Abstract

In the current merdeka curriculum, differentiated learning is an important strategy to meet learning needs and maximize each student's learning potential. Each student is unique in learning style, learning speed, interests, and talents. Through differentiated learning, it can accommodate students' uniqueness with the aim of improving student learning outcomes. Differentiated learning allows teachers to provide various learning approaches that suit students' individual learning needs, so that they can achieve optimal learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of differentiated learning in the Merdeka curriculum on the learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SDN Ngompro 1 Pangkur. This study uses a quantitative approach with a one group pretest-posttest design. The sample of this study consisted of 15 fourth grade students of SDN Ngompro 1 Pangkur. Learning outcome data were collected through pretest and posttest. The results showed that there was a significant increase in student learning outcomes after the implementation of differentiated learning as evidenced by the average student pretest score was 60,13 while the average posttest score was 81. In addition, it is also supported by a learning questionnaire which shows that differentiated learning is very effective to be applied in the classroom.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of the Islamic philosophy of education approach in curriculum management in Islamic schools through library research. The Islamic philosophy of education approach, which emphasizes the integration of spiritual, moral, and intellectual values, is considered to provide a strong foundation for the development of holistic and sustainable curriculum. The research method used is library research by examining relevant literature, including books, journal articles, and educational policy documents. The findings of the research indicate that the Islamic philosophy of education plays a crucial role in shaping curriculum management that can integrate general knowledge with religious values. This approach involves various aspects, including curriculum planning, implementation, and evaluation based on Islamic principles. The literature review reveals that many Islamic schools still face challenges in effectively implementing this approach, especially due to educational dualism and a lack of competent human resources. Literature analysis also shows that factors such as the commitment of school leadership, teacher training, and educational policy support are crucial for the successful implementation of the Islamic philosophy of education approach. This research concludes that the Islamic philosophy of education approach can be an effective paradigm in curriculum management for Islamic schools, focusing not only on academic achievement but also on the character development of students. The study recommends enhancing managerial and pedagogical capacities through professional training and development for educators, as well as developing policies that support the integration of Islamic values into the curriculum. It is hoped that the findings of this research will contribute to efforts to improve the quality of Islamic education in the modern era. Abstract

The educational process cannot be separated from creative, innovative, structured, and planned activities in every learning session. The subject matter in textbooks often provides a general overview of Indonesia, a country rich in cultural diversity and local wisdom spread across various regions. One effort to incorporate the values of local wisdom into the curriculum is by designing, creating, and developing teaching materials based on local wisdom. Each region has its own unique characteristics in terms of local cultural arts. For example, the Reog Kendang dance from Tulungagung. Reog Kendang Tulungagung dance is one of the cultural heritages with great potential to be used as teaching material in formal education, especially in the Indonesian language subject at the elementary school level. This study aims to analyze the development of teaching materials based on local wisdom "Reog Kendang Tulungagung Dance" in Indonesian language material about the origins and cultural differences in the 4th grade of elementary school. The method used in this research is a literature review method. Data collection was carried out by reviewing articles, collecting several articles using the PRISMA method. Abstract

In a rapidly evolving digital era, a younger generation called ‘digital natives’ have grown up with technology influencing the way they interact and learn. The Merdeka Curriculum, launched by Indonesia's Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology in 2022, aims to adapt education to the needs of this generation. It emphasises the development of 21st century competencies, including critical thinking, creativity, collaboration and communication (4Cs), as well as digital literacy which includes understanding and using technology safely and effectively. This research uses the literature review method to analyse the relevance of Merdeka Curriculum in preparing a generation of digital natives. The literature reviewed includes various sources from academic databases and trusted institutional reports, focusing on education, technology, and developmental psychology. The results of the analysis show that Merdeka Curriculum integrates technology in learning, encourages project-based learning, and personalisation to suit the preferences of digital natives. Nonetheless, the implementation of this curriculum faces challenges such as the digital divide and teacher readiness. The government needs to improve infrastructure, teacher training and community support to overcome these challenges. In conclusion, Merdeka Curriculum has significant potential in preparing students for success in the digital era, both locally and globally. It not only aims to improve digital skills, but also develops character and human values, preparing students to become reflective and ethical global citizens.
