Abstract

Besurek cloth is a typical batik cloth from Bengkulu Province. Besurek cloth is characterized by calligraphy and a combination of flora and fauna as its motif which generally means the balance of human life with nature and the creator. The uneven education of Besurek cloth makes children aged 7-12 years less familiar with Besurek cloth. Therefore this design was created to create new educational media that are appropriate and fun for children aged 7-12 years to learn Besurek cloth. This interactive illustration book contains narrative and information about history, tools and materials, the manufacturing process, motifs and meaning of Besurek cloth and contains interactive illustrations and content adapted to the developmental stages of children aged 7-12 years such as interactive game content in the form of maze, counting, pasting objects by shape, drawing and coloring, and hidden objects. Using the glass box method, this design systematically applies the stages of preparation, incubation, illumination and verification. Through these stages the main media is produced in the form of interactive illustrated books and supporting media, namely question and answer cards, designing and coloring sheets, x-banners, posters, string bags, stickers, and keychains

Abstract

Creative thinking ability is one of the skills of 4C (Critical Thinking, Creativity, Collaboration and Communication) that students must have. However, students' creative thinking skills are still quite low, so learning is needed that can improve students' creative thinking skills, one of which is by using a creative problem-solving learning model. This study aims to analyze the effect of creative problem-solving learning model on students' creative thinking skills, based on material, school level and region. The research used is quantitative research with meta-analysis method. This study used 16 articles and theses with a range of years 2013-2022. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data were analyzed by coding and measuring effect size. The results found that the effect size of the creative problem-solving learning model on creative thinking skills was 1.32, which was in the very high category. Based on the material, there are nine materials with an effect size that shows the creative problem-solving model has a high influence. Based on school level, the effect size obtained in high school is 1.40 and in junior high school is 1.78. Based on region, there are nine provinces with an effect size that shows the creative problem-solving model has a high effect

Abstract

This research is a Classroom Action Research (PTK) which consists of Pre-cycle, Cycle I, Cycle II and Cycle III. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the PAIKEM model can improve student learning outcomes. Each consists of planning, implementation, evaluation and reflection. Learning outcome data obtained by using tests. Analysis of the mastery test of learning outcomes in the pre-cycle reached 26.67%, in the first cycle it reached 53.33%, in the second cycle it reached 60% and in the third cycle it reached 73.33%. Based on the percentage in cycle III it can be said that it has achieved classical learning mastery. The results of the data analysis show that the application of the PAIKEM model can improve student learning outcomes. Based on the results of this research, it is suggested to the teacher that the application of the learning model is applied as an innovation in the teaching and learning process.

The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of interviews and documentation. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study obtained an average percentage of teacher readiness in implementing authentic Biology learning assessments in the independent curriculum at public high schools in Kebumen Regency based on PAP II, namely 82% in the "very high" category. Viewed from the aspect of cognitive readiness, attitudes and emotions, and behavior or implementation obtained from the interview results, it has a percentage of 89% in the "very high" category. This is also evidenced by the percentage of completeness of authentic assessment tools used by teachers, namely 74% in the "high" category. Supporting factors include socialization and training related to authentic assessment of the independent curriculum, supporting facilities and infrastructure, collaboration between teachers, and teacher understanding and mastery of authentic assessment of the independent curriculum. Inhibiting factors include the lack of socialization and training related to authentic assessment in the independent curriculum, the large number of students with different abilities and limited time, and the lack of teachers' ability to master IT. The readiness of teachers in implementing authentic assessments of Biology learning in the independent

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of applying the Learning Cycle model in learning mathematics in class XI students of SMA Negeri 6 Surabaya in the odd semester of the 2022/2023 academic year with the experimental unit being class XI IPA 2 with a total of 28 students consisting of 11 boys and 17 woman. This type of research is a pre-experimental study with The One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The sampling technique in this study was by means of Multistage Sampling. The research instruments used were learning achievement tests, student activity observation sheets, and student response questionnaires. Data analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. Analysis of the results of the study showed that: (1) the average score of students' mathematics learning outcomes before the Learning Cycle model was applied was 23.75 and was in a very low category with a standard deviation of 8.204. Meanwhile, the average score of students' mathematics learning outcomes after the model was applied Learning Cycle was 77.21 with a standard deviation of 9.359 where the lowest score was 54 and the highest score was 92. From these results it was found that 25 students or 89.29% achieved individual mastery and 3 students or 10.71% did not achieve individual mastery. This means that classical mastery is achieved with a normalized gain value of 0.70 in the high category. (3) student activity is in the good category. (4) the student response questionnaire shows that the student response to learning through the Learning Cycle model is positive. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that the application of the Learning Cycle model is effective in learning mathematics in class XI IPA 2 SMA Negeri 6 Surabaya.
