Abstract

Modernization of learning in industry 4.0, or the 21st century, is required to follow the development of science and technological progress, with the aim of being able to present a learning atmosphere that is enjoyable and in accordance with technological progress. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of learning videos using Canva media on the motivation to learn science in grade 5 students at Sabilina Kranggan Islamic Elementary School, Bekasi. the two variables between learning videos based on Canva media on students' learning motivation before being given a pre-test on the results of learning science, before treatment with Canva media-based video media showed the lowest obtained value of 50. Meanwhile, after using the Canva media-based video treatment on students' learning motivation after being given a post-test, the results of learning science can increase from an average value of 100. after being given treatment. This study was declared effective by proving the results of the student instrument with a sample size of 26 with a t-test greater than the t-table, namely -1.99 with -1.67, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is an effectiveness of learning videos using Canva media on the motivation to learn science in grade 5 students at Sabilina Kranggan Islamic Elementary School, Bekasi Jatisampurna.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of marketing mix strategies on business performance in the Sumedang tofu industry. The background of the study departs from the phenomenon of declining performance of Sumedang tofu businesses in the last two years as indicated by a decline in sales, customers, and profits, despite this industry having a significant contribution to the local economy. The marketing mix strategy in this study covers seven dimensions, namely product, price, promotion, place, people, process, and physical evidence. The research method uses a non-experimental quantitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and questionnaires with 284 Sumedang tofu business actors. Data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method using SmartPLS software. Model evaluation was carried out through validity and reliability testing, as well as testing the structural model to determine the relationship between variables. The results show that marketing strategies have a positive and significant effect on business performance. This is indicated by a path coefficient value of 0.481, a t-statistic of 10.998, and a p-value of 0.000. These findings indicate that the more effective marketing strategy management, the higher the business performance, as reflected in sales growth, customer growth, and increased profits.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengelolaan administrasi sekolah melalui arsip digital berbasis Google Drive di UPT SMP Negeri 1 Amali. Penelitian ini didorong oleh kebutuhan akan manajemen dokumen yang efisien, aksesibilitas, dan keamanan data. Penelitian ini berfokus pada tiga aspek utama: (1) perencanaan pengelolaan arsip digital, (2) implementasi oleh guru dan staf administrasi, dan (3) evaluasi efektivitas Google Drive dalam manajemen administrasi. Metode deskriptif kualitatif digunakan, dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung, wawancara mendalam dengan staf sekolah, dan analisis dokumen. Analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan untuk menilai efektivitas Google Drive dalam mengelola administrasi sekolah. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa Google Drive meningkatkan pengorganisasian dokumen, efisiensi kerja, dan mengurangi penggunaan kertas. Namun, masih terdapat tantangan, termasuk konektivitas internet yang terbatas, pelatihan yang tidak memadai bagi staf, dan risiko keamanan data. Penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan bahwa meskipun hak akses terhadap dokumen telah terstruktur, masih terdapat kekurangan kebijakan standar untuk pengorganisasian dan perlindungan dokumen.

Abstract

With the current technological developments, many artificial intelligence (AI) have been created that are useful as interactive learning media. Therefore, to avoid boredom and lack of interest in learning possessed by students if the learning media used is too monotonous and unpleasant to be applied to the learning process. So it is necessary to develop integrated and innovative learning media based on digital technology, for example by using artificial intelligence wordwall as a learning media. This type of research is development (R & D) using the ADDIE model. The results of the study show that starting from analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation are carried out in accordance with the ADDIE development model procedures. The learning interest shown when developing learning media appears to increase by an average of 84% with media feasibility after product validation with an average of 88% and with the practicality of using this wordwall learning media with an average of 85% and the development of PAI learning media using this wordwall was carried out in class 1A SMPN 8 Kota Bima.

Abstract

Teacher performance plays an important role in the success of inclusive education, especially in the implementation of the Multi-Tier System of Support (MTSS). MTSSis an approach that aims to provide academic, social-emotional, and behavioral support through tiered interventions. This study examines the effect of transformational leadership style on work motivation and its implications for teacher performance at Lazuardi Global Compassionate School (GCS) Depok. The research approach used is quantitative, with Smart Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) analysis. Data were collected from 35 teachers through a structured questionnaire. The results of the study indicate that: (1) transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on teacher work motivation, (2) transformational leadership style has a positive but insignificant effect on teacher performance, (3) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, and (4) transformational leadership style has a significant effect on teacher performance when mediated by work motivation. Considering that the direct effect of transformational leadership style on teacher performance is not significant, these results confirm the complete mediation of motivation on teacher performance. The results of this study recommend that school leaders provide professional development programs, as well as implement transparent performance evaluations to improve teacher effectiveness in inclusive education. Future research could explore additional variables, such as job satisfaction, school environment, and parental support, to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the factors that influence teacher performance in inclusive educational environments.

Abstract

Developing the quality of teaching staff is done through good planning, implementing training activities, P3G, workshops, study permits and further studies, evaluating activities that have been implemented and following up on the evaluation results. The purpose of this study is to determine the plans, implementation, evaluation and follow-up that will be carried out by the principal of Madrasah for developing the quality of teaching staff at Madrasah Tsaawiyah Al-Jam'iyatul Washiliyah 18 Tembung Percut Sei Tuan. The method used in this study is qualitative research with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation, research data analysis techniques use data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions as well as research data validity checking techniques use source triangulation and technical triangulation. The research location is at Madrasah Tsaawiyah Al-Jam'iyatul Washiliyah 18 Tembung Percut Sei Tuan. The data sources for this research were obtained from the principal of Madrasah Tsaawiyah, the deputy principal of Madrasah Tsaawiyah and the teachers of Madrasah Tsaawiyah Al-Jam'iyatul Washiliyah 18 Tembung Percut Sei Tuan. The results of the study show 1) the plan for developing the quality of educators here looks at the needs that have been determined by the institution, utilizes targets, determines the content of the program, implements activities in the program and finally evaluates the implementation of the program. 2) implements training activities, P3G, workshops, study permits and further studies, evaluates activities that have been implemented and follows up on the results of the evaluation. 3) evaluates the activities implemented. 4). The principal and teachers will continue the programs that have been implemented as usual.

Abstract

Understanding the historical context of the revelation of the verses of the Qur'an, or what is known as asbābun nuzūl, plays an important role in revealing the theological messages contained therein. Surah Ali 'Imran is one of the surahs that contains profound values of monotheism, spread across several verses that have different backgrounds of revelation. The purpose of this study is to examine the values of monotheism contained in QS Ali 'Imran verses 31, 59, and 128 using the asbābun nuzūl approach, and to explore the dimensions of monotheism in these verses more contextually. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytical approach. Analysis was carried out on classical and contemporary sources of interpretation to identify the form of monotheism contained in each verse. The results of the study show that verse 31 contains the teaching of monotheism ulūhiyyah, namely that true love for Allah must be realized through obedience to the Prophet Muhammad. Verse 59 reflects the monotheism of rubūbiyyah, with the assertion that only Allah has full authority as the creator and regulator of the universe. Meanwhile, verse 128 shows the asmāʾ wa ṣifāt dimension of monotheism, with an emphasis on the nature of Allah as the Most Forgiving (al-Ghafūr) and that all decrees belong to Him. Thus, these three verses show that the values of monotheism in Surah Ali 'Imran can be understood more fully and deeply through the asbābun nuzūl approach, which reveals the historical and theological dimensions of revelation.

Abstract

Through his YouTube account, the uploaded content is very interesting to listen to and has an implicit message in the YouTube channel "Cahaya Cinta Untuk Indonesia". which aims to be studied to understand various aspects of life. In this content, Habib Husein Ja'far collaborated with Dr. Fahhrudin Faiz entitled "The Peak of Goodness is in Love", where they both discuss philosophical studies, namely where humans are not perfect creatures, there are always shortcomings, always not reaching the most correct point, especially in studying philosophy, their egos must rise because they feel they can think philosophically, the key is knowledge and love without both, life will be chaotic, you could say people are illogical and many more. In this study, the researcher used a qualitative research approach with a descriptive research type with technical transcript analysis. The purpose of this study is toEffectiveness Evaluation Assessing the effectiveness of communication media (YouTube) in disseminating philosophical thoughts, Impact Identification Identifying the positive or negative impact of content on audience behavior and thinking.

Abstract

Researchers implemented the PQ4R method to improve reading comprehension skills in fourth-grade students. This study used the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method, which was conducted in two cycles. In its implementation, researchers inserted innovations in the form of the use of image media as a supporting tool for learning activities. This was done because researchers found that students tended to be less enthusiastic in reading texts that only consisted of writing without images. In addition, students quickly became bored with individual learning methods without any interesting variations. The application of the PQ4R method (Preview, Question, Read, Reflect, Recite, Review) with the support of image media aimed to motivate students to be more active in learning and understanding the material presented. The results of the study showed a significant increase in students' reading comprehension skills. In cycle 1, only about 60% of students showed good understanding, while in cycle 2, this figure increased to 94%. This increase indicates that the use of image media in learning can help students understand the material better and increase their interest in reading. Therefore, the application of the PQ4R method accompanied by image media has proven effective in improving the reading comprehension skills of fourth-grade students. Thus, this research can be concluded as successful, and can be used as a reference for similar learning methods in other classes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Small Group Discussion in developing students' collaboration and creativity competencies, as well as to identify obstacles and effective strategies that can support the success of this method. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with field research methods. This approach was chosen to deeply understand the implementation of Small Group Discussion in developing students' collaboration and creativity competencies. The results of this study indicate that the Small Group Discussion Method at SMPN 1 VII Koto Sungai Sariak has great potential in developing students' Collaboration and Creativity competencies, although it still faces challenges such as the dominance of certain students, lack of self-confidence, and limited time and resources. More specific and structured planning is needed to maximize student engagement, while implementation shows increased collaboration in sharing tasks and providing feedback, although contributions within the group are still uneven. Students' creativity begins to develop through original ideas, but the elaboration of ideas requires technical support such as brainstorming and technology. Evaluation with assessment rubrics and joint reflection helps identify students' strengths and weaknesses. With intensive guidance, fair task-sharing strategies, and technology integration, this method can be optimized to create more collaborative and creative learning.
