Pendas : Jurnah Ilmiah Pendidikan Dasar is a journal published twice a year, namely in June and December that aims to be a forum for scientific publications to pour ideas and studies complemented with the results of research related to primary school education. To achieve this, basic education journals will selectively disseminate ideas and studies complemented by quality research results related to basic education, develop an education center to the elementary-school that can produce innovative, creative and original work and tested in the field of education and learning elementary School to be disseminated and implemented for improving the quality of primary-to-national education at the national, regional and international levels.

This study aims to examine the teaching of length, weight, and time measurement in elementary schools. The study employs a qualitative approach using a literature review method through descriptive analysis of 10 relevant scientific journals published between 2023 and 2025. The results of the study indicate that the teaching of length, weight, and time measurement in elementary schools requires an approach that is contextual, interactive, and based on real-world experiences to enhance students’ conceptual understanding. The use of concrete materials and varied learning strategies has proven effective in enhancing engagement, conceptual understanding, and problem-solving skills, as well as helping students connect measurement concepts to everyday life.

This study aims to examine the learning of addition and subtraction in elementary school students through a library research approach. The method used was qualitative research, with data sources consisting of books, scientific journals, and articles relevant to the research topic. Data collection was conducted through a literature review without the use of interviews or field documentation. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods by grouping, comparing, and interpreting various findings from literature sources. The results indicate that addition and subtraction learning is still dominated by a procedural approach, resulting in suboptimal student understanding. The use of contextual learning strategies, varied learning media, and interactive methods such as educational games and problem-based learning have been shown to improve student understanding and motivation. Furthermore, teachers play a crucial role in designing innovative and student-centered learning to make the learning process more effective.

The limitation of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) is one of the crucial issues in this study aims to analyze the impact of the limited Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) on the welfare of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN), especially in the polemic of the salaries of Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK). The method used is descriptive qualitative through literature study and public policy analysis based on fiscal decentralization theory. The results of the study show that the imbalance between the central government's ASN appointment policy and regional fiscal capacity causes budget pressure, which has an impact on salary payment delays, uncertainty of benefits, and a decrease in PPPK's work motivation. In addition, weak coordination between levels of government worsens the implementation of the merit system in ASN management. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that the limitations of the APBD have direct implications for the welfare of regional civil servants, so that more synchronous policies and strengthening regional fiscal capacity are needed to ensure the sustainability of the payment of civil servant rights.

The complexity of the concept of Rethinking Government in the digital era demands learning methods that are not only theoretical, but also applicable and participatory. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Collaborative Learning method in dissecting the concept of contemporary governance at the higher education level. The method used is qualitative descriptive with a narrative review approach to various current scientific publications on digital pedagogy and public policy. The results of the study show that the implementation of Collaborative Learning significantly increases students' critical understanding of bureaucratic digitalization and public sector innovation. Interaction between students in solving case studies related to e-government triggers higher-order thinking skills. The use of digital collaboration platforms such as Google Classroom and Padlet has proven to be a catalyst in accelerating the distribution of knowledge in an inclusive manner. This study concludes that collaborative methods are effective in transforming abstract concepts of Rethinking Government into practical understandings that are relevant to the needs of industries in the digital era. The success of this method is highly dependent on the role of lecturers as facilitators and the availability of adequate technological infrastructure. UPTD SDN 14 Lapongkoda, Tempe District, Wajo Regency, an elementary school located at Jalan Batam No. 3 Sengkang. This study aims to analyze the implementation of class administration in improving the learning process and analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors of class administration in improving the learning process at UPTD SDN 14 Lapongkoda. The research method used is a qualitative approach with an exploratory research type with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The main data sources in this study include the principal and 4 class teachers (from grade III to grade VI). The results of the study indicate that there is an increase in the learning process through the implementation of class administration that is well planned and supported by adequate facilities, so that the learning process can run more effectively, efficiently, and sustainably so that the learning process can be achieved optimally. In addition, there are inhibiting factors in the implementation of class administration such as limited learning resources, limited classroom space, and inadequate facilities and infrastructure. These findings indicate that improving the learning process through the implementation of well-managed class administration is expected to run more effectively, efficiently, and meaningfully for students.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of price fluctuations on the welfare of janggelan farmers from a sharia economic perspective in Gondang Village. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive research type. The data source in this study is primary data, namely data obtained directly from respondents through questionnaires. The population in this study includes all janggelan farmers in Nawangan District. The sample determination was carried out using a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling, where the sample was determined based on the criteria, considerations and objectives of the researcher. The data collected through the questionnaire were then analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods, namely Simple Regression Analysis. The regression coefficient value of the Janggelan Price Fluctuation (X) variable of 0.438 indicates that the X variable has a positive influence on the Farmer Welfare variable (Y). Meanwhile, the Adjusted R-Square determination coefficient value of 0.741 indicates that 74.1% of the variation in the Janggelan Farmer Welfare variable can be explained by the Janggelan Price Fluctuation variable. The significance value of variable X is 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that the effect is statistically significant. Thus, the hypothesis that Janggelan Price Fluctuations have a positive effect on Janggelan Farmers' Welfare is valid.

The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which the performance of the janggelan business influences family economic growth. This study used a quantitative causality approach. Data were obtained directly from respondents through a questionnaire. This study used a Likert scale (1–5). The study was conducted in Penggung Village, Nawangan District, which is the main location of the janggelan business. The population in this study were all janggelan business actors in Penggung Village. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 101 respondents. The partial test showed that the t-value and p-value indicated that the performance of the janggelan business had a significant positive effect on family economic growth. In addition, based on the simultaneous test (F test), the research model was significant and suitable for use. The results of the model's goodness-of-fit test showed that 88.8% of family economic growth was influenced by the performance of the janggelan business, the remaining 11.2% was influenced by other variables not included in the model.

Student learning outcomes in science subjects in elementary schools are still relatively low, requiring special attention in the learning process. This study aims to improve student learning outcomes through the application of the Discovery Learning model using classroom action research methods that combine quantitative and qualitative approaches. The study was conducted in two cycles: Cycle I, consisting of two meetings, and Cycle II, consisting of one meeting. The subjects were 22 sixth-grade students at SDN 04 Cubadak Air, Pariaman City. The results showed improvement in each cycle, as evidenced by the average learning outcome, which increased from 70 in Cycle I to 88 in Cycle II, the percentage of teaching module implementation from 72% to 93%, teacher activity from 73% to 94%, and student activity from 75% to 94%.

This research is a development research that aims to produce a product in the form of Sway application-based learning media on the material of mutual cooperation in grade IV Elementary School. The development model used is ADDIE, which consists of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. This research was conducted at SDN 10 Bandar Buat with research subjects of 27 grade IV students. The results of the material validation obtained a percentage of 100% which is included in the valid category. Language validation showed a very high level of feasibility with a percentage of 92.85%. Media validation was carried out by media experts to ensure suitability to the needs of students obtained 91% which is also included in the valid category. In addition, the results of the practicality test from the teacher's response at SDN 10 Bandar Buat obtained 95.83% while the response from students reached 93.20%. The results of the practicality test from the teacher's response at SDN 14 Koto Lalang obtained 91.67% while the response from students reached 90.06%. Then the results of the effectiveness test of SDN 10 Bandar Buat obtained a high category with a total of 0.72191 and the results of the effectiveness test at SDN 14 Koto Lalang obtained the same category with a high category of 0.74175824. Based on the findings above, it can be concluded that the developed learning media is very suitable for use as a learning media based on the Sway application for mutual cooperation material for grade IV Elementary Schools.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of a guided inquiry learning model assisted by Liveworksheet in improving students’ science process skills on the topic of force. This study employed a pre-experimental method with a one group pretest-posttest design. The research subjects consisted of 32 seventh-grade students. Data were collected through science process skills tests administered before (pretest) and after (posttest) the treatment. The results showed an improvement in students’ science process skills after the implementation of the guided inquiry learning model assisted by Liveworksheet. This was supported by the paired sample t-test result, which obtained a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05), indicating a significant difference between pretest and posttest scores. In addition, the N-Gain analysis showed an average value of 0.66, categorized as moderate. Improvement occurred across all indicators of science process skills, with the highest increase in drawing conclusions and the lowest in identifying variables. Therefore, it can be concluded that the implementation of the guided inquiry learning model assisted by Liveworksheet is effective in improving students’ science process skills on the topic of force.
