses, and student responses in elementary schools. The results of this research are in the form of scratch-based learning media products to improve student learning outcomes in science lessons which are included in the "Very Feasible" category according to the results of validation of media experts, material experts, teacher responses, and student responses. Media experts obtained a percentage score of 85%, material experts obtained a percentage score of 77.3%, teacher responses obtained a percentage score of 87%, and student responses obtained a percentage score of 89% which is included in the range of 80%-100% which indicates a very feasible category. Based on the results of validation by the four validators of media experts, material experts, teacher responses, and student responses in elementary schools, it can be concluded that the learning media with scratch to improve student learning outcomes in science lessons developed is very feasible to be used in learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to apply the picture and picture learning model in teaching expository text writing to Class XC students of SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Raya Kepulauan. The research design follows a classroom action research approach. The subjects of the study were 34 students from Class XC at SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Raya Kepulauan. The data collection techniques used in this research include direct observation, direct communication, measurement, and document study. The data collection tools consist of observation sheets, interview sheets, tests, and documentation. The research was conducted in two cycles, namely Cycle I and Cycle II. Each cycle in this study involved four steps: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results of this study show that the learning outcomes for expository text writing using the picture and picture model in Class XC students of SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Raya Kepulauan improved, with the mastery percentage increasing from 29.72% in the pre-cycle stage to 61.76% in Cycle I and 79.41% in Cycle II. It can be concluded that the use of the picture and picture learning model can enhance the learning outcomes for expository text writing among Class XC students of SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Raya Kepulauan.

Abstract

Development of ULTAMA media (math snakes and ladders) to improve students' critical thinking skills in grade 4 elementary school mathematics learning. Supervised by (Bramianto Setiawan, S.Pd., M.Si). This research aims to develop ULTAMA media in mathematics learning to improve students' critical thinking skills. This research was carried out at SDIT AL – Irsyaduddin. This research uses the R&D research method and uses the ADDIE development model which consists of five stages, namely analysis, planning, development, implementation, evaluation. The results of this research and the development of ULTAMA media are (1) the development of ULTAMA media is valid and suitable for testing with a score from media experts is 76%, a score from material experts is 92%, a score from language experts is 86%. The average student response score is 92.6%, and the teacher response score is 93.3%. This score is included in the very practical category, (2) at the understanding and effectiveness stage based on the results of the pre-test and post-test, there are significant differences in learning. before and when using ULTAMA media, the results before (pretest) were 69.21% and the results after using ULTAMA media (posttest) were 91.9% in the very effective category. So it can be concluded that the ULTAMA media developed can be said to be quite effective in improving students' critical thinking skills in mathematics learning.

Abstract

The problem of scheduling teaching and learning activities is a problem that occurs at SMAN 1 Aikmel. The problem is that there are several teachers teaching two different subjects at the same time in different classes. This problem will be solved by applying the concept of graph coloring using an algorithm Recursive Largest First. This article presents the application of the concept of graph coloring in preparing a schedule for teaching and learning activities at SMAN 1 Aikmel. Based on the scheduling data, the adjacency matrix of the scheduling graph is obtained. By using an algorithm Recursive Largest First The chromatic number is 3. Apart from that, it is also found that the maximum number of nodes in one color is 23 nodes. This shows that schedules can be made without overlap at SMAN 1 Ailkmel which has 23 rooms.
