Abstract

Penelitian di latar belakangi dengan menggunakan metode jenis penelitian pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D). Menurut pendapat Sugiyono (2016:297) model penelitian dan pengembangan adalah langkah yang digunakan untuk menggambarkan pendekatan sistematis dalam suatu pengembangan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan bahan ajar berbasis Pop-Up Book untuk materi menentukan pesan dalam dongeng menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian Research and Development (R&D) yang dilaksanakan di SDN Sambirejo dengan subjek uji coba terbatas sebanyak 6 siswa dan uji coba luas 16 siswa dari kelas III tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket dan tes. Angket digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data validasi bahan ajar, respons guru, respons siswa, soal, dan perangkat pembelajaran, sedangkan tes mengukur kemampuan siswa memahami pesan dalam dongeng. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar Pop-Up Book valid dengan hasil validasi bahan ajar sebesar 82,5% dan validasi ahli materi 85%, sehingga rata-rata persentase mencapai 83,75%. Bahan ajar ini juga efektif berdasarkan evaluasi uji coba terbatas dengan rata-rata nilai 83, tuntas secara klasikal (100%), dan uji coba luas dengan rata-rata nilai 86,25, tuntas secara klasikal (100%). Respons guru terhadap bahan ajar sangat baik dengan persentase 96%, sedangkan respons siswa dalam uji coba terbatas mencapai 89% dan uji coba luas 96%, keduanya dinyatakan sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, pengembangan bahan ajar Pop-Up Book untuk materi menentukan pesan dalam dongeng dinyatakan valid, efektif, dan sangat baik.

Abstract

The implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS) plays a strategic role in improving the quality of education in primary schools, particularly in supporting the development of innovative learning. This study aims to analyze the application of QMS at SDN 03 Dayu Karanganyar and how its integration can foster learning innovation. A qualitative approach with a case study method was employed, involving observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation analysis. The findings indicate that the application of QMS helps create a more organized learning process and supports innovations such as the use of digital technology and project-based approaches. However, challenges such as limited facilities, gaps in teachers' competencies in utilizing technology, and a lack of systematic evaluation remain obstacles. To optimize the integration of QMS with innovative learning, intensive teacher training, provision of supporting facilities, and strengthening data-driven quality policies are required. With these strategic measures, QMS can serve as an effective framework for establishing high-quality and adaptive primary education to address the challenges of the digital era.

Abstract

Kemampuan berbahasa merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam perkembangan anak usia dini terutama pada fase di bawah tujuh tahun yang dikenal sebagai masa keemasan (Golden Age). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemanfaatan media Wordwall sebagai alat bantu dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa anak usia dini di TK Islam Mutiara Al-Madani. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis dilakukan dengan empat tahap berdasarkan prinsip Milles dan Huberman yaitu Reduksi data, Interpretasi data, pengajian data dan penarian Kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Wordwall secara sistematis melalui tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa anak. Anak-anak menjadi lebih terampil dalam menyebutkan simbol huruf, mengenal bunyi awal kata, serta memahami hubungan antara bunyi dan bentuk huruf. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa Wordwall merupakan alat bantu yang efektif dan relevan untuk memperkuat keterampilan literasi anak usia dini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas rendahnya tingkat kemandirian siswa di MTs Hasyim Asy'ari Bawang, Kabupaten Batang, baik secara akademik maupun sosial. Siswa menghadapi tantangan inisiatif yang rendah, pengelolaan waktu yang buruk, serta tanggung jawab yang lemah. Penelitian ini bertujuan menerapkan Profil Pelajar Pancasila untuk meningkatkan kemandirian, dengan mengeksplorasi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi penerapannya. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Data dikumpulkan dari kepala sekolah, guru, siswa, dan orang tua, lalu dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil menunjukkan dampak positif Profil Pelajar Pancasila terhadap kemandirian siswa, terutama dalam pengambilan keputusan dan tanggung jawab. Namun, tantangan berupa keterbatasan pelatihan guru dan infrastruktur pendidikan masih ada. Rekomendasi meliputi penguatan kolaborasi antara sekolah, guru, dan orang tua, serta pelatihan berkelanjutan dan dukungan infrastruktur untuk memastikan implementasi berjalan optimal.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job stress on the performance of primary school teachers in Tanggungharjo Sub-district. Job stress is one of the psychological factors that can affect the quality of performance, especially in the context of education. This study used the multiple correlation method involving 49 teachers as samples, which were selected using random sampling techniques with a margin of error of 5%. Data collection was conducted through a Likert scale-based questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The results showed that there is a very strong relationship between job stress and teacher performance, with a correlation value (R) of 0.977 and a coefficient of determination (R²) of 95.5%. The regression model used is significant, indicating that job stress has a significant negative effect on teacher performance. This finding suggests that any increase in job stress tends to decrease teacher performance. Therefore, it is important for schools and policy makers to design effective work stress management strategies, such as providing psychological support, creating a conducive work environment, and reducing excess workload, to improve teacher performance. This study makes an important contribution to efforts to improve the quality of basic education through managing teachers' work welfare.

Abstract

Students have various characteristics, including learning abilities. These differences result in them having different methods of receiving, interpreting and conveying information. Teachers can adjust teaching and assessment by paying attention to students' needs and abilities, one of which is by implementing the TaRL approach in the learning process. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of implementing the TaRL approach on student learning outcomes in science learning. This research is a mixed method research. This research combines two methods, namely quantitative methods and qualitative methods to strengthen the results of the research. The subjects of this research were students in class VI B at SD Negeri Pedurungan Kidul 01 with a total of 23 students. The research instruments used to measure learning outcomes are pretest and posttest scores. The research design applied was one group pretest-posttest design. The data obtained was then tested using the normality test, paired sample t-test hypothesis test, and the N-Gain test. The research results showed that the average learning score of students before being treated with the TaRL approach was 45.56, while after being given treatment, this score increased to 85.47. The t test analysis with a significance level shows a value of 0.000, which is smaller than 0.05, indicating a significant influence. Apart from that, the N-Gain test result of 0.7421 is in the high category, which shows the effectiveness of implementing the TaRL approach. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that the application of the TaRL approach has a significant and effective influence on student learning outcomes, especially for students with a low initial level of ability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of principals in enhancing school organizational behavior focused on student achievement at SMA N 1 Belik. Using a qualitative descriptive method, data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that principals play a key role in fostering a supportive organizational culture for student success. By implementing effective leadership—strategic vision, motivational skills, and transformational approaches—the principal mobilizes school elements to achieve shared goals. Positive organizational behavior, such as teamwork, discipline, and focus on student potential development, significantly impacts academic and non-academic success. Strengthening communication between junior and senior teachers, promoting interactive learning methods, encouraging student participation in extracurricular activities, and providing training programs for self-development are among the suggested strategies to enhance school organizational behavior.

Abstract

The objectives of the study were (1) To determine the relationship between attitude and job satisfaction in schools; (2) To determine what factors influence attitude and job satisfaction in schools; (3) To understand the relationship between work stress levels and teacher absenteeism; (4) To determine the effect of work attitudes on teacher productivity in schools. The object of the study was educators at SD Negeri 1 Mrisi, Tanggungharjo District, Grobogan Regency, in the 2024/2025 academic year, totaling 8 people. The results of the study showed that in teacher satisfaction and work attitudes based on the satisfaction survey instrument from 8 teachers, 3 with very good answers, 1 good answer and 2 sufficient answers. While with the recapitulation instrument, the interview results showed an agreement with 75% strongly agreeing, 20% agreeing and 5% disagreeing.

Abstract

Good writing skills are essential in language learning, but students often have difficulty organizing ideas and conveying messages effectively. This research was motivated by the lack of student motivation in narrative essay writing skills. This research aims to improve narrative essay writing skills in class V students at SDN 1 Nagrikidul by applying a learning model Contextual Teaching and Learning with the help of Flipbook media. This type of research is classroom action research carried out on students. Data was collected by analyzing students' written texts, observations, field notes, and documentation. The research results show that using Flipbook media in the learning model Contextual Teaching and Learning can improve students' narrative essay writing skills. The average student writing skill score in the first cycle was 70.76 and increased to 91.92 in the second cycle. Apart from that, students' enthusiasm during learning also shows more active participation. This research concludes that the application of the model Contextual Teaching and Learning with flipbook media is effective in improving the writing skills of class V students. It is hoped that this research can be a reference for educators in implementing more innovative and interesting learning models and media in learning to write.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of the learning model Problem Based Learning media assisted Pop Up Book digital on critical thinking abilities of elementary school students. Model Problem Based Learning can help students learn through real problem solving processes and can increase student involvement in the learning process, temporarily Pop Up Book digital provides an interactive visual experience to facilitate students' critical thinking skills. This research was conducted in class V elementary school in science learning with the type of research used like an experiment and research design Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The samples used were two classes, namely class V a as an experimental class that used a model Problem Based Learning media assisted Pop Up Book digital and V c as the control class that uses the model Cooperative Learning. The results of this research show that students in the experimental class had better results or experienced an increase in posttest scores compared to the control class. The data collection instruments used in this research were description and documentation questions. Test t (independent sample t-test) on the N-Gain score with a significance level of 0,05 shows a significance value of 0,000, meaning H0 submitted was rejected and H1 accepted. On inferential data using a simple linear regression test, the results obtained were the influence of model learning Problem Based Learning media assisted Pop Up Book digital on students' critical thinking skills by 35.5%. Thus, this research can be concluded that learning with models Problem Based Learning media assisted Pop Up Book digital has an influence on the critical thinking abilities of fifth grade students.
